    @Plusnet what a total **** show my 78 year old Dad has moved home and you have failed to get his land line in his house for 4 weeks, you sold (conned) him into a deal to take his mobile over as well and its not worked for 3 weeks as well #shamful #stressedoldman #amatuers

    @Plusnet @PlusnetOfficial im so over your wifi continuously letting me down. I cannot access work emails or do anything as most of the time I cannot connect!! It’s getting ridiculous and I’m paying all this money for what? Can someone look into this asap pls

    @virginmedia You’ll be glad to know the pre install team hung up on me. I give up, going with @Plusnet now. Based on other people I know that have tried to sign up to virgin, I’d strongly recommend you review your on boarding process and customer service levels. Atrocious

    and when I try and ring I am told that @Plusnet are too busy to take my call. Guess what? I'm too busy to cancel a service twice. Please sort this ASAP.

    I see my @Plusnet Internet is back to its normal self over the past week. Been in 20 minutes and its unusable, only trying to send a couple of emails. Will receive a reply no doubt about wired connection instead of wifi (which it is) can't wait to cancel.
