    @Plusnet yet another twenty minute phone call to report crap internet. That’s ok that’s the third call in two days 👍🏻 and still no further forward. And they still can’t give me an answer to why someone else’s name was on the account details. Stunning 👍🏻 yeah will be leaving you.

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet I am writing this because after several phone conversations with your agents, I still do not get a satisfactory answer. My broadband has been broken for 5 weeks. Nobody is able to tell me when it will get fixed or how I will be compensated. #plusnet #help

    so my connection remains unstable, it has to be Openreach, it is not my equipment or Plusnet, but catching it is difficult because the DSL light on the modem is on every time I check it
