    @Plusnet is there an issue on your end at the moment? Our internet has been very poor, dropping out and we have had to troubleshoot 5x yesterday and today. It is very laggy and impossible to use for WFH. Thank you

    @Plusnet broadband just failed to my home tonight whilst watchingYouTube. Phone works fine, no change to the system but router says no service from plusnet. All cables are fine. No customer support and I need internet to work from home! SW2 area!

    @Tonysmini @Plusnet I don't have an alarm. I can't say I've ever noticed another socket around the loft. I've not had this problem before with other providers.

    @Plusnet Can someone pls contact me regarding my inability suddenly to send emails using Outlook or emclient. I can rcve but not send. Looking at internet, a lot of people have had this problem. I use onetel through Plusnet. Worked over 2 years. Now doesn't. Told I shouldn't be..
