@Plusnet (DM'd too.) No problem receiving emails from you; just impossible to reply to them, as you don't read emails to the address they're sent from. (Many companies are the same 🙁 - the worse ones _don't_ warn you _in_ those emails not to reply, and unfortunately PlusNet is one such.)

12: Will this 🧵 make a blind bit of difference? Absolutely not. Has it helped to let off a small amount of steam? Yes it has. To reiterate, the Plusnet advisors have been more than lovely, but they’re constrained by uncontactable suppliers, terrible processes and legacy systems.

  • QPRNORM Norm (@QPRNORM) reported

@Plusnet I’m always out James . I’ll give you guys another week to sort out my issue . I’ll have to escalate my issue with @ofcom if it hasn’t been resolved by then . Cheers

  • timporteruk Tim Porter (@timporteruk) reported

@DanWoodger Don’t get me started! They are the worst of the worst in a multitude of ways. I’ve been a Plusnet / Freeview customer ever since and would never go back to Virgin EVER! Best of luck getting out!

  • Ray60107381 Ray (@Ray60107381) reported

@Plusnet just signed a new contract and within a month Plusnet jack the price up. Well i’ll see out this contract then i’ll never use Plusnet again and, i will make sure the public via Social media are aware of this sharp practice!

@tattooedselkie @SkyUK Have used Plusnet for the last year or so. I tend to shop about and see who's offering cashback or discount vouchers. To be fair, the service has been reliable and speeds fine for streaming.

  • CotyHS2 Ian Moss (@CotyHS2) reported

And off again, @plusnet. Your service is bollox

  • AustinP39032121 Austin Powers (@AustinP39032121) reported

@Ofcom @Plusnet why are broadband and phone providers allowed to raise prices by £6+ a month after signing a new 18 month contract? It’s very unfair and terrible practice that need’s to be stopped

  • SeanBreddy Sean Breddy (@SeanBreddy) reported

Dammit @Plusnet! Just switched my broadband to you, didn’t realise your Hub Two won’t allow 10.0.0.X DHCP range, I either need to buy another router or re-IP my home network. Why lock it down? So frustrating. 🤬
