    @Plusnet ive been sent an email saying my fixed contract is nearly up .been a customer for over 7 years is there a better deal you can offer .current is £26.99 .also how much to add a tv service ?

    Might be time to switch our phone & broadband from @SkyUK had a comparison quote to switch to @Plusnet & Sky can't match it, been with them since they bought out BE - Question is are they worth the extra £54 a year for the same Package. Been a Happy Customer - opinions welcome.

    That we didn't need to pay. If it does damage her credit score and stops us buying house I will be taking them to court. We have our calls logged and recorded to @plusnethelp and the emails we received saying there was nothing to pay. Do not use @Plusnet

    So annoyed with @Plusnet. They managed to take my money in the 10 Feb, but didn’t process my order. Unfortunately I didn’t get in to the automated system! So now it’s back to the start again. Cancelled. Awful service.

    @eli0tmart1n We've received reports of poor performance from customers who use BT/Plusnet as their ISP. The BT/Plusnet website says it may take time for service to become fully operational. We recommend you inquire with the provider directly for further updates about progress.

    Other March channel changes: BT & subsidiary Plusnet have pulled Crime+Investigation, Sky History and Sky History 2 from their legacy TV packages. (BT TV viewers with the 'new' Now TV-based service can continue to watch Sky History.)
