    @Plusnet Anoush I have an issue with plusnets porting i have a server that has not been workinh now for over 2 years due to ports blocked who can I talk to at plusnet.

    @Plusnet a few months ago we had issues with our WiFi not ‘syncing’ and after days of back and forth you sent someone out. Told us we wouldn’t be charged as it was an issue with the line. They came out, apparently fixed it. And then in the next month we were charged £60

    @Plusnet lost my mobile number that I had for 18+ years now allocated to another @Plusnet customer. The most incompetent mobile operator in the country... @Plusnet I want my number back you imbeciles

    @Plusnet Also why has it taken 5 phone calls for that to be sorted... its a total joke.. your customer service is crap.. and so is the internet service... yet i still dont hear back unless i put stuff on here to you lot... absolute joke..
