    @SilvermanCarol @BBCBreakfast It runs over the BT Openreach network (like TalkTalk, Plusnet, etc.) so you'd only ever get as fast as you could with BT.

    @Plusnet Have been trying to cancel my recently deceased Mums account. Disgusting service from Mohammed in your Sheffield call centre repeatedly trying to sell to me despite being asked not to. Then hung up. Awful company
