    @Plusnet A cube engineer needs to call out and sort this internet because its not working properly ...everything is connecting but no Internet god knows what he has done its either that or the other supplier takes over and im paying nothing as this is one complete mess ....urgent

    @Plusnet Hi, Its not to do with my user account. It was a Slack issue that will resolve once your DNS is updated. You can either flush it now or wait for it to happen automatically. If you wait it just means I cant use Slack.

    @itvMLshow my Plusnet bill went up drastically. I looked at sky, got a price from them. Went back to Plusnet and they lowered the price lower than sky. Plusnet customer service is really good too.

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp what’s going on folks, router says connected to the internet but I have no internet! Done the standard turn off and on, it’s like it was just turned off! Help! CB6 postcode
