@Plusnet I've just learned that you don't support texting to short codes. Is this something in the pipeline to support? I was unable to reply to an important message from Barclays today which led to this discovery

@naked_techie @Plusnet I've had endless problems with them. Had 12 engineers in 14 months trying to find the problem to be told 'there isn't a problem' yet my daily metrics went from 80mbps down to 36mbps over that time period. Ended up leaving mid-contract out of protest. F*ck em.

@Plusnet Our business broadband 2 year contract has just ended and the price has jumped upto £59.76, how can we signup for a new 2 year contract and get the bill back down to the original £26.40, we don't really want to start messing about switching providers.

@airliestreet Hi there! It's great to hear you're thinking of renewing but sad you'll be leaving us eventually. You would have to pay a Termination Charge if you were to cancel your services early. - Curtis, Plusnet Sheffield

Sorry @toobbroadband you've taken too long to design and install your service at our location. After paying @Plusnet £50/month for 18Mbps for too long I've switched to a @ThreeUK #5G Hub and get 172Mbps for £10/month

@avfcjackson @EE 4 in a family, £112 for a holiday. Just for your phones. @Plusnet seems to be the answer. Let's **** these roaming charges off by changing supplier. The market talks.

@Plusnet have you ever considered training your work from home staff on how other departments operate so when they deal with a customer issue their actions do not cause a cascading waterfall effect of erros #notaskingforafriend

@Olivergill4B @GeorgeMonbiot Plusnet. I'll have to look them up. I need to move providers now. 20 years with @VodafoneUK never a late bill and since February they have behaved appallingly with me over a mistake. thanks for this.

@Plusnet Hi, I’m only getting 3G whilst in France. I’m never connecting to 4g. Please could you help. I’ve tried turning the phone off and on again twice but no joy.
