Plusnet have taken a payment after my father's death and refuse to talk to me and even refuse to take a complaint without his username which I don't know. Martyn Lucas (@Martyn_Lucas) reported@EE Trying to rip my elderly parents off! Terrible service! Moved them from a working service with @Plusnet , to a service that keeping dropping. Someone called them today saying they needed 900 Full Fibre! They are 2 OAPs who occasionally stream!

Citizen #376894 (@yidsnee) reported@biggle1908 With Virgin your internet speed will drop drastically when kids are on school holidays - the contention ratio they use is horrible. I'm very happy with @Plusnet for my full fibre internet - in the many years I've been with them, it's been hassle-free.
