    @Plusnet service status says email problem is resolved but not a thing has changed for me. No emails received for over a week through Plusnet webmail or Thunderbird Mozilla. Will I ever receive anymore emails? Over 20 job applications and I haven't a clue where I am with them😡

    @Plusnet At last! What compensation for 7 days lack of email facility? None at all. Is that how you treat you customers now? What about your proud boast "That'll do!" NO IT FLIPPING WILL NOT DO! I am checking terms and conditions about breach of contract having only recently renewed

    @HelloFromMarcus @Plusnet I had an issue with my landline phone going over to broadband and the guy at BT got it quickly sorted and couldn't have been nicer.
