    Are @Plusnet mobile ever going to do WiFi calling? It's now a massive problem for me not having it. Don't want to move providers but will have to very soon if they are not going to sort this. Pretty much everyone else provides it now. #wificalling

    @Plusnet I have been waiting since the first week of January to have my internet installed, I have since been advised by your customer service team that my internet request had been cancelled, despite taking an initial payment, I have had no confirmation of this or refund.

    @Plusnet New customer trying to get connected, now 12 days late! I didn't realise they were so shut, what can I do? Calling involves a 40 minute wait, then you are lied to....

    Is anyone else having problems with @ScotNational ? For the past several days I keep getting DNS errors (can't find the web site) not my end as everything else is working OK via PlusNet.

    @Plusnet I received a Purecare prepaid card through the post today for signing up to Plusnet. I'm having issues registering the card online. Apparently this is a common issue which leads to Pure card and Plusnet then bouncing responsibility back to each other. Can you help?

    @Plusnet moved home and started a new contract with you... and you've charged me £329 early termination charge??? I haven't gone anywhere as a customer!! Appallingly bad service received during this whole house move

    @Plusnet hi my phones (4 mobiles in house) are not allowing to make or receive calls or texts. In Bolton area, can you please respond as website gives an 0800 number to call but how can I with no signal???

    @taylorkwinship @Plusnet I had exactly the same issue. Called to say I was moving, told it would take 2 weeks. Chased after 3 weeks to be told that I’d not told them I was moving. Eventually got some bs apology, but even last week they sent my new router to the wrong house
