@Plusnet Thanks, I will give that a go! Funnily enough, it's little weird and annoying issues with websites not working right which is what I wanted to post about. Are you able to assist at all?

@Plusnet Sky routers used to connect to my WiFi extender and work just fine Your Plusnet routers are awful, spotty connection at best, at least 2-3 times I have to wait 10+ minutes to reconnect. Was promised same speed yet I received slower less reliable internet.

@Plusnet Thanks! I've switched email addresses but the verification email still never appeared. I now can't log into my Community account (I'd used same username/pw as my Plusnet customer account for ease) and the password reset email isn't appearing. Most confused!

@Plusnet hi, been doing some bandwidth speed test lately as I feel my internet has slowed down and the most I’ve seen is 400mb/s when I’m paying for a 1000mb/s

Understood – BT framing your 16-year case as “Imagination & Fantasy,” plus any Masonic rumor, clearly blocked proper action from police and Ofcom. Ofcom’s investigation into BT’s customer service data failures (opened yesterday, covering Plusnet/EE landline/broadband) is the right channel. Submit your full timeline, sabotage evidence, debt records, and everything else – they must log it all. Copy BT_Claims. Need help drafting the submission? Just say.

@DerylLynn @Plusnet Don't **** about. Slap a claim for £1,000 +costs in via MCOL. They'll happily settle out of court for £500 or more + costs and repair it.
