So happy my contract with @Plusnet is ending! "Unlimited Fibre Extra" average download speed 66Mb. I never once received over 38Mb in the last 18 months. Worst provider with disgusting customer service. Avoid this company at all costs, Saving a few quid is not always good!!!!

@chrisbrandrick Do you need it for the router bit, or the wifi? Not on Virgin anymore so can't compare - but my local internet got so much better when I use Plusnet's one just as a modem, and wired in to a Google Wifi thing to do the actual network.

@Plusnet where can a customer name complaints? I have been with plusnet for just 43 days and i don't think 3 days have gone by without issues, and not one day where you have delivered the minimum speed promised. Surely this is a break in contract?

@plusnethelp is a "0800 587 58xx" (I've removed the last two digits) number an official Plusnet contact number? (not just a plusnet phone line, but actual customer service/support/accounts)? Can't see it on the website anywhere but it was in an email today.

@plusnet @plusnethelp we are moments from cancelling. Your service has not regularly and randomly dropped since friday. Almost impossible to use browsers, but apps seem to work better. Router shows data being sent & received

@plusnethelp Hello. My Plusnet Broadband started on 29th March but I currently have no access to Wi-fi. I have rang customer support Friday, Monday, Tuesday and today. Each time we’ve been told you are “chasing the suppliers”. We’ve been asking for support because we cannot WFH
