    @lizardschwartz TalkTalk are literally the worst, I would change provider. I've been with PlusNet 6 years now, any time there's a problem I can speak to an understandable person within 5-10 mins!

    5 years with @Plusnet and never a problem. 2 months with @virginmedia and Internet down again. Zero customer service. I will never renew this contract.

    @camieee @virginmedia @Plusnet It's the worst! And now it seems VM is sending emails around about putting prices up for 2022. Madness.
