@Plusnet Plusnet messed up my installation and then failed to provide a substitute I could use until they fix their error. Now I've sourced a substitute, Plusnet refuse to pay any money towards it and only offer credit, which doesn't cover the cost of the short term fix. Award winning!

@Plusnet @Plusnet I have been conned into staying with plusnet. I spent 2 hours on the phone Wednesday - all of which is my precious time, trying to get this sorted. One could seem to help me and a support question was opened - which is now being ignored.

@PlusnetOfficial @RunYorkshire @PlusnetOfficial I actually signed up with another provider but had a call from plusnet persuading me to stay with them and offered me a £75 reward card to do so, this is what persuaded me to stay, so I agreed to renew my contract. I then had to cancel with my new provider.
