@Plusnet I am leaving Plusnet tomorrow after years! I phoned Customer Services to ask to retain my emails temporarily until the changeover is sorted out. They say this is no longer possible and yet the community posts are still saying it is! What can I do?

@Plusnet Hi Adam I received my SIM after 4 days of 0 service, I use my phone for work you can imagine this was a nightmare & costly. The people I spoke to couldn’t have been less helpful, and I suggest you look at the automation of cutting people off before confirming they have their sim

@Plusnet messaged you a while back and replies are taking very long. I’ve not been able to use my phone to make or receive calls for weeks now. I’m not happy at all with your customer service. I have no way of calling you because my phone does not let me make any calls.

@Plusnet every single month without fail my net goes down for a good few hours, normally of an evening some point around 8pm til midnight. Just a flashing orange light for no reason. I'm in the Liverpool area and your site never says there's an outage. What is happening?

@Plusnet I've tried on several occasions to sort lost phone issues out. I've just spoken to you & been told 3 times I should have tried harder even though you couldn't even manage to keep the line open just now. Tried to complain and email bounces back FURIOUS
