@Plusnet Like I say - Twitter-only support is a provider-changing feature. I appreciate you responding, but as a service provider, it's not good enough. And that's a shame, because Plusnet's support used to be top notch. One extreme to the other.

If you're considering a home move with @Plusnet, don't bother. Due to their system messing up, it will be a month between moving in and getting a working internet service. I was told it would be the day after.

@Plusnet why is my internet terrible since switching to you? Moved from a rock solid talktalk and had constant dropouts since. I thought talktalk were supposed to be terrible and plusnet decent? I’m seeing the opposite. Constant disconnections, weak WiFi and the router is ancient
