    @JoshCF_ Try plusnet they are owned by BT but you would get new customer offer.

    @ScotsValkyrie @bt_uk I pay about £90 with BT, ridiculous amount, decided to make a switch via a comparison site, found a deal half the price but then told sorry you can't have it as BT own EE as you're an existing customer, as is Plusnet. Options seem limited!!

    @Plusnet I have new email, says I'm switching to ee in 30 days. I phoned already. I want to remain with plusnet fibre to cabinet but lose the phone line rental, at a reduction in cost. This was not offered anywhere & person I spoke to on the phone before couldn't help. Please fix it.

    @Plusnet can you help? I got an email saying I'm leaving for another provider which isn't true, I haven't even been shopping around. I can't call customer service because I'm working overseas atm

    @Benleo Awful shower to deal with. So relieved when I finally got shot of them and got a simple deal with PlusNet

    I actually should have called up @Plusnet aka BT sooner. Might have to cancel my direct debit... shocking way to treat a shareholder.
