  Never use use @Plusnet ! Turns out they have lost and are unable to retrieve ALL fathers emails . How do I tell him that?? @Plusnet have no solutions! Can that really be true? #ridiculous

  @Plusnet what's up with phone and broadband service in South Wales Rhondda valleys? For over a week now any streaming TV drops out saying no internet connection both hard wired and WiFi, smart gadget for heating keeps disconnecting saying no signal mobiles and laptop

  @carlosradioguy @Plusnet @TheAA_UK British Gas did exactly the same with us last week. So my husband did some price comparisons, found a cheaper company , contacted BG, & low & behold, BG have stayed at the same price! Loyalty sucks with these big companies if you don’t challenge them.
