@Plusnet Have just spoken to an operator on the phone - the way he spoke to me was appalling. Have been told there is an outage in my area until midnight Thursday and there's nothing you can do to help and was refusing to let me speak to a manager.

@Plusnet still waiting for my phone line to be connected and broadband to happen….. absolute shambles. Don’t ask me to PM you as nothing gets done if I do!!!!!! Appalling company apart from one individual today called Alan who tried to calm me down🤬😡
