@Plusnet just lost a parent to bereavement. Plusnet don't have a bereavement team, only customer service. Telephone to advise my Dad has passed away and they asked for my Dad's password 😡😡. Seriously. Someone has died and I'm expected to know a password. Ongoing issue I see

@TeeDixie @DjelliBelli Yes, I has plusnet once, they were good. Customer service was excellent. I would recommend never, under any circumstances, taking TalkTalk.

@abigailtaylor45 Yeah, I feel like I lost 3-1 this past few days. Thanks Lloyds Bank, Sainsbury's and particularly Plusnet who claim to have award winning customer service. What a joke!!

@DjelliBelli I have plusnet (went initially with the SUPER cheap option) but with more wfh I upped it to the fibre option. They were really good with me, I did have a few teething problems at first but they came out, sorted it, put new cabling in and checked the exchange and everything!

@Plusnet so far no luck ! call agin to ask for an update… an engineer booked to bless the line tomorrow. almost 4 days wasted on this entertainment.. if this line not upon running by tomorrow 13:00. I would love to know how to cancel such substandard service.
