@Jo_joblogs Hi Jo, Earlier today, some customers experienced problems accessing their emails and accounts in Plusnet Member Centre and connecting to their broadband service. We worked quickly to resolve this and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused. Thanks

After checking for 1hr @Plusnet hanging up on people after a recorded message, who call your support line, isn't good customer service, your status page states there are no issues still! Thanks to @VOXI_UK I've been able to set up a hotspot to at least answer some emails!

@Plusnet Reported at 11.10, told at 11.43 the line was OK and it was my problem, told at 12.23 in would be fixed soon, told at 12.27 someone would call in 20 minutes; they didn’t
