@plusnethelp Hi Plusnet. My elderly mother is having nothing but problems trying to close her account with you after a year of shockingly bad service. She cannot chat to you online and cannot email you as these services are down. I would appreciate a call to try and sort this out

Update: 1. Still no response from @plusnethelp. 2. Phoned Plusnet support. Had to pass security before they would put me through to technical; what if I wasn't a customer?! 3. Their technical team couldn't help me anyway. 4. The Product Team is supposed to be getting back to me.

@Plusnet What your doing for this customer is cancelling her home move a day before it's due having confirmed its going ahead fine just 3 days ago. I work from home and you are messing with my livelihood. Had really poor service, genuinely cried.

@plusnethelp Hi Plusnet, my contract came to an end yesterday, but I rang the your customer services on 21st January to say I didn’t wish to renew my contract with you. I was told there were no charges to pay, but I’m now getting emails saying I owe you money. Can you help?

@Plusnet absolutely shocking service since we've moved house. Not one thing has gone right, and still have the gall to quote me a cancellation cost. You might have good customer service, but your actual service is god-awful, I would no longer recommend you to anyone
