@Plusnet Thanks. I just don't understand how 4 engineers have been sent out to me now and none of them have spotted this issue? Was also meant to receive a call from a manager about this ongoing issue - that hasn't happened either!

  • G0PVR G0PVR (@G0PVR) reported

@Plusnet hi, I have an on going fault now for 3 weeks, various problems detected and sorted, normal speed is 43 kbps now 3 kbps, reported yesterday, no heads up no messages? Not doing me proud right now.

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@unogemini Hello Jabber, So sorry to hear that, I have escalated the issue to our CAT team as this is a bigger issue than expected, they will be in touch with you as soon as possible. Salik- Plusnet Sheffield

@Plusnet Just called looking for a new deal since current BB contract is over. CS Rep gave me a deal that is £5 more per month than a new customer, and when I asked for the new customer deal, word for word he replied, "Why would I give you that"...

  • HelpUsBuy FirstTimeBuyers (@HelpUsBuy) reported

@Plusnet Yesterday myself and my partner (both plusnet mobile) had no signal between ~9am-5pm. Today the signal has just dropped again. Is there a known fault in BS24 postcode?

  • Stephgcc Stephgc (@Stephgcc) reported

Any chance of someone responding to a DM @Plusnet ? Still an unresolved issue

  • GreenTeaSnek GreenTeaSnek (@GreenTeaSnek) reported

@gentlebite_ @Asuthe1 @itsBeeChu Out of that list I would go BT/Sky. Both are ultimately **** to deal with, but tbh all of them are. From experience Vodaphone/Plusnet have more outages. Virgin will just lie to you on the phone. BT from personal experience is the more consistent option as sky dropped out alot

@Alexand34346099 @fullback03 And I work for plusnet, your worst nightmare !!

  • Annas_Kitchen Anna P (@Annas_Kitchen) reported

And now the customer helpline is closed! Amazing. So glad I spent half an hour waiting for that. (Good Christmas tunes though @Plusnet can’t fault your music choices even if your broadband now sucks!)

  • cortexrock Mark Roberts (@cortexrock) reported

@bt_uk I have done, yes - thank you, Catherine. But not with BT or Plusnet, because the offboarding process from John Lewis BB has been handled so poorly and been such a pain in the backside, it would suggest that I would have similar issues in future should anything else go wrong.
