@Plusnet I can't find a place to register a complaint. My WiFi cuts out nearly everyday for an hour or two in the evening/night (occuring for months). As a paid service, this is unacceptable. Please reimburse me for the service I'm paying for & not receiving

@Plusnet There seems to be an ongoing rude tone adopted in some of your departments. Billing were lovely, sales were rude. This is in line with my previous experience with your sales team back in April when I was told my address didn’t exist and it was only “my opinion” that it did 😳

@Plusnet Hi there, New router has come and has been set up. Hopefully will rectify the problem. BUT, I've been charged £6.99 for delivery. I appreciate the gesture of a new router but not at my cost..please can someone sort this. Cheers.

@BatchStfc @dvla @Plusnet Each time took 12 weeks to inform us, so dragged on for 5 months. By then had a new passport did online and received within a week. Have you got lessons booked? That was the next problem!

Same as Internet, Plusnet are trying their best interests of democracy, I would have been cheering a two part scheme to defraud players and Frontier were a proper bad guy as well, eh?
