    Thankfully new SIM card now on its way thanks to Plusnet Help (Adam) who now accept discretion could have been used rigid application of rules + lack of discretion leads to very poor service in some cases. Vulnerable 92 year old who’s shielding will now have a phone that works!

    @Westmore1970 @Plusnet If you’re switching, just don’t go with TalkTalk... we had what looks like the exact same problem, even with their replacement “SUPERFAST WIFI ROUTER” which was honestly aids.

    We’re currently with plusnet for our FTTC connection who are unreliable but as we’re in contract we’re stuck with them until we are forced to terminate early because they don’t provide FTTP which our new build has

    Just a thought but maybe @plusnet shouldn't activate & port numbers to new SIMs before the customers have even recieved them, leaving them without mobile service for days, especially when the postal service has been disrupted due to a pandemic 😑

    @plusnethelp @plusnet @DailyMailUK absolutely shocking service from Plusnet will not allow me to order new SIM card on behalf of my vulnerable 92 year old deaf father. Nor will they allow me to make a complaint!! Avoid.

    @Todoleo @Ricker666 @journeydan Plusnet (Soon to be switched off) 80mbs down and 20mbps £26 a month. Three 5G Broadband 1.1gbps down and 100mbps up £13 a month.

    @plusnethelp Internet connection dropping in and out since midnight last night. Working from home and can't even stay connected to the Internet. What a joke plusnet is, don't even respond to support or DM
