    @Plusnet as I logged on today I saw if I was a new customer I would be charged £9 instead of £10.93 ,as I’m a long term customer. I thought “April Fool” .. but nope penalised for being a long term customer. Cracking .

    @Plusnet did you know if you are an existing customer with these and you up your data allowance from 10 to 20gig you will pay £16.39 .. if you are a new customer it’s £9 . Outrageous.

    @Plusnet I paid for a static IP address which apparently would help me get VOIP but now been told that Plusnet does not support VOIP. I want VOIP so after being with Plusnet almost since it begun, it looks like I have got to find a broadband provider who allows VOIP usage?

    @flightdrg @Plusnet I selected the option 'thinking of joining us' and I've at least been put in a q now. I was getting same deadline when choosing any existing customer options
