@JohnLewisRetail @JohnLewisRetail and @Plusnet Got to say #johnlewis broadband is the worst set up expierence I’ve ever had, avoid. Gave them details and ordered in Feb ahead of house move in March - Still have no internet a week into April - Avoid at all cost people. Low cost but poor service

@Plusnet @plusnethelp Haven’t ported my old landline over despite repeated requests to sales advisor & notes on acc. Came home from work to find internet cut off - no router delivery & activation date is 2 days away so amazing service there guys!

@plusnethelp Hi thank you for your reply. However a 'goodwill' gesture isn't really what we should get, our internet has been transferred to Plusnet for 5 days and we still don't have a router. We have someone who works from home here. We r paying for a service we don't have.

@firefly233 @bt_uk i have 72 on plusnet, i game, i stream i have multiple devices. i download movies daily... not an issue with the speed. i can get 300from tooli bit feel its a waste of money

@Plusnet - New customer with a "guaranteed" down speed of 59.6mbps but getting less than 20mbps. I find the service less than satisfactory. Having to repeatedly chase a solution with your CS team, get nowhere, and be warned of a potential £65 charge is unacceptable. #SortIt 🤬

@Plusnet any chance of sorting out my internet. Spent over 30 mins on phone yesterday told the problem was fixed but yet again no internet connection again today!
