@plusnethelp Hi. I am attempting to get broadband setup for my father who is shielding. Engineer came 2 days late and said he didn't know how to install a phone line. No further info from plusnet. Tried to call plusnet customer service every day -NOT ACCEPTING ANY CALLS AT ALL

@Plusnet Brilliant customer service Not, you send me an email after you close so I can't speak to anyone and then on the first day you restrict me from certain things via my broadband, i can't even have the option to unrestrict myself as no I'm not ready to pay yet option again,

@plusnethelp @Plusnet I still cannot activate my reward card, I’ve sent several emails to info@pure card and received the standard reply that they would reply within 72 hours, but nothing since my first email of 24/11. Absolutely fed up with you! Help!!

@plusnethelp I’m going to start the 12 days of Christmas. Day 1, Plusnet cancel my contract after a computer glitch. Day 2 they tell me they can get basic broadband back within 24hrs. Day 3 they say the new order has strangely not been completed. Is this Customer Service ?

@plusnethelp first day with plusnet.. so far terrible speeds I'm afraid. Really disappointing and would take back my old internet in a heartbeat. What can be done please?

@plusnethelp Still waiting for an update re Broadband connection. Should have been connected last Friday ? Was told I would be updated on Wednesday 16th. Still waiting now a week later on 18th ! Still not connected. Not great on customer service are you @Plusnet

@hunterathelen1 Can’t see much as @Plusnet only gives me text at the moment.. @OpenreachHelp Openreach fiddling about with system again I would think. Took them six months last time to fix it.🙄
