    @Plusnet is there a problem with broadband in Preston ? My router keeps going off. It’s the 3rd router I’ve had. Connection is really patchy nowadays. Please advise, thank you

    @nikkiwba It is a standard product now called SoGea, Broadband needs a phone line (unless full fibre) but this product doesnt actually activate the number part. All providers should do this product. Plusnet do the best deals and have decent customer service even though they are BT!!!

    @Plusnet Just been plunged into a blackout in the West Midlands; Cannot reconnect to broadband on my router and It keeps flashing the broadband light on my router

    @MoneySavingExp Contacted @plusnet today to query my bill. Didn't have to wait long on the phone. It was great to speak to a real friendly person who sorted my problem straight away. I was due a refund no quibble completed straight away. Fab experience.

    @Plusnet THE WORST MOBILE NETWORK SO FAR, EVEN WORSE THAN o2! Why wont you cancel my account? Why after 3 months of cancelling and i still getting bills! #Useless
