@Plusnet It is a constant issue since having the line, I am even paying more now than I was before For supposedly better internet that can apparently support more devices at once. Typically it can’t even efficiently support one. I’ll be calling up to give notice that I’ll be leaving.

@Plusnet I sent you a message yesterday morning, please help me.

  • SimonCoopey Simon Coopey (@SimonCoopey) reported

My @Plusnet contract expires in a few weeks. Because the new provider has arbitrarily decided to activate their service a few days before the end of the PlusNet contract they want to charge me £7.20, event though I would have paid until the end of the contract. *****.

@Plusnet as an existing customer I would rather stay with you but you don’t seem to offer any deals or incentives to stay. Persuade me…

@AnnaCupani Been with Plusnet for years well before BT took them over. Never had any problems.

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@dgpearce1000 As it would be an upgrade to a faster service, you would be able to do so without penalty. The same process already applies to any customer who upgrades from ADSL to Fibre/Fibre extra, or from Fibre to Fibre Extra. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

@Plusnet Hello. Forgot to say thanks for getting my broadband sorted. The engineer fixed it, apparently an issue with the supplier, and it is working fine now. Thank you. Is there an update on the other query about the error (screenshot in previous tweets)?

@DallawayO Hi Oliver, as this is only affecting your wireless devices; there are a few changes we can make remotely which should help improve your Wi-Fi. It will cause the signal to drop for a few minutes while the changes take place. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield
