@swapnilnshilpa @Plusnet Where abouts are you? I'm down in Devon in the South West. Same issue here. Supposed to be getting 30+ Mbps, but keep getting 5 Mbps max quite often. Incredibly annoying.

@MartinSLewis Didn't know Plusnet were part of BT. That's put me off. Soooo much grief when I was last with BT I said I'd NEVER touch them again.

@biscuitsgod We had this problem and they kept coming back without what they needed. Literally about 12 times. They just never passed the information on. Nightmare calling @Plusnet every time who would then call openreach both of which seemed ironically terrible at communication.

@Invys4790 Definitely. I always said people need a national service style stint in retail or whatever. Really is an eye opener. I rang Plusnet as they cocked up an order, and they were SO apologetic and I was all "lol its fine these things happen" and it definitely caught them off guard.

Hi @Plusnet please advise why my renewal offer is for £27.99/mo for 18 months yet a new customer can get the same package for £22.99/mo for 12 months. I'm regretting to buying line saver last October. Thanks.

@MartinSLewis I am with Plusnet paying £28 per month for gas fibre optic broadband. Land line and any time calls as the mobile signal isn’t very good where we live. If you want a mobile signal you either have to go upstairs or up the street. Lol
