    @Plusnet 2/2 . My problem is I have fixed IP from you. Can't get mail. Web hosting company tells me IP is blocked and this is causing the problem. Apparently you need to contact the third-party companies to get it whitelisted.

    Im being harassed from @Plusnet. I cancelled in Nov. Any advice please anyone. They are ringing everyday and it is stressing me beyond belief 😫. They say they can't cancel my account as I can't rem username and password

    @Plusnet Had awful problems with connection from 7.20 tonight which has had a considerable impact on my business. What has been the problem tonight, as usually the connection is ok?
