@Plusnet I'm replying here to give a heads up to any prospective future victims of plusnet's "award winning customer service". After 3 months of dropping the ball and 6+ no shows (today included), I've now cancelled the order. #scamnet, go f yourselves🖕

  • FIibbertygibbet Robyn Alexandra Starr (@FIibbertygibbet) reported

@Plusnet trying to get through to customer service all day long and so far unable to even get through as I keep getting cut off as i queue, any suggestions?

  • KatTrimble Kat J Trimble (@KatTrimble) reported

When you're stuck with a mobile supplier whose site and comms are staggeringly, woefully bad. Plusnet - get your act together!

  • Documark Mark Hirst (@Documark) reported

The @Plusnet advisor has said nothing they can do and service likely to get worse as more people sign up! Worse than 0.36mbps upload?! His attitude less than supportive or helpful. Have terminated service and will get a sim only, hotspot, unlimited deal instead at 1/2 the price.

@jak_richards Hi there James, sure and sorry to see there's a problem with that. Can you get back to us on a DM with your mobile number please? Sorry for the delayed response by the way, we've been much busier than expected. - Adam - Plusnet Sheffield

  • siomhaithmhic Irene M (@siomhaithmhic) reported

@Plusnet why is the mobile signal so bad at G69 postcode? Only H at best. This is in a major city with no obstructions. Has been like this for over a week. Is there an issue with the mast?

  • TraceyAmass Tracey Amass 💙 (@TraceyAmass) reported

@Plusnet it is a joke that I can’t report an internet outage after 19.30. That is very poor customer care

  • MaryFurlong10 Mary Furlong (@MaryFurlong10) reported

@Plusnet have you got service issues with landlines in the LE5 area as trying to contact my vulnerable mother and can’t get through (unfortunately not in the area to go check on her ) or please respond .

  • YawningLyon David Lyon (@YawningLyon) reported

@Documark @Plusnet @OpenreachHelp It's worth testing it with a couple of devices, including at least one smart phone. Also test the wired connection speed, as that's what Openreach are responsible for. Wifi connectivity is down to the customer's router.

  • LawOfProtest Michael Hamilton (@LawOfProtest) reported

@l_n0te @Plusnet The only way I could get to speak to anyone was to select the "If you're thinking if leaving us ..." option. But he couldn't help because apparently there's no-one in the Broadband support team today as it's a Bank Holiday.
