@PaulbernalUK @Plusnet @BTGroup I've missed the earlier part of this story. Sounds horrible. Dealing with BT can be a nightmare. Leaving aside the resolution/compensation of the current situation, what's the cost/feasibility of leaving these service providers? For internet & phone, better service is possible.

@Plusnet Hello. Sorry to trouble you but something strange has just happened to my account. All messages to my inbox for May 2022 [including those that had been deleted] have just reappeared as new messages in my inbox. What's caused it. Do you know?

@Plusnet Some of us had a problem with our email accounts today. Lots of old emails being resent multiple times to our inboxes, emails dated before 23 May 22 missing from our Webmail inboxes etc. We have raised the topic on the PlusnetCommunity Forum. Can someone respond please?

@SarHarSuperStar @CooperativeBank @Plusnet With the lengthy wait times to get answered I would have a thought a Freephone number would have been provided at least until the staffing levels problem has been addressed , however long that will take.
