    I have been a loyal plusnet customer for a number of years. I received an EE router and a text to switchover to EE, without wishing too. I have followed the steps to switchover and encountering problems. My logins are not working for either provider, can you help? @Plusnet

    @Plusnet Hi - As I said in my DM the only option available by that link is a phone call and I can’t do that unless you want to hear someone coughing instead of talking…. Could you escalate to someone who can help please?

    @Matt_Q_OnX No, not all broadband suppliers support landlines numbers: PlusNet doesn't, for example.

    @LeeJarvis10 If you only need broadband then I'd say Plusnet. Cheap as chips and have acclaimed service. I changed from BT to Plusnet in March, cost for identical service dropped from £78 to 29!

    @Plusnet just been informed by Openreach that it will be another six weeks before they can connect us to the full fibre network. Not particularly happy with that, anything you can do to help?

    @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

    @MaxWolfeUK @Starlink Plusnet had few years ago, they kept putting the price up, ridiculous. At least I know with starlink I just done pay next month if I wish to cancel.
