  @WeAreOpenreach @DCMS My Internet was working for less than a week, then I was disconnected. 1/ Why cannot Plusnet contact you, and ask if my internet is still active? 2/ Why can the public not contact you, to see if a Openreach team is in the area, and has disconnected people by mistake. (So they can fix their mistake there) 3/ Why can the public not contact you AT ALL! 4/ Why does the public have to wait 3 days for any problem that Openreach could have caused? Get a Systems Analyst in, (of which I am one), to find all the inadequate systems your managers are currently running! Because a 3 days wait for any problem, is something someone needs to get Fired for!

  @Danjsalt @SkyUK Their support got worse and worse over my last few years with them, and navigating their awful site or trying to contact a human is soul destroying. Honestly, find anyone else. Plusnet were a breath of fresh air by comparison.

  @Plusnet Hi I have received a request to return my broadband router. I am no longer a customer. I have followed the instructions to print a return label. Though I don't have a printer. I would love to return the router to be recycled. Please advise.

  @Matt_Q_OnX No, not all broadband suppliers support landlines numbers: PlusNet doesn't, for example.

  @EE Today’s the day when I’m being switched over to you from Plusnet. My internet service has indeed been switched off by Plusnet…but I’ve had no email from you about when and how to connect my new hub. Can you help?

  @MaxWolfeUK @Starlink Plusnet had few years ago, they kept putting the price up, ridiculous. At least I know with starlink I just done pay next month if I wish to cancel.

  As a customer, I really wouldn't recommend @Plusnet Been with them for years, no idea why. Internet speeds fall when contract is up for renewal, and not usually the speeds advertised anyway. I've been paying £35.99 a month for the slowest internet on the planet...
