    @Plusnet Iv repeatedly spoken to you since first week of contact ur advice purchase a booster erm no I’m paying for a service and you haven’t once provided in full yet u take your money every month absolutely joke for customer service and signal and to not allow me to go 18 mnths of hell

    @Plusnet The speed is better this morning, so the problem is clearly an intermittant one. you can see from my 1st tweet that I was getting very slow speeds last night. I'm not sure what to do now, as I don't feel my problem has been resolved. Best wishes

    @Plusnet Internet is down currently. We follow troubleshooting advice but it is always an external fault. Please resolve. This is costing us mobile data charges

    Today I should have been connected to the net but @Plusnet has disconnected my neighbour and directed my new number to them. Customer service didn't listen to me so now I'm sitting with no internet. No Netflix tonight 😢

    @plusnet trying to cancel an account for someone who left their property in February as they have Alzheimer's - not a very understanding company to deal with.
