But you get the idea :P I worked at the largest internet company where I live, know a big thing or two on how it all operates. there's probably an issue with your COAX, DSL or FIBER. going into your place. it all depends... where..

    @WeAreOpenreach I cant get a straight answer! Your communication to my ISP is terrible, you text me to say your coming for an appointment to install FTP but plusnet know nothing about it. 5 months since my order was placed, and this will be my 3rd day taken off of work unpaid.
