    Was using @Plusnet online help service as my dad is a customer and he is paying far too much and they were beyond useless 'can you read us out the offers?' 'can you tell us what package you're on' 'can you call the phone team instead' we just want the deal you emailed us. No more

    @DavidByrnand @Plusnet Similar but early cancellation fee applies. Even for them been absolutely useless and causing stress through no fault of our own. Already been charged an early cancellation fee even though we still have the service.

    Oh @plusnet here we go again with rubbish Internet- buffering- ruining my down time and work. You really are a very poor service provider and I'm changing suppliers

    @Plusnet Emailed Jamie Ford CEO of @plusnet about a **** up by them which has left me - a home worker - without broadband for at least the next 3 weeks. No response. Not even an acknowledgement. Very poor. Wish I'd changed supplier now.
