@Plusnet I'm receiving incoming emails but have had had no facility to send emails for 4 days now. This is a great inconvenience. Can you give me any idea of how long the problem might take to be fixed?

@lizcooperclark @Plusnet The problem seemed to be fixed over the weekend but now back to where we were in the middle of last week. I too was receiving some intermittent emails spasmodically.

not much happening here no phone service all weeknd from Plusnet also been waiting a couple of weeks for a refund from Plusnet, my advise avoid them

@Plusnet Day 6. A lesson in how not to manage a crisis , it will feature in text books and lectures. Issue a report daily implying that things are getting better. Say that e-mails are accessible via a Client , it doesn't work for me Don't provide any practical guidance. etc etc

@Plusnet Day 5 of no email service. Managed to get through to your phone helpline. They couldn't tell me anything other than it's "an ongoing issue". Can't access webmail. Way beyond annoying now.

@Plusnet How will you advise customers when the E Mail server issue is COMPLETELY Fixed? I am trying to set up a New PC and do not want to attempt E Mails until I know the system wont be the problem.

@plusnet Day 5 , no e-mails , no practical information , and what know seems to be a daily report , re-tweeting the previous one. I have sympathy with a technical problem , but not with his it's being communicated and managed

@Plusnet @plusnethelp my wifi keeps going down whilst i’m trying to work at home. i’m in meetings all day and i can’t work with this wifi service you’re giving me. This is not acceptable
