We were told this wouldn't affect the app. We sent a request to get it up and working again but it's still pending four days later. Can you help?

I sent them a proforma invoice etc & told them to put me on the approved supplier list. Problem fixed within 48 hrs.

Hope it gets sorted ASAP, but Zen are fantastic if she wants to switch (not the cheapest but ΓΌber reliable, with excellent, UK-based customer service on the rare occasions you need it).
