    @Plusnet You got to laugh. You’re increasing my internet price yet I get a poor service. Then tell me you have a deal. I look at the deal and it’s £7 MORE than I’m paying now. What a joke!!!!

    @Plusnet The broadband is constantly disconnecting. It’s not great at all. Don’t know if you can login to your account to see the problem?

    @Plusnet My router is 3 or 4 years old. I was informed it should be okay for 7 years or so. There was always an issue with the phone line that never seemed to be resolved

    @Plusnet ongoing upload issue for nearly 3mths, still unresolved, and plusnet advise us to buy our own router!!!!!

    @Plusnet Hi, I’ve been out the house all day but my wife and kids have been at home and it’s been off most of the day and still down now I’ve just got home. Never had any issues with reliability until I’ve switched to Plusnet, now struggle for a stable connection and internet that works

    @Plusnet Having DNS resolution issues whilst WFH. DNS is provided by the router (set to static) but nslookup fails for Google with timeout errors/name not found.

    @Plusnet Hi there, having trouble with my internet connection in Newtownabbey. It has been going down intermittently for two days - is this a known problem or is there anything that can be done?

    @Plusnet Having trouble getting phone/Internet working. Tried week to get Plusnet to sort it out. Started contract last week, engineer called last Friday (open reach). No phone or Internet yet. Waited in 3 days for someone to arrive,after being told an engineer will call.
