@mbga_uk I use PlusNet. They're probably no better or worse than any other, but their call centre and support is excellent, especially on their mobile phone side. I'll be sticking with them.

@Plusnet Due to the overall economy & rises in the cost of utilities I am no longer able to find funding for Tel/Bband.... Can you make the necessary arrangements to permanently disconnect my service on our contract end date of 2nd February 2023

@Plusnet Thanks. I just don't understand how 4 engineers have been sent out to me now and none of them have spotted this issue? Was also meant to receive a call from a manager about this ongoing issue - that hasn't happened either!

@bt_uk I have done, yes - thank you, Catherine. But not with BT or Plusnet, because the offboarding process from John Lewis BB has been handled so poorly and been such a pain in the backside, it would suggest that I would have similar issues in future should anything else go wrong.

@tourofshame Hey JG, I'm afraid that we don't support short code text messages, which is why these will have failed. I apologise for any inconvenience that this might have caused. -AJ, Plusnet Sheffield

Yesterday I was told that as it's their error I won't be charged the monthly fee from John Lewis (I'm pretty sure I've already been charged by plusnet for this month) but today the YOU'RE OUT OF CONTRACT sized bill turned up in my email. Aren't other people's mistakes fun to fix

@Plusnet Yesterday myself and my partner (both plusnet mobile) had no signal between ~9am-5pm. Today the signal has just dropped again. Is there a known fault in BS24 postcode?

@gentlebite_ @Asuthe1 @itsBeeChu Out of that list I would go BT/Sky. Both are ultimately **** to deal with, but tbh all of them are. From experience Vodaphone/Plusnet have more outages. Virgin will just lie to you on the phone. BT from personal experience is the more consistent option as sky dropped out alot
