My Internet has died. Plusnet say it's a BT Openreach issue & it won't be fixed till after Xmas. But it's only a day till I'm away for 10 days so not too bad I guess.

My @Plusnet mobile bill just leapt up from £6 to £43 on the day after I tried to cancel it (then backed off that decision)... I haven't used the mobile for at least 2 months as I now have a work mobile. WTH, folks?

There goes our Plusnet for the 2nd time this video! Same last night, and everything's been so slow to load lately that I've had Google and YouTube timing out. What's going on over at Plusnet, and they having the first of the blackouts

@Plusnet grandparents have had no WiFi for 4 days now! They have spoken to you and all you did was send a new router out which isn’t the problem. Still flashing orange, neighbours having same problem. Ta21 area

Ah. I called Plusnet and person I spoke to was very helpful. Turns out BT are doing work in the area and my internet has been down since 9.39am. I was at work so I didn't notice until I got home. The work should be complete by around 7pm apparently.
