    @AlisonMLees @Plusnet Even though the service is free for the next two years, the fact that a fee is being introduced at all for a service that was previously "included" constitutes a change in the long-term value of the contract you signed.

    @Plusnet I am a customer of yours. Is there any way to send you a message? Your phone wait time is 20mins at the moment. We will be moving house in 3 or 4 months but we want to upgrade our service now.
