The @Plusnet diagnostics bot cannot detect its own network being down. Which, technically speaking, is ****. I know the cables are fine, ********, I can tracert all the way to your infrastructure, where it goes dark! Heading to office via @bluecollarfood

@plusnet My broadband has gone down and it’s been like that for around an hour, I work from home and I need it. Phone CS hangs the calls, service status page is down, the text message option asks for my phone # which I don’t have, WHAT DO I DOOO???
