1pMobile says it will send a new SIM. No reason to believe it will work differently. Never had problems with @Plusnet mobile or @asda_mobile

@Plusnet my Wi-Fi has gone down it’s was working fine this morning I checked on my cameras around 11:30 working fine i then checked again around 1:30 they weren’t working I got home around 230 and my router is flashing and flashing red. I have tried restarting and turning off

@Plusnet our speed has dropped from 12mb down to 2 mb over the course of a month. You have checked our home and then found a fault in the network, but this has not been resolved! You say this is acceptable but surely you can’t just decrease our speed!

@whippletom You are lucky, last time I tried to negotiate with them after they more than doubled my bill, they refused to negotiate. I had to leave but thankfully went to Plusnet which was a third of the price and (so far) are more reliable service.

@Plusnet Hi there, I still have 6 months left on my contract, but I will be moving. Unfortunately plusnet won't be available at the new location as I'm moving out of UK. How do I cancel this as plusnet can't support my new location?
