    @ItemLevel1 @plusnethelp @Plusnet I've investigated quite a few companies doing rural fibre but none have a project running in my area. They want you to drum up the support then they might consider it. Could always approach a land agent about putting a 5g cell tower somewhere on our farm

    @virginmedia how do I cancel my broadband account without being left on hold for 1 hour so I can go a better company like @Plusnet ?

    @plusnethelp My BT service has stopped but Plusnet not due to kick in until midnight on 28th. Not a seamless service - I need it to start today. Can this happen?

    @Plusnet can't get a WiFi signal in the bedroom! Any ideas on how to get one? No where else we can connect the router!

    @plusnethelp 210533916 this problem has gotten worse. Phone line is fine but broadband keeps failing, becoming a nightmare. If this is not fixed I will have to leave Plusnet as I work from home. Original problem was that the username on the hub had reset to setup@...

    @plusnethelp Hi. I am moving house and need to arrange for a transfer for my Plusnet Broadband if possible or cancel my contract. So hard trying get through on the phone. On hold for ages and no indication where you are in a queue.
