    @Plusnet Been having real issues with speed and connectivity of my Broadband over the past few weeks, if I have more than one device connected wired or wireless it’s unusable on all other devices, tried upgrading to a new router however I’m getting the same issue, please help! 🙁

    @Plusnet had an account for years and years. It's due for renewal on 5th March. Right now, I don't want to renew. Unlimited fibre, but not working wirelessly for us. Router is old. What can you do to persuade me that staying with you is the right move?

    @Plusnet Our mobiles are offline (emergency only, no network) but you only have a phone number as contact, so here I am, tagging you on twitter for help. Two different numbers / sims in different phones are not working today.

    @Plusnet hi, ordered a replacement router for my elderly FIL which never arrived. Rang Customer services who said they’d send another as first never dispatched. 2 weeks later, still not arrived. How do I get a refund of postage please?

    @Forsayk3nTTV @ExitLeftTV Personally never had issues with them, they have quirky systems for sure that could cause a headache but no worse than some of the others. Iirc plusnet start offering fttp next quarter.

    Unable to use my data whatsoever while abroad and had to hot spot off my boyfriend’s phone the whole time 🙃 @Plusnet are an actual joke had nothing but issues from the beginning!!!!

    @AndyJimVlogs I had no issues with plusnet only swapped to talktalk coz I needed a new tv box. I'd do a comparison and see whats cheapest.

    @Plusnet 23 days, multiple calls/emails, cancelled orders - still counting days to someday finally have my internet connection! I am not sure how is this award-winning customer service?
