@MartinSLewis Question can I have some advice. I took a unlimited fibre extra with Plusnet. Since then I have not received the speed promised. When I contacted them I get messed around saying it's Open reach fault. I have 11 months remaining. Can I terminate without penalties?

@MoneySavingExp @Plusnet USELESS! waited 3 weeks for broadband and now told there’s an ‘external fault’ with further delays. Awful service, would advise anyone NOT to use them. Waste of time

@Plusnet nothing but a bunch of lying thieves disguised as a company. How can you knowingly take payment for a service you offer to commence on X date knowing that date won't be happening but then won't give the money back as fast as you took it. I call that corporate theft.

  • simonbrett Simon A Brett (@simonbrett) reported

@TheJonFreeman @Plusnet I changed mobile from @Plusnet because of how poor the signal was at times - particularly at work

  • 2code_monte Agent Smith (@2code_monte) reported

@Plusnet Just been informed by BT that our area is being upgraded to Fibre and that we should inform our provider to ensure our service is not disrupted. What do we need to do? thanks
