I cancelled contract with #Plusnet in July 2021. They made big cancellation charge. Still chasing me for more payments!! Do NOT take out a Plusnet Phone contract!! You can never stop them harassing & trying to get money from you! Very #distressing! #Fraud @Plusnet @Plusnethelp

@Plusnet Having a lot of problems with connections dropping especially on wifi. Been with you for years and my Hub 1 is getting long in the tooth, are there any newer models available please? Or even just a new Hub 1?

@Plusnet Hi there, I have an orange power light and a flashing red B on my PlusOne router, I've tried all the steps proposed when trying to sign in to the router, I've had previous problems with the router that required an engineer visit, and I'm wfh so this is very bad. Help?

@TheFatHippo57 @Plusnet Well, that was Plusnet. I have 200MB fibre to the property via another ISP for a fraction of the price Plusnet quoted for a service nearly 100 times slower. Plusnet basically didn’t have the information, or just flat-out lied. It’s one or the other. 1/
