@deadredcrayon @virginmedia So why are not other providers doing this? Virgin Greedier have been doing this FOR YEARS-so to use lockdown as an excuse is really poor! Walk away like I did-Freview or Freesat is FREE-just buy a #HUMAX box for recording and switch to someone like #plusnet-I have saved THOUSANDS

@plusnethelp before you ask I've checked my micro filters, my phone connection, turned the hub off/on and experienced zero connection issues with my former providers @shell_energy The fault lies with @Plusnet It's impossible to WFH + I want to leave within my cooling-off period.

@plusnethelp @Plusnet No internet service for 4.5days this week..comes back..dropped out last night ..back today with 0.5mbps download (unusable!)..just dropped out again. Do you expect me to wait 42mins o to try and contact you by phone ..or do you want to contact me?

Anyone thinking of using @Plusnet as a #broadband provider make sure you read their small print terms. We were connected yesterday having waited a month. The speeds are so slow we called to cancel having been connected 1 day and we have been stung with a £90 exit fee. @Ofcom

@Plusnet is absolutely no debate the most embarrassing, worst internet provider available in 2021. Whoever is considering them, please I’m begging, don’t. How can my internet be turning itself off every 15 minutes? If I had enough characters, they’d be in the mud like their wifi.
