@gceccles @Plusnet @ToolstationUK Hello Graham, I can confirm that our website team are liaising with Plusnet to resolve this. In the meantime, we would advise you contact them to arrange that this is unblocked, or call our customer service team who would be happy to take your order over the phone. - Caitlin

@Plusnet Plusnet has the worse customer service ever, they all apologise that no-one has got back or provided an update, then do the same! Plusnet has not fulfilled contract I signed up to, but won’t let me leave!

@Plusnet why does no one respond from your customer service team? Your phone number also doesn’t connect!

@Plusnet Plusnet, as you cannot fix our broadband and your customer service is non-existent, just agree to terminate the contract. Simple

So let's be clear here. If you work from home, run your own business, etc- don't use @Plusnet. Their small print absolves them from covering costs directly incurred as a result of them not delivering the 'no break in service' advised by their staff - 7 days and counting so far.

@Plusnet Im writing to terminate the contract as our broadband should have gone live on 2/11/22. After numerous complaints it worked on 7/11/22 for several hours then stopped. You do not take our calls or update us so have not fulfilled the contract or provided us with a service.

Assist with what? We now have a contract with PlusNet. Please send me the link to your customer complaints procedure so we can sue you for lost revenue when you failed to connect us. Your fault.

@Sarah_RedMeeple @Plusnet Same. We got told an external engineer was needed as the issue was at the exchange box, so we wouldn't need to be here. Luckily we were in as the engineer turned up at ours. But I had to call to check as online just showed 'engineer requested' with no date/time.
