    @Plusnet My internet has been down since last night (tethered at the moment). I have tried resetting my pwd on the site & router. The phone still works. No service outage listed on any status pages I can find. Please help

    @Plusnet still no mobile service in OX39 area, and no response from my message yesterday. This is becoming a regular problem, I’m missing important health related phone calls due to this!

    @MikeGradysez Gave up on them years ago, I changed to Plusnet, owned funnily enough by BT now but great service and you actually speak to people based in Yorkshire. That'll do for me.
