Caroline (@CraftyGirl1460) reported@Plusnet Been a customer for years. Moved to Full Fibre this morning. Now problems!! Not Internet cable sent. Need Internet and mobile for health reasons. I'm deaf and Kelly (Open Reach) send guy who mumbles with heavy foreign accent! I want my Internet back please 😥
-
Verified Jedi (@LoZeno) reportedI swear, having to deal with @WeAreOpenreach and @Plusnet bouncing me back and forth just to have my fibre order, WHICH I PLACED IN FEBRUARY, fulfilled before MAY, is a layer of customer service hell I did not need. Openreach is organised with the sole purpose of making it..

rosie posie (@rosieon25371922) reported@PlusnetCS_ You are only 'committed to resolving this issue' in your favour. It is unaceptable Plusnet. I want my money
-
Mark Crowther (@MarkTWIC) reported@Owramgirl @bt_uk I'm considering Vodaphone if price is the main concern, Plusnet is also on that list. Zen if I decide to pay more for a company that seems more customer focused. All are cheaper than the best offer from BT.

Not Only, But Likewise (@notonlybut2025) reported@Plusnet - I am trying to contact you. I went to your website, it said to message you here. I messaged you here, your message service told me to go to your website. My phone is broken and my internet has been cut - I am unable to get hold of you. Please check your messages

Sarah (@WriteMindedPub) reportedWarning to anyone thinking of switching to @EE - I’m switching to @plusnet on the same plan, £30 a month cheaper. Paid my final bill and an £86 exit fee on Friday. They cut me off the next day - six days b4 the switch. Still can’t get an explanation. Terrible service @EE
-
Rob Shelley (@ITVRobShelley) reported@Plusnet Hello! Because of your former great service, I called to stay with yourselves not switch to EE. Whilst Tamsin and David who took my call were lovely - and v good at their jobs - sadly the whole call, incl hold time, took just under half an hour - that's bang out of order
-
Rob Shelley (@ITVRobShelley) reported@Plusnet hello! Last week I phoned to say I wanted to stay with your service - now I have a load of texts from you telling me my installation and router are set to happen/arrive - but I’m already installed and have a router…this is surreal

Edward Grefenstette (@egrefen) reportedPretty disappointed with @Plusnet and @WeAreOpenreach. Engineering visit booked via PlusNet. OpenReach engineer shows up without ringing bell, slaps fibre entry point on some random side of the house, leaves without checking in. PlusNet complaint emails just bounce back. Great.
-
Rob Baillie (@BobaliciousBob) reported@Plusnet Thanks. I'll do that. Now, please ponder on the absurdity of the fact that in order to ask a simple question one needs to go to the "Make a Complaint" section - and that someone who works as a software engineer building end-user systems couldn't find it on their own...
