@Plusnet Hi! Happy FTTC customer here, but I've seen gfast is availableat our address. I appreciate Plusnet don't offer gfast plans, but it seems mad for me to Leave Plusnet to use the same cables and get gfast with your Parent Company, who DO offer it! Any suggestions?

  • BrianRi01324919 Brian Rice (@BrianRi01324919) reported

@Plusnet Hi. I can't log on via the website to sort out my email. Outlook is currently trying to download 600 old emails to my account and I can't stop it! Is sign in then nothing!

  • WoolfendenAnn Ann Woolfenden (@WoolfendenAnn) reported

@Plusnet such a disappointment when you swap your sim card over and something that should happen instantly will now take place, perhaps Monday. Always had a good experience with Plusnet but now left without my mobile phone. Could anyone please help me resolve this?

  • deb_fincher Debbie Fincher (@deb_fincher) reported

Sad to say pretty poor customer service @Plusnet

  • myredrum2 Tucopacifico (@myredrum2) reported

@Plusnet still waiting for new sim "in the post" 2 months ago. Poor coverage and no signal for me in most of my area. I'm off, Lebara for me.

  • alanrew Alan Rew (@alanrew) reported

@PaulbernalUK @Plusnet @BTGroup I've missed the earlier part of this story. Sounds horrible. Dealing with BT can be a nightmare. Leaving aside the resolution/compensation of the current situation, what's the cost/feasibility of leaving these service providers? For internet & phone, better service is possible.

  • ZoeMontgomery66 Zoe Montgomery (@ZoeMontgomery66) reported

@WhichUK I’m with Plusnet and I wish they would offer a social tariff but I rang up and they said they have no intention of offering one. I could switch to BT but their customer service is notoriously bad.

  • PaulbernalUK Prof Paul Bernal (@PaulbernalUK) reported

So the resolution for my aunt is who to give hundreds of pounds to: @Plusnet or @BTGroup, for a problem caused by them. Oh, and they’re actually the same company.

  • PaulbernalUK Prof Paul Bernal (@PaulbernalUK) reported

@zuluzim909 @Plusnet @BTGroup She is. But I try to shield her from the worst of it.

@markwalshuk @Plusnet Same here but SMS now working # dreadful service
