(2/2) be waived as a result of the poor customer service I’d received (too much to tweet about). I’ve now received a notice from a DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY initiated by @Plusnet. Have burnt HOURS dealing with this & thought it was resolved!! NOT HAPPY

My karen saga with @Plusnet continues, regardless of the hole in the window situation, not getting refunded my install or the £75 extra I had to spend on a mesh wifi system to get their shinternet to work, and my right to cancel contract ended 10 days before my internet worked.

@DickieMeaden Been on Vodafone for years. Coverage ok where I am but customer service not so much. If 4G SIM only suits, worth looking at Plusnet (they use EE).
