@hello_im_kris @virginmedia Kicked them into touch 2 yrs ago, fed up of extortionate price increases without improvements to service. Constant drop outs and poor tech support. Went with Plusnet for half the price and no hassles...

  • AustinP39032121 Austin Powers (@AustinP39032121) reported

@xrachelizabethh @Plusnet I completely agree if your in a contract for 18 months then so should the supplier. I have exact same issue and i have mentioned it to ofcom as it’s an industry practice that needs stopping or at least telling you the correct prices when you sign up

  • john_seto John Seto 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 🇪🇺 🚴‍♂️ ✈️ 🚅 (@john_seto) reported

Phone call. Sky: hi is this John seto, Im calling from Sky, with the cost of living going up, were offering deals on broadband and TV. How much do you pay with your current provider? Me: £25.99 with plusnet, just BB and phone. S: do you watch Netflix or any sub. service 1/2

  • Jacob97106277 Jacob (@Jacob97106277) reported

@Plusnet Sort the prices out lads. How's it fair for WiFi to increase by £6 then a few month later increase by the same amount? Meanwhile new customers get it for £22. You never mention prices rise until a couple of days before and try make me pay £100+ to cancel my WiFi. Jeezy peeps man

  • inacentre Ian John (@inacentre) reported

@cheltjs @Plusnet That's a real deal sign you up and forget customer service. Have you got 14 days in which to cancel? I would do so, if me, just for the hell of it ! Good luck PJ 👍

  • HugeGelatinousB H G Blob (@HugeGelatinousB) reported

@Plusnet Hello. Please can you set the downstream rate on my line correctly. It's laughably poor at the moment

  • tianamaydawson Ttt (@tianamaydawson) reported

Fancy @Plusnet refusing to make a payment plan for a last payment? And being encouraged to let the debt collectors contact me to make a plan with them + 25% service charges. Sick joke. Awful company

  • IBaxterSoundArt Ian Baxter (@IBaxterSoundArt) reported

@Plusnet It's fixed now, thank you. You should pass on, if you're able, that hiking prices, not just by inflation but by inflation plus an extra 3.9% mid contract is terrible PR for Plusnet. I know it's not just Plusnet and this is industry wide.

  • southsideraven_ Amy (@southsideraven_) reported

@Plusnet Do you have an internet outage cause my wifi comes cutting off & on? I’ve do the whole turn off & on

  • Michael81992344 Me (@Michael81992344) reported

@Plusnet Then reinstate my Direct Debit. The only issue I had was the start date of the contract which was wrong, but I can live with that
