@Plusnet just joined as a new customer , already you have put the price up and this is before my first connection day and to top it off , you didn't connect me on the day but disconnected me so no service and a price hike , this is a terrible start

I've just moved to @Plusnet. Plusnet has cut off my mobile service and transferred it to them...before I have received my SIM card. So I have no phone.

@kennykoalabear I have been very happily with NowTV broadband for 18 months, paid £22 per month for all of that time. Great customer service too. Would suggest avoiding PlusNet at all costs as we had such a bad experience with them but that could just be us!

@Plusnet I am trying to cancel my mobile phone service, I don't need to transfer my number and have a 30 day contract. I can't find any info on how to do this on the app, help!!!

@Plusnet It's fixed now, thank you. You should pass on, if you're able, that hiking prices, not just by inflation but by inflation plus an extra 3.9% mid contract is terrible PR for Plusnet. I know it's not just Plusnet and this is industry wide.
