Questions: if I take a rolling contract, will I have access to WiFi calling? Is there access to 5G? Are you reintroducing EU roaming charges?

I’ve been advised to email but your call handler told me that the wait time for a response is very slow. I want to cancel my contract as it’s up for renewal in July.
