    @Plusnet Both the Mesh is over the wire and all those access points are slow Currently getting slow speeds again (half of advertised ). Had lots of issues with this line back a few months that took 3 engineer visits and seems to be following a similar pattern.

    @Plusnet I received my sim 2 days ago. Working fine the day it arrived. Yesterday my number was due to change over from my previous provider. I could only make calls yesterday and couldnt text or connect to the internet. Today I have no reception showing at all. Can you help?

    @Plusnet hi. I'm still being billed the wrong amount for my service. I got a refund for the first bill, but still got charged incorrectly on the following bill. I tried calling - the phone system is still busy. I replied to the message on my account, got no reply. Please help?🥺
