@JamesAALongman Yes. A @Plusnet hub 1 which constantly (multiple times daily) disconnects WiFi and has done for almost 2 years. Plusnet has failed to remedy the issue despite the issues facing consumers over the last 12 months.

Amazingly we now have a blue light so the WiFi is back on. No ones been in touch from Plusnet. I haven’t touched the wiring or reset it, yet its come back on. To me it looks like a wholesaler issue not the wiring. I will expect money deducted off the bill for lack of service

@plusnethelp switched from the 8th january but not router been delivered as of today. Not router= no broadband = not work. Never experienced such unprofessionalism how can you post router 2 days before activation on normal delivery in such time. bad start #badservice #plusnet
