    @plusnethelp #badservice #rubbishspeeds my spores are terrible we were told we would get over 50mbps we have only achieved this once or twice, my speeds are between 1.5mbps-25.7mbps, contact @Plusnet several time and get no answers to the problem. Won’t be renewing

    @WeAreOpenreach hi, my broadband with Plusnet was due to go live yesterday. However it hasn’t, and they keep mentioning there has been a delay with the provider (you). They mentioned something about the “frames”. I live in Salford. Are you aware if there is an issue at your end?

    @plusnethelp 3 months after switching to @Plusnet and still no broadband, no customer service and no response to social. Cancel account please and refund money taken

    @houndkirk @Plusnet We've had really good service the whole time. I wouldn't switch providers if you paid me to. Just a bit pissed that a fixed time contract is cheaper than my current 'open' plan.

    @plusnet 2. Outage affects 5 houses. 2 are elderly vulnerable 1 is receiving end if life care. I work for our Hospice & support 6 patients by phone due to Convid19. Lives are at risk Please help.

    @plusnethelp Hi, there is still ongoing issue with M&S emails to Plusnet being rejected. Has been reported several times in Plusnet Community. Order confirmations and email gift vouchers not arriving.

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp and @plusnet is absolutely joke 26 hours and no response on twitter, on facebook after 23 hours i get response asking me for my mobile number a how they can help me and after that massage no response for so far next 3 hours I am assuming it will take another 20 hr
