So much for @Plusnet 'award winning' customer service. Cancelled my contract due no signal. Told no charges owed but still trying to charge & CS not sorting out, not passing 2 supervisor. Dreadful🤬 @itvMLshow @telegraphmoney

@ComplainingCow Trouble is, there's very little manoeuvre for them now. We were with Plusnet for 8 years, Always able to wangle a decent deal at negotiation time, then one year they wouldn't budge, so we had to walk. I'm looking forward to "Home 5G" rolling out as that'll be real competition.

An update on @Plusnet and its failure to deliver my broadband. Its 3 weeks since install and 3 further engineering visits to try and deliver 16Mbps min download speed.Failed again & are now suggesting I need to wait another week of their failing before I can cancel my contract.

@jingsmonty Hi there Andy, sorry to hear that you're having issues with our Webmail platform. Unfortunately it is very basic and can be rather slow - there isn't anything we can do to fix this unfortunately. I do apologise for the inconvenience. - Jess, Plusnet Leeds 🌻

My mobile network (@Plusnet) says I used 2.5GB of data yesterday. I was connected to wifi at work and at home and even if not, didn’t do anything anywhere near that data intensive so this feels wrong. Anyone got any experience of what could cause this? Do they make mistakes?!

@Plusnet Hello Jess, our wifi has gone down completely now. Honestly this service is so so poor. When you call back I would like to discuss the breach of contract.

Just want everyone to know that Plusnet are by very far the absolute worst broadband provider I've ever had, in my opinion I'd suggest that you don't even consider their service.

@Plusnet Hi, I just upgraded my service with your colleague - my email confirmation has got a much higher price than we agreed on the phone. He said it’s something to do with discounts but I’m not comfortable that my only written confirmation is wrong. Can you fix?
