    @Plusnet trying to cancel to travel abroad will have no fixed address, I waited for 15 mins on the phone then got cut off, I dont think #plusnet want me to leave. Is there an easier way to cancel thanks.

    @Plusnet can you help? I got an email saying I'm leaving for another provider which isn't true, I haven't even been shopping around. I can't call customer service because I'm working overseas atm

    @Plusnet The new service is at least 10x faster and cheaper than what you can offer. It’s due to start after my contract with you expires, so I don’t appreciate the continued pressure to stay with an inferior more expensive service

    Plusnet is absolutely garbage no option to cancel online have to call them. Plus their website has been down for ages to even get that number. Joke.

    I actually should have called up @Plusnet aka BT sooner. Might have to cancel my direct debit... shocking way to treat a shareholder.

    @Matt_Q_OnX No, not all broadband suppliers support landlines numbers: PlusNet doesn't, for example.

    Pretty disappointed with @Plusnet and @WeAreOpenreach. Engineering visit booked via PlusNet. OpenReach engineer shows up without ringing bell, slaps fibre entry point on some random side of the house, leaves without checking in. PlusNet complaint emails just bounce back. Great.

    @Plusnet This has happened for far too long and always below promised speeds. I'd like too visit whether I can exit my contract as the service has been appalling
