@Plusnet do you have an address I can write to? Regarding my billing and cancellation of my contract. I cannot ever get through by phone and live chat never open! Couldn’t ever connect to WiFi which was my reason for leaving writhing a month of signing up

@acurvyvegan I changed to Plusnet a few months ago (because my mum already has broadband with them so got a good deal) and it’s been great so far. Was previously with Tesco which I had no problems with, just wanted cheaper. If Plusnet hadn’t been the cheapest I was going to go with giff gaff

@OpenreachHelp Plusnet have supposedly been in touch since last Friday and I still see no fix on the horizon. My work contract ends next month. I need to be finding more work. But with no broadband I’m stuck in limbo. It’s incredible that it can take so long.
