    @audra_painter @Plusnet Don't go with them, broadband appaling, no customer service and no refund for lost service. Pull out while you can, they are crap.

    @LucyGoesDating @stefandz Also unless you want tv or a package from BT, plusnet are owned by them so you’ll be getting exactly the same service

    @Plusnet pls help. Broadband down for over 5 hrs, nobody picking up on customer service line for over an hour and your website says you don't have any outages

    @plusnethelp This is disingenuous. Plusnet and Openreach are owned by BT. Not one of you recorded this two day service outage.

    @Plusnet morning . I left your broadband service about 2 years , only because I wasn't getting good coverage the router. If I apply to return to your brilliant service , do I apply as a new customer ?

    If you want a new broadband supplier don’t go to @Plusnet We @MarkOneMusic & I did. We had a broadband problem in Nov 2020 & reported it. It’s now almost Feb we still have broadband issues & no landline. 3 @OpenreachHelp engineers in house, way more outside. #useless
