    6 weeks after trying to organize a home move: 10 calls to @Plusnet, 3 no-show @WeAreOpenreach appointments, £65 spent on mobile data and wifi hotspots, no compensation offered. 8 years as a customer written off. @virginmedia shut up and take my money!

    @Plusnet absolutely disgusted and disappointed with the service my sister is experiencing. Nearly 2 weeks with no Internet. No one sorting it. Having to explain it over and over and now trying to charge her £169 to cancel!!!! Shes received nothing from you. This is awful service

    @Plusnet hello. User name:agapl. I have a problem with my bill from today I been charged more than I should be, 35 insted 22.99,. Y contract did expired on the 18th February but fron 29th new one should start and it should be charge of 22.99.can you please check it for me. ThxAga

    @Ofcom Please can you investigate PLUSNET. I live Leicester and broadband speed is always super slow. You never get what they advertise.

    @Plusnet for a telecoms company your website and after sales service is diabolical. Goes round in circles with no answer. Only want to set up a blocked number list and your website is as useful as your live chat #rankamateurs

    @plusnethelp I want to cancel has the broadband doesn't work properly and devices disconnecting from WiFi all the time ,I have signed up to virgin broadband so I want to cancel plusnet

    @ciaran_10 @virginmedia @FibrusFullFibre I was with plusnet-they were dead on, virgin came into the area and offered 3 months free, it’s been shocking. Stupid things like a Facebook video won’t load upstairs or if my daughter turns on her smart TV then the PlayStation is unplayable, hardly 3rd world problems I kno 😳
