@Plusnet I called your tech support yesterday and they confirmed we had service issues in CH47 on Sunday. I was told it was fixed, but still no service at the house today. It seems the signal is compromised in some way, can you advise please?

Terrible customer service from @Plusnet. Our internet goes down, 1st adviser gives us COMPLETELY wrong info & records problem wrong. 2nd adviser contradicts 1st by saying we can't get any of our WiFi costs covered whilst it's being fixed despite it being plusnets fault?

@InCockKneeToe @Plusnet They are all the same. Threaten to leave, they may get you a better deal. But I have found if you get a new contract with another provider, your current provider will fall over themselves to give you a very good deal. All you then do is cancel the new deal. It’s all a big scam.

@Plusnet I rang and spoke to someone last month and cancelled my 30 day rolling contract, been billed again which will fail and you's will give a late charge, which is your teams fault not mine& the account is showing the next bill is due next month

@Sandbach Happy 2 help. U helped me when you were our local AM in Denbigh. I'd been affected by the St Asaph floods. I fled my house in the clothes I stood up in. No ID. You helped sort out my broadband, when Plusnet were grossly difficult, so i could get my life sorted again. So gratefulx

@Plusnet Signed up for Plusnet mobile and provided PAC. Sim received yesterday. Email today that it’s activated. Still on old network. Can’t login to Plusnet Mobile online using my mobile number and the email address you used for the confirmation. Can you sort this please?

@Norton No spam. Think that it's a communication problem between yourselves and @plusnethelp . Such that every time you attempt to confirm the account with PlusNet there's a negative response and I receive an email saying that there's a problem re the account.
