    Anyone else having problems with Plusnet? Last week we had problems with email...now resolved. Yesterday and today, issues with wireless connection with TV and Smartphones.

    @plusnet I would be grateful if you could confirm the cancellation terms, plus refund of all fees paid and compensation for loss of work. @MarcAllera Only recommendation I’d be giving for your service is to people I really dislike.

    @Plusnet my broadband/telephone was due to active today. I have no router no activation email and no internet as it appears that I have been disconnected from old service? Am I making a terrible mistake in joining plus net? Is this just a sign of things to come?
