Been with Plusnet for 3 days and the Internet has gone down more than it did in 18 months with Sky 🙄 Still, at least its saving me from watching Hearts so silver linings.

@xandvt Zen Internet Every Room is excellent, as is their broadband service. With BT & Plusnet I suffered internet dropout too often. Service 100% from Zen. I run Every Room in a largish 1930's 4 bedroom detached with their router and one extender and I have no wi-fi black spots.

@Plusnet my monthly rental has been £23.99 for months; i have just noticed my Feb bill went upto £29.35, then March's bill has come out as £36.52. What has changed? why am i paying over £12 a month more for the same service, with no correspondence from yourselves? regards

It's official, I hate @Plusnet! I don't believe they have fully lifted the restrictions on my WiFi, because I can't watch what I want on demand! In fact, I can't watch ANYTHING on demand! I think it's time I look for a provider that takes responsibility for their errors, and

@Plusnet @plusnethelp this morning my router is just showing a orange flashing light. Have reset it, and turned it off at the wall and left it, but every time it comes back orange light. Any suggestions? Postcode is BH17 8AE if that helps with issues
