    @Plusnet came to you years ago because of your fab customer service and broadband speed we have poor broadband a call yesterday tried to rectify it and promised a call back at 9am this morning to check its working no callback and internet still poor

    @Plusnet was told my broadband would go live on the 7th and no engineer is required. Now I’m told the phone line is being set up on the 11th(!) and that I might get fined if I’m not home to let an engineer in?Only picked you because you offered fast go live.Might just cancel now

    @4tis @Inspiri58050086 @SilverFoxyRed I made statements of fact. I am with Plusnet. I did opt out of NHS data sharing. What part of that do you have issue with? I'm pretty sure lots of people wonder why they are being hounded about an important health decision. You going to respond to my questions or not?
