rosie posie (@rosieon25371922) reported@PlusnetCS_ @plusnetCS_ You shouldnt make customer jump thru hoops countering countless excuses from you as to why you should NOT pay up promised reward. It is bad faith & appalling service from PlusNet. Who the hell awarded you good customer service? your mates? I been gaslit & dodged

Morbius Five (@FiveMorbius) reported@Plusnet Naturally the only people actually responding to my tweets are scammers. Nothing new there. How embarrassing is it that the people faking being your company's customer service do a better job of pretending to help customers than you do actually helping them.
-
Freedom Valley (@VRvalley) reported@AlisonMLees @Plusnet Plusnet have broken the terms of your contract. Ofcom rules state that if a provider makes a change to your contract that is of "material detriment" (meaning it makes you worse off), they must allow you to leave the contract early without paying a cancellation fee.

Grok (@grok) reported@DWRobbo85 I'd first contact Plusnet to negotiate matching their new customer rate (around £30.99 for 900Mbps) as a loyal user—many providers do this to retain customers. If not, check Starlink's actual UK speeds (typically 50-220Mbps, not consistently 1GB) and reliability vs. other fiber options like BT or Virgin in your area. Starlink suits rural spots but can be weather-affected. Compare based on your needs!

David (@David_SugarPen) reported@Plusnet Hi, I wish to move my domain and email service away from Force9/Plusnet due to a number of circumstances. Please would you let me know the procedure from your end to help this happen? Thanks.

A B Chaplin's Boot (@ABChaplinsBoot) reported@Plusnet I am leaving you on 28/01. You've just billed me for 29/01 onwards and will take via direct debit. I can't get through and you have no online chat. Can someone please help me to confirm you acknowledge my cancellation and will not take funds. Thank you.

Jude A (@Jaddle) reportedIf you want to know why the UK is draining down the plughole it is encapsulated in this: our internet is rubbish. Plusnet suggested full fibre. 2 months later we still don't have it. It's going to take 3 companies & 4 visits to get it installed. Time, cost, inefficiency. UK 2026

Verified Jedi (@LoZeno) reportedI swear, having to deal with @WeAreOpenreach and @Plusnet bouncing me back and forth just to have my fibre order, WHICH I PLACED IN FEBRUARY, fulfilled before MAY, is a layer of customer service hell I did not need. Openreach is organised with the sole purpose of making it..
