    @Plusnet On a instant speed check the service seems ok but over consistent long term use it has been totally unreliable. Can someone please kindly contact me to see how we can resolve this. The router has been changed but this has not helped. @plusnethelp

    @plusnethelp is anyone monitoring the plusnet fault raising service ? I last had an update 30/12 and no useable service since 28/12. seems to be a lot of ‘issues’ and no response or resolution? following another users what are the early exit fees? As i need reliable wifi for WFH.

    @eva_angel9 The thing is that both of those will be using the same wires, cabinets and connections. If one is not so good there's no reason to believe the new provider will be any better without engineering support. I use PlusNet and love it, BT support! Arguably the best.

    @plusnethelp wifi has been going on and off for almost 2 hours now. Is this an issue that you are aware of and working on? I've seen a few tweets from others who have this for days or even weeks! #plusnet

    @plusnethelp I offered to send proof of my power of attorney and even that won’t help with @Plusnet bureaucracy - my dad needs to speak to doctors etc and can’t currently as the line still doesn’t work without terrible background noise

    @DOLWOAS I’m with Plusnet have been for 4 years but it’s been very poor over the last 18months l tend to use my mobile data it’s much faster. And lve had to put boosters in every room.
