    @Plusnet I have no mobile signal, my son has EE and he has no signal either. Apparently EE have switched off a mast in our area, I suggest you get them to turn it back on or I will be looking for a new provider. Bridgnorth, Shropshire.

    @Plusnet Still not heard back from you - why was our Internet down on Wed eve 24th Aug? It appears this was a Plusnet issue - what about compensation for inconvenience caused?

    @Plusnet I ordered Broadband on 9.8 22 but my router still hasn't arrived, im sure it should be here by now. I have anxiety so am unable to call your call centre and you don't seem to have a live chat option (which I must say I find a bit ridiculous in 2022) please can you help

    @Plusnet Hi our broadband went down on Friday 2pm ish along with everyone else in the village due to a major outage. Some Sky customers have claimed £18 in compensation. I would like to know if are we due some compensation?

    @Plusnet probably one of the worst ISP on the go just now. Constant drop outs and speed throttles at random times (even late at night). Do not recommend at all. Highlighted to them previously and it's gotten worse. 5G connections are the way forwards. Speed & reliability.
