    @Plusnet what a bloody nightmare trying to move house and getting a service set up when there is something called a cease on the line !

    @TalkmobileUK sent dm. Will you open free calls, text and data to Pakistan like Vodafone, EE, plusnet, Voxi and BT have done for friends and family to be able to contact their loved ones. You run on Voda network so surprised you have not put a similar update out.

    @ConstableChaos I use @Plusnet They were really good when I first had internet years ago, and now again that I need to buy utilities once more. Some of the arrangement processes appear to have become less efficient, but once the service is in, it is reliable, as fast as I can get and only £23.

    @Plusnet Hi Plusnet, I've been tweeting you daily and DM'ing to try to get some help. My mobile service is restricted: I've paid, and have a DD in place, but it's still restrcited, 6 days now. Pretty fed up......

    @Plusnet I’m supposed to be switching over to your service on Monday, still no sign of the router. I work from home so this will be a big problem if it doesn’t arrive in time. Can you track the parcel?

    @MassiveAndAce @Plusnet 2022 and this is still a shambles. 23 minute phone call. Fwded by you to BT themselves..who surprise! can't do anything because you bill the service.

    Biggest mistake is signing up with @Plusnet for broadband. Poor customer service, order delayed no explanation. May i please cancel the order with you i cant deal with this. Been on the phone for more than an hour waiting for customer service and here you hardly get a response.
