    @VodafoneUK Hi - no it's not you that's the problem. It's @Plusnet who I moved to earlier this year and have given me 2 outages in 6 months. Just as soon as my contracts up I'll look at you guys again because I had nothing like those probs with you. Have a great Christmas.

    @Plusnet Hi, I have issues with my mobile service: - FB Messenger doesn't load on 4G at all in UK - In an EU country I'm on 2G and can't make outgoing calls. I reset my phone but didn't work, CS couldn't help over the phone. Can you please help? Happy to DM w/ details. Thanks!
