i'm livid @Plusnet @plusnethelp i have never in my life been kept so in the dark about an ongoing issue in this fashion. sunday 11:00AM we were informed there was a major service outage, and it's been like pulling teeth to get any information about this. AVOID.

@bt_uk I’m a potential new customer and currently with Plusnet FTTC. What’s the current waiting time to have FTTP installed?

@VodafoneUK Not waiting for anything, after a month of lies i told you .ot to stuff your contract where the sun don't shine asked Plusnet and they got the job done on the dates they said within 2 weeks, i wish to gods i had never heard of @VodafoneUK the stress and anxiety you caused me

I wonder if there’s a correlation between being a @plusnet subscriber and a turntable user? It does at least give me something to listen to when my router starts the day by nixing its own 5GHz network and only allowing my phone to connect to it.

  • Gaz_T Gaz Taylor (@Gaz_T) reported

@JBoneDS @ManticoreRich Virgin is very much when it works they are brilliant but when it doesn’t they are the worst company in the universe! Sometimes it does make a different switching suppliers like EE, Plusnet, etc as they do tweaks to make this run nicely on their bits. Problem is if BT do work

  • Simon_Templar0 Simon Templar the 55th Parallel (@Simon_Templar0) reported

@Plusnet don’t ever use Plusnet, their WiFi signal is non existent, they don’t fix fault, they don’t return calls and when you do leave early because they won’t fix the fault, or return calls, they threaten debt collection for early cancellation fees. Avoid at all cost.

  • CraigMarston Craig ⚛︎ Marston (@CraigMarston) reported

@Cazy_L @Plusnet If their service is crap, then no matter what it says in their terms and conditions or contract; cancel. 👍🏻
