    Further to the Plusnet saga. They've just apologised and refunded 3 months worth of bills, so that's a good resolution. It has taken 3 months to sort out though.

    @bt_uk Eventually, after 40 minutes on the phone. 3 times I had to call BT. You need to fix your systems. BT were wholly to blame. Plusnet here I come.

    @Plusnet not to be a pain but i work from home where my calls are done over the Internet, i call people to check on them + help with calling ambulances, i NEED stable wifi can i have an update + engineer appointment

    @_JosephRoberto It’s not Lancashire’s stream, it’s Yorkshire’s. Apparently they have wifi problems at Headingley, not a good advert for Plusnet!

    @Plusnet Hi, we were told a new router was shipped to us on the 4th May to try fix our constant dropping connections but still no sign, can this be checked please? Thanks
