    @Plusnet I am stuck in South Africa and cannot call your customer service department. Surely in 2021 there must be a way that I can send SOMEONE in PLUSNET an email ? This is just crazy .... do not ask me to use your horrible portal system!

    @Plusnet hi I’ve been on the phone over 30 minutes and all I want is a refund that you owe me for my bill as i am no longer a customer. You should have given this refund by now, but instead I’m having to chase! It’s terrible customer service.

    @Plusnet hi, my WiFi has been down now for over 24 hours, my bill is up to date, I already phoned Plusnet yesterday and nothing has changed.

    Hi @Plusnet we've just switched to you, but the wifi just doesn't reach the back of the flat - are you able to provide a wifi extender or something to help with this please? Thanks!

    @SketchLisa @bt_uk I was with BT, overpriced and the worst customer service. Switched to Plusnet which is owned by BT, never had a problem and UK based customer service.

    @plusnet absolutely shocking service since #StormArwen. Now struggling to maintain 1mb and at times its been so low the speed check can't find it! Constantly chucked out of meetings making WFH and studying absolutely impossible. Still,I've paid my bill so that's all that matters

    Plusnet firewall still not working after 4 weeks!. I am getting frustrated! Not allowing any new incomming connections hence not vpn or games. Once outgoing connection is initiated will accept Established and Related incoming connections. The fault is at Plusnet Broadband end.

    @Plusnet Pages taking considerably longer to resolve, and the "guaranteed minimum speed" in my control panel magically reducing since I joined... After two OpenReach engineer visits, I would really like this issue to actually be resolved.

    @Plusnet Hi. I've had orange light and flashing red b since 4.30 this afternoon. No dial tone on land-line phone. Have tried texting and response was its a network problem but ant find evidence of this on down detector or your / bt service status. Any help appreciated
