    For a company promoting great customer service @plusnet has failed to deliver so far! They have cancelled my broadband account twice within the last 3 weeks, promised to call me back with an update but hasn't and charged me a set up for a new account that I didn't want!

    @Plusnet Got sorted ages ago, apparently I paid £20 for the WiFi itself (that was then charged again all of 3 days later) and then £50 just because you guys have engineers. The whole thing was stupid but I really don't care enough to fight it

    @Plusnet I have a fault with my email account. After changing my password a few days ago, I have been unable to send emails from webmail, my laptop or my iPad. Incoming mail works ok on all three. Can you help please?
