    @Plusnet No you don't have a dedicated bereavement team. I have ready phoned numerous times & posted on X - was promised a call back & then nothing. Not expecting any help you are useless. Just want to make people aware how you treat bereaved families

    @Plusnet "We're here to help from 8am-8pm every day" Called at 18:50 this evening and privilage to speak to a rude customer service operator who when asked to for the call to be escalated am told nobody was available as the call centre closed at 7pm and that his shift was ending

    I have been a loyal plusnet customer for a number of years. I received an EE router and a text to switchover to EE, without wishing too. I have followed the steps to switchover and encountering problems. My logins are not working for either provider, can you help? @Plusnet

    @ClareQ12 @Plusnet Never had a problem with Plusnet in 20 years except when we moved house and had to wait for a landline. Customer service has been great, and speed is as promised - otherwise you can get recompense.

    Major service outage at @plusnet . Broadband in Huddersfield died on 27 August due to an exchange fault. Am now told service will not be back until 9 September! Unacceptable. Will be cancelling asap

    @Plusnet brilliant, coming up to the end of my contract and all of a sudden your internet has gone proper ****, surely you should be making it better so I renew

    My broadband service is up soon and was possibly looking at leaving my current provider. Now @bt_uk, @EE and @Plusnet have now added a setup fees they can do one

    @Plusnet can you help? I got an email saying I'm leaving for another provider which isn't true, I haven't even been shopping around. I can't call customer service because I'm working overseas atm
