    @Plusnet So disappointed today. No working Internet, thrown off the phone line without being able to speak to anyone, and text support which was supposed to give me a call within 30 minutes doing absolutely nothing. I moved to PlusNet for the customer service, just disappointed.

    @plusnet customer services says too busy to connect call and disconnects. Meanwhile a home worker (me) is disconnected from the internet #plusnet

    Hey @Plusnet! My broadband has been down for over an hour now! What's happening? Blue light on the router but no Internet connection or landline. Not great when working from home 😕
