@MatthewBeard14 @plusnethelp @Plusnet Hi Matthew, they wrongly cut off my mum/vulnerable person too who's been a loyal customer for yrs with a DD set up. They rang her mobile demanding £ she didn't owe, I thought it was fraud #stress Further billing errors, very poor service followed. I'm now in touch with #CEO level

  • jencav_jennie Jennie cavanagh (@jencav_jennie) reported

@Plusnet my Internet is not working and neither is my phone line

  • JanetLeather janet leather (@JanetLeather) reported

@MatthewBeard14 @plusnethelp @Plusnet I've had exactly the same issue with my Dad/vulnerable and shielding - no one answers technical support. I eventually got a response via a Facebook private message and their solution was for us to contact the phone number we've been trying for days! 🙄

  • 2GreenMonkeys Sarah @2GreenMonkeys (@2GreenMonkeys) reported

@MartinSLewis is there a certain length of time in which a broadband provider @Plusnet doesn't fix the broadband (that they've admitted has a fault) I'm which they break the terms of the contract, meaning you can switch early without fees? Thanks
