@Plusnet I’ve messaged 3 times today regarding yet more issues with our connection which have all not been responded to. We have had months of rubbish service that still isn’t resolved. I am now reporting to OFCOM.

@HorribleGrandma @Plusnet We left plusnet about 3 years ago for this very reason. They were insistent that everything was fine & there was no fault either with line or router. Having switched to vodaphone, I've had seamless service on the same line. Have concluded that plusnets routers are badly made.

EE / Plusnet Mobile are absolute rubbish. My wife and I can not call each other from 6 feet apart. Text is fine. And this type of fault has gone on at EE for years. Tomorrow I will be closing our SIM accounts. Utter garbage and fat arse management.

@Plusnet I did that 3 days ago. Was told there was nothing you could see at your end and it's a @btsport issue. Funny cos when I spoke to BT they said it was a @Plusnet issue. Closer inspection BT discovered it was a known serious incident and said they were working on it.

@Plusnet @plusnethelp It’s disgusting that you’ve had posts in your forums about people having WiFi connectivity issues with iPhones for at least 3 years & yet you let people join & let them wonder what the hell is going on. Its a bit useless having your broadband with an iPhone!

Please could someone at @plusnet tell me how a webmail-only (ex-Madasafish) customer can contact you to report a problem?
