@Plusnet Your "CPI guide" online gives example with CPI for Jan 2023 at 2.0%. Which idiot wrote that example. CPI in January is likely to be around 12%+. Get a grip PlusNet. Come March you will be unable to cope with influx of complaints re possible increase of 16% or thereby.

@MartinSLewis Sky are the worst to haggle with! I spent an hour and a half haggling with Sky, and the best they could do was £15 on top of what we were originally paying! In January Sky wanted £150 a month!! No chance! Now with Plusnet, and paying £32 a month!! Much better speed too!!

@I11tud @Plusnet Seconded, what's going on? It went down three times during a single episode of something we were trying to watch with our tv, and it was only a 23-minute episode! (Also what's that you're using to track it, I should be doing that)

Can I just vent: Internet was fine until a van full of engineers turned up to "fix" an "emergency" which seemed to consist of turning off my functional Internet & leaving. I'm now supposed to WFH & entertain a covid-sick family without it. @Plusnet aren't interested. Furious.
