@plusnethelp Hi. My mother signed up for plusnet broadband and phone back in January 2020. Her package should include caller id but it’s not working, it never has. Can you check this please?

@plusnethelp Why is my Plusnet broadband internet connection always so slow? It just took 23 seconds to load your homepage. This is a long running problem and I really need you to help me fix it.

@Firesnakious Maybe check the settings on the new router? My router, provided by PlusNet is awful, and drops out all the time. I keep meaning to replace it.

  • MaltBox Andy at Malt Box (@MaltBox) reported

Twittersphere. Non-whisky question. Can anyone recommend a decent router sub £75? The @Plusnet router we've had for a couple of years is shambolic in terms of stability.. makes a right racket too.

@Plusnet hi I don't know what else I can do I've been a customer for 24 hrs and I'm having problems. I'm currently writing this whilst being in a queue for 26mins for some help this is not a great start

  • Samathy_Barratt Samathy Barratt (@Samathy_Barratt) reported

I'm tempted to buy another Plusnet Hub One router and stick OpenWRT on it as a second AP for my home network. They're well performing n/ac routers that are only about £10 on Ebay. Shame they look like toys instead of srs bizness networking equipment.
