    @ianward2000 @ms__care Thank you but I have a feeling that this is a scam . Look at their page 0 followers and they ask for WhatsApp details . I almost fell for it over my issue with Plusnet , they get very aggressive when you don’t give them your bank details

    @Seanfrank Many thanks. I have WiFi calling with Plusnet ( the £44.did include a phone line ) so now also looking for VoIP provider. Problem there is I will need a UPS as no method of contact with 999 if power is down. Hoping Starlink supports WiFi calling?

    @Owramgirl @bt_uk I'm considering Vodaphone if price is the main concern, Plusnet is also on that list. Zen if I decide to pay more for a company that seems more customer focused. All are cheaper than the best offer from BT.

    @Plusnet - I am trying to contact you. I went to your website, it said to message you here. I messaged you here, your message service told me to go to your website. My phone is broken and my internet has been cut - I am unable to get hold of you. Please check your messages
