This has been going for years now. Our current troubleshooter with @Plusnet running since 22 January this year alone. As our provider, they can only do so much but the trouble isn't with them, @bt_uk and @Ofcom, it's the infrastructure - no matter how many times we say it. (2/3)

@Plusnet Of course, it will bear little resemblance to the coverage you actually experience, as all the coverage prediction maps are based on theoretical modelling by computer, and not real-world signal data.

@Plusnet I changed my renewed my contract online on 19th April to pay £25.50 per month and have just had a DD collected today of the out of contract price of £41.75??? Can you help? 🤔🤔🤔

@Plusnet Do Not Use this supplier if you expect a telephone line and internet service ! Great if you want to pay monthly direct debit to be ignored as soon as there is a faulty that the engineer say will be fixed tomorrow and its now a week later and Plusnet doesn’t reply

  • Hippy_Nikki Nikki Poulton (@Hippy_Nikki) reported

@Plusnet, my service has been lagging all day and is really impacting my ability to get my work done. Is there something wrong with the connection in NW London?

  • serichards Suzy Richards 🇪🇺 (@serichards) reported

Well this is annoying. Many of the sites about the different MVNOs said Giffgaff DID support wifi calling. Turns out that is ***** and they don’t 😡 It was shown as being on with Plusnet and they supposedly don’t! It seems a no brainer to have it.

  • CearaPorter ceara🤍 (@CearaPorter) reported

@Plusnet My mother and I have both lost our service in the Hyde, Manchester area. Is there a issue with service at the moment ?

  • Gazjmo Gareth Morris (@Gazjmo) reported

@Plusnet you want to connect up my telephone line tomorrow morning and as I told you, I don’t have vacant possession of the property until 30th May. You told me this at 7pm this evening, just spent an hour on hold trying to reschedule- please help

@Plusnet @PlusnetOfficial No internet since 19:45 yesterday. Checked our connections, all good. Reset router, no change. Can you help please?

  • FlappyBerk Christian (@FlappyBerk) reported

@ExInfanteer @CharlotteCGill Most ISPs have bad reviews on TrustPilot. They tend to get the blame even when things are user-error or because of Openreach. For what it's worth I was happy with PlusNet. Cheap, with good UK support the few times I ever needed it. Only moved away from them to get fibre.
