Can't send or receive calls I have no land line, so I'm scuppered really. Even before this issue, I've not been hugely impressed by Plusnet. Think a move is required.

On 1 April 2022 I change mobile provider and from there side all working fine, I transferred my mobile number and I'm able to make calls but not receiving calls

Guy Middleton (@Guy_Middleton) reported@BillyNineLives If you want price, then I would go Plusnet. It will be £25/month for what BT are offering you. That is including phone. They seem to be reliable and easy to contact if an issue.

Richard Clarke (@mlu0351) reported@Plusnet Apparently I renewed it on 18th March according to the person I spoke to Saturday, but this is not correct. I never received any communication about it coming to and end and never clicked some kind of confirmation link.
