@Plusnet 6 months of terrible business bb & of all the csr’s I spoke to only 1 was helpful. She deserves a raise! Technician turned up and said the equipment was faulty and I should be compensated. Called your rep to complain and like the other useless ones, no help. Plz help

@Plusnet What a terrible network, they take a whole day to port a number across! You'll miss a days worth of calls, do Not use this network if you have a line for business.

@pollymackenzie As for subbing the WiFi hub, again this is easy. Might need to write a few numbers down from setup page of existing one, and copy them over, but probably all auto these days. Strictly speaking routers and hubs are different but often in one box. I have a Plusnet 2-box setup.

@plusnethelp @4Viewers have said it is a ‘known issue’ with Plusnet users. Is this true?! Or are we being fobbed off... Tv is Samsung7 series, All4 App is up to date.

@OpenreachHelp Hi Antony, thank you for getting back to me, Plusnet are sorting it out but it will be a few days, and I just wanted to raise it as an issue because I shouldn't have my broadband cut off due to an error when my livelihood is depending on it at the moment

@WiteWulf @Samathy_Barratt @spazhammer As someone running a Plusnet router with the standard software, I get 60-80Mbps so unless it's a bad unit, I doubt it's the hardware. Possibly the OpenWRT software isn't as efficient though and the CPU can't keep up?

@GeordieJoeHardy Well that's my extensive knowledge of networks exhausted then! I've got devolo Powerline adaptors, Plusnet said it was them causing my router to just stop. User community said it was a firmware update. Switched to BT, no problems. I guess if the new one works problem solved.
