Funny, or Useless?!

Donile📈 (@donile69) reported@Plusnet recently switched from sky broadband to plusnet and its fine in terms of watching stuff and general internet connection but when I’m trying to play an online game on the ps5 it’s terrible. Constant lag and rubber banding which was never there when we had sky. Why?
