@Plusnet Well we do get a red light on a daily basis and the internet is slowing down to a snail pace. The TV can't load programmes, the YouTube videos are mostly unpopulated. We have also had TV channels changing all by themselves so there is evil afoot. I suppose we will give up soon.

Internet down many times, when it was up it was way slower than minimum guaranteed. Many complaints, engineers this year. Not one penny of compensation or a sorry. It doesn't surprise me Plusnet were bought out by the heartless, money grabbing BT who care not about there customer

@Plusnet hi we've lost Internet connectivity tonight and our router is no longer able to login with our broadband username and password. These have not changed our end and it looks like it first failed 6:22pm today. We are both dependent upon this for work. Please help!

@Plusnet award winning customer service…NOT.. Moved house and plusnet have messed everything up, 5 days without email …time to move provider after 17 years!!! It is almost like they don’t want to keep customers?

@Plusnet Just to add, phone line works fine, WiFi and lan is also fine, it's the broadband login account being refused. Modem and router have been rebooted and showing no errors, aside from the Internet connection saying "Invalid account or password".
