@funkysi1701 @Plusnet I had a similar problem last year. Even when wired up to the router and disconnecting everything else. Listening to the phone line through a handset it was all static. They had to dig up my garden and some of the street as the wires to and from my T bar had corroded. Good luck.

@Plusnet Morning! We've been 10 days without internet now. All our neighbours have been given a hub by their providers so they can work from home. Don't you do anything to help your customers during extended outages like this?

@Plusnet Yeah this happened after in game a remote signal from plusnet forced my router to restart, when fully restarted trying to log back in resulted in problems at that point, and the logs of the router showing data from the EU datacentre being blocked. Lets not shift blame shall we.

@Plusnet I am without service for at least the next 5 working days due to errors made by Plusnet and BT. I am disabled and rely on my WiFi to work voice activated gadgets in the house like lighting. Can't understand why it takes so long to sort the mess out.

@MarcAllera Definitely a lot to do. @Plusnet help on Twitter refusing to assist me in identifying why my address is not showing for the FTTC product when I am looking to switch from BT FTTC to Plusnet.
