    @Plusnet I certainly won't be bragging about your service that's for sure, no router delivered so can't use full fibre and you still cut existing so i have nothing thanks for nothing. Absolutely useless

    Biggest mistake is signing up with @Plusnet for broadband. Poor customer service, order delayed no explanation. May i please cancel the order with you i cant deal with this. Been on the phone for more than an hour waiting for customer service and here you hardly get a response.

    @Plusnet been giving a set up date of 27/9 moving 17/9 need a much better date than this or will have to cancel new contract I’ve taken out.
