@jesseb4me @virginmedia @TalkTalk If you can, enquire with BT to fibre to the house. It’s being rolled out at an exponential rate. I’ve gone from Plusnet 45mbps to BT 900mbps and I get very strong signal from the router all over the house. It’s yet to dip below 700

@cheshiretoad @Glazedovernow I agree. One reason I moved my broadband to Plusnet. They dug me out of a hole a couple of times. Of course, the best customer service is never going to be the cheapest.

@billykayscot I switch every year to get the best deal. Basic package, not fibre. Pretty much I bounce between Plusnet and Now broadband. Now have some bad reviews but I've had nothing but good service from them. My speed is always worse with Plusnet. Now have free calls too.

@LordWilsonVILLA @Plusnet We pay through the nose and get relatively **** in the name of internet speeds, whichever company you go for. Other parts of the world get ultra fast speeds, we get ultra fast wallet draining, and they call or progress.

@plusnet Hello. For the past 2 days, a “session timeout” message appears when attempting to complete a new 30 day sim only contract application. Now on hold for 25+ mins to 0800791133 (new customer option). Do you want the business?!
