@Plusnet I've renewed my broadband with you on the 28th Jan. The agreed price was £22.50 a month with an extra £10 added on for bt sport. I've been charged this month £36 and still havent received the router needed for the faster Internet. Can you help me please.

@Plusnet I dont need the engineer a colleague of yours phoned me today and tested the connection and the fault is in the router so a new one is getting sent out. Thank you for the most excellent customer service

@Plusnet do I need to call or can somebody look into my Internet pls? my router keeps flashing orange then going blue but devices say I need to sign in, I do, then it flashes orange again - this started abt 9pm

@Plusnet why is it that when it’s windy, my broadband seems to stop working? On at least 3 occasions, it’s been windy and my internet has went down. Orange light on the router, which i’m pretty sure means it can’t connect to the broadband. Am i to not use my wifi when it’s windy?
