    @merylspider @plusnethelp I went 2 weeks without internet when I signed up! Rang multiple times and got no help or had the phone put down. So I cancelled it now being charged £128 when I got no broadband whatsoever. Plusnet is a total scam

    @OurAsh1066 @Plusnet Is the hamster still turning in the wheel? Have you tried a knitting needle down the pipes to loosen a possible blockage?

    When we had dial-up, there were hundreds of different companies to choose from. Now with broadband it's been whittled down to about 5. Next it will be just BT if they overcharge other providers for connections via OpenReach. Already EE and Plusnet are BT owned. #r4today

    @OurAsh1066 @Plusnet My plusnet still works, just tested for you 36.5 down and 9.5 up, ping response to Google 9ms. Maybe it's a local issue?

    @lizpusey @plusnethelp @Plusnet That's attrocious service. Might be worth talking to Money Saving Expert, or even You and Yours. They'll bump Plusnet into action and maybe reduce the chances of it happening again.
