  • scanfer Simon Canfer #ItsAllADistraction (@scanfer) reported

@TeslaInTheUK @xtras3xyvehicle Virgin have been awful for service. We had their fibre and it was slow. Moved to Plusnet, faster and less than half the price!

  • l44ryc L C (@l44ryc) reported

@Plusnet can't even raise a complaint properly as once I cancel, you delete the ticket and don't pass my complaint to the complaints team... Pointless and **** service

  • _tienan Ruth Tien An Whittle (@_tienan) reported

It's actually impossible to @ @Plusnet @plusnethelp to complain about their **** Internet. The tweet somehow does not show up on your public time line??

  • L74JR Miss R 💙 (@L74JR) reported

@Teacherglitter I would avoid Plusnet and go with absolutely anyone else at all tbh. My service drops out constantly and they can't find out why, despite sending engineers & replacing routers. I'm stuck paying full price for their sh!t service til June.

@virginmedia Postcode UB31QN and have 350 mbps line feels like 20mbps. Your status area check says no issues, but advisor admits there are!!! Neighbours 60 mbps Plusnet is actually faster than yours. Can you please investigate...area ref: 14

@Plusnet is absolutely no debate the most embarrassing, worst internet provider available in 2021. Whoever is considering them, please I’m begging, don’t. How can my internet be turning itself off every 15 minutes? If I had enough characters, they’d be in the mud like their wifi.

  • GazzaTHFC Gary (@GazzaTHFC) reported

@Westmore1970 @Plusnet If you’re switching, just don’t go with TalkTalk... we had what looks like the exact same problem, even with their replacement “SUPERFAST WIFI ROUTER” which was honestly aids.

  • Green_AJ AJ Green (@Green_AJ) reported from Kensington, England

@Plusnet I’ve had three network dropouts in the past two days. You forced me to sign up to a new contract to get this fixed saying this wouldn’t happen. What is going on??????

  • drwhofreak Marion Cromb (@drwhofreak) reported

Just a thought but maybe @plusnet shouldn't activate & port numbers to new SIMs before the customers have even recieved them, leaving them without mobile service for days, especially when the postal service has been disrupted due to a pandemic 😑

  • bassanoclapper BassanoClapper (@bassanoclapper) reported

@lukehmuse Used to have really bad customer service but that may well have changed. I still hear good things about PlusNet I’m also with VM and find you have to go through the conversation with Retentions, threaten to quit and they give you a near-new customer deal for 18 months
