Jude A (@Jaddle) reportedIf you want to know why the UK is draining down the plughole it is encapsulated in this: our internet is rubbish. Plusnet suggested full fibre. 2 months later we still don't have it. It's going to take 3 companies & 4 visits to get it installed. Time, cost, inefficiency. UK 2026

David (@David_SugarPen) reported@Plusnet Hi, I wish to move my domain and email service away from Force9/Plusnet due to a number of circumstances. Please would you let me know the procedure from your end to help this happen? Thanks.

Alyssa Jade C (@AlyssaJade7274) reported@WeAreOpenreach @Plusnet how do I find out if you are doing planned engineering in our area? Almost every week our internet stops working at night. No way of checking if you are doing engineering. Been down for 45 mins so far. This has becoming a weekly issue now

Hazzy (@HazzyG123) reported@Plusnet My service is activated, it was sorted Tuesday this week.

Flower Pot (@FlowerP79667758) reported@Plusnet Day 6 now of no internet. Open-reach dug up the pavement last Wednesday no internet since. We have contacted Open-reach and Plusnet. Told Tuesday is the earliest an engineer can come out. We do everything on line ,banking, health, paying bills etc etc. Communication with family and friends. We have no landline. Through no fault of our own no help from either Open Reach or Plusnet. Our neighbours have not been affected . I am using mobile data but I assume for security reasons I am unable to pay bills via my bank. To be without the internet for so long in this day and age is a serious customer failure and one that should be taken seriously by service providers.

Hamish (@Hamish88205796) reported@DerylLynn @Plusnet Don't **** about. Slap a claim for £1,000 +costs in via MCOL. They'll happily settle out of court for £500 or more + costs and repair it.

Steve 'beyond the bounds of respectability' (@Stever_wales) reported@Plusnet i am unable to reach you on your number 03301239123 from abroad. all other UK numbers I have called tonight have been fine, so I know its not network issue my side. every one of your social media channels I try to engage with, tells me to call the number. you need to improve your AI BOT responses, or at least get the customers complaint read.

Coltan 🏴☠️🇦🇺🇬🇧🇺🇸 (@ColRFX) reportedWhen you're on hold, the plusnet message says we can contact you online - How? All the contact options I can find just lead to community, call, sign language... Is there some way to message plusnet support?

Mark Crowther (@MarkTWIC) reported@Owramgirl @bt_uk I'm considering Vodaphone if price is the main concern, Plusnet is also on that list. Zen if I decide to pay more for a company that seems more customer focused. All are cheaper than the best offer from BT.
