@asda_mobile 6 months ago you agreed to refund me credit balance via a cheque in the post. Still nothing. Shocking. I will be writing to ofcom for a formal complaint. Everyone....please don't bother with asda mobile. Plusnet are much better

@Plusnet trying to sign up, but getting message "We can't run a line check at your address at the moment" Is it because I don't have a handset attached to my phone line? Or anything else I can fix myself?

@Plusnet have you got outages in Lincolnshire today? Router has been orange for a while and no amount of restarting is fixing it. I work from home so it’s causing a big issue
