If you have fantasised about using @Plusnet for your emails, don't, just don't. We are now on day 6 of emails not working properly. They also haven't done the domain transfer they promised yesterday.

@Plusnet simply issuing the same, bland, uninformative statement every few hours does nothing to reassure customers that Plusnet know what the issue is and have the capability to fix it. Anymore of this stand-offish nonsense and I too will be off.

@HelloFromMarcus @Plusnet I had a similar problem with them myself last year, Marcus. The moment they hear you want to leave it’s silence all round. No-one at the end of a phone line, and DMs on Twitter often unread. I just cancelled my DD and let them sing for it

@Plusnet Day 6. A lesson in how not to manage a crisis , it will feature in text books and lectures. Issue a report daily implying that things are getting better. Say that e-mails are accessible via a Client , it doesn't work for me Don't provide any practical guidance. etc etc

@plusnet Day 5 , no e-mails , no practical information , and what know seems to be a daily report , re-tweeting the previous one. I have sympathy with a technical problem , but not with his it's being communicated and managed
