    @plusnet the Diagnostic Bot has changed its estimated for resolving broadband issues from 19:15 today to 16:04 on Thursday, a 2 day slip! Yet the Service Status page reports no Issues. I'd like to report an issue with your Service Status page!

    @Plusnet amazing, need to login to my Plusnet account, but can't remember which stupid arbitrary password rules they impose on you? just check the thread where you got really angry about it!

    @Plusnet - how do I get my logging credentials to access the Internet? Your Hub1 doesn't give me the coverage I need and when I try to reset my password that doesn't work

    @Plusnet It’s working again now, but I had no mobile service for pretty much the whole day yesterday. I spent ages changing settings on my phone because I didn’t realise it was a network issue.

    @Plusnet Thanks for getting back to me. I checked Plusnet’s service status and it said everything was fine. EE service status said there was an issue and expected it to be resolved in 16 at the time of checking, but couldn’t register for updates as my number isn’t an EE number.
