@BeckyLakey Hey Becky Thanks for reaching out. I am sorry to hear that you are not receiving good speeds. If you are receiving 27 Mbps while on a 900 Mbps package, there is an issue somewhere. Please can you send us a DM with your Plusnet username, so we can take a look into this. Josh

@ask_plusnett 1.Hi, I don't want to be phoned you will email me . Were plusnet having issues on 18.08.2025 (Monday) or also the previous evening the Sunday , as the service was poor even by plusnet standards , intermittent and low download speed when it was there, just poor ! Lamentably so.

@Plusnet I'm paying for the privilege of 900mbps and your service is consistently poor - averaging around 27mbps using the test on your website. I think my household is within our rights to break the contract early due to your failure to provide the service paid for.

@Plusnet I'm currently having issues as my IP address is showing as in the US for streaming services that I use meaning I can't watch UK content. I'm in contract until Jul 2026. If PlusNet can't fix this, can I leave for another ISP?
