@premnsikka I use Plusnet for a basic service, its very cheap. I don't need or want any extras so this keeps my bills low, but it's absolutely possible. Give it a try.

@Plusnet direct debit cancelled, quite possibly the worst company I’ve ever paid for a service from.

@Plusnet Thanks Emily, I presume there no cost involved to use this service / app. Everyday I get at least 3 Chinese speaking calls from different numbers as block them, all it show on screen is mobile number & United Kingdom. Sick idiots! Nothing better to do in life!

@GameTimeAsia Plusnet does this **** too, what i do is load up the call app info from holding down the app symbol, force quit it and it usually gets rid of it, might need to delete the voicemail first though.

@Plusnet on your coverage checker I should get good signal indoors and outdoors but this isn’t the case. Are there problems with mobile signals?

@Plusnet If be happy getting the service I pay for, clearly this is too much to ask? Perhaps @BBCWatchdog might like to look at this? Plusnet blame Openreach, Openreach blame Plusnet. I can't complain to Openreach (although someone at Plusnet said I could and had to). Pity the consumer
