Left them for that reason alone. Price isn't everything.

David Campbell (@djc22) reported@ThreeUK how much longer do I have to put up with a rubbish network while your engineers work on a mast??? My house runs on Wi-Fi. It now can’t! 6 years with plusnet without missing a beat, 3 months with you and everything falls apart. I can’t even get a signal in every room!

He’s had two episodes because of this now so you can imagine how I might be feeling… we are looking at cancelling and switching providers. Less than 20 minutes to go. It’s clearly not happening, again.

Paul Jermyn (@jermyn55) reported@Ofcom, you keep telling us to send scam messages to 7726 BUT what if the provider does not support this option i.e. @Plusnet so perhaps you should make it a requirement that all providers do allow its customers to do so ?

richard anderson (@_RAnderson) reported@plusnet I've had a 'why did you leave' email from you. The links in it are wrong - the email doesn't have a live link from "start the survey". And if I follow the 'Can't see this email" route it opens in a browser and the "start the survey" link still doesn't work.

thestoryofalovedlife (@ofalovedlife) reported@plusnet are the worst company we have ever dealt with. Our connection got cut off without us cancelling it and we have been charged over £200 cancellation fee. Why should we pay when we didn't want to cancel in the first place... Z

Kris Lord (@krislord) reported@Plusnet I got it sorted, issue was I was the order in which I did things. Changed eero first then plusnet hub and that connected. Apparently eero needed to still have internet access when enabling PPPoE mode.
