@Plusnet down again... Do NOT tell me it is because my router is 3 years old... I have talked to your techinal team many times and they say they should last 6-8 years reliably and die about 10. 4th day running... It works it stops it works it stops...

@Plusnet I can't find a place to register a complaint. My WiFi cuts out nearly everyday for an hour or two in the evening/night (occuring for months). As a paid service, this is unacceptable. Please reimburse me for the service I'm paying for & not receiving

@OpenreachHelp Hi David, spoke to Plusnet who tell me the job order has been “closed down” with a report that there was no reply from the broadband router. This was unsurprising to me as I was expecting the engineer (who didn’t arrive) to fit a new telephone socket.
