    @Plusnet I’m due for renewal with you next month and have been with you for years now but getting sick of new customer getting gift cards and there’s better deals with other suppliers that are significantly cheaper. Why should u stay with you?

    @EE @cARacTac Not since dial up have i had such poor boadband. I was pushed to ee from plusnet and it is terrible. Six times this evening i have had bufferring and my hub shut down entirely. I have Virgin Broadband at the bottom of my garden. In the meantime you can refund my payments.

    Hey,@Plusnet - broadband engineer booked for 8am to 1pm today. Still waiting and not even a phone call from your Muppets MJ Quinn for an update. Is this the **** service I now have to expect from you people?? Shambles 🤬🤬🤬

    @EltontoNick Plusnet have broken the data protection act. They could face huge fines for transferring sensitive data (email archive) to a third party. You could be entitled to compensation

    @Plusnet having taken a day off work to be here for an engineer and him not turning up (twice, on separate occasions), we were assured our fault was rectified, yet here we are again, internet disconnecting over and over This is shocking service. Please contact me ASAP

    @Plusnet engineer just finished installing full fibre. How long until service is on?
