@writebydan Hi there, I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your broadband. If you answer the question as though there is no fault with the phone, it will progress onto the broadband related questions. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

@Plusnet woke up at 7am to a red light and the broadband symbol flashing red. Tried all the usual recommended tricks to fix it and nothing works. Would love to know if this is a current issue and not just me. Working from home is kind of impossible when your Internet stops workin

I find it incredible that @Plusnet has received customer service awards. Is the bar that low? Absolutely dreadful company, will not forgive them for how they're treating my mum at the moment. Counting down the days for me to reach the end of my contract with them so I can cancel.

@NOWHelpTeam it has been 24 hours and no one has been in touch to help with the wretched broadband. Now may offer free calls, but I would rather have the internet. Hopefully still time to cancel and go back to working internet and truly helpful tech support with @Plusnet

@Plusnet Why customer service agents lie to us ? I was told my broadband will start running from 3rd August. When I called plusnet yesterday evening, he said broadband will be active within an hour. Now it's been more than 7 hours and it's 4th August now. Unbelievably bad service.
