Plusnet Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • mflah Mike Flaherty (@mflah) reported

@mj_sprackland I've used @Plusnet for years - always had a good speed with actually helpful customer service (!) and at a decent price too #notaffiliated

  • ChloeRaccoon Chloe Raccoon (@ChloeRaccoon) reported

So it looks like @plusnet have responded to my complaints that the service status pages are not reporting any faults, and the detailed history listing no faults either by.. revoking the SSL Cert so no one can see it. Nice.

  • mdfdvntrs Modified Ventures (@mdfdvntrs) reported

@lipmarty75 @Plusnet @plusnet are scammers/bottom feeders; they promise to provide service on obsolete lines that other providers won't touch, fail to provide service (or lousy), string you along beyond the 14-day legal grace period with promises to fix and then charge you a £200 cancellation fee.

  • kelly_tengi Kelly (@kelly_tengi) reported from Sheffield, England

@Plusnet It was caused by the FTTP trial. The IP changed when the new service went active.

  • ClareRevell Clare Revell 📚💙 (@ClareRevell) reported from Woodley, England

@MichaelSnasdell We’ve been with @Plusnet since 2003. Excellent customer service and based in the UK too

  • JamieGo02767502 Jamie Goddard (@JamieGo02767502) reported

@Plusnet hi plusnet internet keeps cutting out get comma symbol next to wifi cant use then comes back on then goes again been like this since Thursday please fix it I like plusnet but this is doing my head in please fix it jamie

  • Beelzebab666 Beelzebab (@Beelzebab666) reported

@Plusnet All sorted. Cancelled my order and complaint is being dealt with. A real shame after using Plusnet for many years, but there's a total lack of communication between yourselves, OpenReach and customers sat at home waiting for an engineer that'll never arrive.

  • tccounselling Tracy Carter (@tccounselling) reported

@Plusnet HI there my contract runs out in 2.11.22. Do I need to cancel giving notice or does it automatically cease in 2.11.22.

  • ChloeRaccoon Chloe Raccoon (@ChloeRaccoon) reported

@Plusnet Nice fix on the status page! The SSL cert has been revoked so no one can access it. Interesting way to do it, esp as there's a link on the plus net home page directly to it that now just errors out. Really professional!

  • RP_VictorHarvey Ruth Illing (@RP_VictorHarvey) reported from Rugby, England

@Plusnet It’s also been so odd that the faults team has emailed when they promised to call. The problem is no internet - how does an email keep them informed?
