  @Plusnet my grandson has an I phone7 plus & could not receive text & phone calls. He has reset phone, taken sim out & in & all suggested solutions to no avail! Phone is now showing ‘no service’ so nothing working! Help please.

  @spconnolly @Plusnet A total joke!!! Day 9 worth no Internet a BT prioritising their own customers.... broadband tiredness off and IT issues mean we're still not connected....... I'm out a holy fortune and poor reception at home means I'm doing work or side local asda as I type. If you want to risk..

  starting new services with new ISP. No one could say why & now it's clear it's thanks to @Plusnet for ******* up my broadband connection on the 10th & making my life hell trying to sort it out & in the end told the new ISP to shove it too after 3 weeks of **** all broadband 2/

  @Plusnet my grandson has ip7plus. He wasn’t receiving text or phone calls. He has reset phone , checked all the usual, taken sim in & out. Now phone is displaying’no service’ & he is unable to do anything?? Help!
