Edward Grefenstette (@egrefen) reported@Plusnet I tried replying to the open ticket and it says inbox full. Tried calling and over 10 minutes wait. Sorry but this is too bad a start so I'll just cancel my plan.

JaYmZ.exe (@JaYmZltd) reportedBroadband by @VodafoneUK is down again. 2nd time in just under 2 weeks *27th june before* Was a couple hours last time hopefully not the same today. Cant be fun for the engineers sorting this out if its an outside job! Should have stayed with @Plusnet.

Widge80 (@wendy4robbie) reported@Plusnet have restricted my service as payment hasn’t been made(despite setting up a DD!). I have tried to pay online several times but payment page is not working. I called 3 different numbers between 18:20 and 18:40 and been told their lines are closed and only open 8am-8pm?!

IMDANM (@IMDANM) reported@saltyy_savage Have a look at PlusNet, runs on the BT network without their awful pricing and terrible customer support (I’ll never use them again). Or look at one of the smaller fibre companies, I’m with a company called Squirrel and get 1GB up/down for £28 a month with no mid contract price increases.

Cliffy (@radagastcb) reported@ThreeUK I have been with Three for 20 years, currently have a unlimited Data plan. I was going to change from crap Plusnet to a 4g Internet as we have very fast 4g. I started to apply and the bloody questions you ask. I am retired. Stuff you I will stay where I am.
