    @DjelliBelli I have plusnet (went initially with the SUPER cheap option) but with more wfh I upped it to the fibre option. They were really good with me, I did have a few teething problems at first but they came out, sorted it, put new cabling in and checked the exchange and everything!

    @Plusnet @lezmar63 Just give him a ******* router ffs, hes been a customer for 4 years, why do companies do this?! He could easily just **** you off on a months notice and then come back as a new customer if he wanted to be an arse.

    @Plusnet Hi, we are switching broadband supplier from Plusnet to Vodafone, starting from Nov 5th. Do we need to cancel our Plusnet deal or will Vodafone do this themselves?

    @baldbookgeek @Plusnet was intermittent/slow to start with before losing internet completely? My plusnet is ****** tonight as well.

    @Plusnet Sure. Love the business model: i) Take customer's money. ii) Fail to provide service. iii) Make customer jump through hoops to cancel. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

    @Plusnet That's not very good,not asking them to be included in allowance but they could be chargeable. Poor service.
