    @Plusnet i have tried day after day to speak to someone about several issues. You have booked an engineer to visit me next week and I can't make the appointment. Also my bill is wrong. Any chance of someone,anyone, answering tbe phone....?!

    @Plusnet Yet another day of having to hotspot and use up my data allowance just to be able to work at home. Abysmal service, constant drops. And no, I haven't put up Christmas lights or done a thing differently to cause this to happen, it's just you.

    @Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

    For crying out loud, @Plusnet, it's impossible to get through to customer support and I need to reschedule an engineer visit. It's no use telling me what the "best time to call" is, when I'm at work.

    @Plusnet I'm trying to make a complaint about one of your advisors amongst other things but he wants to deal with it himself when I've repeatedly asked for him to pass onto someone independent. What's with this guy?!

    @TheSulks @Plusnet Had our account with them for a while and I am very happy with the service. We are paying less now for a higher connection speed than when we first started.

    @Plusnet can't get in touch with support over the phone or online. Been trying for 3 weeks, on hold for over an hour each time without any answer. Can someone DM me asap. Need to rebook an engineer.
