@Plusnet Not necessarily moving, wanting to lodge notice so if I do, am not stuck paying x weeks at higher rate after end of contract. Possible may stay, but looking to cover bases at the moment. Have anxiety issues so can't use the phone to discuss with your team. No virgin in my area.

Now they're cut me off from CURRENT supplier Plusnet by failing to tell Open Reach to halt migration and are not helpful in getting issue resolved. Avoid @shell_energy

@Plusnet Hi. Turns out I figured out what the problem is - Your website doesn't login under Firefox. It works fine on Microsoft Edge. Not really sure what you can do about that...

Calamity! Tried to go online on laptop & no internet. Was working yesterday. Rang plusnet on landline (cos still no mobile) & told there is a service outrage in my area till 3 Oct. Had to resort to local Wetherspoons with v old slow tablet to get online. Now off to buy new phone.

Switch fromJohn Lewis broadband (provided by Plusnet) to Plusnet was set for 21 Sept. On 20th I had no internet so contacted Plusnet Support. They restored Internet on the new router & said they had completed the switch over. 2/
