@Plusnet Why did you give me an option to choose date for my Broadband transfer to Plusnet yesterday & today send email ignoring my choice & are now transferring the service a fortnight earlier? You can imagine how I scored your satisfaction survey. Great start!

  • cunliffe_gail Gail C (@cunliffe_gail) reported

@OpenreachHelp Plusnet were going to be our new provider but they let us down so we signed up with TalkTalk but they have now cancelled our order as they couldn't transfer landline number. So currently no provider. Compounds the issue with your engineers failing to do the job they were meant to

@krakenind @JolyonMaugham @virginmedia Most of the companies supply poor hardware that is inferior to yrs ago it seems. I am with Plusnet and use my own router, signal far stronger. Cheap boxes that signal is so poor they try to jumping frequencies and fail so keep switching. Also split the signals for 2.4 and 5 ghz

@Plusnet down since 8:20pm. This is a joke considering we logged an open question and followed with your team for ages to fix previous issue and now the question is closed/past the 28 days mark we now have another issue. Your service is really poor since we moved house.

@Plusnet Not a problem at all. Is there a way to get a new Plusnet router?

@Plusnet absolutely cannot wait to change provider... And I use the term provider loosely... Paying £44@mnth for intermittent service. Poor. Would not recommend, even after 8 yrs. Sooo looking forward to using @Virgin SK16 5BW cable laid we're ready and waiting.
