    How is reporting a line fault for an elderly, vulnerable neighbour a GDPR issue ?, Plusnet refused to take the number and log a fault due to GDPR, I was not asking for any personal info.. just wanted them to log a fault #bonkers #nocommonsense @Plusnet

    Hey,@Plusnet - broadband engineer booked for 8am to 1pm today. Still waiting and not even a phone call from your Muppets MJ Quinn for an update. Is this the **** service I now have to expect from you people?? Shambles 🤬🤬🤬

    @Owramgirl @bt_uk I'm considering Vodaphone if price is the main concern, Plusnet is also on that list. Zen if I decide to pay more for a company that seems more customer focused. All are cheaper than the best offer from BT.
