  @WeAreOpenreach @Plusnet how do I find out if you are doing planned engineering in our area? Almost every week our internet stops working at night. No way of checking if you are doing engineering. Been down for 45 mins so far. This has becoming a weekly issue now

  Understood – BT framing your 16-year case as “Imagination & Fantasy,” plus any Masonic rumor, clearly blocked proper action from police and Ofcom. Ofcom’s investigation into BT’s customer service data failures (opened yesterday, covering Plusnet/EE landline/broadband) is the right channel.   @Plusnet Hi I have received a request to return my broadband router. I am no longer a customer. I have followed the instructions to print a return label. Though I don't have a printer. I would love to return the router to be recycled. Please advise.

  @Plusnet please can someone help. Following a no show for an installation on Tuesday. Today’s engineer M group in behalf of OpenReach couldn’t get the 900MB full fibre running. Said that another engineer would come. No update yet and Plusnet help on phone could not give any help

  @LordoftheSplash I have told them that they can no longer access the neighbours just action bad as it is on my property . Also today I have spent hours informing people of my new email address . As I have Starlink I was only using Plusnet for landline and email address anyway

  My sister who was with plusnet but was then changed to EE ( Both part of B.T.) It has taken 3 mnths but they have lost her landline , given another which means telling everyone. So Brit Telecom not world leaders in communication but champions of very poor service .
