@plusnethelp Hi, my 96 year old Nan has just moved to Plusnet.spoke to guy on Saturday who is sending new router as he said hers might be the connection problem. She's since been charged for it which is a bit cheeky as since swapping to you She's had no service

Tablet. They're both connected via ethernet cable. It's absolutely ridiculous. I have tried to get this sorted via Twitter private messages but no one knows why it's not working. I've just had enough and desperately want to return to Plusnet. We only left as Shell had a deal.

@ShellEnergyHome I have now had enough of Shell Energy Broadband! I desperately want to return to @Plusnet. I wish I'd never left them. I never use wifi on my phone, neither does my wife. The only things that now use the wifi provided by Shell is the Amazon stick and the.. (1/2)
