    I'm all for helping yourself when it comes to support pages, but please @Plusnet, don't assume that everyone is happy to pick up the phone for something that could and should be available to check when they log into their account. I just want an order status update. Do better!

    @plusnet disabled customer left with no Internet for two days, Rely on Internet for communicatio, wont reply on Twitter, told it will be back on in a few hours on the phone... Still not on!

    @OpenreachHelp Thank you Gary, unfortunately it's seems @Plusnet escalation route is the same number, so have to wait for about an hour for resolution

    @Jennyfurfuls … also, rather than use flight mode, set your mobile data to manual. Check with your provider about how they can help. We’re on PlusNet in U.K. & they currently still don’t have roaming charges.
