    @v8oholic @AndrewHolding @MrNeilB Plusnet has this number 1572 block list... So I use that a lot... I don’t even know how they get our home number ex directory & I never give it out

    Cant wait until our contract is up with @Plusnet next month! Worst wifi connection Ive ever known! It's impossible for me to stream at night and I am constantly reconnecting my laptop! had to reset it 4 times in the last hour! SICK OF IT!

    @Plusnet You failed to follow my instructions and cut internet service on Tuesday. Now told 12 to 14 days to restore it. Your fault, but I'm paying for mobile at £15 per day as work from home. What a joke!

    @Plusnet plusnet are refusing to provide me a deadlock letter so I can escalate my complaint to an ombudsman. What are my next steps? Who in plusnet should I complain to in order to send my issue to an ombudsman.
