@AnnPawley @Screwfix That could be my problem then cleared my cookies and cache and used a different browser, started loading then the error msgs started again. Bloody plusnet (shakes fist)

@plusnet both my husband and I have been trying to contact you all day regarding the Internet being down.I messaged your diagnosis bot & and told the fault would be fixed by 7am 24/10 I sent that message at 10am today & I'm still without Internet and my husband needs it for work!
