@scousemanblue Some offer wireless routers running on 4G/ 5G which wouldn't require a fixed line. A full fibre service also doesn't require a traditional phone line, but unfortunately this isn't a product we offer just yet! - Cal, Plusnet Leeds

  • crushercrossley Neil Crossley (@crushercrossley) reported

Hey @Plusnet I rang @e_emobile today to get a better sim-only mobile contract. Mentioned your great deals and they told me you only do 2G, not 4G, as you piggyback their network. Is this true?!

  • B_Kislingbury Barry Kislingbury (@B_Kislingbury) reported

@Plusnet Hi, I received my new sim yesterday, installed it today as you said it was active but it seems it is not as cant send messages or make calls, it says I am not registered on the network. Also, when applying I gave you my PAC to swap my number (VUK280577), not done either

@Plusnet Hi again Anoush. SIM removal and reinsertion hasn't helped either. I'm just in the house using WiFi for Twitter (also Plusnet - went down in powercut but came back on ok).

  • LongMum2021 Sarah Long (@LongMum2021) reported

@Plusnet I have rarely had any network coverage from plusnet since I joined in September. Can I cancel my contract early?

@luismmadeira Hi Luis, Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. I'm sorry to see that you're having problems with your Plusnet mobile signal - we would indeed expect it to be similar to the EE signal unless the EE is over 5G. Please send me the following over

  • DelbertA5 Rudolf Hucker (@DelbertA5) reported

@Plusnet another great interaction with your call centre - this is why I cannot be arsed to move - broadband may well be £1 a month cheaper but hey for £12 pa to be able to speak to a human - who recognises issue and has authority to sort
