We were pushed in to renewing 24mth contract all because we'd moved down the road and it would have cost loads for this move unless we renewed! Appalling.

Martin Sykes (@musicmanleeds) reported@March_Hare82 @Plusnet @Plusnet Just letting everyone know that after being with Plusnet for 5 years, terminating, paying my bill and having my account closed, they just sent me TWO emails asking me to set up a Direct Debit as I'm a new customer! Funny, or Useless?!

Katie Kirk (@KateKirk79) reported@Plusnet Yes, we were really pushed in to renewing a 24mth contract with/by you as we moved house to down the road. We had NO option as you were going to charge us a fortune to move house unless we renewed! We didn't have the money to pay for it so had no choice.

Scott Heaton (@Scottaeon) reported@PaulHusband_ @Plusnet we had the same issue with bt for months. continuous call outs then they told us they’d moved the line half a mile up the road and that led to the signal dropping so we switched. Find out whos in the nearest green box to your home and go with them
