@WithChrisNKeith They are objectively terrible. I did broadband tech support with Sky and as much as I rag on them, they're probably some of the more stable, Plusnet has been pretty good in my experience as well

@om_riff Had Virgin at a couple of previous addresses. Utter shite. With Plusnet now. Would recommend. Never any issues apart from maintenance at 4 am.

@Plusnet I have raised a fault as instructed. Found out by chance that there's been a reply (clicking again on the link here & then finding a message). Don't know how to respond to the message. Didn't get any text msg and if I try replying online, it takes me every time to a sign in page

Disappointed with @Plusnet. Loyal customer but line rental saver stopped and my bills going up by at least £30 and more when fix ends yet huge savings for new customers with better plans. Clearly being a loyal customer isn't rewarded at all.

@Plusnet Please help! I added the plusnet protect service to my account on the 26th August but have had no email to say it's ready to use. Logging onto my account and following the relavent links I find a message telling me that it's not ready to download yet.
