    @Plusnet @plusnethelp I have been without broadband for 24 days. Engineer never shows up to fix the issue. I am getting to the point now where my work is being compromised because of this. I can’t cope any longer. Why is no one helping me?? PLEASE I’m begging someone to help now. It’s so stressful.

    @plusnethelp our new Plusnet broadband account giving downloads far less (8mbs) than min guaranteed speed (21mbs). Please respond for account details so you can fix. All checks made, router plugged to master sky through filter. Acct is wpsplitt.

    @eli0tmart1n We've received reports of poor performance from customers who use BT/Plusnet as their ISP. The BT/Plusnet website says it may take time for service to become fully operational. We recommend you inquire with the provider directly for further updates about progress.

    So annoyed with @Plusnet. They managed to take my money in the 10 Feb, but didn’t process my order. Unfortunately I didn’t get in to the automated system! So now it’s back to the start again. Cancelled. Awful service.

    Zen Internet out again, I was working on my site, turns out there are works outage again til 6am? That's it, I'm going back to Plusnet 1st chance... Many hour outages every week because of 'maintenance' is not acceptable. 6 1/2 hours last time. Might.complain to the Ombudsman.

    @Plusnet Refund confirmed and chased up by Chris and Noor. It arrived today, so thanks very much for your help. Maybe it could have been dealt with more quickly with one two way email, rather than dozens of multiplatform comms.

    @plusnethelp That’s correct. My complaint is the quality of the communication. I’d already made a decision based on the original email and mistakenly thought that the question was duplicated info. Plusnet communications used to be so good and right first time... What’s going wrong?

    Slight harumph at @Plusnet having "had to take the site down for maintenance.". Was looking at renewal options - my contract is up with them in a month;i n these days of scalable websites and renting server time, surely you don't need to fully take a site offline to do work? :-/

    @plusnethelp Terrible problems with plusnet-had the engineer out who spoke to an engineer who couldn't fix it. Said they would send me a new router (3rd router I've had) which never came despite the manager sending as a priority as I'm a teacher and need it for work.
