  Why is internet down again in TS17 5LS. Supposed to be superfast @Plusnet but having nothing but problems with outages! Be helpful if they let customers know the problems are rather than wait till we contact them and they say all is fine! #noconnection #nocustomerservice

  @Plusnet Thanks! I've switched email addresses but the verification email still never appeared. I now can't log into my Community account (I'd used same username/pw as my Plusnet customer account for ease) and the password reset email isn't appearing. Most confused!

  @Plusnet I have new email, says I'm switching to ee in 30 days. I phoned already. I want to remain with plusnet fibre to cabinet but lose the phone line rental, at a reduction in cost. This was not offered anywhere & person I spoke to on the phone before couldn't help. Please fix it.

No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews.   @PlusnetHelpHub I'm not a Plusnet customer, I'm closely observing this scandal. Transferring sensitive data (email archive) without explicit permission is a huge violation of data protection act. I'm recommending you compensate your customers before legal action starts.

  @Plusnet I want my £150 reward. Cough up and stop welching and breaking contract. It is bad faith and appalling behaviour. Sort this out as your team on the phone do not sort this out. They lie and gaslight.

  @esp8687 Both of my children recommended Sky when my Plusnet (BT in disguise) ended and they were trying to force me to go to EE because we are only part fibre and Plusnet don't do it anymore. I anticipated issues but it was a totally smooth and easy
