@Plusnet 6 months of terrible business bb & of all the csr’s I spoke to only 1 was helpful. She deserves a raise! Technician turned up and said the equipment was faulty and I should be compensated. Called your rep to complain and like the other useless ones, no help. Plz help

  • Failandblue Derek Kilgallon (@Failandblue) reported

@PaulRomaines @Plusnet Yes but never consistent it switches between 15 & 30 every few seconds. But they guarantee 30.

  • Danjsalt Dan Salt (@Danjsalt) reported

@RobFZS @virginmedia I am sick of it I think I might go back to ADSL - I never had issues like this with Plusnet

@easyjail @Plusnet I was scared to say anything sarcastic to her about her mistake She’s Ginger so I have to keep my mouth shut You can never win an argument with a Ginger 🥕

@bash183 @virginmedia You'll find internet provider routers/hubs are terrible for reliability and performance. I've had 3 from PlusNet over a 2 year period, gave up in the end and bought a Google Nest Router. No issues since

  • whyndham Matt Whyndham (@whyndham) reported

@pollymackenzie As for subbing the WiFi hub, again this is easy. Might need to write a few numbers down from setup page of existing one, and copy them over, but probably all auto these days. Strictly speaking routers and hubs are different but often in one box. I have a Plusnet 2-box setup.

  • Minefreak023 Minefreak (@Minefreak023) reported

Plusnet customer service is terrible messages from 6-7 months ago left unanswered on-top of terrible and inconsistent connection speed. @plusnethelp

  • theheadofabroom Alistair Broomhead (@theheadofabroom) reported

@WiteWulf @Samathy_Barratt @spazhammer As someone running a Plusnet router with the standard software, I get 60-80Mbps so unless it's a bad unit, I doubt it's the hardware. Possibly the OpenWRT software isn't as efficient though and the CPU can't keep up?

  • easyjail Easyjail.co.uk (@easyjail) reported

Having a few WiFi issues at present but can honestly say the support from @Plusnet today was 1st Class.
