    @Plusnet I have just been advised by text that I have not made a payment and that I have restricted service!!! Would be helpful if I received a bill so that I can see what I owe and pay accordingly 🤔 Not a mind reader!!!

    @Plusnet My landline isn't working. Internet is fine. I'm trying to upgrade my contract. I've tried a corded phone and still have a problem. I'm a priority. Due to my illness.

    Just lodged a complaint with @Ofcom after illegal #slamming of my parents broadband & landline by @Plusnet .. meanwhile 2 elderly & vulnerable people are still without email, phone & internet & a v stressed 86yr old has spent £60 this week on mobile calls to broadband suppliers.

    Plusnet award winning broadband provider. I have fibre optic broadband. Speed is so slow I can’t turn my heating on I can’t watch my tv. We need to discuss compensation.

    @Plusnet Hi @Plusnet - please stop trying to deny responsibility. Your own customer services staff confirmed that you have illegally #slammed the account & terminated their service - which John Lewis broadband confirm. A complaint is on its way to you.
