I think most users have found Customer Support responses over the past couple of days to be wholly inadequate, and lacking a bit of honesty. So I think you should as a company, use this as a moment to learn from so in future you comminicate better.

I am unhappy to put it mildly and the repeated "It's just email" when broadband is down coming on for 24 hours isn't acceptable. I will be moving provider as will many others

It was always very poor and slow, and I usually only use it to delete old emails to reduce for storage limits, but cannot get in at all now, just sits at loading.
