@Plusnet very slow broadband speed today. Can you fix this?

  • BrimmellDen Den Brimmell 🇺🇦💙 The NHS (@BrimmellDen) reported

….on Friday I was told by @Plusnet that the problem would be fixed by 15:30 yesterday but,no joy. Today my mom phoned @Plusnet using my landline (our service is fine but we’re fibre optic) & was told that @WeAreOpenreach were doing “dig work” in the street to fix the problem….

  • thedavidhmiller David Miller (@thedavidhmiller) reported

@Plusnet Hi. We are meant to be joining plusnet, we haven't received our activation date but our broadband has stopped today. Can you help?

  • cha77577779 Andy Charles (@cha77577779) reported

@Plusnet Tell you what Sammy, I got a bit of a shock today. Got an email from Plusnet telling me my price plan was going up.... 9.35%!!! So Plusnet could increase by just CPI which is 3.9%, but choose to kneecap its customers with a further 5.45%. Not the best customer experience Sammy 🤮

@DoncasterTSS I contracted phone+ ISP for dad via @MSE_Deals with @Plusnet he's 82. He was offered a connection + hub+ installation (Given 3 optional dates) Now Tom at #PlusNet says dad has to self install and if we wants to cancel he has to phone. He's confused, disgusting.

  • Ampfreak2 Ampfreak (@Ampfreak2) reported

@Plusnet Hi. Have run into my credit cap. I have only had the sim a month, never used it and cancelled it over a week ago but now getting emails telling me I'm in my credit buffer. Phone queue is horrendous!!

  • BrimmellDen Den Brimmell 🇺🇦💙 The NHS (@BrimmellDen) reported

@Plusnet @Plusnet there’s STILL no landline or internet for my mom or several of her neighbours in spite of you telling me that the problem would be sorted by 15:30 yesterday (7/3/22)! I DM’d you again yesterday & today but had no reply. Is anyone awake there?! What is going on?😤

@Plusnet Ref cancel my contract Minibus 2004 This contract cancellation takes effect immediately and direct debit has been cancelled...DO NOT contact me

  • ianboothroyd Ian Boothroyd (@ianboothroyd) reported

@Plusnet Please ask the people in charge to be more open. 3.9% is a lot to add to bills on top of inflation, and it's reasonable for a customer to ask why. The 'approved statement' gives no 'rationale'. @Ofcom please note.

  • barryasbury barry asbury (@barryasbury) reported

@Plusnet I'm trying to cancel my contract with you but cannot log on
