@Plusnet hi, I subscribed to BT Sport through Plusnet on 31st April. After following all of the steps correectlt the BT app still says "error id003 unable to find active BT subscription". Won't let me login.

@Plusnet Has anyone looked into this any further. I have now been without a fully working phone for 20 days it is appalling customer service.
