    @Plusnet trying to cancel my account as i am leaving and travelling abroad for the rest of this year, was on the phone 14 mins, the que said 20 mins then got cut off, anyone else had an issue. #plusnet

    @ziontree @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Quite possibly the worst customer service…in the world (although BT, EE & Plusnet are level *******)

    Sadly we are still last mile copper here, no Community/Open Reach fibre yet but we do have Virgin Media (old cable)... Yes I know...but I suspect support will be as **** like nearly all of them now....if Plusnet wasn't dropping phones and Zen wasn't hyper expensive I'd use them.

    My sister who was with plusnet but was then changed to EE ( Both part of B.T.) It has taken 3 mnths but they have lost her landline , given another which means telling everyone. So Brit Telecom not world leaders in communication but champions of very poor service .

    When you're on hold, the plusnet message says we can contact you online - How? All the contact options I can find just lead to community, call, sign language... Is there some way to message plusnet support?

    @Plusnet Seems I can no longer log onto your community site (yes I am a customer) and your password reset doesn't work. Is this another part of the service that you're running down?

    @BasilTheGreat It's worse, if you have BT, EE, or Plusnet broadband with their router, part of YOUR bandwidth & electricity is used to help provide THEIR public WiFi network. (It's hidden in the Ts & Cs but you can opt out in your account settings)
