    @Plusnet So sent you a private message as you asked. Waiting for new service since 15 Sept only to be told next update Monday. This is all that happens. Then next update few more days in future again. Useless and Rubbish.

    @Plusnet The light changes colour to orange the back to blue I did not know did not know you didwireless one as no signal up inthe house the WiFi bad.

    @Plusnet trying to speak to someone at your company for support and awaiting a callback for last hour. Service is very poor. Why does your phone line reject calls?
