Greg Ingham (@GregIngham1) reported@Plusnet Hi, they've not turned up, I've blocked a whole 5 hours out of my day to wait for you and non of your staff had the decency or customer service to inform me that he/she isn't coming, my wife is a tutor and desperately need internet to mark students work and we've got a toddler..
