    @Plusnet My sim is puk locked and won't unlock, I need a new sim, please sort this asap I left a message on Facebook. Meanwhile, NO support email? NO online support chat? How the hell do you get help if yourphone is screwed.

    @cl_gamble @we_are_biscuit @Plusnet Reading in the bio it's just a support account that is no longer in use. That still doesn't explain why it's still active and set to private, which is really bizarre. Their current support account is open, but being silent on this matter, so not exactly confidence inspiring.

    @Plusnet having tried to sign me up £6 per month more than a new customer I managed to match the price. Speed is much worse than advertised or my previous contract.
