    @Plusnet Be nice if you could answer your emails instead of sending auto responses as to why you don't... Most other customer service orientated businesses manage, so why not Plusnet?

    @ThisJavier @SkyUK I’d scrap Sky, get internet via PlusNet (ive been with them for five years, zero problems) then tv via Disney+, Netflix, or Now, etc. so much cheaper than Sky.
