    @Plusnet PLUSNET ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVES. Tried to scam me for £50 for a line when 2 active lines already existed. Failed to send me a modem, we requested to cancel the contract, bullied into having a second modem sent. Never used the service Now taken us to a credit agency for £111.98

    @Plusnet Having promised me a new number and ex-directory status AGAIN I checked on BT Directory just now. All of my details are there including a new number! The scammers will have it by now too. Another AWFUL broken promise from Plusnet.

    @Plusnet Very disappointed to see that as an existing customer I am unable to access the same pricing as a new customer. I'm therefore taking my business to @zeninternet who have consistent pricing.
