@Emily_Benn I’ve had excellent service from Plusnet - had a few very minor issues, but customer service has always been excellent. They allow customers to have “broadband-only” if they want to use a different phone provider.

@Plusnet an engineer was supposed to be here today but I guess they're not bothering? Now on day 15 of no Internet and my daughter is on day 8 of no education. You won't fix the problem and you won't let me cancel. I'm so sick of this

@virginmedia Finally recognise there is an issue. Hallelujah! But cancel our engineer appt. You better get this sorted today now you've cancelled that appt. Never once had this issue with @Plusnet & @skytv in 10yrs of broadband/tv supply. 3 months with you and multiple dropouts🤬

@ChalraftLevi_El @Coastway_Will Tbh, From what i know, Plusnet have no responcabilty as its not there issue. If its a telegraph pole thats came down then its a lenghty job to fix....

@tower1361 @plusnethelp Having the same problem, was offered a gift card to join directly on the plusnet website, but apparently no trace of said promo! On top of that, signal is absolutely garbage and can't stay connected, working from home shouldn't be this hard, plusnet, not happy!
