43 days now without phone and broadband Plusnet tell meOpenreach have to much work have not got an engineer available you would have thought after 6 weeks they would have found one after continually telling people are working on the issue what a load of lies

@Plusnet ,still waiting on a response! I have a very I’ll family member in hospital who is critical,I cannot ring out or receive calls or messages! If something terrible happens and I am not able to be connected I’m gonna be raging 😡 SORT IT OUT AND RESPOND NOW!

@plusnet I sent a DM, I tried ringing 3 times last week (on hold for 40 minutes each time), and I’m STILL waiting for my refund of £107 which was due to reach me on Friday 2nd December! Is anyone there? @ofgem can you help?

@mbga_uk I use PlusNet. They're probably no better or worse than any other, but their call centre and support is excellent, especially on their mobile phone side. I'll be sticking with them.
