@Plusnet just tried to login to grandma’s account (with her permission obvs) to check itemised bills as they’re higher than she’s expecting. Online portal say ‘updating’ so can’t check - is this system issue that will clear soon?

@CWUnews What exactly do Plusnet get help for as all the pay dispute seem to mention Openreach, BT and EE. I am considering joining but do we actually get anything out of it first? We’re all in this together but we’re not mentioned.
