    @vpeanuts @SkyUK I found Sky utterly hopeless when I was with them (if you can, I'd move to Plusnet where almost everything has been sorted as soon as issues arise)

    @Shotsblog @vpeanuts @SkyUK They have been so good since I switched to them. We have had problems thanks to Openreach, but Plusnet themselves have been great at helping to resolve all of these. Would highly reccomend them.

    @secretspartacus Hi there, I'm sorry you've had a few issues getting a response from us we've been a tad chocka as of recently. We aren't looking at doing a social tariff I'm afraid.     @Plusnet Id rather be updated via here, that way its in the open. We also had a busy schedule, trying to run a business,we could not take any payments, once again. You said in your email that the “engineer had fixed the problem” it must be someone else's problem. Ours has not been fixed

    @Plusnet travelling in Brazil and cannot cancel my smartcap so am stuck with having to use free WiFis. Your help line number to call from abroad doesn't work. It's negatively impacting my trip! WHY isn't there a cancel option online? NOT GOOD AT ALL!

    @Plusnet You told Me You would contact Me today and update Me on the problems I was having with Plusnet. This is the third time I have had to chase You up. Shocking service!

    @virginmedia I actually don't know, sorry - I just know I'm still paying for it and am on contract so can't leave without paying a massive disconnection charge (£273 approx, I seem to recall). The new buyers of my previous address have installed Plusnet so they're not using my service.
