20 years+ customer of @Plusnet, which has been mostly good, but today I am living. Sorry @Plusnet I don't like being taken for a foul, being lied to, up sold and being blamed when it is really a issue on your side. Your customer service is no longer legendary!

@plusnethelp Adam, have tried multiple attempts to “boost” the WiFi, with and without Plusnet’s “help”. All results end in the same unreliable WiFi, which is useless for working from home.

Any #PlusNet customers out there with #router issues? Ours periodically blocks access to internet for both WiFi & Ethernet connected devices, while continuing to allow internal communication. PlusNet & Openreach engineers unable to find line faults. Is router Firmware faulty?

@plusnethelp Hi, the time on my plusnet one hub hasn't changed after the clocks went forward. This impacts access control. What's the solution?

@Niki44 @skytv @Ofcom Plusnet, basically BT with a lower price. Unless its coming straight to the premises you’re always basically going to have the same issues because they’re all using open reach.

Rows we’ve had in the last year: maybe 1. Rows we’ve had over solution to lack of internet: 3. Money spent on solutions: £25 unlimited data. £70 on two new routers. £8 ish train to turn office. So call it £100 so far. Are you reimbursing me @Plusnet @plusnethelp ?

30 minutes and counting to get online for work because @Plusnet @plusnethelp can’t provide a service. If I can’t work today I lose today’s salary. Will you be reimbursing me?

@GaChunYau Been using EE for broadband since I've been here. I get an extra 5gb of data on my contract with them as well as a few other benefits if I wanted (i.e. Btsport or apple music) I used talktalk before I moved and the customer support wasn't great... No idea on vodaphone/plusnet
