    Hi @Plusnet can you confirm why your policies fail disabled people so consistently? You restrict what can be done online so I have to have someone listed on the account to use the phone for me. Why then is your phone team demanding to speak to me to clear security? #Ableism

    @RageDarling I've had surprisingly good customer service experiences with Plusnet. And (shock horror) TalkTalk! If I had gigabit Internet available to my building (it's in my street, just not available for my building 😤) then I would probably go for @Hyperoptic

    @Plusnet I moved provider on 3rd February, why are you trying to take another months payment ? This is a pay in advance contract and my line is disconnected from your network.
