@btbusinesscare fixed within a few days, as were our neighbours (the cause was a severed cable outside). For Plusnet, we pay around £16 a month. For BT Business it's over £50 a month. And yet my connection hasn't been fixed. What is going on? When will someone bother to fix my connection?

@Plusnet absolute disaster of a connection, router is useless regardless of the 37 mbps we’re supposed to get. Useless if you can’t actually use it without devices struggling to connect. Only solution apparently is to pay to upgrade and sign a new contact, what a joke.

And @Plusnet has just gone down for the second time this week - as usual, at a time qhen there's no support available on here. They are the worst ISP I've had in 20 years: how bad does it have to be before I can get out of my contract and find a reliable supplier?! 😫🤬😫

@Plusnet Bet the formula looks a hell of alot worse when the cost is £40 with a landline! Loyalty = sucker waiting so I don't pay an exit fee. Waiting to call BT so I can be treated like a new customer with a cheap contract.

Dear @plusnet Please deactivate the voicemail on my landline. It is telling people that my mailbox is full (it isn't) and I can't switch it off online. I tried online and now I am getting alarming messages about errors and product changes being in progress. Help!

@btbusinesscare I have had a fault with my BT Business line since 22 June. Last week the line dropped to around 5Mbps. Supposedly they've been working to fix the problem but it's still just as bad. Our home connection with Plusnet was fixed within a few days and on that we get 30Mbps and it was
