    Awful service from @Plusnet broadband down since Friday, they told me it would be 4 hours, then told me it was fixed, it wasn’t, now tell me won’t be fixed until Tuesday evening. Regret renewing my contract.

    @karen_flynn It's been a while since I worked in telecomms so things might have changed, but I'd try setting the plusnet service to a greater number of "rings" (or time) than the home phone first and **** with a quick call from mobile

    @Plusnet I haven't had mobile signal in my property since storm Eunice. I can't see anything on your website to say there are any repairs going on. Please could you advise?

    I'm not saying that I'm having issues with my internet, but it's gone down twice whilst trying to get to the "Report A Problem" page on the PlusNet site.

    @Plusnet over 24 hours without internet and you have no idea how long before it is sorted? Terrible service.

    @SkyHelpTeam Ok, but how can it be "local" when the fibre for all providers here goes into the same box, which I can see from my window. None of the other people around here on Vodafone, Plusnet, BT, TalkTalk has their internet down. Why just Sky?
