@Plusnet hi, is there an outage in Bath? Our router has been out since yesterday morning, we’ve tried resetting, restarting, unplugging, turning it off for long periods of time etc etc etc. The one light is basically constantly orange/red, and the broadband light flashes red.

Appalling customer service from @Plusnet. Took over my 83 year old mothers line and have cut her off from both phone & Internet. My sister has spent weeks phoning them and all they say is will be sorted this week. It’s not yet you keep taking DD @Ofcom
