    After checking for 1hr @Plusnet hanging up on people after a recorded message, who call your support line, isn't good customer service, your status page states there are no issues still! Thanks to @VOXI_UK I've been able to set up a hotspot to at least answer some emails!

    @DrHayeLo Hi Lorraine, earlier today, some customers experienced problems accessing their emails and accounts in Plusnet Member Centre and connecting to their broadband service. We worked quickly to resolve this and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused. Thanks

    @Plusnet connection issues are still not sorted. When will this be repaired? Already lost four hours of work which I will need to make up over the weekend now!
