Plusnet award winning broadband provider. I have fibre optic broadband. Speed is so slow I can’t turn my heating on I can’t watch my tv. We need to discuss compensation.

@Plusnet really are a sack of **** company, aren't they. Imagine not letting you change a direct debit date, but will let you change a billing date? Which is a 'give or take' 5-7 days chance of a direct debit after that. Like, what? Backwards. That's what.

Been with @EE for 22 years, wow. Moved to @Plusnet today which is EE underneath in any regard. Contract dropped from to £8 from £24. I’ll never understand how they can do it for that price using EE’s network but EE themselves can’t do it. It’ll make sense to someone I’m sure.

@pcnotchtree No worries Patrick, while I'm glad we were able to eliminate that as a cause of the issue; I'm sorry that you're still having issues with your software, I hope you manage to locate the cause so can use it. Is there anything else I can help with today? -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

@Plusnet Next door has EE and poor reception downstairs too but: 1) WiFi calling means they don't notice much and 2) it's got better recently.

@RobNoLastName @EE @Plusnet Mobile prices have fallen through the floor, and you were stuck on 22 years of sitting on their laurels when you kept paying My neighbour pays 60 a month for basic broadband for the same reason. Had it for 15 years and never rang in And if you're SIM free its even cheaper.

@Plusnet hi there. Have just transferred to you. Have put my SIM in, but although there is full signal on the bars, it is saying 'emergency calls only.' Could this be that my phone needs unlocking? I have kept my old number and PAC was sent. Thanks in advance for any help.
