    @Nigelh7n @WeAreOpenreach It’s got to be done by Jan 2027. Plusnet don’t supply a VoIP/digital voice service hence the suggestion to swap to BT/EE if you want to retain a landline number.

But you get the idea :P I worked at the largest internet company where I live, know a big thing or two on how it all operates. there's probably an issue with your COAX, DSL or FIBER. going into your place. it all depends... where..

    @Plusnet be nice if you were straightforward & didn’t fob females off when we are asking for your ****** internet service to be sorted! Paying for 900 mbps and getting 170!!! 😡

    Hi @youfibre, sent my final bill from Plusnet to the CBO email address nearly a month ago and I’ve still received no correspondence or payment for it. Can you please advise what’s the hold up as no one in customer service seems to know, just referred back to email @JeremyChelot

    @Plusnet Spoke to 2 this morning. Sorry you're 5 days late, our system says no We sent email, fact you didn't receive not our problem. Why would I not claim if I knew how? I'd understand if I was months over but 5 days! Customer service....hmmmmm

    @Plusnet I am having intermittent problems with my smart TV. Could it be possible that my broadband speed is inadequate.

    @Plusnet My parents did. They rang and was fobbed off saying they couldn’t do any checks or test anything as it’s a BT problem. As an ex-employee at Plusnet, i know that’s rubbish. It screamed of “finishing at 5 and can’t be bothered to do the checks. 🤦🏻
