    @virginmedia your customer service has been absolutely appalling. A month past the agreed contracted installation date, still no broadband. Countless calls to @virginmedia, false promises of compensation and lies of installation dates. Sort it out! Should have gone with @Plusnet.

    @_banquos_ghost_ Plusnet tossed me off the network for using the internet too much not long after they launched which was hilarious considering I was paying for unlimited, Never considered them again

    @Plusnet not to worry, I've heard that it was BT doing works but that they didn't bother to inform anyone so the whole street was down. I understand that if they don't tell you there's not much you can do about it.
