@Plusnet I’ve done all of the above,and my husband has a different phone with same problem and my daughter was visiting last week and was first to notice on her phone which is completely diff,We haven’t had this problem before? Now it just says no service

@Plusnet got my broadband set up just over 14 day ago. My YouTube and Netflix is going very slow on my smart tv to the point I can watch anything and somtimes slow on my phone. It keeps buffering. Any tips?

@Plusnet The Plusnet mobile signal in our area (PO17) has disappeared since yesterday morning. Hubby is with EE and has the same issue. We had a good 4G signal until about 10am yesterday morning. Are there any issues? I cannot receive calls or texts!

This month I've had to pay PlusNet for a Broadband service which I can't even use because I'm contractually obliged to do so & my phone was only device I had & I've also had to pay for a basic phone & sim card along with paying PlusNet for sim in my phone that police have seized.
