@Plusnet when you don't have the option of email or online chat, then technical issues such as are happening now which prevent being connected to the call centre are really frustrating. Not even the option of getting a call back

@Plusnet This company is a laugh signed up for contract the start of last month contract work required with open reach no communication from either company a month on unacceptable! Hours spent on the customer service line only to be cut off when answered

@Plusnet very very disappointed with your mobile network, i joined from ee on 6/12/22 and straight away i have very poor signal, can't receive or make calls and 4g won't load websites plus no WiFi calling, i will not be staying.

@Plusnet absolutely the worst customer service. We used the home move "service" and 7 weeks later still no internet. No updates on when we will get internet & no call backs when you say you will call back. Now can't get intouch with customer service at all. #shambles

@Plusnet Hi, I switched from BT to Plusnet for landline & broadband on 25 Nov, but it seems BT were not informed of the takeover until the 28th, so they have continued to bill me until that date. Can you help please?
