    @ChrisBarnatt @bt_uk Sounds like a nightmare getting your broadband sorted. You're timing was perfect as ours was up for renewal. 5G was not an option as coverage poor in my area certainly something I keep an eye on in future. Plusnet keeps me as a customer for another 24 months with price reduction.

    @Plusnet can someone help please? I have a webmail only account and it looks like automatic spam filters are blocking some inbound mail. I can’t follow the usual steps as per website to manage spam as I don’t have Plusnet broadband (login fails when I try).

    @Plusnet Plusnet after 12 years of excellent service you blot your copybook by taking almost 3 weeks to reply to my PM complaint. Please raise a ticket and resolve complaint on this matter
