    @Plusnet "We're here to help from 8am-8pm every day" Called at 18:50 this evening and privilage to speak to a rude customer service operator who when asked to for the call to be escalated am told nobody was available as the call centre closed at 7pm and that his shift was ending

    @LeeJarvis10 If you only need broadband then I'd say Plusnet. Cheap as chips and have acclaimed service. I changed from BT to Plusnet in March, cost for identical service dropped from £78 to 29!

    It’s driving me insane at the moment trying to sort out my parents phone and internet - at a distance because they live 200 miles away. @Plusnet your customer service to two 81 year olds who don’t understand the tech is appalling.

    That’s not too bad, mine went from £102 to about £160. I said I’ll pay something like the same as I’m paying and they offered pennies off. Now save £102 less my broadband £24.99 on Plusnet. Haven’t missed it.
