    @Plusnet no broadband and all three lines of customer support unavailable or simply ignored. I wonder how many other customers are experiencing similarly woeful service.

    @Plusnet is genuinely the worst wifi going all evening I’ve been disconnecting from fifa games, I did a speed test and my ping has more than doubled and download speed is 25% of what it should be.

    @Plusnet Never had a problem with plusnet until I upgraded this has been during lockdown service is awful.can never speak to anyone and when I do I’m told the problem is my end. & it will cost me £80 to get open reach out to test the line disgusting service not fit for purpose

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp hi there. One of my neighbours is vulnerable and relies on he phone line for a personal care alarm. She has found it difficult to get through to report a fault and she currently has no cover for the care alarm. Can you help?

    @plusnethelp day 3 of not being able to get through to customer services to report the zero internet service. And no reply here. I will be leaving plusnet, this can’t go on. I would all day if needs be to talk to the adviser but you can’t get in the queue, it won’t let you!!

    @Plusnet cont.. It's constantly says not connected. IT help for employer says nothing wrong there end and no other person wfh there has this issue so its a plus net issue. No good enough

    @plusnethelp my broadband is so slow after changing this week I can’t even get on to your site. I’m not messing about with BT box. I want this sorted. Been with plusnet for years. So unhappy

    @Plusnet why is your broadband rubbish? Husband Working from home every Friday it goes down with vpn issue and everytime we call no one can help sort it. Not issue our side. If anyone can tell me how to leave contract early? Going back to @BTCare
