@SharonYHaye BT. My son has BT. Twice in two years there's been a problem, each time a real live human answers the phone, takes details and gets the problem sorted. Done. I'm swapping from Plusnet to BT as soon as my contract's up!

Signed up with plusnet with the £75 cash back offer but e mail went in my junk. So I get nothing plus the service is rubbish and will cost me £88 to move. So much for good will

@Plusnet spoke to agent as still not had last bill was told manager would call within 3 days last Thursday- heard nothing! How hard can it be to issue a bill you’ve blocked my account access!! Please contact and sort
