@drpoco They no that also had a problem with @Plusnet got Pac code moved to 3 but they tried charging me for using dead Sim in April

Just wasted 40 minutes on @Plusnet. Customer services is a joke, how they win 'awards' I've no idea as it must mean everyone else is even worse! Now to sort out what to do about my Willow Tree! This is not going to be a good day. Fed up & it's only 10!

@Plusnet hi, I subscribed to BT Sport through Plusnet on 31st April. After following all of the steps correectlt the BT app still says "error id003 unable to find active BT subscription". Won't let me login.
