    @Plusnet The Plusnet broadband signal was great as usual - pity I couldn’t use that to make a call over wi-fi 😑

    @Plusnet Both the Mesh is over the wire and all those access points are slow Currently getting slow speeds again (half of advertised ). Had lots of issues with this line back a few months that took 3 engineer visits and seems to be following a similar pattern.

    @Plusnet Hi there. Hope you're keeping well. I've already cancelled my service (no issues, just a higher speed provided by another provider at a new property). Just looking for some advice on if/when I should cancel my direct debit, or if it's all done on your end. Thanks!

    @Plusnet when I login to my account it states An error has occurred You can't change your products for the moment, you already have a product change in progress. I don't have a change in progress, can you resolve please.
