@Plusnet If you make a call to customer care i assume the call is recorded? If so can a customer request a transcript of that call under the GDPR?

@MarcAllera @bt_uk Do you think it is OK for Plusnet customer service to behave in a disgusting way to a customer with throat cancer?

  • Kittygrizzle Moira Shepherd (@Kittygrizzle) reported

@OpenreachHelp About 50 people have already done so for every different service provider, including BT, EE, Talk talk, Plusnet, Vodafone. Not all the service providers can have crashed simulataneously. There was a big local fb conversation about it. Is this just a delaying tactic?

@plusnethelp @Plusnet thanks for having a fault with our WiFi service on Christmas Eve so nothing works & we don't have cable TV. Everyone else don't use plusnet unless you want to spend lots of time fixing your WiFi & Internet

  • jen_millie jenni rose (@jen_millie) reported

@Plusnet We have no Internet or phone line because of plusnet and the only way we get to speak and see our family is via wifi, when will the issue be sorted?

  • MikiwaltersG Michelle Walters 🐯 (@MikiwaltersG) reported

@Plusnet thanks for completely messing up your supposed ‘discount’ for bad internet service meaning that due a ‘billing issue’ we now have no internet service at all on Boxing Day. We’ll be heading back to BT as soon as our contract is over.

  • ServSupp Tom Milner (@ServSupp) reported

@Rhyno_24 Even though they are owned by BT, I switched from Sky to Plusnet and have never had a single problem. Sky are well known to throttle your connection if you download a lot. No problems like that on Plusnet!
