    @Plusnet It would be helpful if you could announce MSOs on here or on your website’s status page, where the last Broadband issue reported was 18 days ago. We shouldn’t have to rely on 3rd party sites like @DowndetectorUK or looking for tweets by other customers to know there’s a problem!

    @techreverie Hi there Jim, I've just checked and can see that the disconnection was due to an major service outage which has since been resolved. Really sorry for any inconvenience caused and everything should be fine now. - Adam - Plusnet Sheffield

    @Plusnet worst service ever. New installation has taken over a month, with 4 engineers visits which have fizzled out to nothing. Both Plusnet and OpenReach blaming each other.

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp hii since last night wifi has been going off and on and today its super slow an engineer came out not to long ago so cant see it being anything to do with the line
