@plusnethelp Unfortunately the morning is long gone and I am still without internet and unable to work from home. Unfortunately if this isn’t resolved before the weekend I will have to look into switching to another company because I have had nothing but problems with Plusnet so far

I’m switching mobile provider (@asda_mobile to Plusnet). I still have credit on my Asda account & would like to donate this to charity. Problem is that Asda don’t allow text donations to short numbers. What can I do? Any advice would be really appreciated, thanks @MartinSLewis

@Broughton500 You mean ‘are you a plusnet customer?’ Yeah frequently at all hours

  • SalWookey WookeySal (@SalWookey) reported

@Plusnet @plusnethelp Any reason why you are holding my refund hostage? I cancelled all services with you due to your poor customer service and treatment, can't tell you how happy I am with that decision right now

@todd28289 @plusnethelp Check your contract. I know when I used to work for Sky if you contact them and they can't fix it within 14 days they can exempt you from the contract so you can move elsewhere. Might be different for Plusnet but worth a shot.
