@Plusnet internet still down, is there going to be an update on what’s happening at some point? If it’s still down on Tuesday when everyone goes back to work you’re going to have a lot more complaints.

Don’t buy @Plusnet broadband, took 10 weeks to connect me after multiple calls. Decided I want to cancel called them cancelled. Was told I would get my first payment back within 10 working days, you guessed it two months later still waiting #awful

@Plusnet Eventually got it sorted. The Router had a problem, it hadn't been programmed properly and I had to do the settings myself. If I hadn't been Computer Literate this would of been impossible for someone. I asked for it to be noted and please not happen to others. So depressing!
