    @plusnethelp I was told by a plusnet customer service agent as soon as I change over to Virgin my plusnet contract would end.. but I'm still being billed?? How do get a refund (without calling and getting transferred from piller to post)

    @JennyBratty @Plusnet Yeah, that’s not on. I’ve never had an issue so far other than being slow to repair a damaged line but I think this is an open reach issue.

    @Plusnet Don't do it. You will lose your main phone which will become digital and won't work if there is a power cut. Very dangerous if you live in an area where you don't have a mobile signal.

    Having issues with my network this morning 😡 @Plusnet within the Southampton area. Website says no issues ❓ but clearly I have some. Even your plusnet app won't open
