    @Plusnet @we_are_biscuit @BiConUK It shouldn’t take a public customer complaint to ensure that sites are not filtered. There should be someone checking what gets filtered. A lot of the filtering software was based on criteria decided by fundamentalist Christian groups.

    @Plusnet I have tried that. So far have been asked to unplug wiring and take the front off of a socket. Asked for my mobile, laughed at and basically given the run around. I have no trust or faith in your service.

    @Ricky9Forbes I was with Plusnet before I moved and now with BT and it's been problems the last 2 games but this has been pathetic.
