@Plusnet Hi, I have Plusnet Mobile but MMS has never worked. I've tried the config thing on EE's site that sends an SMS with settings but that didn't work, nor did trying to send an MMS to myself. Is there anything you can do?

  • MisterBabamook Mook (@MisterBabamook) reported

£13.26 charges for late fees from @Plusnet, who's shite Internet service loses connection, at least once, every single day of the week. I think 'Internet's gone off' is said more than anything other sentence in our house. Anyone know a reliable UK #broadband provider?

  • LauraStanley88 Laura Stanley (@LauraStanley88) reported

@Plusnet I am trying to contact you on 0800 4320080 which is the number on your website but it says it is not a recognised number. Our broadband is not working and we need it fixed ASAP.

@Plusnet hi, any outages in the York area this morning. Internet light off on router and wondering if it’s my end or the network.

  • mufo Murray Forsyth (@mufo) reported

@JamesHarkin 2/ Plusnet for many years now and never seen any problem. No doubt people will have good experience of some of the poorer providers, but which magazine aggregates hundreds of reviews over a long period, so are very trustworthy.

  • NoLabelAssigned Anton Cruz (@NoLabelAssigned) reported

@Plusnet Correct - you reserve the right & wield it like a sledgehammer whilst denying you intend to do so. Payment not due & Direct Debit cancelled for a service already paid for = services suspended at 01:11 AM; despite Plusnet's weasel words.

  • egithirteen john edgar (@egithirteen) reported

@JamesHarkin Been with plusnet for a few years now, can't remember having to contact them. Was with sky previously and and had a few problems that always seemed to be someone else's fault... Including when THEY didnt book the engineer to come out. Talk talk were good as well

  • clairem99 claire (@clairem99) reported

@JamesHarkin @peterdaily You get to decide when your 'enough is enough' point if there is documented evidence you've contacted them about poor service they can't charge you a exit fee for breaking contract if you still in one. I would also jump on the Plusnet bandwagon they've been great
