    If you want a new broadband supplier don’t go to @Plusnet We @MarkOneMusic & I did. We had a broadband problem in Nov 2020 & reported it. It’s now almost Feb we still have broadband issues & no landline. 3 @OpenreachHelp engineers in house, way more outside. #useless

    @LucyGoesDating @stefandz Also unless you want tv or a package from BT, plusnet are owned by them so you’ll be getting exactly the same service

    @plusnethelp my activation date with plusnet was supposed to be 29.01.21 but I am still waiting for activation and its now 31.01.21, customer services only seem to want to help if they think your wanting to sign up, your helpline shows 7 days yet its closed sundays, poor service

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet I opened a ticket because your broken site says I'm no longer allowed a static ip. You replied to say you have no intention of replying. "We're sorry, but you can no longer raise a query via this method and as such this message will not be responded too"

    @plusnethelp my broadband is .38mbps and 3mbps download on two tests. supposed to be guaranteed 30mbps. plusnet help?
