@Plusnet Anoush. I am using a #Dreytek router, but the problem is intermittent, and also prevents me from using my iPhone's hotspot. Our #MacMini appears unaffected, so its definitely a @Windows issue. Very frustrating. @MSFTEnable

I work from home. I need internet to be able to pay my bills. Since I joined @Plusnet on 11/08 I’ve not had a full 24 hours of service. 5 engineers, new wires, holes in my walls + 2 boxes later and still nothing. I’m at my wits end, this is ridiculous.

@Plusnet She has already done that and was told that the information was not kept by Plusnet. If not her service provider then by who? She is seeking clarification as to wether the information is retrievable and how she could have it released to her/the police?

@Plusnet Any thoughts on why my mother's broadband in SR8 postcode is very intermittent? Was slow at first, now stopped. Hub seems to think it is connected. Before it died I did a speed check, got 0.5mb down but 4mb up which isn't right.
