    Why can I not ring someone when I have an issue with my Internet @Plusnet . I have been a customer for a long time and don't want to leave but you may be leaving me no option.

    After 4 days with no mobile signal thanks to Eunice I had a day on yesterday and could therefore use my bank account. Off again today. 4 more letters in @Telegraph today about BT digital phone service outage & problems in powercuts. @bt_uk @Plusnet
