    @Plusnet Hi Emily in past 6 days I have restarted device as many times as I haven't done in year. And No still Is NoT working. Turn off sim out NOT working. Flying mode Not working. Manual network Not working. So what did yr team fixed?

    @Alexosoi @TalkTalk Had so much trouble with Plusnet recently. Spent many hours on the phone after getting multiple delays and cut services… hope you’re online now

What i want to know is how many people are affected, when is the issue going to be fixed, and what compensation are you going to give me for the total failure to honour your contract with me. For a start, how about giving people affected free temp SIMS!
