@mrmumbl35 @EddyThomas1997 You are aware that BT are the service provider for both EE and Plusnet. The only 2 main hardline service providers in the UK are BT and Virgin. All the other providers use their physical services all you are effectively doing is changing front facing company you deal with.

@Plusnet Registered with Plusnet for internet end of March, informed 10-14 days, had to wait three weeks until 17th April. On 16th April get message stating internet will not be ready until ready until 30th April. No explanation. Not acceptable level of service!!

@jessmeacham I'd assume yes it's through the phoneline as they use the BT network. Things might have changed since my plusnet days but it's pretty much only Virgin and a few small companies that use anything other than the phoneline.

@Plusnet your team member (who was awful!) has just told me I am now hostage to the company! In spite of you saying in writing that you will "cover the cost of the bolt-ons and extra data", this will not be via a refund - but I have other bills to pay, and won't be able to!

@plusnethelp hi plusnet. You contacted my parents and sold them a new router. Since then they have had no Internet and spent hours on the phone reduced to tears. Would someone like to help?

@plusnethelp Hi Chris! I’m not even going to bother. We’ve got so many notes and complaints on our account already it wouldn’t achieve anything. I’m SO disappointed in the service we’ve had and I definitely wouldn’t recommend Plusnet 😡

@Plusnet failed to arrange internet installation on agreed date, plusnet confirmed they made the mistake (listened to the calls). Has cost me a LOT of money in bolt-ons to be able to keep working from home whilst you fix mistake. You say you'll credit me but not refund!

@plusnethelp I switched to Plusnet Mobile last week and received a new sim in the post on 13th April. I still have not received an activation message and having contacted plusnet customer services, they could find no record of my order despite having taken payment upfront!
