    @Plusnet broadband is still down any chance of an update that doesn’t say it’s fixed and an estimate of when normal service will resume.

    @Plusnet @DaddyGardener80 It is not fixed. No connection since 10.30 in south london, according to plusnet there is not a problem.

    @kevkerpow @Plusnet Mines also been down since 6:30am and getting absolutely nowhere. Have had to hot spot from my phones data and buy more as I'm WFH. Absolute shambles.

    @Plusnet I’ve been waiting for a call back since 11.03 today as my wifi is down. How do I get past automated messages to someone who can help? Hate using Twitter for this but don’t see an alternative
