    @jo2107 @plusnethelp @Plusnet They are being too vague. (1) can U change Plusnet mobile current plan? (2) how long before Plusnet mobile moves to EE & what prices / will they protect tariffs? Bad PR to close to new customers & not reassure current.

    @Plusnet Internet suddenly stopped working, followed the "troubleshooting" instructions & that shows "connected" but it's not working.

    Looks like my network provider is being closed down, Plusnet No new customers, no chance to change package BT mobile already merged into EE I believe

    @Stigbinky i have plusnet its such a random choice but it costs like £20 or something like that and it never goes down 🏆

    @KazzyAnnie1 We've had plusnet for years. Never had any major gripes with them.
