@gsdd @Plusnet @plusnethelp We have the same issue. New line, phone ringing continuously, can’t make or take calls. Did you manage to have it fixed, Gary? We’re tempted to cancel our contract.

@SkyHelpTeam @upzepomp Sky stop the lies you are in breach just like last week in kent how many more times maybe sell your broadband to BT or Virgin or TalkTalk or Plusnet they never get many issues as you do

@vantex24 @JohnLewisRetail @zeninternet According to JL, setting up a new broadband/ landline account is "a highly technical issue and so John Lewis Broadband / Plusnet are really the only ones who could address this issue." I wonder who else they thought might be responsible? Still heard nothing after 24 hours 😠
