    @O2 I have been trying to activate my sim all morning. I’ve called O2 but nobody is replying. I will DM but will have to return to @Plusnet if I can’t get any service. It’s a bit more but they do have customer service.

    @Plusnet it is a joke that I can’t report an internet outage after 19.30. That is very poor customer care

    @Plusnet How can you charge people extortionate amounts when they no longer have a contract with you?! Apparently it's cos I didn't cancel in time even though my contract has ended. And still they aren't cancelling it when I've already left!! Hoping to charge me more money?!!!?!

    @Plusnet We were supposed to get a call back from your support dept in 20 minutes. That was 2 hours ago. I also DM'd you 3 hours ago. Our boardband is unusable and has been that way for almost a week. What is going on?

    @Plusnet problem with broadband, says connected but just asks to sign in. Signing in doesn't solve it as it says signed in already. Recently upgraded, could this be the issue?

    @Plusnet Hi guys. My mum has booked an engineer to fix our Internet that has been down since Tuesday and Twice they have no showed? If we get a phone call update to book another, how can we guarantee they will show up?
