    @Plusnet cutting off your customers instead of announcing you had a major issue is NOT business smart. The entire country is affected. Make a goddamn statement already. How long are we going to be off??? Are repairs underway???? Is anything being done?

    @Plusnet problems. No internet and automated message from support repeatedly saying “call back another time”. 😒😒😒 Now to look at what other broadband providers can offer….
