    @Plusnet No nothing , I saw that the outage was fixed but my phone is still not accepting incoming calls this is beyond a joke as I still can’t get in touch with the ICU , whst do you suggest ?

    @samjpullen @wildlime Yep, best option where I live. So much better than Vdsl. Only had one significant downtime in about 4 years. CS is **** but PlusNet were just as bad when I was with them. That being said, I'll ditch them as soon as full fibre gets to my house.

    @Plusnet Still heard nothing from you and still no phone service inbound to my mobile. 5 days now and this is very poor service

    After rubbish experience with @Plusnet . Glad to get email asking for reasons for leaving. Survey link dos not work. BRAVO @Plusnet for being consistently crap.

    @Plusnet I've only just moved over to Plusnet from years with Vodafone. Let's say it's not a great start to being with you. I required help on Thursday and not today.

    @Plusnet new broadband and it is terrible!Can’t connect any device upstairs as it can’t even find the internet, even downstairs the phone keeps disconnecting. Sonos won’t connect at all.Can I Cancel within 14days?

    @EE Hi Craig, thanks for your reply, it's more than I've had from Plusnet! I've already spoken to them twice and they said it would be fixed on Friday but it's still not sorted. I'll have to phone them again but their service status page says all OK which is clearly wrong 😡
