@Plusnet I recently switched from talk talk to Plusnet fibre but it seems that my talk talk service wasn't automatically cancelled. I thought I didn't need to manually cancel my contract?

  • HappilyUnwoke HappilyUnwoke 🇺🇦🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇺🇸✡️🦖💚🤍💜 (@HappilyUnwoke) reported

@Plusnet Hi I've got a SIM only plan with you. I've upgraded to a phone with 5G but I never seem to get anything except 4G despite being in a 5G area, is there a setting I need to change maybe?

  • Stokesy1966 Richard S (@Stokesy1966) reported

@2_Wheeled_Wolf @Plusnet @virginmedia They literally ignore what I say and keep sending that ****** message every time. Of course the say if they don’t hear in 28 days they’ll remove the complaint, so I’m going to keep it going. Forever.

  • trapdoorsally Tony Bonser (@trapdoorsally) reported

@morriskev @O2 @Plusnet have incredible 30 day SIM only plans Moggins…they use the EE network, you should check them out

  • andyigclark Andy Clark (@andyigclark) reported

@Plusnet my Internet connection has been dropping out over the weekend and it's now happening every two minutes. The only way to report a problem on your website seems to be to text help, followed by a landline number, which we don't have. Can you please advise?

  • iambrianjones filter more streets (@iambrianjones) reported

@2_Wheeled_Wolf @Plusnet They are in a total mess. They didn’t charge us anything for two years because their accounting error showed us wrongly to be in credit. We tried to pay but they never took our money. Then when we finally terminated they sent us £200 that we weren’t really owed.

  • BlueMeetsWhite Blue Meets White (@BlueMeetsWhite) reported

@Plusnet No. Already spoken to customer services so no point. There is no “it does seem like” about it. You’ve taken MORE than long enough already and still we are no further forward.

  • 2_Wheeled_Wolf @2_Wheeled_Wolf 🇪🇺 (@2_Wheeled_Wolf) reported

@iambrianjones that would be good, better than the crap I'm getting from @Plusnet atm.

  • KeithNDunn Keith Dunn (@KeithNDunn) reported

@Plusnet Is there a problem with the broadband service in Ulceby DN39?

  • 2_Wheeled_Wolf @2_Wheeled_Wolf 🇪🇺 (@2_Wheeled_Wolf) reported

@Stokesy1966 I did call @Plusnet to give a month's notice. They didn't like it & haven't processed it & ends on Friday. Thankfully I also put it in writing a few times so not having their ****. There is no law to say you can't give notice in writing. @virginmedia
