@Plusnet That was last week. My problem has been sorted. Thanks.

Nearly 5 weeks without my internet, I went with PlusNet to get a good deal but as always if it’s cheap it’s turns out to be crap when things go wrong

  • jf_wayne WayneJF (@jf_wayne) reported

@Plusnet Great value. Don't think so! I'm a long time customer shoved onto a £42:month 18 month contract without a reminder. A service that drops out at least 8 times a week as well.

@Plusnet please try to avoid going to plusnet, worst service ever.Having business account and no internet from last 6 hours been on call for ages and nobody knows what they are doing

@HannahAlOthman Plusnet haven't let us down since switching in Spring. And you get the BT Home Hub but in white

  • Adrienne_kewley Adrienne kewley (@Adrienne_kewley) reported

@PlusnetOfficial @RunYorkshire @PlusnetOfficial I feel like I have been conned into staying with plusnet. I spent 2 hours on the phone Wednesday - all of which is my precious time, trying to get this sorted. One could seem to help me and a support question was opened - which is now being ignored.

  • iNemesis__ Dan // Nemesis (@iNemesis__) reported

@Plusnet I appear to have fixed it for the time being. I'll keep an eye on it and if the problem comes back I'll let you know.

  • AndyPetty101 Andy Petty (@AndyPetty101) reported

@Plusnet The actual issue was resolved within the timescale advised by your maintenance bot. My overriding issue was that your service status isn't updated. Had it shown there was an external fault that you knew about I wouldn't have wasted an hour trying to reset my router.

  • TimMEsports Tim Masters (@TimMEsports) reported

@Plusnet Plusnet messed up my installation and then failed to provide a substitute I could use until they fix their error. Now I've sourced a substitute, Plusnet refuse to pay any money towards it and only offer credit, which doesn't cover the cost of the short term fix. Award winning!

Infuriating experience trying to get anything fixed with #VirginMedia over the phone. Why are all broadband customer services so awful? Had a month long debacle twice with #Plusnet few years ago trying to help relatives get set up (only finally resolved by emailing Plusnet CEO)
