    @RainbowZilla87 the thing is, there's really only two good options - Virgin Media, and a service provided by BT. A lot of people dont realise if you get Sky, Talktalk, plusnet whatever, it's provided by BT. If it's **** from one provider, it will be **** from all of them :/

    @Plusnet Hello, I've just come home and seen the LOS light is red on my OpenReach box. My router is lit up orange. I'm on full fibre. I've reset the OpenReach box and router but it's still red. Can you help?

    @gilliankilroy Hello Gillian. Sorry for the issue getting on the Plusnet website. What message comes on the screen? Here are a few things you could try; restart the device ,removing the tab ,clear cache and cookies and trying a different browser. Mohammed Plusnet Sheffield

    @gmb @MartinSLewis I've just bought a sim free Pixel 7 pro phone and put my 12gb data unlimited texts and call @Plusnet 30 day sim only card only £8 why should I pay any mobile network £40+ pm for a 2 year contract
