Daniel J Drever (@DanielJDrever) reported@Plusnet my broadband contract is close to running out and will charge double I'd be interested in staying as a customer on a different tariff however the account is still under my former flatmates name which I am registered as a 3rd party for. What can you do to help with this?
-
Kes Smith 🇺🇦 (@KesSmith1) reported@Plusnet what's wrong with broadband in AB12? My broadband has been on and off since 11am. I've reset the modem router a couple of times which did not fix things.

Sapere ✝️ Aude 🎸 ◦ Ḓ🄹@🆖☉ 🦁🧡 (@SapAud) reported@EE Hello, It isn't about 'feeling' that way - what else are we supposed to do? Plusnet said that there are no plans to offer Wi-Fi calling and so there is no choice in the matter - we have to find a network which does. Browsing the Plusnet forum, I imagine that we are not alone.

Thomas Davison (@Daniell77478292) reported@Plusnet I rang and spoke to someone last month and cancelled my 30 day rolling contract, been billed again which will fail and you's will give a late charge, which is your teams fault not mine& the account is showing the next bill is due next month

Siân (@Sian_L_S) reported@Plusnet terrible speeds. Constantly losing connection. Really sick of this. Tried to call you and the number listed online says not in service?! Can you please arrange for someone to contact me back. Paying for broadband and using mobile data to send this! Frustrating.

jj (@la_jellybean) reported@aaron_cane At this point, the speeds/consistency/prices are all basically the same for most people, so my advice is to choose based on customer service ratings. We have plusnet, and they're the first ISP I've used where I've actually enjoyed speaking to them. NEVER go to EE.
