@Plusnet @SkintDad Your Internet is rubbish, stay away from it people it cuts off at least 3 times a day! Its been off over an hour now and still won't come on! I will be switching over to a more reliable company now. Absolute shocking service.

@plusnethelp @Plusnet How do I contact Ofgem to make complaint about Plusnet? You have refused to respond to every method by which I have tried to contact you and you are trying to renew my contract at a hugely inflated price without my permission

@MarcAllera Do you think it's acceptable for a new customer's line to be taken over and then no internet service provided for up to 5 days since the transfer? That's what plusnet have done.

@plusnethelp @Plusnet So disappointed. Plusnet have made a complete mess of my home move, I've just had to spend over an hour of my day on the phone to 5 different teams and no resolution. No internet, and charged an early termination fee for which I will incur overdraft charges

@plusnethelp based on my past experience, I am confident that plusnet will not be able to resolve the issue. please can you just allow us to leave the contact and go to other provider and stop charging us for the bad service. I would be really grateful to you

My broadband upload speed has been 0.5/6 for weeks and is affecting my app loading. Can someone at plusnet help. Have just renewed my contract last month and this isn't good enough in 2021. How about a rouer upgrade suitable for modern requirements? Please help

I've been told Plusnet cannot process the refund even though it is their error and I should speak to my bank and call back tomorrow - not like I have a full-time job I need to hold down or anything. Why should I do plusnets job for them? I expect compensation for this.
