    Been with @fibrehop using @CityFibre network, it hasn’t been a week and last night internet went off at 22.45 and is still down this morning. Regretting leaving @Plusnet #cityfibre

    @Plusnet my 80+ mother and 90+ father have had no internet or landline for four days, despite your assurances! My father is susceptible to falls and with poor mobile signal have no way of raising alarm. Second time in a month!!
