@RobinSmith82 Glad you got it sorted. Away for weekend with plusnet, which seems much better! Upload on giga always v very slow and service breaks frequently.

Given @Plusnet tweeting about #Eurovision, it's ironic that their blanket ban on calling (or, less immediately relevantly, texting) shortcodes means you can't use the app to vote on their network, or vote economically on mobile on their network.

@Plusnet Thank you. Sorry for sounding so cross, but I still feel for an email provider to fail to directly email the email account about concerns over the email account, and only to email a secondary email account given 10+yrs ago really is the cause of the problem. Its a PlusNet #fail

@lindy_lou077 All use the same network, only difference is exchange equipment and customer service. Plusnet is basically BT anyway.

@Plusnet General internet usage. Browsing, Discord, Teams, YouTube etc. The downstream connection is fine, there is no issue there. Additionally my WiFi connection is strong and stable, which I have checked by pinging the router. It’s the upstream connection that is the problem.

@Plusnet I feel we are going round in circles here. I finally reactivated my old Hotmail account. In those critical messages from you it's clear you NEVER once emailed my #PlusNet account, but you've happily send monthly bills to both. But I've explained to Anoush by email and it's OK now

@Plusnet shocking service, constantly put bands/ caps on my speed - fixing them only to break them again a few weeks later. Unhelpful staff, no apologies, no compensation - if i cancelled my direct debit you’d soon contact me but no urgency if it’s a customer issue

@EE You are seriously kidding me! I am with Plusnet which uses your network and I haven't had any signal for about 5 days. I'm not alone either.

@sarforalltosee @MrsM_here We’re happy with Zen who aren’t the cheapest but worked better for something quite specific which was a problem with plusnet. Had a pretty bad experience with Talk Talk, not a great fan of Virgin customer service
