@Plusnet I'd rather you stopped harassing me all the time via text message, when I'm not your customer any more

@Plusnet are there any internet connection issues in the EH5 area?

  • Serena1642 Serena Jones ⚙️🖊️ (@Serena1642) reported

@greencoatboy These companies are a nightmare, I've not found one that can get a job done or a basic problem resolved without endless back & forth bureaucracy & plain incompetence. Plusnet repeatedly failed to collect correct DD payments, then blamed me & throttled my internet as a punishment!

  • ndspharma nirav (@ndspharma) reported

@plusnet hi, I have been trying to join Plusnet. My application has been rejected twice. E-mailed to support team,no reply yet. Been on the call to someone to resolve the issue but no luck yet. Are you interested to have new customers?

  • watton2_karen Karen Watton (@watton2_karen) reported

@Plusnet , 2nd day with signal that isn't strong enough to reach my bedroom. Such a joke!!

  • loobylou_79 LoobyLou 💙 (@loobylou_79) reported

@Plusnet hi we are about to renew and we’re wondering if we can get a new router? Had ours for a few years and think it’s not working as well as it was.

  • MichaelOldman1 Michael Oldman (@MichaelOldman1) reported

@Plusnet Why do you keep harassing ex-customers with unwanted contact? Surely this has to breach whatever data protection laws are applicable. Your customer service agents are rude and don't give a damn (why I left in the first place). We'll see if you even bother replying here 🙄

  • MichaelOldman1 Michael Oldman (@MichaelOldman1) reported

@Plusnet Please please please stop harassing me. I literally just want someone, anyone, to please stop sending me these text messages. I'm *not your customer*, so it's unsurprising that you can't take my direct debit. You have no right to badger me like this, I owe you nothing

  • byteguy Paul (@byteguy) reported

@Plusnet Used to get 23Mbps download, now its:- Your broadband service Product: Unlimited Fibre Estimated Download Range: 20 - 33Mbps Estimated Upload Range: 5 - 6Mbps Minimum Guaranteed Speed: 16.3Mbps Current Line Speed (Download): 13.8Mbps

  • BombeDeChaton Katharine (@BombeDeChaton) reported

@Plusnet This is something you really need to look at adapting and changing because it is not compatible with a world in which people live in house shares and are working from home a lot more. It's a terrible way to do business.
