    @KateSlaterPR @Plusnet Doesn't surprise, iv been and still having appalling so called broadband service from them and equally appalling customer service- total attitude, not doing what they agree they'll do, cant speak to a manager and then cut off whilst on hold earlier! The business is a total joke!

    @Plusnet Now told on the phone there is a fault on the line and it will take till tuesday evening to fix as Open Reach dont work at the weekend. This means unable to work from home during COVID

    @Plusnet all this lovely publicity about caring and helping and yet the service is deteriorating and no response to tweets or from the help line. I wish I had never renewed let alone paid extra for supposedly better speed. Rubbish service. Will not recommend to anyone

    @plusnethelp Still waiting for an update re Broadband connection. Should have been connected last Friday ? Was told I would be updated on Wednesday 16th. Still waiting now a week later on 18th ! Still not connected. Not great on customer service are you @Plusnet

    My broadband is almost completely down pinging the Plusnet DNS @ 212.159.13.49 results in 82% packet loss and average of 19 *seconds* for a response.

    @doitjusticeltd @mssophiaparker I put up with an awful lot of "Mrs" when I did finally get through to PlusNet last week - I really had lost the will to tackle it after 6 hours on hold...

    The award for worse wait time for customer services must go to @Plusnet 1hr and still waiting to get my “problem” resolved of having my phone line connected!

    So after 1 hour and half, still noone knows what the issue is. Told that it's been raised to supply team to try and figure out, despite being told the same two days ago... Still though, @Plusnet have done 'nothing wrong'
