    I have been a loyal plusnet customer for a number of years. I received an EE router and a text to switchover to EE, without wishing too. I have followed the steps to switchover and encountering problems. My logins are not working for either provider, can you help? @Plusnet

    Vodafone cease order stuck in Openreach CSS (DI7007595). Plusnet confirmed it’s Vodafone’s, BT’s order failed (CON‑0004). I’ve been unable to switch for months and Vodafone won’t escalate to Openreach SMC. @VodafoneUK @Ofcom can you help?

    @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Same, contract came to an end and they doubled the price. Got twice the speed for half the price with Plusnet. About to quit the TV package as well. Awful company.

    @Plusnet currently into hour 7 of my internet being down. When texting your help number it just keeps giving me an ETA of when it should be fixed which gets pushed further and further back.

    @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Plusnet seem to be reasonable when it comes to renewal. Never worth leaving them and decent price

    @LessGrumpy @virginmedia Whenever I’ve had issues with Virgin it’s never been a UK call centre I’ve spoken to. Tend to avoid now but just left again after a couple of years of thankfully issue free broadband. Moved to PlusNet which is Openreach rebranded but far cheaper.

    @Plusnet I keep getting an "unfortunately we've hit a problem" when logging into my account to pay the bill. Plus my connection isnt very good. Solution for this?

    @Plusnet I have given them another try. There is no option in the menu for what I need, but the recorded message does say I can go onto your website and raise an online support request. Please give me a link to where I can do this.
