    So after spending nearly 45 minutes on hold, they weren’t any help at all! I think I’ll be cancelling already @Plusnet, I’m not impressed.

    @Plusnet you've managed to cut my mother(73) off from any comms just because I wondered if there was SKY function in the area. She's not even a customer! Why?!! Connect her now!

    @Plusnet I have moved home and taken plusnet service with me. Engineer today was unable to set up the phone line for internet use due to issue with the poles outside. My partner and I work from home and need wifi online by Monday. Been on hold for ages. Please help sort this asap

    @h_dennett @Plusnet They use the EE network so google who else use that one and I’d go with one of them, I would if I wasn’t stuck in contract with them!

    Avoid @Plusnet for mobile at all costs, first month with them they’ve cut me off twice for ‘unpaid bills’ and after over an hour on hold I’m told it’s their system playing up by the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with on a call, wish I’d never left EE!

    @Plusnet Then your systems fail to recognise I've paid and it cuts my service off saying check your email (without data - how?!).

    @Plusnet why oh why do I not have any broadband, I am sick and tired of this not working. BT openreach have been out 5 times now and I have spent numerous hours on the phone trying to get it sorted but yet again it has failed!
