Dear @Plusnet. I was drawn by the bright lights and fast speeds of @virginmedia but I’ve barely started as a customer with them and I already have non-functioning TV and Broadband, and have twice received incorrect billing invoices from them!

Five weeks of no internet, 32 phone calls, countless emails, we were promised yesterday our internet would be switched on at midnight. @Plusnet have broken that promise AGAIN! You continuously blame @OpenreachHelp for not doing their job. Not sure what to believe!!

@Plusnet I am an existing customer and am now wondering whether to renew my contract with you. I've been offered a new deal but it's more expensive than what's advertised on the website. How come? Surely I should be able to access your best deals as a loyal existing customer.
