@SkyHelpTeam is there still an issue with sky q downloads? Been unable to download gangs of London S2 ep4 for 6 days. Reset the box, deleted (forever,) the download and retried but still failing. On plusnet BB, everything else works fine, Netflix, prime etc

.@Plusnet I'm unable to connect to the mobile network, getting no signal. I can't make or receive calls. I've done everything advised on my phone on/off, removed & reinserted SIM, checked settings etc. Please advise if there is an issue. Thanks.

Hi @Plusnet, my 2-year contract with BT (FTTP) is coming to an end so I'm looking at my options. I see you offer service at my address so I just need to ask, do your broadband connections support IPv6?

@Plusnet Hi. Can't get online to check your broadband status. Been struggling for at least a month - slow (16mbps when lucky - should be double at least) and lots of total dropouts - no service at all. What's happening?
