Plusnet Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Oxfordite Rupert wilson (@Oxfordite) reported

@plusnethelp When does Plusnet, seeing 0.4mbps sync speed on customer migration line, decide that something is wrong on the line?

  • mikegunnill Mike Gunnill (@mikegunnill) reported

@plusnethelp Broadband down & off since 07.00 hours. Where should I report this to, as PlusNet customer? Thx

  • kartb4horse sharonh (@kartb4horse) reported

@Plusnet wondering if you can help. Having real problems with connection dropping constantly on broadband. Have installed a bt hub 6 yesterday which improved speed, as that was previously also an issue, but we are still having connection dropping several times.

Hey Internet, could you maybe not be broken so I can watch films and streams? Thank you (PS anyone else on plusnet having issues)

  • HarveyWaddi big rock with man (@HarveyWaddi) reported

@Plusnet genuinely the worst internet connection I’ve ever experienced. Appalling that you charge money for this. You should be paying me to use it.

@plusnethelp I refer to my last question no. 211592826 as I am still having major problems with my PlusNet Internet connection. It has degraded even further and is now extremely sporadic. This being the first time it has been active for over 20 hours - I am still paying, so HELP!

  • Oxfordite Rupert wilson (@Oxfordite) reported

@plusnethelp Your reply almost, nearly, just about, answers my query. — the key question: Does Plusnet consider line termination within a property to be their responsibility as part of the service? I’d like something approaching a yes or no answer here..

  • MrPeterUnwin peter unwin 🇬🇧 (@MrPeterUnwin) reported

@plusnethelp Hi, thanks for responding. I am currently a (renewed) Plusnet customer. I was hoping to upgrade earlier this year, hence query. Code EH10 7HU No. 65. (Openreach installed to this area last year). Regards,

Hey @Plusnet. I've got a brilliant idea for you that could help you improve customer experience. Send out the router BEFORE services are due to go live. Not 1-2 days after. Just a thought.
