@Plusnet He’s got MH issues, which is why I’m the named second person on the account. He’s had two episodes because of this now so you can imagine how I might be feeling… we are looking at cancelling and switching providers. Less than 20 minutes to go. It’s clearly not happening, again.

@Plusnet My appointment been missed past 1pm and Plusnet are saying their system is down to actually get any info from Openreach. How am I supposed to remote access live IT Systems if my connection has dropped out 7 times this morning? Issue ongoing since the end of April.
