    @O2 checked your online tool and it says no incidents but our landline from @Plusnet is down in the area. (Confirmed it's an issue in area with plusnet). I have no data service from you guys... (TN31) could you confirm if you have an issue to? Turned off my WiFi but no data.

    @lottyburns @ThreeUK PlusNet works extremely well. Still free roaming. I’m paying just over £8 now for 15Gb data & unlimited minutes & texts. Left GiffGaff as had issues making calls when abroad.

    @Plusnet Hi. I changed over to you less than a month ago and pay £10 a month, but you’ve already increased it to £10.93 a month. Granted, it’s only 93p, BUT how can you put it up after 1 month? I may have got this wrong, hopefully. Help would be great.

    @Plusnet Hi I cant seem to get though to the business support on 0800 028 0282 I do option one but then it then doesn't ask me if it residential or business which is what it used to do 2 weeks ago. I can only normally call after 8pm. I have already log a job.

    @Plusnet is anyone else having problems receiving and making calls on Plusnet Mobile, our number has stopped, but still recent texts. Plusnet seem to think it’s ok for you to have phone number that doesn’t work!?

    @copperhobnob @Plusnet Rachael my broadband has been down since yesterday afternoon (KY15 postcode). Haven’t been able to find out the problem. Reported to Plusnet online but no confirmation of problem or expected resolution from them. Would appreciate any info you have.

    OK @Plusnet my service stops working at 9:00 PM EVERY NIGHT. Your support stops working at 8:00 PM. Any ideas?
