    @plusnethelp broadband down again. Tech/faults were meant to call back within 72 hours. It never happened! My wife works from home (NHS) and needs internet. My son is at University and studying from home. Shame on you Plusnet!

    @maryvancura @Plusnet @plusnethelp Literally it keeps going down about 15times a day. Can’t even watch a full episode on Netflix whilst working 😠 I think I’ll be leaving too!

    @rob3047 @Plusnet @plusnethelp Now I thought Plusnet was most reliable from all their blurb on radio. Shouting from the rooftops "Plusnet, won't let you down." Forgive them, they lied! Best I've had is Btinternet. Time to change Rob.

    @Plusnet your service is horrendous. You promise certain speeds and when you don't provide those speeds, I must pay £65 for an engineer to come out. Why must I pay when you are not providing the service??!

    @majesticcollege Time for a change then. I've been happy with Plusnet (owned by BT). Left Virgin about 12 years ago as unimpressed. Check customer service ratings before changing.

    @VodafoneUK You failed to connect service for 2 months even telling me an engineer had covid a lie as I live in a fking village I KNOW the engineer (there is only 2 for this area and neither had covid ) I got Plusnet to connect me and NP now you want £70 for NOT providing a service

    Hey @Plusnet Why can't I just contact you within my account dashboard, silly to make me phone wasting my time waiting around on you to answer. Recently renewed and would you believe it, days later my service becomes rubbish. Constant drops & slower. 1mbit/s up? Was >7! down -10

    Connection drops again all week @Plusnet why does your service constantly drops out and come back on. Surely it’s breach of contract? And yes...I have tried and tested everything, it’s your service that’s the issue. I’ll be leaving you as soon as possible.
