@plusnet...Saturday mid day, CW12 3EP, full fibre download down to 10.1mbps.( ookla test) Up and down all the time. Regular drop out. Needs attention.

@Plusnet @Plusnet contacted every social media platform. 3 failed manager call backs a vile customer service and yous are refusing to even work my complaint. Send me my final response letter so I can approach the ombudsman!!!!!

@Plusnet hi folks - my contract is up on 23rd march. However I want to cancel now and switch to bt fibre. How much will early cancellation cost? Doing this early so I can minimise, any interruption in service due to homeworking.

@NOWHelpTeam No bro not how it works there is 3 things connected on WIFI and im on ethernet 10 gigabit so you tell me why someone on ethernet 10 gigabit it getting 1000 MS on UK servers alone, it even take me so long to load webpages and im paying £32 for this crap, even plusnet is better

@wjslater @Plusnet Thank William, at least EE notified you of a problem. Plusnet never notified us .. we had to contact them via Twitter as we couldn’t even ring them. Just been told it’s fixed … and to switch phone off/take sim out … Still can’t make phone calls. It ain’t fixed. Unbelievable.

@mikenco @virginmedia Ditto. Apparently they're working with another company to do the WhatsApp stuff. Finally on WA with a person. Taking their sweet time. Honestly so glad to have signed up to Plusnet now. Customer service at virgin is awful. Bx

@Plusnet He’s been in touch.. was told to switch phone on and off .. then told to re contact on Sunday?!? We are exhausted by this. We got the PAC code .. we will be moving networks. @Plusnet is the worse network we’ve ever been part off

Dear @Plusnet Into our 2nd day and we STILL can’t make phone calls/text from our mobiles. We took all our family phones out with you. We were told yesterday afternoon to switch mobile on/off and remove sim .. it did not work. Now told 24-48hours?! Poor customer service.
