Well done @Plusnet leaving me without internet for 5 weeks so I cannot do my NHS job, be in my home that I’m paying rent on and still charging me for the privilege of no internet and to call them for 40minutes …and I can’t cancel it - what a way to treat people

Absolutely useless @Plusnet service in my area right now. Forgot downloading a film you own through Apple TV or playing an online game - huge ping spikes, massive packet loss, while also being incredibly inconsistent.

@Suzanne14606600 @Plusnet @WeAreOpenreach I suggest that you get in touch with OFCOM TO COMPLAIN about your internet service provider and about OPENREACH as they are just as responsible who don’t care about the elderly but then it’s a LONDON BASED COMPANY who only care about taking people’s money and doing F.A

Shoddy @Plusnet service continues. Speedchecker given me pings of 300ms to 600ms (or not even registering a ping at all), no download speeds above 10Mb/s (mostly around 4Mb/s).

@Plusnet Can I strongly recommend you suggest that people trying to sign up with you DISABLE ADBLOCK first? It blocked a pop-up about the internet filter (the one I had already opted out of) which seemingly guaranteed the entire process to fail.

@Plusnet terrible experience trying to get your broadband into our new house. Misinformation followed internal errors at Plusnet cause major delays. I need BB for remote working, spent my first week in a hotel (at my expense) ... wonder if you're prepared to reimburse? Doubt it.
