    @CatrionaShearer @virginmedia Dump them asap. I had a horrendous time with Virgin and they eventually apologised and cancelled an alleged "debt" after I lodged an official complaint. I'm now with Plusnet and the difference is amazing. They are superb.

    @LiosaMGC @Plusnet Honestly, customer support is a joke at most ISPs. They have a script and if your issue is off-script, then you're wrong.

    @ThingsByNik I've used plusnet for 5 plus years in three different places and never lost Internet connection once like I used to with talk talk. Also able to get bt sport cheaper and not on a contract so just sign up for football season.

    @SketchNI @Plusnet you'd think for something so damn necessary (internet) they'd take the time to try and have better customer service

    @ThingsByNik Plusnet only use the same cables as BT, Sky etc as opposed to Virgin who have their own network. In my experience you’ll get a better value all in package with Sky.

    @SketchNI @Plusnet i'd be happy with what we're paying for tbh, but we're not even getting that, they asked me to bring my desktop downstairs last time and connect my pc directly to the router...i was like not possible babe its connected to the wires through the damn walls

    @BTBusiness I'm sole trader been with BT for 18 yrs want to renew at end of contract but on different package. Told there is a downgrade charge & I would not get same kit as new customer but no I'm not being penalised. Interesting service! @VodafoneBiz @plusnet can you do better

    @OwainAlty @EngFocus @cynicalkind Night and day switching to a decent router. The crap from Plusnet gets everything turned off and straight into bridge mode.
