    @ZenInternetHelp switched from Plusnet to you in March and my internet has really suffered. Can't get on zoom meetings in places I previously could and regularly shows as unstable connection 😭

    @Plusnet Can someone please explain why as a business customer we have had no email for 24hrs because of a problem with #PlusNet systems which after repeated calls to your team they have failed to help with?

    @plusnethelp You kidnapped me without permission from my previous ISP, your tech dept was bloody rude and now I have no phone and no internet and my cardiologist is supposed to be calling today!! Plusnet? Should be Minusnet.

    @ShreyMittal20 Hi Shrey, we do advise on our Mobile page that Plusnet Mobile does not support premium or short code text services. I am sorry if this means our service is not suitable for yourself. -Lauren

    @Plusnet Ive got 3 charity shops down which run Plusnet business broadband. On plusnet side log shows wrong passsword. Told by agent user must of reset the router. This happened before and was down to plusnet change that our routers was not ready for. How do i get esculated help?

    @ShayMay_ I abandoned Plusnet because my Xbox wouldn't connect to my router at all and they said it's cause I didn't have fibre. That isn't how bandwidth works! 😩 "This is the support I'm supposedly paying more for?"
