    @Plusnet we seem to be having problems with our internet it keeps dropping WiFi,frustrating as my partner needs to be on line for her work teaching and meetings it kicked her off bout 10 times yesterday.

    @halfpennychew They are expensive but I don’t have full fibre and most of the time Plusnet was down so I had little choice

    @Plusnet Your customer service appears to have deteriorated. (The main reason I am with you) When did call waiting times start to exceed 20 mins? Was it when you were bought by BT? Not really good enough.
