    @Plusnet @grahamjsutton Has just gone down completely for me. Get an error message "We’ll be right back!" Very frustrated with this I've been using the main account for work and can't get to saved messages at all.

    @naomhgallagher @virginmedia PlusNet is probably the cheapest. We’ve been with them for 8 months and no complaints. And their customer service rates well. We tried Virgin a few years ago but after several visits they said there was a 1 metre gap between the cable in the street and the start of our drive.

    @Plusnet If you read my earlier tweet I said I was getting emails on Outlook but now that is not working at all.

    Hey @Plusnet I don’t know why my bill has gone from £26 to £43.50 a month, especially considering that I was massively messed about when I moved house. I was also never contacted regarding a complaint I made. I always used to really rate you but now not so much. 😞

    @Plusnet I have one. I cannot log in to it and have not been able to since Wednesday. You might have all hands on deck but this issue has now been ongoing for THREE days. Maybe you need some better hands?

    It has now been more than 2 days with no explanation about why plusnet email still not working or indication of when it might be back. Not good enough. #plusnetdown

    @Plusnet @Audrey1Marks I was able to log in earlier and see emails but unable to send any. Now I can't even log in. This is not acceptable. 3 days with no email service!
