    @EmjayRox1 @Plusnet I’m in exactly same boat waiting for number port from @EE since 13/4 with no data, texts or own no. 🤬 Paid for 30day SIM at weekend just so I can make some use of my phone when out and Plusnet agreed to repay once problem fixed Good luck getting your connection soon!

    @Plusnet Please help. I’ve recently left BT mobile to come to plusnet and have no service whatsoever! My number should have been transferred in the move but I understand there is a problem with “port”. I don’t have my old number and there is no service on the new number.!!

    @Plusnet So the engineer came. Sorted out wiring and I've still hit the dame problem. Please can you sort that's 5 or maybe 6 days I've had a stuttering wifi- never had this problem before the storm. Don't really want to be paying for something I can't watch

    @Plusnet Hi yesterday an engineer from Open reach was meant to come to my house to connect my overdue broadband. They never came.I got in touch via phone and was told that you will chase the supplier and get in touch shortly. But nothing happened. No engineer no message from you

    Plusnet routers are garbage homehub 1 and 2 only 1480 mtu better of using another like netgear of asus
