Secondly, I have 7 email addresses I use for different accounts and only use the provider email for them. Thirdly, ALWAYS be prepared to walk away.

Terzie (@Terzie) reported@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow You said if you're mid contract on broadband there is little you can do. I’m month 6/24 @ plusnet. Called saying I was having problems and considering cancelling. They gave me free hub2 router, cancelled old contract no fee and my new contract is £1 a month less for 2 years!
