    So what is the solution when your @Plusnet SIM just stops working and you can't make any calls or texts (>24 hrs now)? According to app/website etc, it's give them a call. Errrrm, slight issue there...

    @cal_ann @Plusnet Use uSwitch via Topcashback. We got £85 back. Were we live the signal is poor whoever we use but our Plusnet was far better than our current Vodafone. We have 3 different providers with 3 different tariffs and speeds. I go for cheapest as it is still double the speed I use now.

    @Plusnet @zeninternet So what am I supposed to do, @Plusnet just twiddle my thumbs til then? (BTW if y’all didn’t know, we live in a basement flat with no TV and really bad radio signal so it’s basically internet for everything).

    BTW my Internet is out, probably until 18th, @Plusnet / @zeninternet not co-ordinating….I thought it was all happening today, and Zen cut me off just after midnight… But no service from PlusNet. Turns out the PHONE switches today, but the Internet switches tomorrow?!?
