Transferring sensitive data (email archive) without explicit permission is a huge violation of data protection act. I'm recommending you compensate your customers before legal action starts.

Also today I have spent hours informing people of my new email address . As I have Starlink I was only using Plusnet for landline and email address anyway

I know we had a big storm the other week, but we've been told three times now our problem is fixed and it isn't. I can tolerate there being a problem (although my employer is understandably...
