Shockingly bad customer service switching to @Plusnet No internet from Friday until apparently 6-4-21. Made multiple phone calls where they shift the blame to Talk Talk. Then derisory offer to pay for 5 days of BT Hotspot as "compensation".

@DaveEl_ @Plusnet Ouch that is some bad numbers on your Internet. Can understand your delay. Does the contract with plusnet have a low minimum download and upload?

@plusnethelp Adam, have tried multiple attempts to “boost” the WiFi, with and without Plusnet’s “help”. All results end in the same unreliable WiFi, which is useless for working from home.

Rows we’ve had in the last year: maybe 1. Rows we’ve had over solution to lack of internet: 3. Money spent on solutions: £25 unlimited data. £70 on two new routers. £8 ish train to turn office. So call it £100 so far. Are you reimbursing me @Plusnet @plusnethelp ?

@Niki44 @skytv @Ofcom Plusnet here. Always been sound. Technically it's bt in disguise as it's the old Force9 mob (who were great). All UK tech support (by Leeds uni halls), stuff gets fixed quick, they don't stress about you using your own kit. If you want fttp they might not have that yet though

30 minutes and counting to get online for work because @Plusnet @plusnethelp can’t provide a service. If I can’t work today I lose today’s salary. Will you be reimbursing me?

@Niki44 @skytv @Ofcom Plusnet, basically BT with a lower price. Unless its coming straight to the premises you’re always basically going to have the same issues because they’re all using open reach.
