    @Plusnet Thanks for your help, Curtis. 15 March is quite long to wait for a visit. My contract ends 3rd April. How much notice do I have to give to leave Plusnet? I don't wish to renew my contract until the problem is resolved, nor do I want to be charged double if I fall out of contract.

    @CaraLisette @EE I switched from EE to Plusnet sim only (who use the EE network) a long time ago and so much cheaper. £10 a month for 30GB of data and unlimited texts/minutes. Of course, depends on what you need/use but for me saved a lot every month.

    @Plusnet - any update on when I might get a working telephone service again... 2 weeks since you started looking into it and no news. Hopefully when the bill turns up you won't be attempting to charge me for a service you're not supplying?

    Coinciding exactly with an email about price rises (CPI plus a magic 3.9%) from Plusnet my broadband goes down. Sometimes it feels like the whole country is run by gangsters.

    @Plusnet we seem to be having internet connection problems here in Bridlington? Have you got any issues reporting in the Queensgate area?

    @Plusnet Thank you. The actual physical connection goes down, so the underlying protocols that control the DSL signals goes down. Personally I think it's losing connection to your management systems, which are dropping the connection.

    Hi @plusnet been having some issues with modem cutting out a lot recently, no help on the troubleshooting! End up having to restart it multiple times a day.. Help!
