@plusnethelp I’ve just tried to send you a message to tell you that a car crashed into the local ‘BT box’ group of neighbours have lost their Internet connection. #BT already on the case but will it affect my plusnet service when services resume after box repair??

@Plusnet Hi I need to cancel my recent agreement as I'm not out of contract on previous broadband supplier. I am still within the 14 day cancellation period but can't get through to your phone lines to cancel.

Gah, @Plusnet don't allow you to move home (or cancel) via website. Long queue times to get through to customer service. Hold music is lo-fi, awful and - worst of all - has brief pauses where you think you're being connected. But aren't.

@plusnethelp I am dissatisfied with there being no resolution to my connection issue.A further month has passed and my broadband speed has got worse! I am not convinced Plusnet can fix this problem. Every time I try to call, I receive a message that Plusnet is busy and call back!

@Dee_WkdCreative @DIFTK We’re with @Plusnet and honestly, just haven’t had it in me to kick arse today. Apparently there’s an issue with the earth cable?! Glad you’re ok!

@Madfuncreative @Plusnet @plusnethelp Yes, we are the same. Broadband drops out 5-6 times daily. Making working or home schooling impossible. In the process of trying to sort, but apparently plusnet can find no issues so want to charge me £65 minimum for an engineer visit. Never had a issue with my previous supplier

@AMaryHughes @Plusnet I’d try and cancel. You get 14 days I believe. I’m stuck with super fast broadband that keeps dropping 5-6 times daily. I’m currently trying to resolve but not having much joy at the moment and having to use my mobile data to allow my kids to work from home.

@Plusnet Can someone in this organisation read my PM I sent on Twitter and sort out my broadband. Customer service is non existent. Automated messages sent, I just want the broadband speed I was promised. Read my PM’s and look at my account before contacting me
