@Plusnet “il do you proud” no, not really, an absolute let down. No landline for 2 weeks, can’t even dial 999/911. As a carer, I can’t co-ordinate the care needed as I can’t liase with the teams and specialists appropriately.😡😡 what a I paying for?

  • chris239m Chris m (@chris239m) reported

@Plusnet trying to get through on the phone is pointless to solve my problem it may have to be small claims court 😡

  • SophInOz Sophia Gorton (@SophInOz) reported

@Plusnet I’m a new customer, but already have been told there’s a delay with my broadband set up and been on hold for 1 hour trying to arrange this. Not a good start! How can I get in contact with you??

  • MelKemp3 Mel Kemp 🇺🇦 (@MelKemp3) reported

@Plusnet what do I have to do speak to someone in customer services? I’ve spent literally hours this week waiting on the line and no picks up. My order has been delayed and I have no idea what’s happening or when.

  • ScottishStoic A Scottish Stoic (@ScottishStoic) reported

@Plusnet when you don't have the option of email or online chat, then technical issues such as are happening now which prevent being connected to the call centre are really frustrating. Not even the option of getting a call back

  • PHPology Raj Gorsia/PHPology (@PHPology) reported

@Plusnet I mean you are 4days late tbh, not sure what you can do now, plus the issue was resolved. Just how plusnet was slacking in updating the status page really.

  • MissLolpop 𝓛𝓪𝓾𝓻𝓮𝓷 𝓣𝓱𝓸𝓶𝓪𝓼 🖤 (@MissLolpop) reported

@Plusnet we desperately need to talk to you about our account. Vulnerable lady has no service due to error setting up new account. I cannot get through to your phone line. Can you advise? Thanks
