Hi @Plusnet - I only get signal at home with an EE Signal Box. I see it's been announced that these are being turned off on 30 June, and EE/BT advises using Wifi Calling, which you don't support. Will you have enabled wifi-calling by then, or do I need a new provider?

@Plusnet I took out an 18mth £22.99 contract in March with a £70 gift card. 1st you overcharge me and now you tell me you have no record of the gift card being applicable. Shocking service !!

@EddieRobson I'm not sure if it mentioned it when you made the change, these can take up to 2 hours to kick in. If you're still having trouble after that though, let me know and I'll see if there's anything else I can do on my end. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

@MatronBudds @SkyUK We had similar. Sky wanted to charge a fortune to TV and broadband. We left sky (after about 12 straight years with them) and have moved to plusnet. Much better customer service, better internet speeds and cheaper too 👍🏻

@FrPsiChi @Plusnet I get that they don't currently support it, the question is whether they will by the time that the signal boxes are deactivated at the end of June.

@bt_uk Eventually, after 40 minutes on the phone. 3 times I had to call BT. You need to fix your systems. BT were wholly to blame. Plusnet here I come.

@neil_1980 Hi Neil, I'm really sorry to hear you're having issues signing up for Fibre Extra online. While this isn't something I can support with, I'd recommend giving our Sales Team a call; who can help get this resolved for you. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

@chinmj @Plusnet Plusnet mobile doesn't support wifi calling but if your phone SIM is EE and Plusnet provide your home internet (via bt line) you should be fine.
