    @Plusnet We're still having issues. Are you able to advise? He is totally unable to make or receive texts and calls and has been for numerous days. This is not the service we are paying for

    So the person taking the call at @plusnet didn't listen, doesn't seem to understand they can't redirect calls for a clients _voip_ phone system, and even though they are the one coming across as unprofessional and rude, threatens to terminate the call because I objected.

    . @Plusnet New BB customer here. Internet was disconnected In middle of night. Cannot reconnect. Have been on phone 40 mins waiting for help!

    Ticket with @plusnet: Fault Description: Unstable broadband Actual reported fault: total lost of vdsl, unable to sync with the cabinet. Nice and accurate fault reporting there.

    @adz232 @O2 @EE No thank you, EE are owned by BT, just as Plusnet are,so I would rather have anybody else rather than BT. I am sure O2 will get it fixed but my last company mobile was on EE and that was rubbish. O2 just need to fix this one.

    @Plusnet You have deleted my MIL account meaning she has not got any internet or landline. She’s had this number forever and is vulnerable. Your mistake and the bloke down the road asked for a BT line and you have mistaken her address with his. @Ofcom
