Also this is not to the poor souls who work in customer service but Plusnet as a company need to sort their infrstructure out. Its been years of subpar internet, I honeslty struggle to believe in this day and age that you cannot set up proper infrastructure for your customers.

@Plusnet Am surprised that all you care about is notifying me that my monthly payment is due. This is in contrast to the terms of our contract. You cant extract money from me when you rendered no service. I will be constrained to terminate this contract sooner than later.

You know, @Plusnet, it’s fine to leave my elderly, disabled mother without a phone line, and thus without her pendant fall alarm, for 4 days. If anything she was just TOO safe before. Seriously, who keeps giving them customer service awards?

I just wanted to say to all 3180+ of my followers, @Plusnet are so so so bad. Use literally any other service provider. We won’t have internet for a week through no fault of ours and I have spent hours on the phone being shuffled from one person to another. Terrible provider.

@globalhlthtwit Plusnet is quit good had no issues with them even during lockdown with work and school work being done online all at the same time They seem easy to get hold off too

@Plusnet Am reporting for the 4th time that my wifi for three weeks has been not only slow but freezes per second. I have not been able to access the internet for three weeks. YOUR TECNICIAN 07483908087 said he has tried that I should call plus net for further verification.

@Plusnet Award winning broadband ?really? Plusnet's customer service is the worst ever. Plusnet agents will give all the wrong information to you just to get you to sign the contract. Once you sign it, they will treat you like ****. So disappointed and gutted with my experience with them
