Mark (@18OGM2) reported@SkyHelpTeam is there still an issue with sky q downloads? Been unable to download gangs of London S2 ep4 for 6 days. Reset the box, deleted (forever,) the download and retried but still failing. On plusnet BB, everything else works fine, Netflix, prime etc

I was with plusnet and they completely messed up a home move and had never without Internet for a month and then started being ***** about the mandatory compensation. Shocking. Been with them 2 years with no issues before this.
