@MillieWiller If you’re going with BT, try Plusnet, it’s a BT company, but often a lot cheaper, plusnet always top of the customer service surveys too.

  • JasonCantrill Jason Cantrill (@JasonCantrill) reported

@Plusnet The service from you is appalling. To wait more than a week for a new router is unacceptable. Customer services have lied and we have been fobbed off on nervous occasions. I recommend to those that they find another provider.

@Plusnet Hi. Poor broadband service and technical help needed. No joy with online chat or phone line.

  • johnhart389 John Hart (@johnhart389) reported

@Plusnet So I am still unclear about the upcoming changes to Plusnet TV - I have the package as shown in the image - what changes will occur? Furthermore, the main problem I have with Plusnet is not being able to contact other than on phone which I hate!

  • andy17467869 andy (@andy17467869) reported

@Plusnet a manager was supposed to ring me at 2pm today is this the way to treat customers

  • olorinhenderson Olorin Henderson (@olorinhenderson) reported

@Plusnet Sorry, you misunderstood. I wasn't asking, I was stating. This _is_ how you're delivering your service. At a stretch I can only foresee this helping the cheapest, nastiest modems with no packet scheduling whatsoever. To everyone else, it's a hindrance.

@ActivePatriotUK I pay about 40 quid a month for plusnet wifi which is uselessly slow. And these scum are complaining about getting FREE wifi, food, roof over their heads and spending money. Talk about biting the hand that gives you free cruelty guaranteed halal food.
