Big Dave (@bigdavesnokia) reported@ArmchairAdml Got my mum Plusnet full fibre 145 package for 25 quid (existing customer 2Y contract) and 1p mobile 1000 mins and 10gb data for £7.20 recently (no contract). She's 82 and makes most of her calls on WhatsApp and telegram nowadays anyway. Did have to do away with the landline tho.

There's no loyalty either way, just leave and get the same service from Plusnet/EE (same company as BT) for far less. Takes minutes.

Kirsty@Quarriers (@Kirstyelsevfit) reportedAbsolutely ridiculous, actually non existent service from Plusnet. They pride themselves on their customer service but they cant provide the actual wifi service! Dont have any solutions and are only friendly when they can solve the problem.

Only found out that broadband has gone up - have really a bad rural service too - & they are charging £4/mo for a land line that I dont use. Got a better £20 deal from plusnet - called BT and told them to match it or I’m leaving - they matched it (nearly) 👍
