@ThreeUKSupportwhat gives? signal has been awful for days now yet my other #Plusnet SIM is fine, trouble is you provide my all you can eat #mobilebroadband, going to have to review if I stay with you at renewal

@Plusnet I use a PC and don't have access to another device. I have found a work around however. If I quickly click on one of the other options (e.g. billing and payment) before the screen goes blank I can access my details. It's just the home screen that appears to be the problem

@Plusnet Good customer service, hmm call the advertiseing standards agency.. im sat with no internet for five day. The extra travel to work will cancel any savings for switching...

Been with @Plusnet 5 years. New Android could not access home router, but can access other routers. Customer support said it was my device so I had to sort it out myself. I found answer on Plusnet customer forum: factory reset router. I just went to a new broadband provider.
