    @Plusnet Why does your router broadcast a hidden SSID? I haven't set it up to do this and don't appear to be able to turn this "hidden network" off (unless I switch the router off obviously)

    @Plusnet as compensation I’m only receiving £30 off my next bill. When literally all my work is on a standstill. They keep blaming openreach and openreach asks me to ask plusnet to resolve its pathetic and aren’t they liable to provide me service within 14 days ???

    @Plusnet I've started a house move with yourselves and despite agreeing 08/08 as date for engineer visit, it's been booked for wrong day on your end. Now seem to be stuck in a loop with your online support system. Can you help as I don't want £65 charge for something not my fault

    @Morgan1878efc @Plusnet I’m with EE mate, they ain’t too bad - sometimes though they say it’s the exchange and not the provider - maybe worth getting onto them to look at it with an engineer
