    @BryonyTilsley @hansmollman EE recently tried to get me to stay by rubbishing who I was switching to, saying that they're a virtual network and the backbone physical network was rubbish and had poor coverage and capacity. I was switching to Plusnet, who's piggybacks on the physical network of...EE.

    @dsue1441_re Plusnet. Owned by bt's but cheaper. Their service is excellent.

    @susanstanwix @jon_mumford1982 Time to approach another supplier. Someone like Plusnet and find a price for phone and Internet. Tell BT you will change if they don't fix it.

    @sue_lees @dsue1441_re We have Plusnet... an issue a few weeks ago was dealt with by @plusnethelp very professionally. It took a while to resolve but they kept on it till it was. No real problems with them at all tbh

    @dsue1441_re BT now. Was with Plusnet. When that was independent, it was useful for me with my IT work because I could get a fixed IP address. They got progressively worse so in the end I binned them. Customer support was horrendous.

    @Plusnet Is there an issue with Plusnet mobile down in Cornwall? Both mine abd wifes mobiles are not dialling out.

    @mnorthmusic Hi Matthew, I'm glad to hear the service is working as expected! You'll be able to dispose of this by recycling the parts you don't need. However, we would advise to keep them to one side just case you may need the spare equipment. - Curtis, Plusnet Sheffield
