Steve (@steve_8257) reported@Plusnet would come off the next bill this was totally unacceptable, we have ended up canceling the DD which means a failed payment as this was the only way to resolve it, you are a complete waste of time as a service provider roll on the end of my contract

Also always ringing trying to get you to buy more products. PlusNet a million times better, no hard sell, good, responsive customer service.
