    I have called a person and got it all sorted… including a new router which apparently is probably the source of all my broadband issues! One reason I’m still with Plusnet after 11 years is that so far all issues have been minor and they’ve fixed them super super quickly!

    Really unpleasant experience trying to change broadband service for a relative currently in care home - diabolical really from both @plusnet and @johnlewis broadband - avoid both

    @Plusnet had slow Internet for over a week now 1.7mbps at best can't watch any on demand services without annoying buffering having to use phone data as its so slow have done all checks its getting very frustrating never had this problem with Sky

    @ArtetaOut_v3 @EE Literally just pulled up to my drive and theirs an Open reach tenichian outside someone else has the same issue and their with plusnet so it appears to be an issue with lines or distribution box. So @EE I owe you an apology.
