    @Plusnet Hello! Me again. Speeds are intermittent. Usual requested activity completed. Degradation in service consistently inconsistent and keeps dropping below contracted speeds.

    @scousemanblue Some offer wireless routers running on 4G/ 5G which wouldn't require a fixed line. A full fibre service also doesn't require a traditional phone line, but unfortunately this isn't a product we offer just yet! - Cal, Plusnet Leeds
