    @cstross Noted. If more people posted about broadband problems, naming the company involved, the big companies might get their act together. I have found Plusnet pretty good most of the time - but they have off days, and need the occasional prompt.

    @Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK Plusnet mobile, great SIM only deals excellent coverage and fantastic customer service we have home phone and fibre broadband with Plusnet too! 18 years, two house moves, never lost a minute of service!

    @plusnethelp I messaged yesterday & didn't receive a response, please tell me how I can resolve this issue for my elderly father who is locked from his BT Sport app and so is paying for a service he can't receive. I followed the reset guidance on BT for Plusnet but nothing works.

    Well, after 2 years of brilliant support, turns out trying to sort the BT Sport app is too much for the @Plusnet/@Plusnethelp team. Hate having to publicly call companies out like this.

    PLUSNET u slow today and wont work in all rooms argh lol and twitter wont let me load my gifs lol

    @akkw1803 @plusnethelp I have up on Plusnet. The router was a so rubbish and suport was rubbish. Try changing the dual band option to two 2.4 or 5ghz bands and connect to one or the other. That seemed to help with buffering etc. Now with BT again and their home hub ps much better.

    We’ve attempted to call customer service who say they’re too busy and to try calling back tonight or tomorrow. So it’s clear to say our experience with @plusnet before we’ve even got an internet connection has been a hugely poor one. Please can someone contact me ASAP.
