    @onebtwocs Maybe if you got a better deal they would match it, or you say you're gonna leave they may move a bit on price... plusnet seems like a good price, but I've never used them tbh.

    @GuideTwit @Plusnet You are not alone. There are a few people in the same boat. All I know have left their service due to them not living up to their promises.

    @deetsy Had terrible problems with EE internet, they wouldn't believe that we couldn't get online because we could use the phone. Many hours wasted on the call centre. Switched to Plusnet and haven't looked back. The adverts are right, really good customer service.

    @plusnethelp Hi, my 96 year old Nan has just moved to Plusnet.spoke to guy on Saturday who is sending new router as he said hers might be the connection problem. She's since been charged for it which is a bit cheeky as since swapping to you She's had no service
