    @plusnethelp I messaged yesterday & didn't receive a response, please tell me how I can resolve this issue for my elderly father who is locked from his BT Sport app and so is paying for a service he can't receive. I followed the reset guidance on BT for Plusnet but nothing works.

    @Gadgetoid @Plusnet Oh wow those guys that pretend to be like a down to earth for the people simple company? What a bunch of phony pricks. Hate it when people try to look all humble and ****, not because they actually are, but because they think that image will make them money.

    @Riddley82 @SkyHelpTeam I’m in Wokingham with plusnet and also experiencing an outage today. Have contacted their tech support who have advised me there is a BT fault in the area. Likely resolved by 9PM !

    @Plusnet’s the worst service going! Don’t take your bill for 2 months & put them together & expect you to find £90 to pay it in one?! They admitted fault on their side but can’t help you when you complain? We’re in a pandemic & people aren’t working, that’s crazy to expect that!

    @Gadgetoid @CatLamin @Plusnet This was similar to the issue I had with my account. It came out of my bank account, associated with my house, I was a valid account manager, username was "jemand[ex]" but because my ex had set the account up I couldn't cancel. Had to get my abusive ex to sort - fun times 🙄
