@Plusnet I have a Hub One router but recently been having problems with it. It keeps switching on and off by itself thus interrupting the internet use Does this a couple of times a day. I have tried all your fixes Can I please have this replaced by one of your Hub Two routers

Yo! @Plusnet, last couple of days my broadband keeps cutting out, requiring a full reboot of the router each time. Can I send you details for you to do a line check as it’s starting to cause work issues for me. Thanks.

@angry_tired I 'm merciless on the phone with utility suppliers. The only ones I ever have a giggle with are Plusnet. Been with them for mobile for a while and have a brilliant deal. I'd never move. Wifi/broadband a whole other issue. A pain in the proverbial. Old Victorian houses, etc,etc.

@IanDunt My question would be.. what provider has the least drop outs and disconnects. My #plusnet is shite and drops WiFi 5 times a night and takes 5 mins to reconnect. Garbage.

@4lanFrancis @tescomobile That's £3/month cheaper than my deal with Three Mobile (5 contracts) and been with them 6-7years. Plusnet seem very good value for Broadband as well, and as I used to have them as a BB provide, they answer the customer services phones unlike Talk Talk.
