Hi @Plusnet We've had poor and deteriorating wifi off our hub for a couple of days. Opened a ticket on Tuesday, but no response yet. What's the timescale for response to a fault ticket?

@TinSoldier1 If plusnet can't provide what you want, are you sure any one else can? It might indicate there's a problem/limitation with the line, or with the cabinet and that other providers would have the same issues?

@Plusnet S8, we're having intermittent dropouts the past few days. Followed troubleshooting and carried out speed test, but the link to report result doesn't work. Please advise. If issue persists we'd like to be released from contract due to service not as advertised.

@Plusnet This bear remembers when, even for ADSL, there were modem-only boxes, so he tends to be a bit more picky than some. These days, there is the connection to the internet (modem) in the same box as the local network management. I can confuse for Lancashire on the subject.

.@Plusnet Hi. A general question, if I may. As the WiFi provision from your company's Hub One is truly awful, and at times unusable, does this constitute a permissable reason to leave you mid-contract without penalty? Thx.
