Absolutely disgusting service from @Plusnet - after 2 weeks of back & forth about our internet issues, multiple calls chasing for updates, you're telling us today it could take another 10 days to fix?! You'll be paying out for the work I've had to cancel then I assume? Not happy.

Their team can’t stay on the phone over 3 minutes to deal with a problem but customers are expected to wait for over 30 minutes to speak to someone @Plusnet @plusnethelp this is meant to be the service you offer businesses? The only premium thing about your service is the cost!

@Plusnet He I asked for help and spoke to someone from your team last Thursday who told me they were ‘going to send me an email with everything we had discussed’ and I could reply to… which I have not rcvd. Also was told I’d hear from broadband department but as yet have heard nothing!

@BiteYourBrum @kebablog When I migrated from Plusnet to Zen I eventually got a debt collection letter demanding money on behalf of Plusnet. Took a few weeks, more letters and several phone calls for them to understand that I had moved ISP and for them to cancel the account.

@BiteYourBrum Sounds like my experience of Plusnet. The service was so shite it was agreed that we could terminate it after 8 weeks and I wasn't tied to remainder of the contract. Fortunately it was a 2nd broadband service to the house, so I had another line I could utilise.

@MoragSievwright @Plusnet Had a dreadful experience with plusnet. One advisor told me I was expecting too much to run my phone and TV on WiFi. Another suggested my washing machine or a neighbour was causing problems. One mention of Ofcom on twitter got my contract cancelled

Disgusting service from @Plusnet @plusnethelp we’ve had 3 engineers out in the last month to deal with our none existent internet service but apparently it’s not their fault and we just need to keep calling when we’ve got an issue! It doesn’t work more often than it does!
