    @heid_the_baw_ @virginmedia I chose plusnet because their customer service is good, never had much trouble been with them for years now after switching every couple of years

    Very sorry to hear the seamless plusnet transfer problems mirrored also in their use of company who are hosting emails, again peeps had no say - hope all goes well on Monday - Its a nightmare

    I know this won't be news to anyone... but @Plusnet are ******* ****. Stay a million miles away, whatever you do. The most useless customer "service" it's possible to imagine.

    I have been a loyal plusnet customer for a number of years. I received an EE router and a text to switchover to EE, without wishing too. I have followed the steps to switchover and encountering problems. My logins are not working for either provider, can you help? @Plusnet

    I actually should have called up @Plusnet aka BT sooner. Might have to cancel my direct debit... shocking way to treat a shareholder.

    @Plusnet in your handover to EE has been delayed bt By BT yet again still dithering. about getting router set up in house and EE states set up broadband early next week shambles ! Can I stay with plusnet and. Cancel EE as no confidence
