@babsc94 Try John Lewis I am with them moved house and they came with me. Broadband by plusnet but have their own complaints dept. Customer service is amongst the best I have ever experienced from a utility company.

Reporting a death to Plusnet. Cut off on Broadband opt 1, 20 mins on opt 2, told transfer you to Broadband team. Got opt1 or opt2 again. Cut off again. Outstanding customer service I don't think!!! Disgraceful @Plusnet @plusnethelp

@plusnethelp @Plusnet I signed up 4/5 months ago and still haven't received my £80 sign up bonus? I see you have an advert now offering £50 to people to sign up... Will they ever get it? Is this a con to entice you to sign into a 24 month contract!? Can someone please help?

@MoneySavingExp I’ve been told by plusnet that they can’t provide a service where I’m moving to. They say they will charge me a cancellation fee unless I sign up to bt fibre. I don’t want to sign up with bt Because they are expensive. @itvMLshow can you help please? @plusnethelp
