@Plusnet Since the start of July 21 I have frequently had 'no service' on my mobile phone. I am unable to access the Live Chat I used to use. I am becoming increasingly frustrated to the point of looking elsewhere for my services. Obviously I can't ring as there is no service.

@Plusnet I need to make a long and detailed complaint and was advised to use the email address on your complaint page, but the email address field is blank. It's like hitting my head on a brick wall dealing with Plusnet. Can you please advise me of the correct address

@Plusnet @Plusnet is a terrible network provider. After they charged me nearly 50 pounds for the installation fee in April, I connected the router and the network cable according to the method on the Plusnet Handbook. However, I couldn't get on the Internet. @plusnethelp

Hey @Plusnet. Over a week since all mailboxes disappeared after requesting a mail-only account as I've moved to a new ISP. Have been told 24-48 hours to resolve twice over last week. Still no mailboxes. Quite concerned about what e-mails we are missing. Can you help??

@Plusnet I sent a message about 45 minutes ago. My new service was due to start Saturday night but was delayed until this morning. It still hasn't gone live. Would you be able to reply to my message with an ETA please. I work from home, and have already missed a couple of meetings today

@Plusnet On 16 July I reported an issue with dropping connection. Plusnet ran tests which caused the internet to stop completely. This was on Friday 16 July. Apparently work is now "on hold" until 21 July. This is unacceptable. Please escalate this as a priority.
