@Plusnet WiFi on my router is broken & @plusnethelp said that you don't support WiFi on your routers! I was advised to buy 3rd party router to fix the problem. So I pay for a service but you don't support the thing that delivers that service. Shocking! & Rep blocked my complaint

@OpenreachHelp Hi Antony, thank you for getting back to me, Plusnet are sorting it out but it will be a few days, and I just wanted to raise it as an issue because I shouldn't have my broadband cut off due to an error when my livelihood is depending on it at the moment

  • afitzgeraldnhs Anthony Fitzgerald (@afitzgeraldnhs) reported

@Plusnet @plusnethelp awful customer service - my 75 year old “Yorkshire Folk” father waiting for connection since Tuesday am - also spending my time on hold to awful music - it isn’t like the adverts that’s for sure !

@EE Hi, we have just ordered fibre broadband with yourselves under my name. Our previous normal broadband and landline is with Plusnet and under my partners name. Does my partner contact Plusnet to cancel or will that delay the transfer of service?

@MartinFishHort @bt_uk We use Plusnet which is Yorkshire internet for Yorkshire people. Never had any problem they haven't sorted straight away.

@pollymackenzie As for subbing the WiFi hub, again this is easy. Might need to write a few numbers down from setup page of existing one, and copy them over, but probably all auto these days. Strictly speaking routers and hubs are different but often in one box. I have a Plusnet 2-box setup.

Internet down for 5 days before fix. Just been told by @Plusnet im not contractually obliged to recieve any service, only a certain speed when the product is available? Jokers. Avoid at all costs.
