    @Plusnet we got full fibre a few months ago, but anything outside of the room the router is in gets barely any wifi at all. Can you help?

    @Sandra55 @Virgin I know what you mean I had a similar experience with Plusnet. Didn't help with my problem and was impatient then tried to get me to purchase their mobile SIM. Cheek!

    @Plusnet I simply want to change my visible hostname so it doesn't show my real name to the world, this is an obvious safety and security concern. But the plusnet systems do not allow for this! The only option is to cancel my account and open a new one with a different name. Mad!
