@Plusnet we live in a 24Hr world , people use internet services over 24hrs , yet you have a 12hr service - are you suiting yourself ? .. or the customer ? .. not suiting me , I’m a customer !! ..

@Plusnet I found that manually selecting the network in my phone settings sorted it out. For whatever reason I guess the auto mode didn't pick the right one.

@Plusnet why can’t I get any support after 8pm and before 8am ? .. I need my internet at 10pm but have to wait 10hrs - not good enough - when you reconnect me I will weigh up other options !! - compensation ???!

@Plusnet Thanks for getting back to me, the service appears to be back on. It was definitely a plusnet fault, had it confirmed by customer services yesterday. Not being able to receive calls or texts to my business phone for a day and a half is unacceptable.
