    @CruisingTheCut PlusNet aren't always the cheapest - but their customer service is excellent. I've been with them for broadband for many years, and recently moved my mobile phone to them as well.

    @Plusnet my broadband has been up and down and very slow since the outtage yesterday. I see others are reporting the same. The issue is not resolved.

    @plusnet when I really need to use my phone, no signal between Manchester & York. I’m on a train with WiFi. Difficult to understand

    @Plusnet No internet service since yesterday morning! More than 28h! Customer service doesn’t pick up phones, total silence instead! This is unacceptable!

    @Plusnet no signal or data since last Sunday. No reply in Twitter DMs, no reply to my previous tweets, no reply in the community forum. Switching to Vodafone. The fact that Plusnet use Twitter to report problems is ridiculous.

    @Plusnet Joined you because your advertise heavily. Left Virgin because of price but had no issues in 3 years. Rung your helpline and gave up waiting after 30 minutes. Can you at least have the decency to acknowledge this? Issue is in WF5 area. (2)

    Is anyone else having problems with plusnet ? For days now the connection has been poor, about 20mins a time untill it cuts out and stops working. I joined plusnet because I was told it had real people on customer support. Turns out I was wrong and the usual automated nonsense
