@OpenreachHelp I paid through Plusnet and talked to them about it already. They said that I need to talk to you about it. Apparently because the engineer switched the line in the exchange down the road that's what is paid for. It was described on the site as "install a new line".

@Plusnet Hello. I've put our new SIM into my son's phone and it's not getting recognised. The SIM works in my phone. My Plusnet SIM doesn't work in my son's phone either..... Confused, any advice?

@phil__stanmore No, just tested via phone. I could try checking the line, yes, but I'm not convinced PlusNet are giving me the best service tbh.

@UswitchUK @OpenreachHelp @MattRodda I'm expecting a Network-Rail-Train-Operating-Company levels of teflon coating. USwitch will blame PlusNet. PlusNet will blame OpenReach. OpenReach will shrug. I live in the centre of a 218k pop town with crap internet. No-one takes responsibility and I'm expected to WFH.

@Plusnet Do you know? I would just like you to deliver service to your actual customers... I am tired of constant buffering. Streaming services constantly buffering w poor image. Constant inability to deliver half way decent service. Cannot wait till I can leave @Plusnet Do not touch them
