@btbusinesscare Hi Aimie, You would think that, but its not the case with Plusnet. Our telephone line is still down. We have had no updates from either plusnet or open reach. Plusnet are blaming open reach.

@WeAreOpenreach @Plusnet @ofcom my new business bband account was supposed to be set up on Thursday 6 Oct22. I got an email later in the day saying it was unexpectedly delayed. 4 days, 3 phone calls and nearly 2 hours of terrible hold music later....

@Plusnet Ditto useless need reporting to Ofcom as I’ve had issues for months and months and they still won’t send an engineer out ! Passed my account to a debt collector when I don’t owe a penny ! Messed up my account totally

@TechSpurtVideo we are on the same network through Plusnet but she gets much better reception,GPS on hers is way better then mine and a few other weird things don't know if you can figure it out I'm stumped cheers .nick
