    @Plusnet Is your Customer Service open today? It says on your website open Monday - Sunday 8am to 8pm but when you ring the phone line it says Monday - Friday???

    No one use @Plusnet, they told me it would take a month to fix my internet connection and that there was nothing they can do. Coincidentally, the day after I enabled @Hyperoptic, Plusnet engineers finally come and fix the issue. Scummy business practices

    No engineers appears to be about working on the fibre optic network going in so as of today I will be checking BT Wholesale broadband checker and will be ready to call Plusnet as soon as it becomes available in this area

    @Plusnet i made the decision to transfer my broadband service from sky to Plusnet, and we have now been without broadband for three days. I work from home, and my daughters cannot submit their homework either. Although I was promised to be contacted yesterday by 5pm,heard nothing
