@Plusnet Even when I contacted the md nothing was done except for some idiot contacting me and make a lot of promises he didn’t keep.

@Plusnet Hi Jim, I’ve read the notes on my plusnet account and it seems like this problem could go on for an unknown amount of time. Is it really so difficult to send £50 to a continuing customer? Do you have any additional updates yourself? The notes weren’t helpful at all. Thank you.

Right Rant No 2 this time it's @Plusnet, how come our household internet is so poor that myself and my wife can't run our laptops at the same time. We're finding it impossible to work from home, and your customer service and help so far has not been great! 👎👎

Part 3 Customer service advisor blaming me for not checking if direct debit is in place and advise to pay a cancellation fee to the debt recovery and then sign new contract with them again - ridiculous! Well done @Plusnet! Let the customer pay for your mistakes! #plusnet

@MoneySavingExp Couldn't have been easier. Rang BT, answered all the questions, passed eligibility. The speeds will be slightly higher than those I was getting with Plusnet on faster fibre. You DO NOT get lower speeds or poorer service on the Essential plan. £15pm for 38mb or £20pm for 68-72mb.

@Plusnet Hi Will, thank you for getting back to me. I have replied to the notes on my account. However, I’m really not happy with the response from the support team and this is starting to feel like false advertising. I hope I’m wrong #plusnet … I will await your reply. Thanks.

@MartinSLewis Firstly, I have been very lucky with Plusnet as my provider, unlucky with parent company BT and found TalkTalk the worst. Secondly, I have 7 email addresses I use for different accounts and only use the provider email for them. Thirdly, ALWAYS be prepared to walk away.
