  @Plusnet please can someone help. Following a no show for an installation on Tuesday. Today’s engineer M group in behalf of OpenReach couldn’t get the 900MB full fibre running. Said that another engineer would come. No update yet and Plusnet help on phone could not give any help

  @Plusnet I'm fed up of hearing people in my lane moving over to full fibre broadband when i'm still stuck on the old network with very poor service. When will mine be switched. Don't tell me to phone as i am fed up calling and waiting to be answered

  Sadly we are still last mile copper here, no Community/Open Reach fibre yet but we do have Virgin Media (old cable)... Yes I know...but I suspect support will be as **** like nearly all of them now....if Plusnet wasn't dropping phones and Zen wasn't hyper expensive I'd use them.

  @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.   Warning to anyone thinking of switching to @EE - I’m switching to @plusnet on the same plan, £30 a month cheaper. Paid my final bill and an £86 exit fee on Friday. They cut me off the next day - six days b4 the switch. Still can’t get an explanation. Terrible service @EE

  @JoshCF_ Try plusnet they are owned by BT but you would get new customer offer.
