@Plusnet absolute disaster of a connection, router is useless regardless of the 37 mbps we’re supposed to get. Useless if you can’t actually use it without devices struggling to connect. Only solution apparently is to pay to upgrade and sign a new contact, what a joke.

  • Claire832022 Claire (@Claire832022) reported

@Plusnet I rang to cancel and after I went through all the options to select I was cut off. How else can I do this

  • KatNyc1 Kat Nycoll (@KatNyc1) reported

@timralph30 @Towerbridge69 @ShellEnergyHome Don’t go to John Lewis broadband. I had no service for first week -left May 2021 still haven’t been refunded for 2 months they charged me after contract ended despite dozens of calls. It is nothing to do with John Lewis so not John Lewis normal customer service. It is plusnet

@FHawksworth @david__s Plusnet were based across the road from where I worked in Sheffield so used to meet a few of their tech bods in the rub-a-dub-boozer on a Friday evening... Seeking advice, I was told to stick with BT... (Brilliant employer by all accounts but that didn't help me at the time.)

  • AlitheaP Alithea (@AlitheaP) reported

Ahah! Plusnet are sending an Open Reach engineer to reconnect us on Tuesday and it's going to cost a measley £25 because we don't have fibre here yet. Just a tad different customer service to ruddy Virgin!

@Plusnet Good Afternoon, my router is unable to connect through to the internet, I tried rebooting and restarting. Is there an outage? it seems to have been occurring since this morning. Thanks.

My @Plusnet broadband has gone 😢 anyone else having issues at all? Also weird as my Sky Mobile 4G is awful as well, double whammy!

  • HellFpl FPL_Hell (@HellFpl) reported

@Plusnet This simply isn’t true. Plusnet failed to send an engineer when they were meant to. When I chased it up I gad no luck. Tweeted and an Emma asked me to DM her so I did. And guess what? No reply. Worse customer service I’ve encountered in my entire life. And I’m 42.

@EE any good deals on broadband for existing mobile phone customers? @Plusnet are a joke and keep letting us down
