Plusnet have taken a payment after my father's death and refuse to talk to me and even refuse to take a complaint without his username which I don't know. How about you dm me to arrange someone to sort this out?

We live in a rural part of Britain with only option plusnet or talktalk using the same sluggish speed/lines. Starlink set arrived the next day, took 10 minutes to set up / much faster and no contract. For RURAL parts it’s best

Huw Waters 🏴 (@huw_waters) reported@LeeJarvis10 If you only need broadband then I'd say Plusnet. Cheap as chips and have acclaimed service. I changed from BT to Plusnet in March, cost for identical service dropped from £78 to 29!

NMP (@NDP2022) reported@Plusnet Do not use this company. They take your money, don’t set up an account and fail to refund you when you provide your details. Customer service is non existent. EE have been amazing compared to this shower of a company.
