    Hi, I’ve had Plusnet for about 4 months and despite my calls to you have no service outside my living room where my router is, this is awful and we have to use our own data indoors. Can you help please

    @AvonandsomerRob @TheTwatRises I'm with plusnet. No end of problems at the start. Advised to dump the cheap modem they give out and buy a decent one for about £100. No problems at all since. Suspect it's the same with other providers.

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp I'm not getting emails delivered to my desktop client and when I log into webmail I just get this error: ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server. Query: LSUB "" "*" Is there a problem?
