I play a yearly game with plusnet mobile. They add pennies on as allowed by the rules of prices increases within a contract to my kids sims. Then I rest it back to the original price often with more data. Never take it when it comes to sim only plans, keep an eye.

@Plusnet hi there, I'm in Spain and my phone's not connecting to any networks. I can't see if Roam Like at Home is enabled on my account, can't see how to enable it on your website, and can't call you because I'm on wifi. Any help?

@Plusnet Hello, it's been over just half a day since I received my sim card and called to activate it, yet all I see is "emergency calls only" despite the coverage checker showing excellent 3g & 4g coverage in my area. Phone in question is a Xiaomi Redmi 5 Plus.

  • Steve_the_Stoic Stoic Steve (@Steve_the_Stoic) reported

@Plusnet @plusnethelp I am in Tanzania with no mobile service. My Microsoft accounts require me to receive texts as part of two step verification so I am now locked out of those accounts. Can you please explain why I cannot get any service? I am travelling for a few months

@Plusnet Thank you for your reply BUT this doesn't make sense. Why should I pay anything for correcting a fault with your equipment? To add insult to injury when I complained I was told "take it up with Offcom". Is this what Plusnet considers best in class service? @MoneyTelegraph
