  Swapping internet providers - Plusnet said our service would be maintained until 11th. Woke up this morning to no wifi connection, and our new router from Now hasn't arrived yet 😭😭😭

  Cancelled my @Plusnet now, it shops the day BT put in their UC £9.99 Broadway. To be fair Plusnet service I've had no problem with, I was offered a cheaper new upgrade but still more than a tenner with BT. I'll go back to Plusnet if things change the future #CostOfLivingCrisis

  So @Plusnet sold us fibre broadband for our new home. Today they told us that it isn’t actually usable in the area yet but it will be at some point in the future after it’s installed “Why did you sell me a service that’s not available?” “It is available. It’s just not connected.”
