@AndyWoodturner Same issues … moved from BT to Plusnet, broadband was capped at 1Mb (!), went back to BT who refused to remove the cap!! Moved again to John Lewis, who removed the cap. JL is a Plusnet wrapper, BT own Plusnet, so own JL service. It absolutely stinks !!!

Hi @Plusnet my mam’s broadband went down yesterday and she’s been waiting for a callback since yesterday afternoon. She’s disabled and relies on the internet for groceries and essentials. Any chance you could help?
