    @NOWHelpTeam Hello NOW, are you interested in taking me on as a new customer for broadband? I am unhappy with plusnet. Moved properties. Could you handle the switchover and do a deal where you put the cancellation costs in your new contract with me?

    @SkyHelpTeam hi....is there a broadband issue! All weekend it's been off on and losing sky q! super fast it certainly isn't and I honestly cant be doing with turning everything off just to get what I pay for! never had this issue with @Plusnet chaps help. S44

    Seriously getting to the end of my tether with @Plusnet broadband constantly going down now. Anyone else having similar problems? Website is worse than useless and support closes at 8pm. Not great when you rely on it for working from home. 😡

    @Plusnet Hi. I seem to be having more and more problems connecting to my Wi-Fi in the Attic. Is there something you or I can do to improve my signal up there? I keep hearing about Wi-Fi extenders. Can you provide me with one?
