@Plusnet It's all fine now, I happened to be awake in the silly hours of the morning and found my link was down and via 4G couldn't ping my static IP, but it came back up without me having to do anything. And, removed the camelcase version of your name from my phone's autocorrupt!

Home from work. Factory reset the BT Smart hub, ran diagnostics, it says it's fine, internet unavailable. Ran the Plusnet diagnostic bot, it says the line's fine. Refreshed the connection. Done. Line is peachy it's your kit that's at fault. Did the router again. Still **** all.

@MartinSLewis Sky are the worst to haggle with! I spent an hour and a half haggling with Sky, and the best they could do was £15 on top of what we were originally paying! In January Sky wanted £150 a month!! No chance! Now with Plusnet, and paying £32 a month!! Much better speed too!!
