@Plusnet This isn't desperately urgent but if you could get the ball rolling? Having problems accessing Plusnet Call Protect- logged a couple of jobs but still not rectified. Just tried 1572 - "service can't be connected". *** ticked on call features marked as "currently active"?

Anyone else in London having issues with @Plusnet ? Phone tech seems to have no idea what's going on and no reply on here. Outage map looks like it's covered in fairy lights.

@jugglerbry @Plusnet I had similar problems with my speeds via wifi, the gentleman from Plusnet support suggested that I changed my 2.4ghz wifi channel. It's caused by too many other routers in range of you using the same channel. I now mostly have 67Mbs+ download speeds
