    @joclegg @plusnet I'm in ME8. They've told me its a major outage but will be fixed by 6.20 pm. That Downdetector is rubbish.

    @Plusnet hello! Last week I phoned to say I wanted to stay with your service - now I have a load of texts from you telling me my installation and router are set to happen/arrive - but I’m already installed and have a router…this is surreal

    @TomK_Brit1993 Not a real landline of course... Phone still won't work in a power cut, more like an additional mobile. Plusnet has really good customer service

    Dear idiots @Plusnet and also @EE as u both have done it this month, if my payment date is set to 6th of month trying to take payment on the 3rd and then restricting services for your **** up won't magically make my money come in 3 days early, both account show 6th so do it!

    My Internet has been playing up all week and they said someone was coming Wednesday. they didn’t now saying they’re coming to fix it now it’s Monday. I’m not happy @Plusnet this is not your usual good service if you don’t get this it means the Internet is gone wrong again
