    @Plusnet Day 6 now of no internet. Open-reach dug up the pavement last Wednesday no internet since. We have contacted Open-reach and Plusnet. Told Tuesday is the earliest an engineer can come out. We do everything on line ,banking, health, paying bills etc etc. Communication with family and friends. We have no landline. Through no fault of our own no help from either Open Reach or Plusnet. Our neighbours have not been affected . I am using mobile data but I assume for security reasons I am unable to pay bills via my bank. To be without the internet for so long in this day and age is a serious customer failure and one that should be taken seriously by service providers.

    @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     @Plusnet any chance of resolving my issue. Your company took £22.99 for a new account from me. No account created and long wait times each time I ring getting passed to other teams. Over 40 mins so far. I simply want a refund.

    It's now been over a week without broadband and still no confirmed fix time. According to Plusnet, Openreach don't even work on problems over a weekend.Not good enough! @Plusnet @WeAreOpenreach

    @LessGrumpy @virginmedia Whenever I’ve had issues with Virgin it’s never been a UK call centre I’ve spoken to. Tend to avoid now but just left again after a couple of years of thankfully issue free broadband. Moved to PlusNet which is Openreach rebranded but far cheaper.

    @TackJompson @JamieGBarry I just cancelled. **** dancing with these pricks. Nearly same speed with Plusnet and their call centre is in the UK. Cheaper as well. Never going back to Virgin. They’re so bad I’m moving my O2 contracts when they expire as well.

    Warning to anyone thinking of switching to @EE - I’m switching to @plusnet on the same plan, £30 a month cheaper. Paid my final bill and an £86 exit fee on Friday. They cut me off the next day - six days b4 the switch. Still can’t get an explanation. Terrible service @EE

    @EE just moved from plusnet to EE today. Had to ring EE ( only minor issue ) and he couldn't have been more helpful . Credit where its due ! I spend my old retired age moaning about most places ! Well done EE. 👏 👏👏👏👏
