    Why when i ring @Plusnet from my ee mobile phone does it keep taking me to EE! I cant get hold of @Plusnet at all as the phone number keeps taking me to ee!! Only been signed up to plusnet for an hour and so far it is the worst service ive ever experienced

    @virginmedia I contacted the team back in May to ask for a quote for continuing to receive my service from Virgin. It was too expensive so I switched to Plusnet

    @virginmedia Ive spoken to them this afternoon, same story, theyre insisting tjat youve been providing the service but im getting my broadband from plusnet. Your CS team obviously have a script to stick to and are unable to use their own initiative.
