Hi @Plusnet, my Internet has been down for nearly 24 hours - the router is displaying a solid orange light with a flashing ‘b’ symbol, any ideas on what to do to get it working again? Thanks!

@bigkevilla82 @Plusnet ... then I spent ages trying to get the new router/modem to work only to find they hadnt set it up properly B4 they sent it out. I had to phone their 'experts' to find out the problem

@bigkevilla82 @Plusnet now I'm having problems with Yodel @YodelOnline after months of leaving my parcels in my SP they won't now I suppose they have employed another little Hitler who insists I sign for them so I will open the door and let the bastards breathe all over me!!!

@Plusnet why does your website state data roaming is included when there is no 3G or 4G in Munich and poor 3G in Paris? Your customer services advice is to buy an international sim, they know this is an issue! You’ll be losing 5 customers shortly
