    @Plusnet we were without internet for best part of 2 weeks at the end of June going into July, was fixed 6th July… was told we would be entitled to retrospective compensation off the bill (which was never properly explained) so I phoned up

    My Internet has been playing up all week and they said someone was coming Wednesday. they didn’t now saying they’re coming to fix it now it’s Monday. I’m not happy @Plusnet this is not your usual good service if you don’t get this it means the Internet is gone wrong again

    Plusnet asking for my home phone number as security after they have already withdrawn home phone service. Are they ***************? Now realise they are owned by BT. That explains it.

    @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

    @Plusnet Hi, need to move a family member of PSTN and onto fiber. Do you offer a VoIP service to retain a 'landline' and can the existing number be kept. Thanks.

    @MadDogBrit Go with Plusnet.... Customer service when needed is MUCH better.
