    @Plusnet - how can you possibly justify an annual price increase of CPI + 3.9% ? Does this mean your service is magically 3.9% better, or are your directors simply greedy [insert suitable derogatory term]? Your website is so messed up it only partially works one browser, Edge.

    @Plusnet I'm really not bothered, in 1 weeks time I give you my month's notice. Terrible and out of date hardware and you want me to do all your trouble shooting. Woeful. @Plusnet

    @Plusnet great job, remove incentive for line saver deal and trap customer at full price for 12months... underhanded, deceptive and disgusting. Beware of this company and take your business elsewhere. I WILL ASAP !!

    @Plusnet It's back on now I pressed the reset but it was saying connected but no Internet. I nearly had a nervous breakdown!😓 I'm not messing with it anymore I'm just sick of it. We weren't having this problem before we moved to fibre. It's not up to me to set it I'm not an engineer 🙄

    oh and I should definitely mention that without question the easiest part of my move was the net switch with @Plusnet. Free, done in 4 days (3 days earlier than promised!) New router, 30MB/s faster, discount going forward. Bliss. Been with them for years and never once let down

    My @Plusnet account issues are never-ending, it seems. Due to a billing issue, a new account was created, but despite signing up to an 18mth fibre contract, my account is showing a monthly contract non-fibre contract!
