    @mcopsey To try out PlusNet on EE's network, I'd get an EE PAYG SIM. Add Outgoing calls with a £10 bundle for 30 days - one off. PlusNet has no PAYG but 30 day only contracts. One must pay via DirectDebit though, whereas EE still do vouchers and cash, which may be better till satisfied.

    @avocet2 @june2locked From BT that has hopeless customer service and delivery and charges its customers 4% "tax" on top of inflation rate every year... and tries to hide its failed brand behind EE and Plusnet

    @Plusnet how can I contact Plusnet about an account set up problem? I can't DM this account and the website only shows phone numbers as far as I can tell? I'm hard of hearing and unable to make voice calls.

    @Plusnet Re 07929730770 My phone cannot be used to make or receive calls, just emergency only, can you look into this please. Everything is enabled on the phone, could it be a data problem? Regards Andy Taylor
