    @Plusnet thought my connectivity issues the past weekend were on my end but I’m seeing that many customers are having issues with intermittent drop outs. This evening has been frustrating. Already previously logged under Q number 232950185.

    @Plusnet we have just agreed to join BT from 27/04 and they said they can sort all the switching but we need to inform you. Is there anything specific you need or do we just cancel our direct debit from this date?

    @Plusnet I have just spoken to an advisor and I cannot believe how rude this gentleman was. He ended the call because I wasn’t happy with the price he offered. £54 a month I am paying for that kind of service. Absolutely disgusting.

    @Plusnet morning, I've upgraded the current package as my contract ends on 19/4. I've had an email to say new service will activate 17/4 & was just wondering if there's any way this could be put back to activate on the 19/4 instead? Cheers
