    @Plusnet hello - our internet is still down (not your fault I understand) and guy from Plusnet said you’d cover the cost of a internet dongle up to a certain amount - could you remind me how much that is please?

    @Plusnet Thanks Tony, the divert is in place, the phone is completely dead although getting very limited broadband. Keeping my fingers crossed @OpenreachHelp manage to sort the problem soon. Hope its not been caused by the fibre vans working throughout the village :(

    @O2 Why is it that since joining O2 I get regular scam calls claiming to be from O2 that somehow know I'm an O2 customer? You (or an insider) must be selling your customer details to scammers. This never happened while I was a @plusnet customer.

    @Plusnet I've been without phone service for a few days now. Please could you check my DMs? If I can't get it sorted today I think I'll just have to cancel and go back to my old provider?
