    @Plusnet 30days no broadband, 3 engineer no shows, several people saying they are taking personal responsibility. Lastest support ticket 222045303 says linefault. How, perfectly fine before you took over. Don’t ask me to DM anybody. Just get it sorted. I would be embarrassed.

    @keldaaa I’m with plusnet been with them for years great service and under £30 a month. Also there is now Zoom that lm told is a good one fibre broadband also under £30

    @Plusnet Why are there issues with landline? No dialling tone. Has been suggested something to do with VOIP. First we’ve heard of it!

    @Plusnet I've had an email saying my home phone service is active, does that also mean the broadband service shpuld be live as well?
