@Plusnet promised a call that didnt happen! Phoned them on Mon, explained I was planning on leaving @EE if they didnt fix my problem by Tues. EE haven't, so was going to pull the trigger with +net and go with them today but my promised call didn't come!

@JoeBMahon Hi Joe. We certainly do want you to get a call back. If the complaint is being looked at with our team, they may need more time to have a look. If you do need an update before they call, they are always available on 0330 1239 123 if it is Plusnet or 150 if it is EE.

@Plusnet we seem to be having problems with our internet it keeps dropping WiFi,frustrating as my partner needs to be on line for her work teaching and meetings it kicked her off bout 10 times yesterday.

@MystiqueCat17 The main reason I moved was the constant plusnet outages and poor Openreach service . No full fibre here so very hit and miss . Yes it was expensive but it can go from £300 - £2K so there’s quite a range of options

@RareAxies @Plusnet They had it back on after 5 hrs, turns outs hood part of the road was out no matter who the ISP was with and also they rang me this afternoon to make sure all was well… I’d say that’s pretty good service from Plusnet
