Anyone else had this today? clicked the link before realising it was a scam: anyone know if that's likely to have breached security? I see some people had similar issues after the service outage last year. Account data compromised?

Bill (@CageFooname) reported@jerryaldrichiii allowed to speak to networking directly, it was maddening. In the end I just left plusnet as I was so shocked by how poor their engineer's understanding was and how they handled it. Meant to complain to the ICO directly but life got in the way. Anyway, ISPs can be very bad!
