    Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

    @plusnet I can't see help on the website... Blue light is on my route, but my devices are unable to pick up the WiFi - not even showing as an option. All was fine yesterday so it can't be every single device 💭 what do you suggest?

    @Plusnet Think remaining customers just don’t want to be ripped off, told false promises and have poor managers with no customer service skills. Though, not your fault

    @Plusnet Here we go again! When i had a on going complaint, the broadband improved a bit, now dropped the complaint & broadband Useless again! & they want to sort it out their end out because that's where it's coming from, their control room!! 😡

    My @Plusnet account issues are never-ending, it seems. Due to a billing issue, a new account was created, but despite signing up to an 18mth fibre contract, my account is showing a monthly contract non-fibre contract!
