    @ClareQ12 @Plusnet Never had a problem with Plusnet in 20 years except when we moved house and had to wait for a landline. Customer service has been great, and speed is as promised - otherwise you can get recompense.

    @Plusnet are you trying to get rid of old F9 mail customers by lifting the spam filter? Been a customer for >25 years, the amount of junk mail I get these days, with the highest setting on your portal, is ridiculous.

    Slighty worried about @Plusnet cust service as a @bt_uk shareholder... he said it wasn't part of his job to know about the direct debit guarantee!

    @plusnet of all the organisations I've had to deal with after my father's death you have been the worst. No dedicated bereavement team, no sensitivity & unhelpful in the extreme. Why do you make a stressful & upsetting task so hard?

    @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

    @Plusnet I keep getting an "unfortunately we've hit a problem" when logging into my account to pay the bill. Plus my connection isnt very good. Solution for this?
