    @Plusnet I would like to officially make a complaint again. I was told that my internet would be on before Wednesday at Midnight and it was not.

    @Plusnet Sorry can this issue not be resolved today? You said Wednesday it would be back on. I am a remote worker and I can’t keep using my 4G. This is costing me a lot of money and I am so close to cancelling my account and looking elsewhere.

    @Plusnet Thanks, but this wasn't me reaching out. The router having problems is my own, not the PlusNet supplied one. I am waiting for the new one I've ordered to arrive and using yours in the meantime.

    @Plusnet . I started my service with Plusnet 20/06. the signup gave a £75 Mastercard reward. I have tried in vain, to get the email from yourselves to claim my Mastercard. First I am told 10day wait, then 28 days. Both of which are now past. HELP
