I’ve had 4 months of @Plusnet messing me around now and i would not recommend them to anyone ever. I can’t even find out my direct debit amount. Currently they reckon my sign up of £24.99 is actually now £32.99?! And I don’t even have the service they initially promised.

@Plusnet I split the channels earlier into 2.4 and 5 ghz as advised. Realised that 2.4ghz is faulty and 5 ghz is fluctuating. Chris at #Plusnet expects me to roam around the house with ethernet cable like 80s telephone cable.😠 Told him I want to escalate the complaint. He dint!

This is becoming a joke. 3 engineer visits, numerous phone calls and my wifi is still down and I’m supposed to be interviewing. Embarrassing. And then you have the cheek to put my bill up @Plusnet
