@PaulbernalUK @Plusnet Plusnet used to be very good, but I’m hearing about more and more issues with them. Hope it gets sorted ASAP, but Zen are fantastic if she wants to switch (not the cheapest but über reliable, with excellent, UK-based customer service on the rare occasions you need it).

@PaulbernalUK @Plusnet If it’s a phone-only contract that shouldn’t affect her ability to choose another ISP/mobile network provider?

  • kaiaetc Kaironavirus (@kaiaetc) reported

@Plusnet Hi, We upgraded our contract to a cheaper option and since then our BT Sport app has been disconnected from our account. We were told this wouldn't affect the app. We sent a request to get it up and working again but it's still pending four days later. Can you help?

@PaulbernalUK @Plusnet @EE I work freelance & once wrote registered post to CFO of broadband company to say that I would be charging them my hourly rate for any time spent on their mess. I sent them a proforma invoice etc & told them to put me on the approved supplier list. Problem fixed within 48 hrs.
