    @Plusnet your residential tech support agent Ben Podmore is a credit to you. He exceeded expectation and showed he actually cared. Possibly the best telephone support I’ve ever experienced.

    @Plusnet internet dropped approx. 9pm last night, still not back on. Any known issues in PR4 area? I’ve already DM this morning and had no reply.

    @Plusnet Hello. I've put our new SIM into my son's phone and it's not getting recognised. The SIM works in my phone. My Plusnet SIM doesn't work in my son's phone either..... Confused, any advice?

    @liztred @cambrianguy @Plusnet Clive, are you in the 14 day ‘cooling off period’? If so, quote the Consumer Rights Act at them and say you wish to leave without penalty. Plusnet are the low cost, read, ‘cheap and nasty’ broadband provider of BT. The broadband never reaches the speeds they promise!
