@MartinSLewis Leave, it's easy and plenty of choice. EE within 2 years put mine up by 80% after Plusnet closed their mobile service. Now with Mozillion. It's the only way they will learn.

Shocking service from @Plusnet . Several calls to try and get internet back. Advised new router coming. Never arrived. Phoned to cancel. 30 mins and adviser not interested. “That’s fine, cancelled oh and we will charge you despite no internet for a month” #minusnet

Five evenings in a row now that my broadband - provided by @Plusnet - has been down, plus it was off for the entire weekend and, as yet, no explanation or apology from them. This is, I feel, shabby service.
