    @Plusnet we in Sheffield don't have any internet, my husband works from home so that's a big problem. He's currently fixing things around the house and driving me crazy with the noise. Hellllllllllllllllllllllppppppppppp!!!!!!!

    @Plusnet Plusnet support advise that between 50-100 locations are down in Colchester and the estimate repair is 18 hours. No redundancy. Totally unacceptable in 2022

    Hi @Plusnet I’ve honestly given up on your terrible phone support. Your forum has some old but sensible posts from your staff that seem to match my problem but the confirmation email hasn’t arrived so I can’t post can you send me a confirmation email
