Steve 'beyond the bounds of respectability' (@Stever_wales) reported@Plusnet i am unable to reach you on your number 03301239123 from abroad. all other UK numbers I have called tonight have been fine, so I know its not network issue my side. every one of your social media channels I try to engage with, tells me to call the number. you need to improve your AI BOT responses, or at least get the customers complaint read.

Only found out that broadband has gone up - have really a bad rural service too - & they are charging Β£4/mo for a land line that I dont use. Got a better Β£20 deal from plusnet - called BT and told them to match it or Iβm leaving - they matched it (nearly) π

Jason (@btc8500) reported@Plusnet Iβve spoken to the team and they told me to change the channels on the router but the problem is you donβt actually supply hardware with the capability to do the speed over Wi-Fi. So unless I buy an adapter to my phones and tablets the speed is POINTLESS π±π±

Widge80 (@wendy4robbie) reported@Plusnet have restricted my service as payment hasnβt been made(despite setting up a DD!). I have tried to pay online several times but payment page is not working. I called 3 different numbers between 18:20 and 18:40 and been told their lines are closed and only open 8am-8pm?!
