    @Plusnet I have a fault with my email account. After changing my password a few days ago, I have been unable to send emails from webmail, my laptop or my iPad. Incoming mail works ok on all three. Can you help please?

    @Plusnet You sent me an email on Saturday telling me my contract was due for renewal next month. It had a link to make a new contract at the same price as new customers. That link doesn't work. Call centre closed over wkd. I work 8-8. Can I get a working link please?

    @Plusnet I really can't bothered. 12 hour shift in a vax centre makes you feel that. I'm happy with the service I have. But I am not going to pay double for it when you openly admit you give new customers a better price. And I really am not calling up on break time.
