@charlesmj Never had talk talk and bt, but heard awful things about talk talk. Plusnet we had a good experience with. We are with vodafone now and had not good experience. Bt is a pricier, than any of them but the also own plusnet

@Plusnet Bunch of thieves. Cancelled my service (JohnLewisBroadband) within my 14-day cooling off period. Now hounding me for £71.80 for a service I never used - Extortionists!!!!!

@Plusnet just checked my monthly bill ,and it's showing 15 pounds when its nearer 40. Every month you've managed to get something wrong, can I have an email address to make an official complaint this time. Its getting completely ridiculous now.

Why can't telecom's companies like @btgroup and @Plusnet stop phishing texts being spoofed and sent? They must see millions go through their network. Surely it's not rocket science to spot these twankers. How is spoofing even allowed FFS?
