    @plusnethelp my activation date with plusnet was supposed to be 29.01.21 but I am still waiting for activation and its now 31.01.21, customer services only seem to want to help if they think your wanting to sign up, your helpline shows 7 days yet its closed sundays, poor service

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet Internet has been really bad since Friday, can't get through by phone, no reply via DM. Supposed to be at least 60 Mbps but only 6mbps! Not acceptable! Do not sign up to Plusnet!

    Appalling service from @Plusnet with regard to switching my elderly account to them - hub not turned up by switch day but more importantly there incoming calls have been switched off. Explained critical for carer teams and family to contact - customer service not interested

    @Plusnet morning . I left your broadband service about 2 years , only because I wasn't getting good coverage the router. If I apply to return to your brilliant service , do I apply as a new customer ?

    @LucyGoesDating @stefandz Also unless you want tv or a package from BT, plusnet are owned by them so you’ll be getting exactly the same service

    @audra_painter @Plusnet Don't go with them, broadband appaling, no customer service and no refund for lost service. Pull out while you can, they are crap.

    @domandcats @plusnethelp Cancel while you still can! Plusnet aren't worth wasting your time with, the strCustActivationDate error is absolutely indicative of the quality of the rest of their product. Best of luck getting a reply!
