    @Plusnet please can I register a complaint, I gave notice that I was moving house weeks ago and the internet is still not on. This is very infuriating because I work remotely and have been using my 4G which is becoming very costly. Please can this be sorted ASAP

    @EE I was in contact with them for a month. I had an EE company mobile for many years and I complained to EE, but no one listened. I then ditched Plusnet as it got worse. I'm now with giffgaff and have a full signal in the house. EE just don't seem bothered about this area.

    and when I try and ring I am told that @Plusnet are too busy to take my call. Guess what? I'm too busy to cancel a service twice. Please sort this ASAP.

    @Plusnet hi my router has an orange light and a red broadband logo on ive unplugged check all the wire and restarted it but its still doing it? Is your broadband down at the moment?

    @Plusnet it’s taken me over a month, 5 phone calls to pay a bill of a closed contact that never got closed, but you were quick enough to add late payment charges, service recovery answer is, unlucky, feel in the online complaint form #inallmydays #no1forservice🤔

    @Saraheboon Get more than 10mbps, and go with BT if you can afford it. They aren’t the cheapest but others like Plusnet/Virgin don’t provide a consistent service

    @virginmedia @jiscmi Are there any issues at the JaNET/Virgin boundary? I cannot connect to @uniofleicester from my Virgin connection (has happened before). Other non-VM colleagues are fine, plusnet mobile is fine, other sites fine. Reouter reboot didn't help.
