@Plusnet almost three weeks and two routers down & I’m still without broadband - even more insane when my property’s internet provider has been you for the past few years! What’s going on? I work remotely from home full time and am caning my mobile data allowance…

  • snathe Him Over There (@snathe) reported

@_WezXL_ To be fair to PlusNet, I've only ever had one major issue with them in the years I've been with them and even the house move we did went smoothly and without incident, so I'm remaining optimistic here. (the less said about my smart meter installs, though, the better...)

  • michaelsaleem Michael Saleem 🇬🇧 (@michaelsaleem) reported

@finance55uk @Plusnet Same with my ISP. I'm now paying £73.75 / month (after price increase) for 900 Mb/s FTTP. The service is good and the Internet connection is very reliable, but it's just painful knowing that the same package is available for new customers for £40.99 / month (~ 44% less)! 😒
