    @Plusnet Since around 7pm yesterday our internet has been down. Router alternating between flashing orange power light and solid orange with flashing red broadband light. Have reset router several times. Is the service down currently?

    @Plusnet Absolute joke have been told my broadband will not be activated until the 6th August as there is an exchange issue. I want this looked at asap.

    @Plusnet having issues with more than a couple of devices connecting to the internet. We've spoken to customer service and got nowhere. Considering we have fibre unlimited which is supposed to be for multiple devices this is useless.

    @Plusnet Your team have been trying hard to fix my broadband problem but its reall does not help me in speed and latency in the network so I decided to switch to different provide who can deliver better speed with low latency. Can you please help me to here.
