@CatrionaShearer @virginmedia Dump them asap. I had a horrendous time with Virgin and they eventually apologised and cancelled an alleged "debt" after I lodged an official complaint. I'm now with Plusnet and the difference is amazing. They are superb.

@RainbowsEnd69 @Plusnet I can't even seem to get a working customer service number. Not happy. If problems not sorted rapid. I'll be leaving. Bet they will still charge us all too. 🙄

@Plusnet @plusnethelp I think overnight staff are needed, I was up at 4:30am and the hub light was blue with no internet so down in Dorset too. I raised a fault as your site claimed everything was fine. Thankfully your customers informed each other!

@Plusnet Like lots of other people my internet is down in Brighton. Why don’t you have automatic monitoring of your services / an up to date service outage page on your website / out of hours service to get stuff fixed before 8am! I start work at 6am!

  • jussadawk Justine Dawkins 💙 (@jussadawk) reported

@anniesbellamy @Plusnet I’ve got the same issue and need to work from home!

  • thinkplaymake Matthew Knight (@thinkplaymake) reported

@Plusnet morning! Seems connection to any content via plusnet is broken today. Router working. WiFi working. Access to any services: broken. Lots of others seem to have similar issues. Is there a status update pls?

@Plusnet Internet down here in Aberdeen. Would appreciate an update so we can inform work.

@Plusnet I’ve worked in IT for 20 odd years now - outages happen. The real problem here is that after 7+ hours Plusnet haven’t acknowledged, informed and managed user expectations. Bad form.

  • Tyrs_fall_ Tyrs (@Tyrs_fall_) reported

@Plusnet You could try sorting ya service out. No Internet sice 1am Saying there is a problem and ya on it would be nice!

  • daiwill David Pearce (@daiwill) reported
