@Plusnet thanks a lot! Now stuck with no mobile due to your stupid number port system. Should at least wait until you have confirmation that the new SIM cars has arrived! Unhelpful customer services too.

@BatchStfc @dvla @Plusnet Each time took 12 weeks to inform us, so dragged on for 5 months. By then had a new passport did online and received within a week. Have you got lessons booked? That was the next problem!

@Plusnet I was told yesterday it is because my router is old... I have had it 3 years. It started having issues the moment I was out of contract. I can't renew my contract as the old one (broadband only no landline) doesn't exist. Yesterday I was told to leave it an hour turn off then on

@Plusnet As there WAS an issue... That worked for a few hours... Now it is doing it again. Please don't just say it is my router... Problems stop for a while then reoccur....

@Plusnet Hi there, New router has come and has been set up. Hopefully will rectify the problem. BUT, I've been charged £6.99 for delivery. I appreciate the gesture of a new router but not at my cost..please can someone sort this. Cheers.
