@sue_lees @dsue1441_re We have Plusnet... an issue a few weeks ago was dealt with by @plusnethelp very professionally. It took a while to resolve but they kept on it till it was. No real problems with them at all tbh

@dsue1441_re BT now. Was with Plusnet. When that was independent, it was useful for me with my IT work because I could get a fixed IP address. They got progressively worse so in the end I binned them. Customer support was horrendous.

@Plusnet Does this mean you can fix the fact that since joining Plusnet my broadband speed at home has halved averaging 20 Mb/s! I am sick to death of buffering!

A little #broadband tale… Call current provider @TalkTalk to get a better deal, they can’t match @Plusnet & so we sign up. Email from TalkTalk, “we can do a better deal!” Cancel Plusnet, continue with TalkTalk. Despite cancellation, Plusnet plough on with process & send router
