@ukevowners We were lucky with our ISP. The @Plusnet router plugged straight in no problem. Looking at adding their RPS next and then possibly cameras.

@Plusnet I’ve just spoken to an advisor on the phone to discuss if I’d be able to have a quicker internet service with yourselves than what I have currently. Whoever I spoke to was very abrupt with me and not very helpful. Certainly hasn’t helped me consider your service.

@Plusnet why are you sending me a new router ? I had a phone conversation yesterday & my service was connected - after being wrongly disconnected after a shambles of service provision. A long wait for a 5th time to get through to speak to a human to sort this is unacceptable

@Plusnet been over a week since I messaged about needing a contact to speak to about getting fibre installed in my building for all residents and no one gets in touch. So poor. Thought you would be all over wanting to install that for 2-3 apartment blocks.
