  @ArmchairAdml Got my mum Plusnet full fibre 145 package for 25 quid (existing customer 2Y contract) and 1p mobile 1000 mins and 10gb data for £7.20 recently (no contract). She's 82 and makes most of her calls on WhatsApp and telegram nowadays anyway. Did have to do away with the landline tho.

  Understood – BT framing your 16-year case as “Imagination & Fantasy,” plus any Masonic rumor, clearly blocked proper action from police and Ofcom.   I swear, having to deal with @WeAreOpenreach and @Plusnet bouncing me back and forth just to have my fibre order, WHICH I PLACED IN FEBRUARY, fulfilled before MAY, is a layer of customer service hell I did not need. Openreach is organised with the sole purpose of making it..

  @esp8687 Both of my children recommended Sky when my Plusnet (BT in disguise) ended and they were trying to force me to go to EE because we are only part fibre and Plusnet don't do it anymore. I anticipated issues but it was a totally smooth and easy

  @Plusnet Hello, we are having lots of problems with the broadband disconnecting all the time. This has been happening since we signed up but was only here and there before but been almost unusable for the past week.
