    If anyone on twitter is thinking about going with Plusnet for the internet, don't bother... it's great the first six months, then the signal is rubbish, and just to rub salt in, they increase their prices for a service that you don't receive...

    Hey @Plusnet , re. your "award winning customer service". Just called your customer support to be told I'm not even in a q and please call back later. In the meantime I'm overseas and stuck with no data.

    @Plusnet do you do a WiFi set up service for the elderly? My grandpa's received his new router and has no idea what to do with it? We're a bit far away to do this for him.
