    @EE EE is the best network for reception, but if you aren't fussed about wi-fi calling you might as well pay Plusnet for the same service, starting at £6 a month. You'll get free roaming too.

    @Plusnet I’ve messaged now, thanks. Aside from it not being mentioned (not in itself an issue, easily missed), any comment on why this is being added as an extra charge? I was mid-contract before, and given it was either £65 to move house or over £200 to leave early, it’s just greed

    @bt_uk @Plusnet I'm hopping mad that I will have no internet or phone service for 3 working days because you haven't got any engineers available. Looking to cancel and switch to Virgin Fibre

    @JohnTurner2021 @Plusnet True, but currently only BT and Virgin are immediately using digital lines. The others even though an arm of BT are not in the immediate future. This gives time to hope that a solution to charging phones when there is a powercut over more than an hour can be found. Can't see how.

    Just changed from TalkTalk to PlusNet broadband. Massive difference in customer service. Pleasant vs non existant.

    @Plusnet Hi. I have a plusnet email account but I'm no longer a plusnet customer. The account had been hacked and I'd like to delete it I can't find out how to and I can no longer log in to it. Can you help please?
