@Plusnet broadband still not working...been nearly a week now. What’s more shocking is the customer services, failed promises of callbacks etc. Spent 3 separate occasions on the phone now, even sent a new router....still waiting for a callback!!!!!

  • davecleaver5 dave cleaver (@davecleaver5) reported

For 12months I’ve had nothing but issues with my plusnet service. The service is a shambles! Can anyone recommend a quality provider for businesses?

@happystalker @plusnethelp Get away from plusnet their support won’t help better to start cancelling process now

@geordie_julie @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp We have just moved away from Plusnet as we had nothing but problems with slow speeds on fibre extra. Their technical and customer service is awful. All they ever do is threaten you with a £65 bill for engineers.

  • dmosaheb Dharmendra Mosaheb (@dmosaheb) reported from Hillingdon, England

@plusnethelp hi there. I have just joined Plusnet. Got an email saying that my phone package is ready to use. Does that mean that I can connect my WiFi router from today. Need it asap as I need to work from home. My current supplier has switched my service off.

  • kevinhandley Kevin Handley (@kevinhandley) reported

@frank10743117 @Plusnet I didn't know that they were part of the BT group. They haven't replied to my enquiry anyway so their customer service must be just as bad.

  • onthewayne The Fortress Of Miller-tude 💙 (@onthewayne) reported

@sweet_exile @plusnethelp 2 days!? (Now 3 days) Appalling from @Plusnet, no contact or update on your open incident. Simply dreadful customer service.

  • jarvis_not Shanpagne (@jarvis_not) reported

Anyone having internet issues? Are we under cyber attack? People from Plymouth to the North on SM reporting issues with Sky, PlusNet, KCOM and possibly other providers.

  • DaveKeighley Dave Keighley (@DaveKeighley) reported

@TBarnesGrasmere @Plusnet Our Plusnet internet is fine up at Broadrayne. If WiFi signal is gone then usually this is your internal box and not external network problem. Powering it off/on may help. 👍

  • marcuskerr Marcus 💙 (@marcuskerr) reported

@plusnethelp The issue I have is that this is the best service you can offer, the only fault is the lack of infrastructure investment. I'm sorry if the woeful speeds are embarrassing but you should try uploading a rendered video file for work using it. #plusnet #btopenreach #broadband
