    @Plusnet any help with new Wi-Fi would be appreciated. Was told 5 days ago there was a fault with router. New router has turned up and exactly the same thing is happening! Paying for a service I can’t even use!

    Total of 8 hours of my time wasted trying to solve my @plusnet problems for my aunt so far. Still no solution in sight.

    @PaulbernalUK @Plusnet I doubt it not. I have been on both side, in a company where I got customer service added to my responsibilities, the first challenge was to get them to stop sending all draft replies to people with a problem to the lawyers for review.
