    @virginmedia management …..thank you to your uk staff! There are some real good people who work for you but they are severely let down by your telephone system and “overseas” staff. Take a leaf from @Plusnet and use uk staff to provide all your customer service.

    Trying to change phone from @bt_uk to @Plusnet. Plus Net say they can't takeover line due to incompatible "social telephony" & I must ask BT to remove it. BT deny it's a problem and say Plus Net can transfer. To and fro, to and fro. Neither will talk to each other. HELP.

    @Plusnet well you just keep on giving Plusnet! 17 days since making switch from BT and still no router received. So you’ve told us to go to Argos and get our own! Your strap line of ‘That’ll do’ should be ‘You’ll have to make do’ #letdown #poor
