@Plusnet I am just being told by one of your representatives that the fact I cannot ask a question in the Plusnet forums - despite being a customer - is not an issue. Are you trying to hide that people have issues? I just want to ask other members a question and I cannot do it.

@Plusnet WORSE SERVICE EVER BEEEN WITH THEM OVER 6 YEARS NO ENGINEER TURNS UP NO CALL NOTHING INTERNET NOT WORK 4 WEEKS PROPERLY THEY SAY SHOW GOODWILL NOT CHARGE ME NEXT MONTHS BILL ! Cheek !! BEEN HUNG UP ON SEVERAL TIMES SO RUDE I have disability & suppose to have priority!

@Plusnet Thanks Tony, the divert is in place, the phone is completely dead although getting very limited broadband. Keeping my fingers crossed @OpenreachHelp manage to sort the problem soon. Hope its not been caused by the fibre vans working throughout the village :(

I think @Plusnet just cut us off, even though the Direct Debit details say 'active' and not had any contact with them about it bouncing, but I get ’No Service’ on the router. *sigh* So later today I'll have to phone them and wait hours to see what they’ve effed up. Oh joy.

@Plusnet Openreach had an error in their system which indicated could not get FTTP. This error has now been corrected and I want to get faster full fibre broadband as I need it for work. Problem is that I recently extended my contract with you as I thought speed was fastest (1/2)
