    I am having to explain why I can't log on - my Internet is down with @plusnet - I have forwarded details. Since yesterday the connection is intermittent and it comes at a critical time at work. :/ If I take a day off - which I have had to - then I am out of pocket (furious)

    @RogerOB49 @BBCBreaking @BBCBusiness I am in the middle of issues at work - my non-attendance is causing me huge stress and maybe my job. I am sure their T&C are watertight but wow - there's going to be a mass of people leaving Plusnet because of this so it might be fatal to them anyways.

    @Plusnet Two days in and still can't send emails. Very poor customer service but no real surprise at that given the decline over the past year. Plusnet used be dependable but no longer
