@Plusnet That;'s really nice @Plusnet but can you tell me why your 'refund system' is broken? It's now 6 weeks since Plusnet suppose to refund what's owed to me. Raised complaints and spoken to 3 'advisors' with no sign of resolution. @MarcAllera maybe able to help. I'll try him instead.

@458batty @Plusnet I'm not connected to PlusNet but they run on EE not o2 so that will be why. Only came across your tweet as I am searching for an answer about PlusNet mobile. Maybe you can help? do they do Wi-Fi calling?

@Effiedeans @TalkTalk @Plusnet I had 2 days cross over between bt and sky, so I had 2 days in which I was paying for both bt and sky. Bt wrote me to tell me that I was ending my contract early (1 day) and there was a penalty-£2! It's up to you how you want to do it, the stars never align perfectly.

@MarcAllera @EE That's really good news @MarcAllera but can you tell me why your 'refund system' is broken? It's now 6 weeks since Plusnet suppose to refund what's owed to me. Raised complaints and spoken to 3 'advisors' with no sign of resolution. Have a nice day.

@Plusnet OMG this is the worst ever broadband. Despite an engineers visit I keep getting drops in service as well as a crap speed. I love the way you have to call rather than email. Please cancel my contract. 01253 429407

@SebVarden @Plusnet Hi Seb - no, they don't support wifi calling, you have to use an app like WhatsApp or Messenger. Thanks for info (duh, should have checked) still doesn’t explain why the stronger plusnet signal gets no service. Hopefully they'll reply.

@Effiedeans @TalkTalk @Plusnet I hsd this nonsense when my ee contract ended . The renewed contract became BT (who own EE) They needed to change to super fibre (or something) It took a month , with 2 working from home. We had a temp modem which could only connect from the loft . Dreadfuul service
