@michaelcouch23 @plusnethelp i waited an hour. i have changed my dns to 8.8.8.8 which has worked but when i called plusnet, nobody knew anything about it or about the dns workaround. appalling service when a single tweet would tell everyone what is going on

@sehoppers @Plusnet @plusnethelp Hey, there looks to be a major DNS issue at the moment, if you update your devices to use 8.8.8.8 as a DNS server you should get back online.

@BagsTweets_ @Plusnet It’s a DNS issue bud, if you change your DNS server on your devices to 8.8.8.8 you should get reconnected.
