I can’t believe in this day and age, with cybercrime increasing, that Plusnet do NOT enable its users to forward any SPAM texts that they receive to 7726, the number used by just about EVERY other mobile network provider in the UK! Come on @Plusnet @plusnethelp get this sorted!

  • RachaelParkman Rachael Parkman (@RachaelParkman) reported

30 minutes and counting to get online for work because @Plusnet @plusnethelp can’t provide a service. If I can’t work today I lose today’s salary. Will you be reimbursing me?

  • piping_stevie Stephen Russell (@piping_stevie) reported

@plusnethelp Adam, have tried multiple attempts to “boost” the WiFi, with and without Plusnet’s “help”. All results end in the same unreliable WiFi, which is useless for working from home.

  • YesTom Yes Tom (@YesTom) reported

@RachaelParkman @plusnethelp @Plusnet I’ve had talk talk since, no issues!

  • Bexdora A Rabbit of Negative Euphoria (@Bexdora) reported

@slightly76 @Plusnet That's exactly it. I don't want to be mad at the customer services people I speak to because it's not their fault, individually, & I've been that side of the call before, but at the same time...GAH. Thank you!

  • DBailey635 David Bailey (@DBailey635) reported

Any #PlusNet customers out there with #router issues? Ours periodically blocks access to internet for both WiFi & Ethernet connected devices, while continuing to allow internal communication. PlusNet & Openreach engineers unable to find line faults. Is router Firmware faulty?

  • PD72645889 PD (@PD72645889) reported

@plusnethelp I've spoken to your Support on two different occasions now, and you have sent out an engineer twice. Nothing has improved. It is not my end. It is your end. When I was on BT before Plusnet, uptime was pretty close to 100%. Now it's dreadful, all because of you.

@ChampagneDosser Plusnet, they've been our provider for 3 years without any problems👍

  • signoramac Simona McKenzie #BbB (@signoramac) reported

@Plusnet Today in day 4 of no coverage for mobile network in our area with poor updates and no idea when the fault will be dealt with. Please contact @EE as you use their network to ensure you are informed of the issue and can contact your customers. Thank you
