    @Plusnet @BT We will be seeking compensation. Only 1 of your customer service team showed any care - everyone else put us in the too difficult category. This is a problem of your making. At a time when the Govt has told us to work from home, you cut off our broadband and ability to do that.

    When @Plusnet goes down for for over 24h, comes back for a bit and then goes down for 12+ hours and counting with DSL issues both times..

    @Plusnet I have received a rewards card of £75 on the 12th December but so far have been unable to get the purecard login to work as I never receive a confirmation email. Since last trying I have also misplaced the card itself so could you reissue a new one so I can try again?

    My bill from plusnet was £0 and yet today they randomly took money out my account completely ******* me over before as that was “treat” money for my birthday on Sunday. I couldn’t hate a company more they do nothing but **** up constantly. Great start to the day.

    @NoseySurgeon I was with PlusNet but with two of us needing to video call, the bandwidth during peak pandemic was getting sapped by the whole area. Cable with a **** provider was the only reasonable option.

    @JasonA87151323 From our side we handle the email being sent out so you can claim the reward card. Once the claim has been submitted, you then need to speak to Purecard if you have any queries or issues. - Curtis, Plusnet Sheffield

    @Plusnet Why does my landline say number not recognised one I have used many times before ,,yet plusnet mobile has no problem with the UK landline number I am calling
