    @MaxWolfeUK @Starlink Plusnet had few years ago, they kept putting the price up, ridiculous. At least I know with starlink I just done pay next month if I wish to cancel.

    @Plusnet @EE Also, the internet speeds are pretty pathetic. About 120mbps rather than the 500 they promised. So @Plusnet I have 2 questions for you: 1) how good is your "award winning" customer service? 2) what's your contract cooling off period, and do you know other companies exist?

    @Plusnet This is the 21st century! I don't want to go through a bunch of phone menus that don't even have the option I need, to then be told the wait time is over 20 minutes, just to open a support ticket. Why can't I just login and create a support request ?

    Major service outage at @plusnet . Broadband in Huddersfield died on 27 August due to an exchange fault. Am now told service will not be back until 9 September! Unacceptable. Will be cancelling asap

    @LeeJarvis10 If you only need broadband then I'd say Plusnet. Cheap as chips and have acclaimed service. I changed from BT to Plusnet in March, cost for identical service dropped from £78 to 29!

    @Danjsalt @SkyUK Their support got worse and worse over my last few years with them, and navigating their awful site or trying to contact a human is soul destroying. Honestly, find anyone else. Plusnet were a breath of fresh air by comparison.

    @MartinSLewis Broadband with Plusnet for 2 years, this year's quote £15 per month higher than vodaphone.. asked what was going on, told our customer service is better, vodaphone £25pm vs £40 AND vodaphone additionally offered £150 tesco voucher.. Absolute no brainer ! Thx MSL
