@Plusnet why does the email say setup account now and the hyperlink for that takes you to a login page and not a setup page

  • safqety yyyoung (@safqety) reported

@Mac27111960 @Plusnet Damn I faced the same situation I tried contacting Facebook support and got automated robot replies, I even tried appealing but to no avail not untill I got recommended to @Microtullz on Instagram who helped me reactivated my account in less than an hour, you should contact him

@UswitchUK @Plusnet Tarnishing your brand with appalling customer service which you reward with your customer service awards.

  • dontasciime mememememe (@dontasciime) reported

@Plusnet see the issue still hasn't been rectiied since 2020

  • PaulaThinking PaulaThinking (@PaulaThinking) reported

@Plusnet We don't know what the issue is as EE don't give this info either

  • amynewby Amy_Newby (@amynewby) reported

@Plusnet are ridiculous. Couldn't fix our internet after we renewed the contract, cancelled 4days into the 14days cooling off period yet now trying to charge us a full cancellation fee! CS are no help, 3 manager call backs requested but not had 1. I'm going to trading standards.

  • N1X0 Luke Nixon (@N1X0) reported

@si610 @VodafoneUK Don’t use PlusNet, the worst of the worst. Took them 5 weeks to get my internet sorted after a provider switch

  • audreybowenprof Audrey Bowen (@audreybowenprof) reported

@Plusnet do you have a hacking problem? Please would you check. Thanks I Received a convincing phishing text from my child (also on plusnet) with link to a fake photo/video message & a password. Might be a one off but I Thought it worth reporting to you just in case.

  • NoLabelAssigned Anton Cruz (@NoLabelAssigned) reported

@Plusnet The reason you are no longer conversing is because your response is incorrect – you probably know that now. Plusnet suspend pre-paid services if they do not always have access to your bank account. Plusnet customer services reps lie rather than solving issues in an honest manner.

  • NoLabelAssigned Anton Cruz (@NoLabelAssigned) reported

@Plusnet Hi, Considering joining Plusnet on a monthly SIM only contract. Spotted this in the terms & not sure what it means exactly. “22. Our right to suspend your service…” “22.1.5. ... (if) you fail to maintain an active Direct Debit on your account…”
