    @Plusnet absolutely bloody useless. Disabled brother signs up for phone/Internet. You take his money, then cancel his order. Bloody charlatans.

    @fineartskaty @Plusnet My activation was supposed to be today and I'm not gonna lie, Katy's tweet has really concerned me. Having no broadband for a substantial amount of time is not a good look for a new customer. I've sent a DM Plusnet, it's already waiting. 😞

  • fineartskaty Katy Jones (@fineartskaty) reported

    @O2 I mean it has been going on for months! The phones work, and then they don’t, at random. 2 separate devices, makes no odds if you switch them off and on again! Plus our Wi-Fi is currently down, thanks to @sky and @Plusnet ! We shouldn’t be charged for the days without signal?

    So, the @plusnet line at client charity is still bouncing up and down. Can ping it atm, but half the return packets are duplicates...

  • RossDargan Ross Dargan (@RossDargan) reported

    @Plusnet @SimpleLogin yup, the emails are valid and not spammy in content, it's a DNS config issue I think thats tripping them for spam detection.

  • Bazman500 Ian Barrie (@Bazman500) reported

    @virginmedia I've simply had it with @Plusnet. one service drop too many during a critical period. Please can you get in touch about how to switch to broadband package? Keen for this to happen swiftly please.

    @Plusnet I can see I’m apparently due to pay £3.14 for this month which I don’t really understand (not a huge problem) anyway you could just drop me a message to explain that?

  • JoeBrindle_ joe leadmill brindle (@JoeBrindle_) reported

    @GraceF133 @UniHomes @Plusnet thumbs down

    Why @Plusnet are you intent on allowing your #CustomerService to deteriorate, have you changed direction? I suggest you cancel your advertising campaigns especially when the CEO and CFO choose not to acknowledge emails, it’s always a tell tell sign of trouble ahead. #Avoidplusnet
