    @ACTBrigitte I have to say I always appreciate getting either US or UK based support teams, always had great experience with Amazon, Aspect, PlusNet and Delinea, and the complete opposite with Virgin Media, O2, HP and Dell

    @plusnet our broadband has been down since Wednesday but is now saying the line is back up and working, yet we have reset our broadband multiple times like instructed and it’s still not working…

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp Hi, can you advise if Plusnet dns servers were “out” last night? I had 14 dns failures between 20:00 and 02:00. Never had such an issue before and have been with Plusnet for many years. Thx

    Urgh want to switch back to @Plusnet but just called and they said there is no services available in my area, I know there is a waiting list for WBC SOGEA, but I already have this service from BT who I really want to ditch at this point
