    Assist with what? We now have a contract with PlusNet. Please send me the link to your customer complaints procedure so we can sue you for lost revenue when you failed to connect us. Your fault.

    @MatthewJRudd @KCOMcare Similar idea to the contact I made with @Plusnet when I was a customer. Their hold music was all Sheffield acts.
