    @Plusnet I've managed to get through on the phone. But it's absolutely not acceptable that you can read about PlusNet's countrywide outage on The Sun but your status page and Twitter account says everything is working just fine. I'd cancel today if my contact allowed it

    @Plusnet it seems as though your Internet outage is still ongoing, my Internet has dropped out repeatedly since Friday mornings outage. I've contacted customer service but they detect no issues with my end... hopefully you can get things to work properly again soon.

    @Bigshirtlesscol @virginmedia Totally agree. Ditched ours when we moved and now pay half the price for just as good a service, if not better. PlusNet if you want to know

    @Chimpman @rhymerrigby We were going to move to PlusNet and BT called up and said they'd price match so we have BT for not too bad a price. What has happened to full fibre? Pretty sure they did all the cables in the pavement months back now, but they seemingly aren't connecting properties up
