@Jacdee2017 @Plusnet Had the same issue with this provider, @Plusnet they say one thing then do nothing. You have to badger them until they sort it out

@MatthewJRudd @KCOMcare Similar idea to the contact I made with @Plusnet when I was a customer. Their hold music was all Sheffield acts.
