@Plusnet @Deku_shrub Hi Plusnet, I'm also having an issue with connecting to Slack and get a DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error. All other websites work fine. If I hotspot from my phone I can connect to Slack fine (so not an issue with Slack), but rather with your DNS record

I only noticed this afternoon as our internet is barely working so I checked my bank to see what I was paying so I could start comparing. 🙈 it seems your better off being a new customer to most.
