    @SuperScienceGrl I had Plusnet before I moved to cable (still have my 25 MB webspace! 🤪) and two family members are still on. No issues for any of us and the main factor was price (bang for buck).

    @Plusnet I have just checked my last bill and it’s more than I expected. Im on a £27.99 fixed price contract but have been charged £30.31 I’ve checked and there’s no extra charges- can you help!?

    @Plusnet . Another evening with intermittent broadband issues. What can I do about it? Getting boring having to ring up and speak to someone about it now.

    @Plusnet Phone answered eventually, but your website is appalling. Especially for a telecoms company! It's slow, clunky and poorly designed. You really should invest a few quid in sorting it out instead of those crappy adverts.

    @Plusnet I’ve got not HD Channels & no bt sports. I can’t get them back after having issues with the box, which is all sorted now but lost all the subscription services I pay for thanks.

    @Plusnet I need some help here. I have switched my Mum over to you. We paid the upfront on card and setup DD with 2 different accounts and apparently both instructions have failed and we don’t know why? Is it your end?

    @Plusnet I’ve now had to call you 3 or 4 times regarding my broadband that drops every time it rains. It’s ridiculous. Cant stream a film or play an online game at all! Clearly a fault somewhere letting something get wet or corroded! If you cant fix it I want out of the contract!
