    @JohnMcArts Hi John, we live around the corner and have the same problem. The @bt_uk website is still claiming there is no outage but we've had no @Plusnet service since 12.00 yesterday. I presume yours is still down?

    @BT_Openreach Broadband down since 12.30ish. @TalkTalk tell me there is no network problem but can't get me online. @Plusnet telling their customers the same thing. Obvs a network issue. Any ideas LL56

    @Plusnet internet is off again, 4 days in a row. Using my phone now on contact to make a complaint, useless company! I've got screen shots being orange all the time, plus times & dates. off since4.12pm and it still haven't come back on! Stay away from this company, they're a joke!!
