    @Plusnet hi, been doing some bandwidth speed test lately as I feel my internet has slowed down and the most I’ve seen is 400mb/s when I’m paying for a 1000mb/s

    @Plusnet service drop outs has been awful recently. Already had BT engineer out they said its to do with the central hub, nothing to do with our line or router

    @Plusnet I am a customer of yours. Is there any way to send you a message? Your phone wait time is 20mins at the moment. We will be moving house in 3 or 4 months but we want to upgrade our service now.

    @Plusnet Let all of X see how transparent Plusnet's facade of good customer service is. Asking me to call a number that does not help me and just gaslights me / lies to me each time is NOT the solution. Plusnet honouring its promises IS. Plusnet cannot be trusted and abuses its clients.
