@plusnethelp @Plusnet ordered my internet on 23 February. Was meant to be live on 28 March. Open reach told me it was all fixed on 8 April. Still no internet. Escalation team never updates me. Awful customer service.

There's phone companies that have no phone signal in areas in Devon. Plusnet was so bad in Devon. I remember that nightmare. You can stand in the high street and have no signal

@Plusnet @plusnethelp Drop (again) is now evident from a high of 13+Mbs down now into the 9Mbs slowly dropped over 4wks: Same every time I raise issue. Pls check that Limiting Cap again at Glastonbury Exchange: We're off of Cabinet 8 Godney- you know the rest. Pls Chk

@Plusnet Had to move house twice in the last 3 months. The first move my broadband was 2 weeks late in getting activated, reps never call back. Now 5 days into ordering new move and have a Broken Move? So they are unable to place order with Openreach. Awaiting Response Nightmare!

@Plusnet I currently have Full Fibre (150 Mb) with unlimited landline calls with BT DIgital Voice. Do you offer the same service? It isn't clear from your websites.

My @Plusnet broadband is so slow I can no long use any streaming services, Netflix, iPlayer, ITVx etc Time to change provider I think, but who’s good? Who is happy with their broadband provider?

@EE The last I heard from Plusnet was, "Thanks for getting back to us Mark, our network doesn't actually support WiFi calling, however that is something we're hoping to introduce in the future."
