    @stayingaliveuk @Plusnet My guess. My router was 'connected', my packets were getting onto the Plusnet network all the way to London probably to the point to get off their network to the internet. You would expect redundancy in their network so probably a config or bgp routing error.

    @Plusnet Went down for me at 00:35, seems to be OK now. Having to reconnect all of my network since I factory reset my router. It's been a fun morning

    @Plusnet You’ve reported that the outage is now resolved. But now my router is just flashing red! Still no internet and still unable to contact customer services. Help please.

    @Plusnet Let me unpack this message for you.... 1) "short while" - reports started around 1am, mine was not functional when I tried at 6:30am. Issue resolved some time after 9am. Definitely not my definition of a "short while".
