Hew @Plusnet, are you throttling my internet during day? Can't play games in my lunch break constant connection issues but the speed test looks ok. So are you throttling gaming traffic? You said you never would when I signed up years ago.

  • McDougallSophia Sophia McDougall, MSt (@McDougallSophia) reported

@Plusnet You sent an Openreach engineer who said it was a Plusnet problem. Your colleague said it was impossible to do anything until they received this information from him formally and you would contact me. It's now been 24 hours and nothing from you. No internet all week.

  • topnukeuk NuclearStar (@topnukeuk) reported

@TalkTalk please stop emailing me telling me "there is a better product for you" I signed up a few months ago and the service is frankly worse than plusnet, wifi drops several times an hour.

  • McDougallSophia Sophia McDougall, MSt (@McDougallSophia) reported

@Plusnet You're saying it was correct for nobody to call me for the now more than 24 hours since I told you the problem was still there?

@joteddyuk @dvla @Plusnet And the funny bit.. Used the online service to re-do the application yesterday This time it picked up his passport photo so only needed a picture of signature. Got an email today saying his provisional will be here in 3 weeks :)

What has happened @plusnethelp @Plusnet ? Another dreadful and rude telephone exchange with sales. They really really don’t want to retain business do they?

  • McDougallSophia Sophia McDougall, MSt (@McDougallSophia) reported

@Plusnet I'm in the final week of an incredibly time-sensitive project and am forced to camp out at my mother's flat so I can use the internet to work. I don't know what on earth that customer service award can have been for but it's looking as though changing supplier might be faster.

  • mikos Mike Carter (@mikos) reported

@Plusnet My internet connection is running at a quarter of its usual speed this week. Can you help?
