@Plusnet I have tried to contact his team to discuss it and was told that no one else was allowed to discuss my ticket and I’d have to wait to see if he wanted to call me back but that never happened it’s been over 4 months and nothings been done to fix my issues

@Plusnet Part 1 - Hi I’ve been without broadband since this morning and the technical team have told me that it’s a server outage in my area and that BT have been notified but it could take upto midnight to rectify the problem, I am working from gone at the moment

@Plusnet Maybe instead of sending a snotty email on the account (not here), you should just fix the issue rather than say it'll cost £65 if no fault is found for an engineer visit. 1/2

@Plusnet Yes and he was supposed to call me last week to discuss it but couldn’t be bothered so I called several times to chase and get some answers but he was never available and ignored two call back requests
