    very disappointed in their customer service. Since the visit there has been no fault with the same equipment. Suggestions for more caring suppliers than @plusnet ?

    Calling Plusnet business support because weirdly when I submitted an online ticket they said "We’re sorry, but you can no longer raise a query via this method and as such this message will not be responded to." Thought they'd prefer that method to making a phone call. It's 2021!

    @Plusnet I got a problem with my Internet connection I tried reseting my router but still won't connect and consett red light

    @kcleevely @plusnethelp Kate I have this same problem too. At least five times a day the line goes down and it is only trying to support me. We have two lines that we work from and it only impacts the Plusnet one. It is so frustrating.

    @OpenreachHelp I have just received a text from plusnet to say the fault on my line has been fixed by yourselves. It hasn't so no o have to go through the whole rigmarole again. Please can someone help, I have 3 weeks of homeschooling to catch up with having 2 children at home.

    @juliemac1000 @TalkTalk A friend of mine also found them to be awful. He warned me against them. He's with Plusnet and is very satisfied.
