@Plusnet so I’ve been a customer since 2019 and I’m on still on the same router. I’ve renewed and asked if I could be sent a new router and got told no, I’d have to move onto a 24 month contract for more money to be entitled. Is this right!?

Hi @Plusnet - I had a fault on my line fir two days owing to an issue with the exchange. This meant no broadband for 3 days so will I get a refund for this? Thanks

Hello @Plusnet. What's happening with broadband in BN11? Down all day and no info. Openreach look like their not happy with people contacting them. What's the issue and do you have an indication of when it will be resolved?
