    @MoneySavingExp I think I've found a total con being pulled by BT and Plusnet. I am plus net customer but they can't re new my contract because my exchange is closing, I have 30 days to switch to another provider or I will be automatically put on BT broadband at £35 a month, I know I can get a

    @OpenreachHelp No I reported it on Wednesday and have rung plusnet multiple times, been given lots of fix by times which haven’t happened and they are saying open reach have a hardware issue with part on order. I’m assuming at the exchange.

    My broadband provider @Plusnet tells me that my service won't be fixed until 6pm on Wednesday. This is rubbish and looks set to cause me and no doubt many other customers huge problems.

    @Plusnet we moved in to our new home on the 1st September and still no internet!! Groundsmen came and laid a new fibre line but didn’t use any protection around the cable so the cable was broken. 4 months have gone by and nothing!! Very disappointing 👎🏻

    @sacredsavage3 @SkyHelpTeam If Sky uses Openreach infrastructure, it’s not their fault. @Plusnet have told me it’s down to damage to a green box that won’t be repaired until 2nd Feb which is ridic

    @KCOMhome appalling connection at HU17 all day, we have a smart wifi booster and that is of no help whatsoever. In our last home we had PlusNet and never had an issue in 10 years, KCOM aren’t performing well tbh, we rely on wifi more than ever as many work from home.
