the same issue. Is it a known problem you’re working to solve or is this the quality I can expect going forward? Really not a great start to a new service and may need to consider another provider if this doesn’t improve?! 2/2 #plusnet

@rosysparkles @Plusnet I think I've encountered them before somewhere. I'm hope you found a better company. They sound awful!

@Plusnet My broadband is down and I need for work today. Luckily I'm still within my 14 days, so unless things improve very quickly I will be cancelling.

@Plusnet new customer as of last week. Why does my internet signal keep dropping numerous times during the day, devices losing connection, streaming services buffering/quality dropping. Also impacting on our working from home. Seems like many other customers are tweeting with 1/2

Hi, @MartinSLewis my sister switched to @Plusnet on promise of reward. Clicked thru from your site. Plusnet refusing to honour and your team washes hands of it via email. Feels like poor behaviour from both yourselves and Plusnet. How can people click through with confidence?

@Plusnet In that thread PlusNet says you still have that information: “We will still have sight of it as we measure it through a tool called Capacity Based Charging (CBC) we're simply getting rid of VMBU and as such the customer's ability to see their own usage.”... (1/2)

@Plusnet Hi, I am wondering why you don't have this information when @Ofcom appear to think you should be providing the 7726 service?

@Plusnet How? By telling me my complaint has been resolved before you even investigated it, like you did with @rosysparkles ? Believe me, I'd love to send you a message, but Twitter would probably suspend me for it!
