@timw88 @Plusnet Same here. DM was… unhelpful. They’ll check in with me on Friday and see how things are. I can’t fathom why the port would go ahead before the SIM has been activated. Shockingly bad way to welcome new customers.

@steviebiscuit @Plusnet Same here, DM wasn’t helpful and SIM still hasn’t arrived today. In 20 years of porting numbers, no other network has proceeded with a number port before the SIM is active (most of them don’t take a full week to get a SIM to you either).

@Plusnet Been with you for years and years up graded to ultra fast great but has no range with the the hub. Surely should get a better hub. Come on let's look after our long serving customer
