@Plusnet why are you charging me P&P on a router you insisted on sending me even though I told you I already had the same one? You still insisted so please remove this charge! Ridiculous this seems the only way to contact you for help on this

Good job to @Plusnet who rather than reinstate a rolling monthly contract that they cancelled despite multiple requests not to, did in fact cancel it. Then ask for me to take a new contract despite explaining I was waiting for full fiber to be installed thats been delayed!

@Tris1973 Been with PlusNet for a good few years but for the past 7 weeks the internet has been mostly down so I consider them in breach of any remaining contract . They are not arguing

@Plusnet is anyone able to help, our Internet is down, called earlier, apparently there was a system error that had problems to reinstate it, got a call back a short time later saying it had been rectified, and Internet should be back up within 4hrs, waited the 4hrs and nothing

@Kevvoo55 @Plusnet Ive had this problem today after I had a notification about a overdue bill, when I clicked to continue with service or whatever it was, my Internet never came back (I had another 7 days to make payment) needless to say I contacted customer service who said it would be back.....

@Plusnet Hi, Openreach changed the socket and we now have internet at new house. But the external setup is a right mess. The connection where it joins the house is upside down (gathering water in places) and some wire connections are exposed and just two wires twisted together.
