    It wont connect using the IP address, It has been connected to the university (Glide)WIFI before however I took it home and now its (SSID) is showing as PLUSNET-32M7. I have attempted a full reset however I don't think I've done it right could you please help me. Thanks Joe

    @neilmlomax @TalkTalk I believe they are all useless, I have 'super-slow' broadband from Plusnet, guess it will be back to BT again soon!

    @a516digital My nieghbours four doors up, used to have sky, and changed to plusnet, today they went back to sky, apparently plusnet are stopping their tv service. He has been given a money saving offer to remain on plusnet broadband while changing to sky,

    Shout out to plusnet for keeping me on hold for 20+ mins so far cause I want to cancel my braodband. "Too busy" or hoping I give up? Cute. :P

    Absolute worst home service decision I ever made was move from Sky broadband + phone to Plusnet. I've been bombarded with scam calls constantly since changing. I miss Sky and Talk Shield I had SO MUCH 😭 Actually counting the months til I'm out of contract 6 down, 12 to go! 😢

    @plusnethelp Having loads of problems with plusnet internet going down 3-4 times/day anyone else having similar issues? At the stage where I need to change provider

    @JHow989 @Plusnet @plusnethelp Best thing I ever did was get on BT. Full control over it. What the companies tend to do is only release a smaller bandwidth to each customer, more you pay more bandwidth you get. Hence getting shitty WiFi from plus net /talk talk etc.

    @JHow989 @Plusnet @plusnethelp I’m happy I turn down an engineer role there you find the problem to be bt as the lines are rented from them.
