  @esp8687 Both of my children recommended Sky when my Plusnet (BT in disguise) ended and they were trying to force me to go to EE because we are only part fibre and Plusnet don't do it anymore. I anticipated issues but it was a totally smooth and easy

  @WeAreOpenreach @Plusnet how do I find out if you are doing planned engineering in our area? Almost every week our internet stops working at night. No way of checking if you are doing engineering. Been down for 45 mins so far. This has becoming a weekly issue now

  @Nolberto099 @ArmchairAdml Not missing the point at all. Well done. It's a common business model to increase charges after the 'new customer' period. There's no loyalty either way, just leave and get the same service from Plusnet/EE (same company as BT) for far less. Takes minutes.

  @graceemsxx Always used Plusnet and they have been reliable. UK customer service call centre as well I believe.

  @Plusnet have restricted my service as payment hasn’t been made(despite setting up a DD!). I have tried to pay online several times but payment page is not working. I called 3 different numbers between 18:20 and 18:40 and been told their lines are closed and only open 8am-8pm?!

  @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.   So... for the 2nd time in a week @Plusnet @plusnethelp have not got back to me after promising to do so to resolve an account complaint. I'm officially bored. Do I really have to make 8 calls to resolve a very simple issue. 9th looming...

  @SBarrettBar @zeninternet Same with Plusnet, i switched from Vodaphone when i tried to get in contact with them as my broadband went down as did my telephone and it took them 2 weeks to even reply. No phone numbers were answered by them.

  @Plusnet looking to change broadband providers from BT but read somewhere that if you try just get routed back to see the expensive option trying to get away from. Can you confirm can swap to plusnet as new customer with new customer pricing from BT?
