    I have called a person and got it all sorted… including a new router which apparently is probably the source of all my broadband issues! One reason I’m still with Plusnet after 11 years is that so far all issues have been minor and they’ve fixed them super super quickly!

    @Plusnet the worst Internet connection I have ever experienced. Changed channels but still poor. I will not be forced to pay for an adequate router either shame on you @Plusnet

    @bt_uk It would be gr8 if you could help in anyway happy to pay just don’t need to wait 3mths with no comms from @Plusnet (having a message left o/l when you have no Signal hence need BB is not comms)to be told it’s £250 + than agreed. happy to pm my mobile nos and email)
