    @plusnet How can I upgrade my current plan with you from £8 and 12gb of data to £10 and 22gb? I do not have the option in my account area of the website. I'm a broadband customer too.

    @Plusnet my fibre broadband is down after a lightening strike. I go to try and report it (been over an hour now), website tells me, were here for you 7 days a week. Except, can only report a fault via phone or chat, and they both close at 8pm now?

    @Plusnet Hi Jess, tried all of that when I first encountered your poor Internet speeds. Plusnet are hardly doing me proud, and have been disappointing me for a year now

    @Plusnet we have issues with phone and broadband at home. Phone rings when incoming call but cuts off on answering. Can't dial out. Broadband either not connecting or ridiculously slow.
