@Ofcom how can I make a formal complaint about @Plusnet? Over two weeks without internet. Appalling customer service. Impact has been huge. @BBCWatchdog I cannot believe we are the only ones impacted.

@Plusnet evening. You were supposed to have migrated my parents broadband to their new house last week but have failed to do so. She's tried phoning but was told the systems are down so they couldn't check. 🤔 Can we get this resolved please.

25 minutes on hold to get through to @Plusnet to sort out my abysmal broadband service. Put the phone down. Redial for option to leave them. Get through in 3 rings.

@plusnethelp Hi, there is still ongoing issue with M&S emails to Plusnet being rejected. Has been reported several times in Plusnet Community. Order confirmations and email gift vouchers not arriving.

@Ofcom @Plusnet is it right that when a new isp on day 14 of the contract asks the customer to allow them to improve the service, the customer is reasonable and allows isp to fix the problem, when they can't, gets charged in excess of £100 when attempting to move to another isp?

@Plusnet where do we get assistance with a broken broadband? Your customer service is appalling. Two weeks with no broadband. Two weeks of excuses. We’d like to make a formal complaint but a fix would be a good start

Absolute nightmare moving to @Plusnet. Broadband switch day and no equipment, working from home impossible. To top it off a BT engineer came to connect the modem I havent got. Customer service not connectable all day.

@bt_uk It's a new connection. We are moving over from Plusnet. We have had nothing but grief and not getting a straight answer as to when this will be resolved. Have been promised multiple callbacks which you have never actually done. Activation date was 17 November and still nothing.
