    @AfroChuck87 @WorkTheSpace @bt_uk Kind of is now as they are not BT engineers. They are Openreach engineers as they run the network. BT just provides broadband over the network the same as sky, plusnet etc.

    @Plusnet our site has three lines from Plusnet, but one doesn’t have support for baby jumbo frames, is this something that can be resolved?

    @Plusnet have been unable to receive calls or texts today. Caller either hears engaged tone or service not available message. Can make calls and send texts out though. Please help.
