Good old @Plusnet , I have an emergency call system as I'm disabled and it dials a free phone number if I need help. But @Plusnet still charge me for the calls !!

@plusnet. For the last week, I have been unable to receive calls on my mobile at home due to a very weak signal or no signal at all!! Need this sorting out ASAP!

@Debs2500 My Plusnet BB/'phone package went up - which they are allowed to do because of increases from people like Open Reach. Increase £3 per month. Still a good service, though.

@Plusnet I cannot access the internet but when troubleshooting it says the router is fine and connected but I cannot access anything. Plusnet Hub One screen every time. Can’t get through to anyone. I’ve reset and turned on and off. Help!
