    ****** internet shopping is hard Virgin ramped up my bill by adding things I never asked for nor wanted, Talk talk website doesn't work, plusnet want to charge £50 for BT landline - yeah ok, get ******. Shell are offering broadband HELL NO, NOW is owned by Murdoch, & sky, so no.

    @Plusnet I'm also having massive issues with wifi and speed. At times we can't connect at all, at other times it's down at less than 1 Mb/s - not the 70 we were promised - its becoming really frustrating

    @Plusnet Hi-A manager called yesterday, while I was in a meeting and unable to pick up. He left a voicemail (with no contact details) saying he would call again later, but didn't; I haven't had an email or text this morning. So I'm still waiting for my complaint to be escalated.
