@jennie_divina @Plusnet Their fix hasnt worked for many. None of my online apps work, cant connect to pages despite router saying its working. I will be looking for another provider once I can get online. This is an absolute joke of a service

@Plusnet why does your engineer fault bot ask me to type “next” to book the next available appointment but then FAIL to tell me when that might be????? I have a business to run. You’re not picking up phones either. Appalling customer service
