@Plusnet Sorry can this issue not be resolved today? You said Wednesday it would be back on. I am a remote worker and I can’t keep using my 4G. This is costing me a lot of money and I am so close to cancelling my account and looking elsewhere.

  • lemonmizzle Naomi (@lemonmizzle) reported

Hey @Plusnet, please tell me which number to call to complain? I've just been on the phone to BT for over 2 hours so I'm not in the mood for being on hold anymore. Especially when the issue was caused by you, Thanks :)

@EE I am using your network through another provider @Plusnet and my signal is awful. On the EE coverage checker it says 4g coverage is good for my postcode. I can rarely make calls with my mobile though. It’s an iPhone XR. What’s going on?

@Plusnet Hi, I upgraded my broadband with you yesterday and selected the 1st September for an engineer visit but I've been sent a confirmation for the 15th Sep, which isn't suitable - I WFH and have a meeting that morning. There isn't an option online to rearrange. Can you help?

@cheekyfork If an engineer is needed to resolve an issue, then this is the next step we have to take in order to fix it. I am sorry we've not been able to resolve the speed issue on this occasion. - Curtis, Plusnet Sheffield

Hey @Plusnet - when you've been happy to offer me business broadband for many years, why can't you offer me business mobiles? Either you offer a business service or you don't.
