    @Plusnet Plusnet have failed to reconnect our broadband since the beginning of September. Customer service dreadful, Openreach to blame but haven't seen or heard from anyone at all. Escalated to 'CAT team' - means bugger all. Avoid at all costs. Disgraceful @Ofcom

    @jan_skelton @AHFdoco @Plusnet I’m having a similar problem trying to watch on my phone, it won’t load on Wi-Fi, every time I manage to get it to load, it suddenly freezes, than the screen disappears. I can occasionally load it with my data, but even then the browser suddenly crashes. V odd. Am also wi plusnet

    Can't believe I've had a #whamageddon fail on only day 6 due to @Plusnet hold music. Surely they should warn you?

    @Plusnet hi I have been waiting for over a week for a SIM card I was suppose to receive a week ago. I’m unable to make calls bc you switched my phone over. Can you reverse the switch of network?

    @Plusnet it's switchover day today. Ex-provider has switched off but I have no email/text from Plusnet as to when I can connect new router. I WFH. Have been on customer service phone on/off since 9am. Xmas music driving me over the edge
