    @WalkWithWallace Just gave up with Plusnet as doesn’t offer WiFi calling. I have no signal from any network at home so this was deal breaker

    @Plusnet it seems as though your Internet outage is still ongoing, my Internet has dropped out repeatedly since Friday mornings outage. I've contacted customer service but they detect no issues with my end... hopefully you can get things to work properly again soon.

    @Plusnet Eventually got it sorted. The Router had a problem, it hadn't been programmed properly and I had to do the settings myself. If I hadn't been Computer Literate this would of been impossible for someone. I asked for it to be noted and please not happen to others. So depressing!

    @Bigshirtlesscol @virginmedia Totally agree. Ditched ours when we moved and now pay half the price for just as good a service, if not better. PlusNet if you want to know

    @Plusnet our broadband has been down for 2/3 days now. When will this issue be fixed?? It’s hardly being addressed too

    @Jadehu91 Hi Jade, Friday some customers experienced problems accessing their emails and accounts in Plusnet Member Centre and connecting to their broadband service. We worked quickly to resolve this and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused. -Sammy- Team Sheffield

    @Plusnet 3rd day in a row of under minimum guaranteed speed and not enough time in the day to sit on hold for customer service what can i do?

    @Plusnet Reliable? You're having a laugh, right? It's 8pm on a Sunday night with nothing else is in use yet this rubbish Internet can't handle streaming a show. Worst Internet we've ever had!!!
