    @TomK_Brit1993 Not a real landline of course... Phone still won't work in a power cut, more like an additional mobile. Plusnet has really good customer service

    @bt_uk Slighty worried about @Plusnet cust service as a @bt_uk shareholder... he said it wasn't part of his job to know about the direct debit guarantee!

    @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

    Very sorry to hear the seamless plusnet transfer problems mirrored also in their use of company who are hosting emails, again peeps had no say - hope all goes well on Monday - Its a nightmare
