@plusnethelp I cannot get a decent speed up in my bedroom. the router is in a place where it isn't covered or hidden. I have followed the steps. most of the time it's OK all over the house, but not the bedroom. how can I extend my WiFi and can plusnet help?

I've learned a lot about WiFi signals and Xmas tree lights this year and I have had to admit that my child knows more about something than I do. He said, "Mam, who worked Xmas morning on the Plusnet helpline?' Digital natives are arrogant as **** btw. No need to roll the eyes 🙄

@plusnethelp Require help. a) The broadband is still up and down over Xmas, even though as suggested by you 8ve plugged it into the test socket. b) Some spurious payments are being requested by plusnet.

i have sent about 8 to 10 speed tests to plusnet and they where done from bt,ofcom,and uswitch every time below 30mbs down load and as low as 4mbs this broadband is crap dont trust them if they say you get the right speed you dont please do your own speed tests regular fight back

Hi @OpenreachHelp i am trying to contact you by DM can you respond pls Lines been down since yesterday morning no broadband or landline My provider plusnet cant help as fault for previous slow speed logged with openreach since December ongoing issues
