    @Plusnet @plusnethelp shocked & disappointed @ service received for my 72 yr old mum no working phone for over a week vulnerable adult yet they won’t sort because she has to speak to them…. How? Without a phone and no mobile!! Disgusting service

    @ajpbradley @boosplodge BTW a lot of routers aren’t locked (Sky/BT & by association PlusNet might be) so if you know he admin login, you can just set up an old router to work on it. So if you’ve got an old VDSL router kicking about you might be able to use that to get you going
