  • MattScratchley Matt Scratchley (@MattScratchley) reported

Our #plusnet ridiculously slow in #sidford #sidmouth today (weds 13th Jan). All devices disconnected bar one. No background updating. Lots of buffering on med quality stream. Anyone else having issues?

  • Lokattan_ Finn 💙 (@Lokattan_) reported

OK, Plusnet is officially she worst ISP I've ever dealt with. 1.5 months with no broadband and counting. Not like I need it for work or anything.

  • edwardlui Edward Lui (@edwardlui) reported

@TalkTalk just tried to apply for the #FTTP service down in Milton Keynes but says it’s not available but I can have broadband at 0.3mb/s speeds. That’s fine however I’m on the trial FTTP for the last 7 years with @Plusnet. So can you use the same fibre in my premises or not?

  • doghandleruk Just conform to the lockdown.... for Paul (@doghandleruk) reported

So, here's the question @PlusNet - Do I really have to transfer my home broadband to someone else's name to get a £70 retention bonus and save £3 a month? Is this really good customer treatment?

  • LizzyLizUk Liz (@LizzyLizUk) reported

@MattScratchley @Plusnet @plusnethelp Yes having the same exact problem here in Bath!
