    @Plusnet I can't contact by phone to review my account as I'm offshore, I had had to cancel your bank payment Direct Debit as there is no way of contact to renew my subscription, you are trying to take a payment I did not agree to as you sent an email telling me to cancel

    @Plusnet Hi Emily. Could someone explain why I was unable to get 4G, please, and how to ensure this doesn't reoccur? I have several more European trips this year, and perhaps another to Germany as well. I am technically minded enough to know it wasn't a handset issue.

    @Plusnet I have a HP 2540 printer which connected straightaway to my Sky broadband. I have been trying for 2 days to connect to my Plusnet router with no success. Is there an easy solution to this problem or should I switch back to Sky.

    @MSE_Deals how can people change suppliers when @Plusnet tell me even with 3 weeks notice of my @BTGroup broadband ending there will be 10 day break in service. BT ends 6th May & plusnet say connect 10 days later. How is that possible in this day and age. Who can do better?

    @Plusnet here we go again! internet cutting out & so slow, & you have a nerve to increase this month's payments & onwards because of inflation and CPI. You're a disgusting company & i can't wait to get rid of you!

    @Plusnet you make a big thing about your customer service well its not great CS to take 20 days to refund me my initial payment that I've cancelled because of the MASSIVE delay in you providing service, your agent didnt even care about the delay, I might be really struggling.
