@Plusnet Just like to say,once again.Thank u 4 the rubbish internet again last night.Every day is the same.Had the engineer out, no prob, changed freqency on wifi hub,sat nomore than 6ft away from hub,still the same.Rubbish service!Rubish company! Stay away from minusnet! RIP OFF SERVICE!

@BradburyMaureen @Twitter @TalkTalk I changed from Talk Talk because of their appalling service. The engineer was excellent, but when he called his colleague she was hopeless and nothing was done. Plusnet are great - Sheffield tech call centre, very helpful.

@plusnethelp same old issues no consistency of WiFi- dips in and out 300times a day. Call Plusnet do all the tests stays fixed for a day then up to its old tricks again! Had enough of useless @Plusnet
