@Plusnet Apparently ‘Award Winning Phone & Broadband’ that’s the biggest joke and I’d love to know how they got that as they can’t provide any kind of service, no phone, no internet and no help! Constant chase ups and still no service and can’t answer the simplest of questions 🤬

  • willtomuk will (@willtomuk) reported from Purton, England

@Plusnet hi. Are you doing fibre to the door? We have just had fibre installed on our street. The phone line broadband is poor do now want to use the fibre network.

@Plusnet send an email confirming cancellation of account in December then don’t cancel and continue to charge! #plusnet

  • send2gl Geoff Lane (@send2gl) reported

@Plusnet The only issue is background noise on phone line. My text merely said that my fibre speed is normal after switching wifi connection whereas I initially suggested speed was down by around 30%

  • woolcycle Su Lacy (@woolcycle) reported

@Plusnet Hi again Anoush. SIM removal and reinsertion hasn't helped either. I'm just in the house using WiFi for Twitter (also Plusnet - went down in powercut but came back on ok).

@scousemanblue Some offer wireless routers running on 4G/ 5G which wouldn't require a fixed line. A full fibre service also doesn't require a traditional phone line, but unfortunately this isn't a product we offer just yet! - Cal, Plusnet Leeds
