@Plusnet broadband down? Dropped connection about 2pm and hasn't reconnected since.

  • jmarks1970 John Marks (@jmarks1970) reported

@Plusnet @virginmobile I was wondering if you support these 6 digit shortcodes. Thanks

  • MatWithnail wibble (@MatWithnail) reported

@Plusnet hi there I was due to switch to you but need to cancel my order. Could you progress this for me please?

  • TropicKnight Graeme Pugh (@TropicKnight) reported

@ThreeUK’s network is appalling. London Bridge and I can’t even take a phone call. Expensive for a service that isn’t even fit for service. As for your team that said they’d fix the problem, all lies. Looking forward to starting with @Plusnet in a day or two.

@pipmadeley If we still see the drops then this will determine that something in your property is impacting the signal. I've got an engineer booked in for you and dropped an email to confirm this -Curtis, Plusnet Sheff

@CaraLisette @EE I switched from EE to Plusnet sim only (who use the EE network) a long time ago and so much cheaper. £10 a month for 30GB of data and unlimited texts/minutes. Of course, depends on what you need/use but for me saved a lot every month.

@bt_uk Hi James, I'm not sure if you can help as I'm with Plusnet but I know they're part of BT and that BT control the network speeds.

  • pipmadeley Pip (@pipmadeley) reported

@Plusnet Thank you. The actual physical connection goes down, so the underlying protocols that control the DSL signals goes down. Personally I think it's losing connection to your management systems, which are dropping the connection.

@Plusnet Hi guys, my broadband speed has been significantly lower than what I'm expecting and paying for over the past 2 night. How much longer should this continue for before I can raise an issue/complaint? Cheers C

@Plusnet Hi, my mobile signal coverage has been very poor since yesterday is there an estimate on when the problem will be repaired? In London.
