    @WeAreOpenreach Hi, Openreach works at the end of Upper Park Road in the CO7 area seem to have caused a broadband outage for me (PlusNet customer). Connection dropped around 9pm on Tuesday 17th of January. Can you check if this is related and advise? Thanks!

    Why is internet down again in TS17 5LS. Supposed to be superfast @Plusnet but having nothing but problems with outages! Be helpful if they let customers know the problems are rather than wait till we contact them and they say all is fine! #noconnection #nocustomerservice

    @Plusnet Horrible experience. Placed order on Sunday. Called today and it turns out order was not placed. Activation was due Thursday and now another order was placed and it wont be activated until 26th. Unacceptable service!

    @evsmiles @TeslaFamilyYT @Starlink Well you would have the same problem with starlink. Plus way slow upload speeds and much worse ping. Plusnet 1Gig fibre here connected into a Deco BE65 mesh and I get up to the advertised speed through the house on WiFi.
