    @TCowdall @UniHomes @Plusnet i know this is really random but did they get this sorted for you or are you still waiting for them to contact you? we’ve had no wifi for almost 3 weeks now. we are thinking of withdrawing because they are such a bad company to go with.

    @Plusnet router connected, blue light on, hub is fine, but can't access any websites. Phone won't connect either just says 'Sign into Plusnet'. Problems all day with it dropping out but nothing at all now. Dorset DT9

    @Plusnet My broadband service was supposed to start with you today. No email notifications or internet connection yet. Please can you confirm this is still happening today?

    @Plusnet Not one single day has my broadband been faultless. Today my connected has dropped twice. Some day it’s been into double figures. I should not be charged for this unreliable service. Furthermore IT SHOULD BE FIXED, once and for all!

    @luisajade_ Mine has been off and on for tha past 3 days. Constantly having to sign in and refresh. Is this normal for plusnet as ive just become a customer last week.

    @Plusnet internet speed dropping all day, was supposed to have someone call me back in half an hour after running some tests ( that old chestnut) still not heard back... Please help plusnet?
