@Ofcom Please will you investigate @plusnet. After 8 days of no mobile service, @plusnet #CustomerService told me they had been briefed to tell customers anything to get us off the phone. This is nothing short of #lying.

@Plusnet @LondonGirlSays There are hundreds of people can't get through on the phone,are you going to sort it for every one? I have spent 3 hours over the last two days trying to get through about a bill that is a joke. My next step is just to cancel my Direct Debit, see you in court.

@Ofcom Please can you investigate and do something about Plusnet. They offer services and cannot provide them. I signed an unlimited fibre extra and from day one. I have never received the speed. Complained and get excuse after excuses.

@NadeemNaz @Plusnet Luckily I spoke to the old provider who helped get the number back. Plus net were completely useless. No one wanted to help. Just said wait a week these things take time. No idea what it's like to run a business without phone and Internet
