Mark Crowther (@MarkTWIC) reported@Owramgirl @bt_uk I'm considering Vodaphone if price is the main concern, Plusnet is also on that list. Zen if I decide to pay more for a company that seems more customer focused. All are cheaper than the best offer from BT.

Vicky Pulman (@Pulman_PR) reported@Plusnet My elderly mum has been with you for a number of years with absolutely shocking internet service & I now find she's paying £62 per month!!! Utterly unacceptable. We can't even watch a film. Speed test says sub 0.5mbps. Pls contact me to discuss remuneration & resolution
