@Plusnet I am getting tired of waiting for plusnet to install my broadband service. I was told that an appointment was imminent for 6th Sept! No contact since then & I can’t get through on the helplines. Do I have to cancel my new contract? I’m still in the cooling off time!!!!!!

  • Si_m007 Si_m.007 (@Si_m007) reported

@Plusnet From your website, I'm told this is where I come to make a complaint. How do I go about doing that?

  • PhilFish17 Phil Fish (@PhilFish17) reported

@Plusnet How is your support "award-winning" if nobody ever answers the phone?

  • radiohead319 Radiohead 💙 (@radiohead319) reported

@imageplotter @edwinhayward @guse_guse Weird thing is, Plusnet who are also owned by BT and use the EE network still have free "roam like at home" in EU. And they are cheaper!

@Plusnet Hi will from Sheffield. I’ve currently raised 3 issues and still not resolved. Been promised a managers call back twice to no avail. I’d click the link but my internet doesn’t work at home? #goingroundincircles

..and I thought getting through to my doctors on the phone was painful. Try calling @Plusnet ! 25 mins of piano music so far and no help from the chatbot on website. Where's my SIM @plusnet! #plusnet #poorcustomerservice

  • PhilFish17 Phil Fish (@PhilFish17) reported

@Plusnet After a total of 2 hours 10 minutes (over the duration of 4 calls) I eventually managed to speak to your colleagues. Both were very pleasant but ultimately unable to resolve my issue and your company "policies" have been shown to be totally inadequate, potentially unlawful.

@Plusnet Hi there, it's apparent that the factors in this case are down to @VodafoneUK having better organisational skills... Or possibly clout with Openreach... Which is ironic considering who owns who in the telecoms market. Yes we're online now, although speeds are still inconsistent.

  • Olliehelp1 Ollie (@Olliehelp1) reported

@Plusnet 4 weeks without Internet after moving in with no date for a connection. Do not use this company. It also takes an hour to get through to customer service on the phones.

@sovietlife Hi there, sorry to see it took a while for the SIM to get delivered. Please feel free to send us a DM with your full name and your mobile number if that's still an issue. Apologies for the delayed response too by the way. - Adam - Plusnet Sheffield.
