    2/2 then, they told me that no one could come out evenings or weekdays & advised that I let a neighbour sit in my house & wait for the engineer for me. They told me a manager would call back &they never did. Roll on February. Switching to @Plusnet was the worst thing I ever did.

    @Plusnet my contract has just come to an end and I'm unable to renew or upgrade as there is an order error tied to my account + ur support team don't seem to care

    @Plusnet poor show! Having to call 4 times over last two days to get account cancelled properly and refund sorted after we thought cancellation was done in July only for you to be taking money for the last 4 months due to not doing job properly!! 40 mins on and off hold! 😡
