    @Plusnet we have no internet and you have turned your phones off with no update left for customers!! You could at least tell us if you have a country wide issue.

    @Plusnet are you having problems with the Internet connection in the South Yorkshire area? Can't get online even though the light on my router is blue (hub 1)

    @Plusnet Connection died at 6.00pm. Router was showing orange error light. Now showing blue, but no Internet broadcasting. Any help with a fix? Is it widespread?
