    @CatrionaShearer @virginmedia Dump them asap. I had a horrendous time with Virgin and they eventually apologised and cancelled an alleged "debt" after I lodged an official complaint. I'm now with Plusnet and the difference is amazing. They are superb.

    It shouldn't be this difficult to switch mobile providers to @Plusnet. 12hrs later and still no mobile coverage. Had to call up @plusnethelp yesterday as instructions on the accompanying letter didn't work. Seems like the process is totally different to letter - and SLOW.

    @Plusnet your broadband gets worse every month, down to 5 mbs, which matches your poor website too, looking howvto cancel my contract!!!
