Chased to be told u have no record of me claiming & I can't prove claim as done on your website so tough luck out of time. WTF? This is not a "straightforward" way to do business. It is welching! As Plusnet is the customer of Open reach it is Plusnet who is responsible for making a complaint to Open -reach. Apparently as our service provider faults should be addressed and rectified in two days. We have already been 8 days without the internet and if Open-reach do not come until next Wednesday that will be two weeks.
