    Oh dear...a bit worried that the latest case says 6 weeks until we have internet with PlusNet! I'm going to need to find a temporary solution. Any ideas? Some sort of dongle/router/mobile hotspot?

    @beecad101 @Plusnet A total joke!!! Day 9 worth no Internet a BT prioritising their own customers.... broadband tiredness off and IT issues mean we're still not connected....... I'm out a holy fortune and poor reception at home means I'm doing work or side local asda as I type. If you want to risk..

    @Plusnet youve just switched off b/band to my 80yo mother 9 days before we agreed. Now no internet, limited tv etc. Not acceptable & poor customer service!

    starting new services with new ISP. No one could say why & now it's clear it's thanks to @Plusnet for ******* up my broadband connection on the 10th & making my life hell trying to sort it out & in the end told the new ISP to shove it too after 3 weeks of **** all broadband 2/

    @DwyKev @virginmedia Their appalling customer service was the one thing that made me decide to stick with Plusnet rather than switch to them, despite a very attractive offer.

    Ahhhh @Plusnet Purveyors of the classic passive aggressive telephone advisor. Yep the one that doesn’t listen and then, when the customer gets frustrated and angry, decides to laugh at them. And all before he’s even accessed the correct account. You’re disgusting frankly.
