Leah Tallentire (@leah_tallentire) reported@plusnethelp very disappointed in plusnet, I've rang twice on landlines (plusnet) kept cutting me off, rang from mobile, I spoke to a lady couldn't help, put me on hold then cut me off. No call back. Very bad customer service.

Laura 🖤 (@Loz82xx) reported@stuart_lucas9 @Plusnet @plusnethelp Absolutely agree! I’ve had three line tests since being with them, all come back ok apparently yet I can’t even stream tv shows and the WiFi doesn’t even reach upstairs but it did brilliantly with other ISPs. Terrible internet!
