    @Plusnet once again dealing with disconnect after disconnect. Engineer gets sent out, it's fine for 2 or 3 months and process is then repeated. Clearly nothing is actually being done to solve the underlying issue.

    When you're stuck with a mobile supplier whose site and comms are staggeringly, woefully bad. Plusnet - get your act together!

    So @Plusnet let me down last night .. and again today .. can’t tell you how difficult it’s been over Xmas with a young man who uses an iPad to communicate and no broadband.. another promise things will be fixed tomorrow… let’s see ..

    @Plusnet hi - my broadband was supposed to be turned on by the 29th, I was told there would be one day delay but it’s still not working, can anyone help?

    @Plusnet Why does a new customer at my address get offered faster broadband at the same price than we are currently getting? Doesn't seem particularly fair when we've been loyal customers since 2015
