    @AngelaStoneAlty @Plusnet I'm literally on hold to @Plusnet at the minute - we've had terrible internet signal since we moved house last year. Two engineers out to 'fix' the problem, called today to cancel contract as it's still unusable and they're trying to charge £180 cancellation fee...!

    @Plusnet sorry Adam still having problems with service when it went down yesterday lost the link you set up so back to very slow down load ,had someone else asking me to try another socket ,but as never had problems with previous supply , can you please refresh link -5Ghz thank you Joe

    @Plusnet Adam why you being condescending towards a customer? “Few and far apart to be honest” well let me tell you Adam, I run an online business… so these “FEW and FAR APART to be honest” are affecting my business, as I don’t work 9-5. The connection has been slow as per usual.

    Had to end stream early because my internet is being unbearably bad. @Plusnet @plusnethelp for the love of Christ please give me a solution on how to stop packet loss and ping spikes every two seconds

    @Plusnet Hi @plusnet - I come with a problem this time. The same Sarah Clifford told me if I wanted to cancel it mid contract I wouldn't have to pay the full contract, just a fixed fee. Now that I'm done with that rental house you're charging me almost £200? What's up?

    @Plusnet My broadband is down since yesterday at 2 pm. I tried to call customer service multiple times but no answer. I need it to be checked ASAP before my work day starts today. I already sent you a dm.
