@PDPhotoUK @Onestream_UK @Plusnet We went with BT in the end. She needed a line upgrade too and they didn’t charge for that. Easy to organise and they offer a pensioner benefits related service once they assess usage. 👍🏼

@plusnethelp - absolutely useless! I switched because BT was bad but OMG this bunch are even worse! Can't even get help because their offices are closed..... @Plusnet I'll be asking for my money back first thing in the morning

@teenagegma Baseline routers are poor, especially with a larger number of connections. I went Plusnet, fastest base speed for address, and then invested in a wifi mesh for the house. The Google Nest WiFi is brilliant for our big brick walls. I would recommend something similar.

@plusnethelp not your customer cancelled direct debit so you MORONS send me an email telling me to reinstate the direct debit whilst refusing to refund my money ! Don’t have to be thick to work for plusnet but it helps
