    Im being harassed from @Plusnet. I cancelled in Nov. Any advice please anyone. They are ringing everyday and it is stressing me beyond belief 😫. They say they can't cancel my account as I can't rem username and password

    @basilbrushoff @plusnethelp Right? I could've gone with virgin which is supposed to be much faster, but I stayed with plusnet bc of their "award winning customer service"...
