Transferring sensitive data (email archive) without explicit permission is a huge violation of data protection act. I'm recommending you compensate your customers before legal action starts.

Sorry, best we can do. Cancelled. Went to Plusnet. Two days later a phone call. Why are you leaving? We can match plusnets price if you stay. Too late. I genuinely don’t understand their thinking. Waste of time & money.

It could be a node, it could be a cable, a pole, hell.. it could even be another user of that same net that has a device that's faulty, which results in a very unstable connection for you and A LOT of other users of that same cable that goes through your den. Andy Bowes-Roden = = (@AndyRoden1) reported@mark395625 To be fair to Plusnet, it's not responsible for the network. But it can see the connection dropping like crazy. That would suggest strongly it's not fixed. So why claim it is when it self-evidently is not?
