So if your thinking of moving to @Plusnet don’t…… categorically the worst customer service ever. Five failed promises for a manager call back. Communication is not the forte of this communications company. God knows how they are voted the best st anything.

@rmappleby @noIPv6 @Plusnet We (business costumer, routing service) have native IPv6. There is a "field test" going on and if you ask your customer rep they can send you a form to fill out to be part of that test. IPv6 works fine then with a static prefix. (I think it was a /48)

@Plusnet @CharlieCW DAY 17 without service form @Plusnet for my 77 year old mother who lives on her own and has no mobile network coverage without WIFI calling. Requested a managers callback 3 times and still waiting.

@ukaudiophile @JudgeDrokk @thejanbeta I did that a while ago but had to turn it off as it blocked us being able to use our YouView box premium channels through plusnet. Ditching that service very soon and will be switching pihole back on the moment I can! In fact I might do it sooner.
