    Hi @Plusnet @plusnethelp, what is the point of providing a live chat service to only then refer a phone number to call? Why have you made no provisions for profoundly deaf people who have an issue with their WiFi to communicate with you?

    @MarcAllera Do you think it's acceptable for a new customer's line to be taken over and then no internet service provided for up to 5 days since the transfer? That's what plusnet have done.

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet broadband down til the 10th and no free data bolt ons on our plusnet mobiles so kids and us can get online. Apparently when it suits you’re separate companies. £15 for each 4GB bolt on and no dongles available. 😡

    @rubykmo I was having problem after problem with virgin so switched back to plusnet and had no problems. The reason I left plusnet in the first place was they were putting their rates up once contract ended but they seem to decent rates for new customers. Hope that helps.

    @Plusnet We have sent a message with regards to a charge we are disputing and no one has got back to us the past couple of weeks. We also have very slow broadband. We have been on call with one of your operatives this morning and unfortunately nothing resolved...HELP!

    @OpenreachHelp An engineer attended re fault referred by PlusNet, told me what work was needed, said he couldn’t fix it, as he was left advised would put report in & try to escalate, only for his report to say he made site safe, fixed fault & checked line. The line was still in 2 pieces outside

    Just as I was going to publish an update to my website Plusnet took the internet down XD Hopefully the sort that out for tomorrow otherwise work is going to be fun...
