  @Plusnet We are now into our 16th day of our phone and broadband outage issue and it is starting to affect my health both physically and mentally. Cancelling my DD today and going with another provider ASAP - plusnet can take me to court if they want.

  @Plusnet router flickering on and off, did text message thing, apparently I need openreach engineer, one coming on Monday. Can’t I just speak to someone, can’t you get it fixed sooner somehow? What’s the issue?

  @Plusnet We are now into our 16th day of our phone and broadband outage issue and I will be contacting OFCOM later to raise a complaint. I am reduced to using from a local co-working space at £24.00 per day which I doubt plusnet will refund.

  @jimmycobb_ @UniHomes @Plusnet Me and my house mates had the same problem, it ended up arriving 3 and a half weeks late, for it to not work. After several emails with UniHomes they offered us a £10 each compensation after we spent £100 on extra data. A joke.

  @Plusnet 00:29am & my internet has gone down, router flashing red. Have turned it off/on, rebooted but after going blue for about 5 seconds it just goes red again?? … Any issues reported in the LE12 area??

  Cancelled my @Plusnet now, it shops the day BT put in their UC £9.99 Broadway. To be fair Plusnet service I've had no problem with, I was offered a cheaper new upgrade but still more than a tenner with BT. I'll go back to Plusnet if things change the future #CostOfLivingCrisis

  @Plusnet really disappointed as after 2 years of fantastic service, Plusnet have really let me down. Moved house almost a month ago and the engineer still has not arrived/I cannot get through on the phone. Help please?

  Swapping internet providers - Plusnet said our service would be maintained until 11th. Woke up this morning to no wifi connection, and our new router from Now hasn't arrived yet 😭😭😭
