    @CwrwMe Plusnet here. Can’t fault them - never had to contact the customer services. £23.50 a month for 40 meg speed + line rental.

    Thank you @Plusnet @plusnethelp TEN days to fix my internet with 3 kids homeschooling and NO mobile data service in the house so we are 100% reliant on internet. TEN days is not acceptable. That’s another mother drinking gin at 9am 😡 #internet #CustomerService

    @InspectorMuso @Plusnet Don't go to VirginMedia fibre' or whatever the so called super duper speed is.... 4 of us at home, me working, 2 secondary age and eldest in college. Been a nightmare day of on-off-on-off / poor connectivity. Time to change.....

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet How many times do we have to phone to be paid £107 which you incorrectly took from us and then agreed to pay back. So tired of this appalling customer service. This is even with an ongoing complaint, you should be ashamed of this incompetence.

    I know this is really a first world problem, but I have 4 at secondary school and my wife works at home. My internet just isn't coping. What do I do?? Am with @Plusnet

    @Plusnet @Plusnet Worst internet providers in this world (AVOID PLUSNET) constantly cutting in and out! I bought a £250 router to upgrade form they’re shite router but it made no difference! but the router only increased the signal and has much much MUCH more features
