@Plusnet WiFi on my router is broken & @plusnethelp said that you don't support WiFi on your routers! I was advised to buy 3rd party router to fix the problem. So I pay for a service but you don't support the thing that delivers that service. Shocking! & Rep blocked my complaint

  • katieee03 Katie (@katieee03) reported

@AirtimeRewards hi, can I use airtime rewards with plusnet if I select EE in my account as they use the EE network? Same with Voxi who use Vodaphone network?

  • Moji_Melo Moji. O (@Moji_Melo) reported

@plusnethelp @Plusnet very disappointed. Internet light still showing red since afternoon and up to now no connection. For the past 6 months I keep calling every week. Terrible customer service, not sure they know what they doing. I need my internet sorted ASAP .

@WhichUK Apparently forwarding scam or spam text messages to 7726 does not always work, because some providers of mobile service do not support the use of short number forwarding - including mine (Plusnet)! Which I am astonished by as they are owned by BT!

  • PBarrett8 P Barrett (@PBarrett8) reported

@cashbey @Plusnet @plusnethelp useless, just cuts out whenever their network can't cope and they just spend the whole time trying to tell you its something your end. If that is the only service they can provide then fine, i will take if for a fiver a month.

  • EleanorMary11 Eleanor Mary (@EleanorMary11) reported

@Plusnet @plusnethelp why is it that every Friday i am unable to connect to wifi? You say wifi is not guaranteed how do you expect me to connect to the internet? Never experienced this with other providers.

  • edwardlui Edward Lui (@edwardlui) reported

@Plusnet And I’ve already cancelled this after 9 years plus of service you’ve still tried to charge me another months use next month twice in advance! Absolute shambles.

  • PBarrett8 P Barrett (@PBarrett8) reported

@Jack_WJB @Plusnet yep if we can just limp the network to 8pm then we can all go home and the users can whistle as the network falls apart around this ears.

  • PBarrett8 P Barrett (@PBarrett8) reported

@uncletatty @Plusnet yep just before 8pm when customer service goes home. That is the business model it seems. From then on the network is little swiss cheese and they just try and blame the user.

@AnnCleeves @virginmedia Ann, We’re with Plusnet who are owned by BT and sorted out our recent issues without much drama.
