@Plusnet We were supposed to get a call back from your support dept in 20 minutes. That was 2 hours ago. I also DM'd you 3 hours ago. Our boardband is unusable and has been that way for almost a week. What is going on?

  • YawningLyon David Lyon (@YawningLyon) reported

@Documark @Plusnet @OpenreachHelp It's worth testing it with a couple of devices, including at least one smart phone. Also test the wired connection speed, as that's what Openreach are responsible for. Wifi connectivity is down to the customer's router.

@Plusnet I'm replying here to give a heads up to any prospective future victims of plusnet's "award winning customer service". After 3 months of dropping the ball and 6+ no shows (today included), I've now cancelled the order. #scamnet, go f yourselves🖕

  • TommoTheTurtlle Tom Fox (@TommoTheTurtlle) reported

@Plusnet Why does a new customer at my address get offered faster broadband at the same price than we are currently getting? Doesn't seem particularly fair when we've been loyal customers since 2015
