@Plusnet still waiting for news of mobile phone signal. At present I need to ring plusnet broadband about a complaint. But can’t as mobile phone signal plusnet is non existent.

@Plusnet has award winning customer service? My internet has been unusable for over 2 weeks now, and despite sending 2 engineers (1 didn’t even show up) I have to take another day off work to wait for a 3rd. Nothing but lies, and time wasting from them.

@Plusnet hi my broadband has been incredibly slow and just buffering the last few weeks my phone keeps disconnecting I don't have time to sit in que on the phone can someone please contact me please as this has been on going issue for weeks now annoying paying my full bill

@FalconeHosts In your contract there will be a minimum service guarantee (its usually internet speeds) and if it falls below that, or you have frequent unexpected outages you can get out of the contract at any time. I did the same thing with Plusnet when I lived in the UK

@Plusnet Why do i still have to pay this contract, getting really fed up of the 1mbs download, and the most bipolar ping ive ever had, Joke of an internet provider..... Not long till we can **** you off and get one that works

@Plusnet Hard to be saving on a service you don’t actually have. #plusnet leaving us without internet for a month, blaming #bt and children not being able to do homework among other major inconveniences.

Hi @Plusnet, my caller ID has never worked. Your troubleshooting guide says to dial *#234# and I get the message "Sorry, the service requested is not available" even though caller ID is active on my account🤔. Please can you help?

@jhardingcouk I moved to Plusnet. To be honest I wasn't too impressed at first as our speeds were really erratic. The first 6 Openreach engineers were useless but it turned out the problem was with a flooded cable up the street which only the 7th engineer discovered. No charge to me.👍

@Plusnet mobile phone service out for 2 days. I have not been able to get a mobile phone signal now for the last 2 days. Your status is showing green. The postcode is CT130hf. Can you tell me what is going on. Ee status in the area is showing as not working in the area.
