@Plusnet This is exactly what I mean. I paid my bill and yet you took 100 pounds today. I don't have enough money in the bank to cover it, so your proposed solution of me remaining in credit with you ad infinitum is not a suitable solution, I don't WANT you holding onto MY money.

@Plusnet According to router everything working fine, yet obviously internet has been slowed due to billing issues, I appreciate someone dealing with it but in the meantime I'm left with my internet being interfered with.

@DavyStreams @Plusnet I was previously with Plusnet and while the Ethernet connection was stable, WiFi was terrible. Back to BT for a more stable connection but given its the same company, it doesn’t make sense.

@Plusnet You do have support , but not any that's useful for deaf people. Very few deaf people I know use text talk. Anyway , you are an Internet company. The only one that does not allow Internet to close accounts. I suggest you talk to any of the deaf charities to ask their opinion.

Get this. Openreach engineer called after Plusnet arranged visit to fix broadband. He failed to fix problem and also broke our phone line. Plusnet support would not help today. Openreach not contactable. We are left high and dry and worse off than we were. @Openreach @Plusnet
