@Plusnet Our broadband (supposedly upgraded to fibre) was left unused for 5 days and is now very slow. Breaks up when streaming breakfast TV.

@Plusnet Thanks for the quick response, I have just spoken to someone on the number you advised and they said it is not them that would deal with it because it is not classed as dangerous. The gentleman I spoke to said I need to speak to my service provider Please advise what to do next

@Plusnet It’s not always about price. Alas Plusnet has become the same as the others, onboard as many new customers as you can with “cheap” deals but fail to look after existing customers. A symptom of short term profits demanded by shareholders.
