  No internet for 6 days! Insult to injury I was on the phone to your call centre for 25 mins……..asked to speak to a manager.. they put me through to another call handler who cut me off WTF!! #talktalk your company sucks! I’ve moved to #plusnet

  @MsEmmaChaplin @Plusnet Zen Internet. No price-hikes ever - unless you change to a more expensive plan. First class customer service. Only had two short interruptions in five years.

  @MoneySavingExp Do not use Plusnet. They've left me for over a week with no number, data, texts because they have porting issues. They've known since 12 April yet are still selling them.
