    Has anyone else been having recurrent problems with wifi connectivity over the last few days with Plusnet? I don't know what it is, but every so often the connection just drops out and nothing seems to be wrong, all of a sudden it just works perfectly and corrects itself.

    @MartinSLewis @itvMLshow Just tried with @Plusnet. Had an email to renew with a 60p a month discount. Called to see if they could do any better. They said the email was the best they could offer. Going to shop around & switch as new customer offers are often better and it's so easy to switch now.

    @MartinSLewis @itvMLshow We were paying £40.99pcm Plusnet for BB, line rental and TV. TV svc gone so haggled down to £24.50pcm, Super Fibre BB 75mbs includes Anytime calls on landline. Happy.

    @Plusnet Hi, have upgraded to Unlimited Fibre Extra and speeds are unchanged. Not sure what the point or issue is?

    @kathrynjohnston I’ve been having this problem for months, contacted Plusnet and they seem incapable of resolving issue and somewhat uninterested in trying to resolve.

    @MartinSLewis @itvMLshow Plusnet emailed me to offer a contract of the same broadband service at the new customer price. Saved £5 per month.

    @Plusnet I won't be available at all for the next few days so I'll get in touch with timeslots when I am free so I don't miss any appointments and if the issue persists. I'll just have to use my mobile data for now. Just an FYI I also replaced the micro filter which didn't resolve it.
