@OpenreachHelp any idea when problem affecting LNTOT exchange will be resolved‽ My fibre connection via Plusnet has been down since ~06:20 this morning, and the estimated clear time keeps getting later & later.

UK Twitter, what are our feelings about broadband providers? I'm fleeing @virginmedia because they annoy me. BT, Plusnet, Now? I'm only getting 60MB, I don't need superfast. #1 criterion is customer service: I want a competent human being at the end of the phone.

@Plusnet Hi again anoush. Thanks for all your help and advice and I have niw called your support and transferred to bt fttp. Unfortunately I have just received an email saying they will charge me over £100 for cancelling when not only you but on the call they said it would be waived. Wtf

@Plusnet #Plusnet Trying to log in. Continually fails to respond to login link. So glad my contract with them soon ends. Their communication contact is akin to using semaphore in a fog.
