    @plusnethelp @Plusnet 3 tweets, 1 FB message, 5 phone calls and our Broadband is down again . Every day for the last 12 days ,at least. Gave up and booked the engineer even tho I have explained where the problem probably is. No compensation offered. Getting more than fed up.

    I never quite saw the point of the black line doodles over the top of this Talk Talk video (or is this Plusnet?) - seems like a failed experiment but they couldn’t get the pen off the film frames #TOTP

    @plusnethelp @martinsinclair4 @EccP16Biology waiting days just for a response to a dm...... never an issue with plusnet until you asked if i wanted to upgrade. they broke my connection and now you wont talk

    Just run by internet speed checker a got 0,0,0 I am fed up with this lack of internet I pay Plusnet for a service that I am not getting

    In the whole time I've been with you you have never offered me a new router . Yet your supposed to offer me one every time I renew @Plusnet @plusnethelp

    Now 17.55 and speed is dropping again. Less than 25mb/sec download. Totally useless. A response from Plusnet would be nice, but maybe they can’t respond because of the problem.
