  @BasilTheGreat It's worse, if you have BT, EE, or Plusnet broadband with their router, part of YOUR bandwidth & electricity is used to help provide THEIR public WiFi network. (It's hidden in the Ts & Cs but you can opt out in your account settings)

  I have been a loyal plusnet customer for a number of years. I received an EE router and a text to switchover to EE, without wishing too. I have followed the steps to switchover and encountering problems. My logins are not working for either provider, can you help? @Plusnet

  @EE just moved from plusnet to EE today. Had to ring EE ( only minor issue ) and he couldn't have been more helpful . Credit where its due ! I spend my old retired age moaning about most places ! Well done EE. 👏 👏👏👏👏

  @Plusnet Thanks. So for me to answer a request from PN about changing my service (not at my request), I have to incur potentially significant costs as I am overseas with just my mobile phone for next 30 days and will miss deadline. Can someone in support just call me via WhatsApp? Thanks

  @whisperwoIf @virginmedia I mean they didn’t let customers cancel and yet they got fined yesterday by our regulator here in the UK for £28m. I can’t relate because I use Plusnet which practically never goes out or ***** up a lot

  @biggle1908 With Virgin your internet speed will drop drastically when kids are on school holidays - the contention ratio they use is horrible. I'm very happy with @Plusnet for my full fibre internet - in the many years I've been with them, it's been hassle-free.

  @Plusnet in your handover to EE has been delayed bt By BT yet again still dithering. about getting router set up in house and EE states set up broadband early next week shambles ! Can I stay with plusnet and. Cancel EE as no confidence

  @Danjsalt @SkyUK Their support got worse and worse over my last few years with them, and navigating their awful site or trying to contact a human is soul destroying. Honestly, find anyone else. Plusnet were a breath of fresh air by comparison.
