    @bt_uk Eventually, after 40 minutes on the phone. 3 times I had to call BT. You need to fix your systems. BT were wholly to blame. Plusnet here I come.

    @_JosephRoberto It’s not Lancashire’s stream, it’s Yorkshire’s. Apparently they have wifi problems at Headingley, not a good advert for Plusnet!

    @Plusnet not to be a pain but i work from home where my calls are done over the Internet, i call people to check on them + help with calling ambulances, i NEED stable wifi can i have an update + engineer appointment

    @ItsMadJohn @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Can't catch a break mate. I'm moving over to Plusnet on 23rd. Ain't gonna fix the problem I've had for 6 years though as its still BT's infastructre :(

    @FrPsiChi @Plusnet I get that they don't currently support it, the question is whether they will by the time that the signal boxes are deactivated at the end of June.
