    @Plusnet hi there. I'm here to report my broadband in west Edinburgh cut out completely about 10 mins ago with the red broadband light flashing. A similar thing happened a few nights ago in the evening which was resolved when turned router hub off/on. Didn't resolve this time tho

    @Plusnet your current national service status says Green on all services, which is clearly a load of rubbish judging by all the outages reported across the UK in the past week or so...

    @Plusnet although question 214656792 is now closed, my internet dropped *again* in the last 15mins. This is the third outage in the last 2 months and no-one has explained why I do not have a stable connection. Can you open a new issue or reopen 214656792 and continue to explore.

    @Plusnet hi there, loyal customer & recently renewed my contract with you as I've always had good service. I am moving house soon & just read that to take my contract with me I'll have to pay, but if I started a new contract I wouldn't. Really disappointing & regret renewing now.

    @Plusnet Many thanks for your reply I spoke to someone on your service team tester and due to the internet being off due to the server outage I had to do a hard reset which is why my log in details had been forgotten by the hub, this has now been rectified

    @Plusnet I pay £40 a month for our Internet, our router needs replacing and I am expected to buy one. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they were ‘too busy’. Thought you had the best customer service? Doesn’t say much for the other broadband providers as yours is terrible!

    @Plusnet you say you are there to help but nobody is really bothering...my connection keeps dropping, it is more the time without internet than with it, this is a joke, what am I paying for...no internet, no customer care...a scam basically
