@Plusnet I'm fed up of being ignored on Email, Facebook & Twitter. I'm fed up of Plus Net taking advantage. I'm fed up of poor service. I'm most annoyed that you have ignored me & overcharged me 2 months running at a time when I am recovering from cancer surgery. Please act now.

Dear @Plusnet I can handle having to phone you because the 'deal' you've offered me to renew isn't as good as the deal I'd get as a new customer. I can handle sitting here on hold - 35 minutes and counting. But this music. Dear God! It's deliberate, isn't it? #customerservice

Just signed up with @Plusnet @plusnethelp for our new house, but had to debug their signup form: My password was too long, but the JS validation passed and the only way I knew what the problem was was by inspecting the json response from the final submission.

@JBoneDS @ManticoreRich Virgin is very much when it works they are brilliant but when it doesn’t they are the worst company in the universe! Sometimes it does make a different switching suppliers like EE, Plusnet, etc as they do tweaks to make this run nicely on their bits. Problem is if BT do work
