    @Plusnet just wanted to say how lovely the customer service staff are especially the lady I spoke to at 8.18 this morning over a moving to EE mix up (this is why I can’t leave you!!).

    @Plusnet my wifis been down all day, told I need to book an engineer, text service hasn't replied and when I call says issues with your system to book engineers?

    @ArmchairAdml Cancel it and start a new contract with EE or PlusNet...they're all the same company these days but I think you'll be treated as a new EE (or PlusNet) customer so you'll get the new customer rate. If not take your business elsewhere.

    I have been a loyal plusnet customer for a number of years. I received an EE router and a text to switchover to EE, without wishing too. I have followed the steps to switchover and encountering problems. My logins are not working for either provider, can you help? @Plusnet
