Spent days on phone with you and EE nobody wants to own the issue. Refused to give an email address

Citizen #376894 (@yidsnee) reported@biggle1908 With Virgin your internet speed will drop drastically when kids are on school holidays - the contention ratio they use is horrible. I'm very happy with @Plusnet for my full fibre internet - in the many years I've been with them, it's been hassle-free.
