    Shocking from @Plusnet , cutting off the internet just because a customer has said they want to leave, people working from home now aren’t able to because of this! Piss poor from them and highly recommend people stay away

    @rach0907 Recommend EE as they do have the best coverage, try to use one of the other providers who use the EE network as EE is very expensive. Plusnet, Asda, Virgin use EE

    @asda_mobile After an unbearable 8 days of atrocious service from Asda mobile I finally migrated.... To Plusnet...so easy, fantastic customer service & with EE network....whats not to like!!!

    So, unfortunately our #PlusNet internet is 'up **** creek' once again 😔 This means no Community Stream tonight, and likely no streams next week. I'll keep you all posted and let you know when we see hope on the horizon. 👍

    @plusnethelp Hello, I signed up to Plusnet on 19 April via the Topcashback site, but my cashback has not tracked. Who can I contact to find out why ? Also is it too late to cancel if the cashbacxk is not going to be paid. Thanks

    @Plusnet I was talking to your customer service department regarding a complaint. I was put on hold and then the call disconnected. I called back but as this was 20:01 your phone lines were closed. Terrible customer service
