    @Plusnet Am I missing something on your website? I can see where to report a problem online if you're a full fibre customer but broadband customers have to wait until 8AM to send a text? Is there really that big of a difference in the level of service?

    @Plusnet still no mobile service in OX39 area, and no response from my message yesterday. This is becoming a regular problem, I’m missing important health related phone calls due to this!

    @Plusnet My internet has been down since last night (tethered at the moment). I have tried resetting my pwd on the site & router. The phone still works. No service outage listed on any status pages I can find. Please help

    @Plusnet having problems in ng24. Cannot access the net through my mobile, my PS4 on a lan isn't connecting properly, upload speed is absolutely shocking, my echo show won't accept calls or anything.

    @Plusnet so I’ve been a customer since 2019 and I’m on still on the same router. I’ve renewed and asked if I could be sent a new router and got told no, I’d have to move onto a 24 month contract for more money to be entitled. Is this right!?

    Hello @Plusnet. What's happening with broadband in BN11? Down all day and no info. Openreach look like their not happy with people contacting them. What's the issue and do you have an indication of when it will be resolved?
