  @Plusnet Internet failing to connect today try your help says no issues. M24 area. Reboot several times doesn't help. Refresh router doesn't. Any ideas?

  @NOWHelpTeam It’s exposed. Iv always been on virgin so never bother. But I’m sick to the back teeth of them and looking to move. Yourselves sky bt and plusnet are all looking interesting. But I’m stuck on what to do.

  @plusnet Waiting since Friday for my phone number to activate, no network. Numerous calls made to customer services. No help whatsoever. End of another day & still waiting for number to activate. Does anyone actually know what is wrong. Said 1 day to activate. Horrendous !

  @esarty @Plusnet I told Plusnet I was moving the next day (we had little notice). They didn’t cancel our old internet for 2 weeks and were due to charge us until I complained. They said they would give me my money back but called it a “goodwill gesture”. IT WAS MY MONEY!
