    They used to be a brilliant service but if i was you i'd seriously consider paying that little bit extra for a better service that offers money back if they fail to deliver. So if you're thinking about setting-up or changing suppliers i'd be very weary of Plusnet. Your choice! 🤨

    @plusnethelp My plusnet landline voicemail is empty(I checked) but callers tell me that my voicemail is full and cannot leave a message if I do not answer the phone in time. How do I fix this???

    @OpenreachHelp my gif gaff and plusnet are both not working- haven’t been for 36 hours. Status says a telephone mast is not working- any idea when it will be fixed? I’m in Reading
