    @Plusnet When it was installed (as a brand new line) by bt it always had interference. They said it was a problem with the distribution box. That it had been fixed. Some days it is crystal clear. Some days it is not. It was installed not long before I signed the initial Contract

    @Plusnet Having trouble getting phone/Internet working. Tried week to get Plusnet to sort it out. Started contract last week, engineer called last Friday (open reach). No phone or Internet yet. Waited in 3 days for someone to arrive,after being told an engineer will call.

    @Now_Being_Laura @OpenreachHelp @TalkTalk honestly I've found trying to deal with phone or broadband issues so frustrating, no matter the company well apart from Plusnet, who were always great to deal with issues 1/2
