    @Plusnet what are you playing at?! Meant to have our internet set up on the 1st then the 16th then the 22nd and still nothing!! No communication doesn’t reply to emails takes hours to talk on the phone only to be let down again!! @plusnethelp will anyone actually help!!

    @Plusnet maybe in your pinned tweet you should point out your wonderful service doesn’t apply to #colonsay you seem to think it’s ok for elderly, shielding customers to wait until the 11th January for an engineers visit. Appalling!

    Day 16 without any internet, and @Plusnet don't seem to be too motivated to solve the problem. Countless phone calls and two engineer visits and still no internet. I find it difficult to believe any issue could take this long to resolve.

    Is anyone else getting a dreadful service from John Lewis Broadband? Since early November it keeps going slow of dropping out and I'm not getting any help that sorts it out. It's the same as @Plusnet but with no Twitter help account like @plusnethelp #xmaswithoutbroadband
