    @Plusnet Are you aware of fake plusnet customer support accounts e.g.@ResponseTeam9? I was contacted via this account after posting on your legitimate account, which turned out to be a scam account

    @Plusnet I've been going through the text message service and apparently there is a fault; I thought it might have just been a temporary hiccup but maybe there's something more serious going on. Seems to be stable for now at least, but there's been times where it's up and down constantly

    Plusnet are sending an engineer out tomorrow afternoon, and they better be able to fix it!!! We haven’t even watched Emmerdale today, this is ******* bullshit.

    @Plusnet No that's just it, I've recently renewed at got sold my latest deal which was only a little less that what I was originally paying. Why offer me a deal that's significantly worse than your most expensive when I'm getting a lot less for my money.. Terrible service.

    Seems that Plusnet is having an rare internet outage. I tried changing DNS which means it's not a DNS outage.

    @PlusnetCS_ @plusnetCS_ You shouldnt make customer jump thru hoops countering countless excuses from you as to why you should NOT pay up promised reward. It is bad faith & appalling service from PlusNet. Who the hell awarded you good customer service? your mates? I been gaslit & dodged
