    Missed the #masters coverage last night after the broadband failed. Called #plusnet this morning. Call answered straight away and issue fixed in 10 mins. Credit where it's due. Great job.

    hey kids - this is a boring request but can anyone recommend broadband providers? we are with plusnet whose customer service is really good but the connection has got worse and worse over time it would also be helpful to know whether changing supplier would make any difference?

    @xoalexo @virginmedia @Plusnet Virgin’s service is the worst. We spent like a MONTH a while ago trying to call them because we had an issue, and it was impossible.

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet your broadband service has significantly dropped in standards. Intermittent services...don’t think I’ll be renewing with you...in fact, if I could cancel now I would.
