Hi @Plusnet, thanks for working so hard to resolve the issues caused by my failed switch out to Now. Should have been simple but Now and Openreach left me with no incoming calls since 29th July, then no dial tone and eventually no internet! 1/2

So @Plusnet Roam Like at Home is a bit **** Landed in America to a text saying you can use allowance for free then 5 mins later I’ve apparently reached my “Smart Cap” and my phone is useless unless on wifi 🌚

@Plusnet really are a shower of …. My 86 year old mum swapped to them 2 weeks ago and she is still without broadband. How bloody difficult is it? Their engineers must be ridiculously stupid!

I really hope I can get them stable fiber internets on October rather than November or December. I also really hope that my call tomorrow to the right department of Plusnet will mean I don't pay bills for service I ain't gettin'... 😡
