@Plusnet Plusnet has the worse customer service ever, they all apologise that no-one has got back or provided an update, then do the same! Plusnet has not fulfilled contract I signed up to, but won’t let me leave!

Hey @plusnet and @Screwfix Have you two fallen out? Can’t load the @Screwfix website. Worked fine a couple of weeks ago. Various on-line forums say it’s a DNS server issue between the two of you. Any suggestions?

.@Plusnet how do I get help from a human if the problem I have is that I can't make calls? I can't call 500 as I can't make calls and the chat bot on the website keeps sending to the help page which tells me to call 500. How do I get my problem resolved?

So let's be clear here. If you work from home, run your own business, etc- don't use @Plusnet. Their small print absolves them from covering costs directly incurred as a result of them not delivering the 'no break in service' advised by their staff - 7 days and counting so far.

@Plusnet Why can't I access the @Screwfix website ? Screwfix told me it's a known issue. I've tried a few times now over the past couple weeks. Chrome reports "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN"

@Plusnet I had planned to have business broadband set up with yourselves but I now wish to cancel for a host of reasons. I CAN NOT get a hold of anyone to do this. My installation is booked for 17/11/22, can someone contact me to make sure this booking is cancelled.
