@Plusnet my internet has been terrible for the past few weeks - cutting out 10-20 times a day for 2-3 minutes at a time. Can’t work or watch anything. Sometimes reconnects itself other times need to reset the router. Have logged it online, but getting desperate now…

@plusnet So frustrated with poor customer service. Owed £50 cashback but been unable to claim it. Several tickets raised, promises given, promises broken, tickets closed and still no sign of the refund. We have spent hours on phone waiting for non-existent call-backs. #PlusNet

@O2 @thepeterhunt I'll just add that I agree with Peter, and I usually can't access the internet. Your team insisted it's plusnet, but it's not, it's the issues with accessing the internet on O2 when your masts are down as everything else works.

@refuse2exercise Too soon to tell. It will deffo help downloading games. To be fair my Plusnet fibre was solid, I have been with them a loooooong time. But my contract was up and Virgin were the only option here for superfast speeds at a good price, so went for it!

"Chat Now" with online chat help on an ISP's website (@Plusnet) doesn't mean "I want to go round in circles with a robot only to be told to call them". What's the point of it? Gah.

@Plusnet Do you not understand English when you are commenting in English, my mother has try to get this sorted out a number of times. The next step is a complaint to ofcom and legal action in court against plusnet for breach of contract.

@ExileIrish I did a quick test on the girls TV upstairs and seemed ok but they'll soon let me know if any issues. I replaced the plusnet router with a brilliant TP-Link one so if I have to do it again, I shall!
