@plusnethelp my activation date with plusnet was supposed to be 29.01.21 but I am still waiting for activation and its now 31.01.21, customer services only seem to want to help if they think your wanting to sign up, your helpline shows 7 days yet its closed sundays, poor service

@Plusnet @plusnethelp Hey so I’m apart of the PlusNet network and am looking into upgrading to a third-party router. Will I be able to just plug-in and it’ll work or will I have to log into something?
