    @EE rubbish customer service. Plusnet changed over my contract to you 2 weeks ago and each day I have to reset my Internet connection to sky. On hold for almost an hour tonight and no reply. I do not want online help I want to speak to a human who can explain why this happens.

    @graceemsxx Always used Plusnet and they have been reliable. UK customer service call centre as well I believe.

    @Plusnet will you be answering the phone by 20.00? Or will I be disconnected as per voicemail? Is there an overall problem with the internet with you?

    @NtantuNow @virginmedia @Plusnet Virgin are so useless. Instead of fixing the issue they just offer to boost your speeds lol

    @Plusnet Hi. I've had a letter saying my broadband and phone service will be transferred to EE soon. As there is not fibre option (only copper) how is this going to work? Many thanks.

    @robsterowski @Plusnet BT/EE/Plusnet broadband went down about/before midnight on Monday/Tuesday. Have you rebooted everything?

    Warning to anyone thinking of switching to @EE - I’m switching to @plusnet on the same plan, £30 a month cheaper. Paid my final bill and an £86 exit fee on Friday. They cut me off the next day - six days b4 the switch. Still can’t get an explanation. Terrible service @EE
