@Plusnet Landline/broadband having problems. Phone line problematic (heavy crackling/'noise' on calls in and out) for several weeks. It went this morn, rebooted, came back. Now phone ringing one/1/2 rings, then cuts out. Repeatedly. If pick up, Broadband crashes. DM me pls.

@chalkeblue @Plusnet @BritishTelecom I can’t wait for my contract to be up. The most appalling international service ever. I’m just glad I didn’t give up my Virgin contract until I saw how Plusnet performed. Now as regards Plusnet, I’m simply doing the equivalent of burning five fivers in the stove every month.

@Plusnet AGAIN. No broadband since before lunch. This is weekly at least. Very poor service! TN33 please fix this. It is insane to be without broadband so regularly and so often. What exactly am i paying for? How will i pay my bill when i can't work!!!

@Plusnet Thank you but we have exhausted it all. Awful experience on Friday and (eventually) spoke to a manager today and without batting an eyelid said I was off to BT, who in fairness have been superb so far! House moving broadband with Plusnet is stressful!

@Plusnet yes I cancelled my direct debit because my internet has not been working for five days. The muppets on your tech supports told me it was my rehome causing the problem. After disconnecting the phone they then said it was a faulty router and sent me a new one the next day
