    @Plusnet your service is appalling. I’ve had no internet for eight days. I have to call for updates every day and you don’t know what’s going on or when it will be resolved. Apparently there’s a £73 cancellation fee unless the service is down for over 30 days. Unbelievable.

    Morning all coffees on. A dry start, no doubt followed by rain later, current issues with broadband persist. #plusnet never had a problem before but now it just keeps dropping.

    @SimonHawkins @Plusnet If you login to your account it shows you bill and payments underneath it's contract details and it tells you everything. Just checked mine ( broadband) but not sure if it's the same for mobile phone contract

    Seems that Plusnet is having an rare internet outage. I tried changing DNS which means it's not a DNS outage.

    @Plusnet I thought I had renewed my contract with Plusnet, now receive an email advising my contract has ended! Plusnet Website won’t even load to get help. Help!

    @Plusnet Plusnet support couldn't help beyond reading out web pages I'd already visited, so had to use chat on Greenby instead. Actually seem to have got somewhere with that, tho' the solution implemented doesn't reflect well on Plusnet or Greenby.
