@Plusnet it seems as though your Internet outage is still ongoing, my Internet has dropped out repeatedly since Friday mornings outage. I've contacted customer service but they detect no issues with my end... hopefully you can get things to work properly again soon.

  • masonmara1 Katie Mason-Mara (@masonmara1) reported

@Plusnet Please can you tell me if I am able to terminate my contract?

  • Paulina_T3000 Paulina T (She/Her) (@Paulina_T3000) reported

@Plusnet our broadband has been down for 2/3 days now. When will this issue be fixed?? It’s hardly being addressed too

  • BlueMeetsWhite Blue Meets White (@BlueMeetsWhite) reported

@Plusnet were supposed to start our business phone and broadband Friday, missed the deadline, you got the broadband running but our business phone line STILL is dead. It worked perfectly for years with Sky. You advertise 24/7 support yet the department is closed until Tuesday?

  • milkybar8 milkybar (@milkybar8) reported

@Plusnet I have text you, and there’s an local incident that’s going to take 2 days to fix, really ? 2 days ? So no service means I get a refund for these days right ?

  • ChalkleyNeil Neil Chalkley (@ChalkleyNeil) reported

@Plusnet What’s going on with this company. Service used to be great. But now. Internet problems, can’t log in because of server issues and call centre is down or closed. Our router is so bad I can’t even get a signal in my dining room. Beginning to wish I hadn’t just renewed my contact

  • DrHayeLo Lorraine (@DrHayeLo) reported

@Plusnet Mate, it’s been 2 days since I posted that. I appreciate you getting back to me eventually but I had to go elsewhere so I could get work done. No idea if it’s working now as I’ve not been home but it’s an issue knowing that I can’t reach anyone if I do have problems.

  • Suzy_Harlington 📌Suzy Harlington - the Sequel (@Suzy_Harlington) reported

@Bigshirtlesscol @virginmedia Totally agree. Ditched ours when we moved and now pay half the price for just as good a service, if not better. PlusNet if you want to know

  • DrHayeLo Lorraine (@DrHayeLo) reported

@Plusnet I can't check now. Is twitter the best way to get in touch with someone if I do still have issues? As customer service line did not work.

  • MrStardust50 Alvin S (@MrStardust50) reported

@DrHayeLo @Plusnet Their customer service has always been garbage. I've only stayed with them because of the fibre speed, but when my contract next ends, I'm off.
