@Plusnet @HoldenMadickie "Chuffed" .. you are ignoring customers, including emergencies, 😒 where they have no phone at all. Cannot phone support 😒

  • nats_turner nats_martin (@nats_turner) reported

@Plusnet Morning! I've received an email/text saying I've used 10% of my smartcap this morning but when I login to my account it shows I still have plenty of my allowances left. Can you clarify for me?

@Plusnet Sorry but this was too late. I’ve been taken back home to deal with a different issue but it’s still down so I’m now being taken back to parents to work, which I’ll now be late for. I can’t give you the info you need without any documentation, so need to park this for now.

  • blelelelem chesca (@blelelelem) reported

@Plusnet how can I send positive feedback for a customer service agent through to a manager? One of your agents has gone above and beyond and I feel they need some recognition! :) office was in Doncaster

  • me_and_flora Ash 💙 (@me_and_flora) reported

@KintalineFarm @Plusnet To be honest, I don’t even know why this was required - the question of whether there are still issues in my area from Monday night should be a simple yes or no. Why do they need username? Can’t say I’m impressed. Other providers have been much quicker to respond to the outage.

@KintalineFarm @Plusnet For Broadband, they close at 20:00, all automated for what i needed so dont know why i could log the issue last night. Think its the same number for all their services, but could be wrong.

@Plusnet We are experiencing regular and lengthy outages (no service) in the village we live in. This has been especially bad in the last 2 weeks. DG6 4NT postal code. What is going on? Other mobile providers seem to work, just PlusNet.
