@Plusnet Hi there, I've just received an email about this bill and pending payment: 'We'll soon be taking a payment of £15.81 for your service. This will leave your account on or after 26th July 2021.' Would you mind confirming? I was told the first month would be free. Thanks!

@Plusnet Hi, I haven’t moved house, that’s the whole problem. I only changed my contract as my previous one was coming to an end & somebody made the error your end & apparently it’s cut us off completely, which is why I’m waiting for a new hub & new connection to be set up! No update.

@Plusnet Just so you are aware, I never received any phone call either yesterday or today.

@Plusnet plusnet what is going on with internet connection in SA1 today?? Or at least my house. It's been playing up since last night, but really bad today. On off on off, but longer off than on. We've switch the plug on and off, and restarted devices. What's up hey?

  • csmith87uk Chris Smith MCCT (@csmith87uk) reported

And again @Plusnet. Why is your service so temperamental? It goes off for 30-60 seconds then comes back on fine but it interrupts anything you are doing!

  • teamjohntee A.H.M. (@teamjohntee) reported

@Plusnet OK - why have you billed me for this month's mobile service when I have left your network last month (PAC code used to transfer service to another provider)? #plusnet #robbingmoney #ukmobile @Ofcom

  • kernowrach Rach Reeve (@kernowrach) reported

@sarahdal You can report spam texts by forwarding to 7726 (spells SPAM). It'll ask you what number it came from. The sender will be blocked and providers investigate when they get enough reports. I can't do this on Plusnet as they don't support texting short numbers but most providers do

@B__Rani @virginmedia I've used PlusNet many times over the years and never had a problem. Saying that, Sky and BT have also been OK if more expensive
