    Sat here. No internet. Mobile data cover. Fault reported Thurs 1700. Out since 1630. 2 hrs on landline as we kept copper line!! Done swap to internet phone! Line dropped. No calls back!! No updates from any service providers. @Plusnet Please call me. I will DM my details.

    @IL_Tenore @Plusnet also a customer for many years. Currently paying for 32Mbps .. getting 0.6Mbps. If it wasn't for the grief of changing email address I'd be gone.

    @Plusnet Saturday morning when I’m not working and have more time. I have just come to sort it out and a text message comes through saying “your services have been restricted”. Please can you remove the extra charges; this really isn’t fair now.

    @andywasley @JCDrummo @Plusnet Really, my entire BB is 4G powered and manage to send video and stills. Might be worth looking at for an interim solution.

    Broadband is down so went to Plusnet's mobile site and saw there's now an option to diagnose problems by text. Well you can imagine how encouraging it was to get a text saying "Hi, it's the John Lewis Diagnostics bot here."

    @Munross @Plusnet Same! I have had no end of reliabilty issues. There very quick to blame your setup too and in my case its always turned out to be either BT or the Service Provider that buggered it. Please for the love of God, give us the service we are paying for @Plusnet
