    And still plusnet, regardless of the fact I can only read my emails when I stand outside and on mobile data, manage to send me my monthly bill. While their website suggests there's no issue at all though everyone is tweeting about it 🙃

    My wife’s mother, who is 93, has found communicating via Facebook Portal to be a vital lifeline, especially whilst in hospital but with broadband down for over four hours she feels isolated. Come on @Plusnet, sort this out and at least communicate #fail @TheSun

    Absolutely **** @Plusnet I've not been getting my guaranteed speed since I moved in a month ago and this is now the final straw. Not getting a penny off me and I'm not staying with you a minute longer than necessary.
