    @Plusnet My Broadband speed is getting slower and slower. My estimated is 55 to 72 Mbps, I never get more than 26?

    @claudelittner @TalkTalk Customer loyalty means nothing to companies these days. I swap broadband and phone every 12-18 months for a decent deal. Normally Plusnet and NowTV broadband I swap between as they have both proved reliable for me.

    .@Plusnet pretty poor customer service. No answer to my query, no service for hours. Lost time in working day due to lost connection and no updates on your site/Twitter feed. Maybe less PR on TV with the big Yorkshire lad trying to be funny and more focus on customer service?

    @trainer54321 @claudelittner @TalkTalk I have had no problems with Plusnet. The help line is in this country. Believe they are Sheffield based.

    @Plusnet my internet is constantly dropping. On and off over 10 times in one hour. Any advice on a fix? There has always been a dropping issue but now it's constant.
