    @iD_Mobile_UK congratulations! You win the award for the worst customer service ever from a phone supplier, and I was with plusnet so that is some effort. Are you ever going to respond to my message? I need access to the community forum, that's all. Please? Anyone there?

    @Plusnet Information sent as requested but two days later and there has been no reply or progress. Now over five weeks without any service!

    @Plusnet calling your Customer Support number…it’s been 15 minutes on hold and I’ve not yet been able to speak to anyone. How long would you suggest I wait?

    @TomButcher13 Moved to Plusnet. Wanted to be on EE’s network as I get coverage in the right places. And they’re cheap and actually seem pretty good! Time will tell.

    @charliehtweets @adebradley Buy a Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 for £150. Then look at Plusnet's sim only deals and use those prices to haggle your current provider down 💪🏼

    @Plusnet Found a fix - Tried Opera, couldn't connect, suggested I try prefs/system/'Use DNS-over-HTTPS instead of the system’s DNS settings'. Worked straight away, same computer, same router

    @Plusnet Plusnet say they are here to help, no they are not! Took over our broadband on 2/11/2022. After numerous calls it went live on 07/11/2022 for several hours. Has stopped working but Plusnet keep fobbing us off!!
