    Nothing but problems since August changing from Plusnet Bband to John Lewis Bband (who use Plusnet) Latest issue - i asked to keep my plusnet email rather than JL & they closed it by mistake! They reopened it but now I cant receive emails. Each time I call I'm on hold for 40 mins

    @Plusnet You pride yourselves on customer service, yet I spent over an hour yesterday in a queue waiting to sort out an issue and gave up. The same thing is happening again this morning, so how are customers supposed to contact you to resolve issues???

    @plusnethelp what an absolute shocking service! Complaint outstanding for over 5 months! Broadband is useless and customer service is appalling- we are on count down to leaving Plusnet!!!

    @Plusnet the operators aren’t helpful at all and with all my bank details my name and my address I cannot cancel my internet.. what are the options ?

    @Plusnet Dear Plusnet, I’m moving my place and unfortunately I don’t have access to my old email which was used to register to your broadband service. I cannot get into my old email and therefore I cannot get user name and password to my plusnet accout. What is the solution?

    @petejm1958 try Plusnet, Iv been with them 8 years, no problems with connectivity & pay £29.99pm for fibre
