    @aj44brown I feel your pain Andrew! I’ve been having issues for months, Plusnet just blamed my phone, nothing to do with them at all.

    @nigelwalsh @EE I left them to join PlusNet mobile. It runs on the EE network but less than half the cost.

    @Plusnet - plusnet direct debit in my banking app still showing as Β£35.93 despite arranging monthly payment of Β£18.95 in March and complaint ref 224545915 and subsequent refunds. PLEASE SORT THIS.

    @Plusnet Hi, We upgraded our contract to a cheaper option and since then our BT Sport app has been disconnected from our account. We were told this wouldn't affect the app. We sent a request to get it up and working again but it's still pending four days later. Can you help?

    @HomotopiaFest @Plusnet And @Plusnet if you're going to keep people on hold for an hour, can you at least get more than 4 hold songs?! Listening to the same songs on repeat is making us even more annoyed by your lack of basic customer service...

    @PaulbernalUK @Plusnet @EE I work freelance & once wrote registered post to CFO of broadband company to say that I would be charging them my hourly rate for any time spent on their mess. I sent them a proforma invoice etc & told them to put me on the approved supplier list. Problem fixed within 48 hrs.

    @PaulbernalUK @Plusnet Plusnet used to be very good, but I’m hearing about more and more issues with them. Hope it gets sorted ASAP, but Zen are fantastic if she wants to switch (not the cheapest but ΓΌber reliable, with excellent, UK-based customer service on the rare occasions you need it).
