Always haggle the customer service rep on the phone when renewing a contract. Took me 20 seconds for Plusnet to offer £28.99 a month, down to £25.99 and finally £24.99 a month for 18 months. Cheeky buggers.

Hey @Plusnet, my home internet connection has been dropping out repeatedly all morning. I've tried restarting router multiple times to no avail, & I'm almost certain problem isn't in the house. Need a stable internet connection for work, so any assistance ASAP would be grand!

Hi @Plusnet please can you sort out my broadband. It keeps dropping. Speed also varies. I've Txt HELP several times. Fault with line one moment, no fault with line the next... Never had any problems up until recently...

@bt_uk @BBCXRay It's more difficult to believe that it was an intentional mistake given the poor treatment to date, being the same company & that I can literally purchase BT sport with a simple click from my Plusnet dashboard 🤔
