Hey @Plusnet - does your customer support number actually have ANYONE answering the phone? How long does it take on average to get through to a human? half an hour? an hour? ninety minutes?

  • crhein272 Christian Rhein (@crhein272) reported

@Plusnet Hi yesterday an engineer from Open reach was meant to come to my house to connect my overdue broadband. They never came.I got in touch via phone and was told that you will chase the supplier and get in touch shortly. But nothing happened. No engineer no message from you

@Plusnet Pathetic dogy company with 0 ethics code. They have ongoing porting issue for weeks and did not had courtesy to give customers heads up before taking PAC code. Now I'm 5 days without any service and totally locked out as all my 2step authentication r on my old not F working NO🖕

  • Maribellmouse Marianne (@Maribellmouse) reported

@292CAN @Plusnet It’s awful. I spoke to someone on Facebook who has been in this situation for nearly 2 weeks now with no sign of a resolution.

  • Spheron1 Edward Dore (@Spheron1) reported

@carlheaton @Plusnet @TalkTalk I had the opposite problem years ago - had a TalkTalk Business ADSL line to use as a backup and wanted to add a Plusnet FTTC line when leaving Virgin Media. Despite explicitly paying Plusnet to install a new line, they instead tried to take over the existing TalkTalk line!

  • Leslemcee Weightogo (@Leslemcee) reported

@Plusnet Forget it, anyone thinking of joining @Plusnet, unless you’re happy to lose your number. One week and counting, they have no idea or info on when this tech issue will be sorted, or how to give me a PAC to go elsewhere for an actual mobile service.

  • x23ml X23 (@x23ml) reported

Been with #Plusnet since 2017, no problems up until the last few weeks... ??? I continue to experience random connection drops and slow speed...

  • TolhurstRob Rob Tolhurst (@TolhurstRob) reported

@Plusnet am receiving lots of literature from various companies advising my property now has full fibre potential, however I can’t see that it’s a service plusnet offer, what can be done?
