    Why is internet down again in TS17 5LS. Supposed to be superfast @Plusnet but having nothing but problems with outages! Be helpful if they let customers know the problems are rather than wait till we contact them and they say all is fine! #noconnection #nocustomerservice

    @Plusnet Let all of X see how transparent Plusnet's facade of good customer service is. Asking me to call a number that does not help me and just gaslights me / lies to me each time is NOT the solution. Plusnet honouring its promises IS. Plusnet cannot be trusted and abuses its clients.

    Anyone else experiencing terrible customer service from Plusnet? I was under the impression that they were one of the better broadband companies but obviously I was wrong having left my 84 year old mother with no connection for almost a week. @Plusnet

    @CHR15_MTB @ben_benjamin3 @virginmedia i had the exact same issue with Sky, couldnt match the offers being advertised elsewhere, i cancelled and also went over to plusnet.

    @Plusnet I have had two calls from you - both have been silent when I've answered. Try getting a decent phone system for your customer support

    @LordoftheSplash I have told them that they can no longer access the neighbours just action bad as it is on my property . Also today I have spent hours informing people of my new email address . As I have Starlink I was only using Plusnet for landline and email address anyway
