    @plusnet My broadband has gone down and it’s been like that for around an hour, I work from home and I need it. Phone CS hangs the calls, service status page is down, the text message option asks for my phone # which I don’t have, WHAT DO I DOOO???

    @Plusnet my internet is down (in CF14) despite several router restarts and resets. Your phone line says I cant speak to anyone. Im working from home today and entirely reliant on the internet - help please!
