    @Plusnet I am having an ongoing issue where I am viewing emails on my iPhone but every time I try to read a new one I have to change between the normal PN network and the 5ghz each time for them to open. Any ideas or fixes please?

    @Plusnet any service issues haven’t had signal at home for past two days not good enough not been informed of issues and without service for so long disappointed choice joining Plusnet

    @Plusnet Everything was fine on the webmail for PN messages. I deleted network setting and started again, rebooted the phone and for the first few emails it’s fine then it goes again. It works fine on 4g, it’s just on WiFi.
