    @Plusnet We've been told that we must renew by 8 March but as you are dropping phone service on broadband we will cancel instead. Will the account and bills lapse if we do nothing? Thanks

    @JessfromW At least with plusnet you can speak to a nice person in the UK usually, who attempts to help, not some evil 3rd worlder who will say or do literally anything to stop you getting an open reach visit (although I've disappointingly got someone from the subcontinent,in the UK, once).

    @ben_benjamin3 @virginmedia Did the same with mine, rand them. Best we can do is £55! Erm everywhere else is offering £25-£35 for the same service? Sorry, best we can do. Cancelled. Went to Plusnet. Two days later a phone call. Why are you leaving? We can match plusnets price if you stay. Too late. I genuinely don’t understand their thinking. Waste of time & money.

    @Plusnet why can I go online and get a cheaper offer and also fast product from you’re company after being a customer for 4 years plus

    @tina0402x The trouble is all other providers BT Plusnet etc apart from Virgin use the same cabling, be it copper or fibre it all comes from the exchange. I worked at BT and this was explained by an engineer in the training. Copper is being phased out.

    @Plusnet so I cancel my contract with you 6-8 weeks ago and you now take a new payment from my account today. Then I’m told it’s ok you can have it back in 30 days… wtf?
