@Plusnet hi, I'm having intermittent BB problems today. Numerous times it's been disconnected. Can you possibly check it out

Anyone with “verbal contracts” with @Plusnet here? Never heard of this before. Never signed a contract or anything and always complained about horrible Wi-Fi connection and now I’m being charged £138 to leave! What’s this?!?!?!

  • CJCorkish CJ Corkish (@CJCorkish) reported

@Plusnet Hi Sammy sorry what does DM mean? would you be able to let me know when you do have a fix date?

  • MissMaryCL Mary (@MissMaryCL) reported

Hello @Plusnet - I'm a new customer (not quite connected yet) and I seem to no longer be able to quickly leave a message for you on my account without having to call you. I would appreciate being able to DM so you can pass on a message to customer service to add to my account?

@FionaGowenlock It's possible the drop was caused while they were working to solve an issue with another property on your street. Openreach do employ additional groups to help with their work and I can confirm that Kellys is one of these groups. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

  • AspergerGamer The Asperger Gamer (@AspergerGamer) reported

@Plusnet After ringing 6-7 times in one day and being lied to, misled and having a couple of meltdowns, I decided to cancel the contract. It feels like all the UK's ISPs customer service has gone from bad to worse. Disgusted! "Award-winning customer service". Clearly, not!

  • FionaGowenlock Fiona Gowenlock (@FionaGowenlock) reported

@Plusnet at the moment it seems to be working, so maybe it just needed to settle down, thanks. Just a strange situation to be disconnected when working on a house two doors away!

  • dollypeg75 elle (@dollypeg75) reported

@MoneySavingExp Contacted @plusnet today to query my bill. Didn't have to wait long on the phone. It was great to speak to a real friendly person who sorted my problem straight away. I was due a refund no quibble completed straight away. Fab experience.

  • webdarren Darren Ratcliffe (@webdarren) reported from Crawley, England

@Plusnet you took over my broadband when I was away. Travelling back in the uk to a text to say my router has only just been posted today… and I can see my old connection is offline. Two kids and Easter weekend ahead. Can you see the problem? Can you check when it was posted
