    I like @plusnet but their email provision and webmail service is truly, truly dire. Not improved AT ALL in over 10 years. Went a few MB over the storage limit and they wiped my *entire inbox* overnight. Only way to restore it? Post a request on their community forum. Madness.

    So, having to wait over 2 months to get my broadband activated by @Plusnet they have the audacity to email me informing me that prices will increase by approx 15% from April - before I even start receiving the service I signed up for! #ThatllNOTdo #Plusnet

    hey @Plusnet my mother is paying you for broadband and BT for a landline, and wants to upgrade and switch to Plusnet entirely. Does she need to cancel BT first, or will that be completed as part of the upgrade via her account page?
