@Tonysmini @Plusnet I don't have an alarm. I can't say I've ever noticed another socket around the loft. I've not had this problem before with other providers.

Never go with plusnet it a rip of we are with a 2 year contract and it is £211 to leave it, like we're not gonna pay that.

@Plusnet My internet has to be the worst on this planet ...on my phone I get no connection no network no this no that...so have to use data in house ...not right

@Plusnet Its switched of because it doesn't show up in house when I scan thats why nothing is connected it doesn't show up ...and because your routers are ( crap ) as your tech guy said ..they struggle to reach upstairs so I need a booster and 2 .4 goes further thats why its turned off

Has anyone pointed out to @Plusnet that including a step that requires you to have a phone to plug into a phone line to diagnose broadband issues in today’s world where everyone just uses mobiles is fundamentally flawed…
