If your #talktalk broadband goes down and the line is ok you can only progress your fault......online. There is no phone number, no actual customer service. It was easier to just switch to #plusnet . Byeee @TalkTalk

@plusnethelp I need to raise a support ticket because I have lost access to the plusnet email relay service. The server rejects my password. I cannot access my account to raise a ticket because it says I cant request changes as a change is already in progress. Can you help?

@plusnethelp Hi. Do you offer an FTTP/Ultrafast product? I can’t seem to see one on the website. My area has just been enabled for Ultrafast and I’m already a Plusnet customer so thought I’d enquire. TIA.

anyone else got Plusnet and think they’re absolutely awful?! missing out on the weekly We Are Scientists livestream - aka one of the very few routine things i have to enjoy atm - because our wifi is so shite 😭
