    @Plusnet My WiFi keeps dropping and has done for the last 2 weeks adt random intervals and varying times. If I wanted rubbish WiFi i would have stayed with TalkTalk. Please fix this.

    @Plusnet hi I rang for help with my broadband not working and was told on my last text that it would take about 15 minutes and they will be in touch again. That was over two hours ago, any idea on when I will hear something?

    @Plusnet Hi, i’m having issues with my broadband cutting off every day just now, it ranges from being down for a couple of minutes to several hours at a time, this is very annoying while trying to work from home :( Please can someone look in to this for me

    @Plusnet Zerocustomerservice ! In Dubai and can’t add Bolt-on because the only way to retrieve the code is via text or phone call. How antiquated and unfit for purpose. No other way to contact customer service !!!!!

    @chris_sainty @VodafoneUK Sounds par for the course for Vodafone. Maybe try plusnet instead? Although depends whether it's an exchange issue or something at their end...
