    @Plusnet Not sure what you can access your end, but I did have an issue a few months ago relating to external cabling (general wear and tear on covers etc). Not had another disconnect since around 10:48am. Did have to restart router to get back to normal speeds though

    @Plusnet I logged an official complaint yesterday and was promised a call back off management before 5pm… still waiting. After the catalogue of errors by Plusnet on multiple occasions, the result of which I’ve been prevented from getting a mortgage… can this get sorted please.

    @leeglasby @Plusnet No, #plusnet just don’t care. They used to be such a great company & even claimed in the adverts how they had such good customer service. Spoke to 3 different people today & not one has been any help. They’ve lost my loyalty I’m afraid & will soon lose my custom too!

    @bracewellsboots @virginmedia I'm with plusnet at the minute and it's completely fine, had a slight router problem and they replaced it instantly,, Vodafone are doing a cheap deal though at the minute

    Thanks @Plusnet for screwing up my house move, leaving me without internet for weeks, charging me twice then cutting off my Internet again today. Now I can't work because of your service/processes for the second time.

    @els76uk 80 down, 20 up. I did some looking around yesterday and have found Plusnet offer the same (and static IPs we need) for just £27/month! Alas FTTP isn’t available at this house, yet :(

    @Plusnet Hi, can someone look into this urgently for me? Our domain has been incorrectly flagged as spam. We are sending important transactional emails to our customers and they are being rejected by your system. Our customer are getting frustrated but we can't contact them to help!
