    @plusnethelp @Plusnet Almost died of fright after banging on front door - After recent assault by neighbour (cause of head injury) was last thing I needed - Turned out someone here called an ambulance - Appreciated but had calmed down/was sleeping stress off. Utterly freaked out/shaking like leaf! 🤯

    @AliceLBronte We switched to Plusnet recently, fibre, with 37mbps. It's been an improvement on the Post Office basics one which used to stop working periodically. Hasn't cut out once. And fractionally cheaper, I believe. Never had to call customer service.

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet Done dealing with you people - 1st you have said about “automated messages” You are making me ill & I can’t take any more! 😭 Reinstate my complaint (which you cancelled) & I will be taking this to the ombudsman as soon as I recover from this pounding migraine you have caused!

    @yvonnemurphy53 @Plusnet I mean - sky charge for landline rental? It’s ridiculous!!!! We still have tv with them but cancelled home phone and broadband and are now saving £20+ a MONTH and have better broadband service.... seriously... they take the absolute p*ss...

    @Plusnet Are you having intermittent connectivity problems in Woking (GU22 / 01483) atm? We're seeing 17Mb down, 70kb up, whereas we're used to 35Mb down and 17Mb up, but it's coming and going — it was fine on one call earlier then messed up on another and so on.

    @N1k07a Definitely NOT TalkTalk, absolutely **** customer service for both us & my mum. Vodafone are pretty good as are Plusnet. Had both.
