Alan 🎃 Halloween Birthday 🎃 Macdonald #FBPE 💙 (@The_Bob_Parr) reported@supertanskiii I’ve got Plusnet, and the WiFi on the router is poor (I just had a survey from them & I rated the WiFi as poor). I have put a couple of TP-Link WiFi access points in my flat to get better coverage, all hanging off the network ports on the Plusnet router!
-
Kat Young (@KatYoung38) reported@Plusnet @YorkshireTea I keep having to reset my router could you please help
-
E (@monsieurijh) reported@supertanskiii BT business Hub6, does 2.4ghz and 5ghz....got mine off ebay after a year of extremely bad plusnet router performance, and WOW, noticeably better in every aspect...setup instructions on plusnet forum under BT business hub👍👍

🇪🇺Stevi - Carping still #JohnsonNotMyPM #3.5% (@steviweavi) reported@supertanskiii Surely first stop is ask Plusnet to send a new one. If its shite, connecting to something else that then connects to the router won't necessarily fix the problem
-
Graham Mitchell 💙🏴🇪🇺 (@arundir) reported@supertanskiii I'm with Plusnet, had a problem with original router they sent years ago, gave me a replacement which is working well.
-
Natasha Mulenga🇿🇲🇬🇧 (@SampaTasha) reported@Plusnet Curtis do you know how many times I've tried to have my connection fixed??? I'll DM you but I'm done and I'm making I'm official complaint.

zoe engstrom (@zoe_engstrom) reported@Plusnet we’ve been with you since May. I am absolutely gutted that we signed up to this shower of an internet service. My whole family keeps their WiFi switched off on their mobile phones because you are not providing us with the service we signed up for.
-
David Gibson (@dcag39) reported@supertanskiii If you have Fibre broadband you need a VDSL Modem router, log in to your plusnet account search in help for own router and it should tell you what details you need to put in your new router to connect to there network.
-
Jeff Povey (@jeffpovey) reported@supertanskiii You buy nothing - I have @Plusnet too - contact them & @plusnethelp and they will probably send you a new router. The new “Hub One” is good. May also help to get a couple of Wi-Fi extenders, which I did, connect the extender to Plusnet and then extender “re-broadcasts” the signal

zoe engstrom (@zoe_engstrom) reported@Plusnet my husband cannot work from gone because of the atrocious connection and speeds. I am making a complaint to OFCOM, and I would like to discuss early termination as you are not upholding your end of my contract.
