Watched my plusnet router lose its **** in the corner so got out of bed to go look at it and the ****** turns blue again. It's tricked me to get out of bed

Well yet again waited in all morning for our plusnet service to be connected from 8am to 1pm. This the second time they have not turned up. After assurances this time they will be there on time. So it is evident BT Outreach or BT Plusnet are totally incompetent.

Hey @Plusnet @plusnethelp. My contract with you ends next month. I am more than happy to renew because I love the service you offer but think I could find a cheaper deal if I signed up with someone new. Is there any decent deals you can offer me to renew? Thanks in advance!
