@Plusnet I’ve been contacting yourselves since 12th January 2021 through various means but still cannot get anyone to respond. This means I’m currently paying for a service I’m not receiving. Surely this lack of intervention is unethical.

Dear Plusnet Just to confirm I have left Plusnet to join EE. I have received my PAC for my phone 07717710029 number. I enjoyed your service, but am now in an area that only picks up EE signals. Thank you for your help. Please cancel my Direct Debit of £10.65 per month from today

Our PlusNet Internet is proper ****. At this time it goes super slow,. I'm trying to watch a YouTube video at 80p and it is not having it. As a reference if I was doing this in the morning the same amount of devices using it it would be fine. I could even play online games.

@Plusnet - New customer with a "guaranteed" down speed of 59.6mbps but getting less than 20mbps. I find the service less than satisfactory. Having to repeatedly chase a solution with your CS team, get nowhere, and be warned of a potential £65 charge is unacceptable. #SortIt 🤬
