    @Plusnet Went down for me at 00:35, seems to be OK now. Having to reconnect all of my network since I factory reset my router. It's been a fun morning

    @Plusnet Hi Beth, I get what you are saying but the first thing Plusnet should have done was acknowledge the issue instead of posting some fluff message on Twitter. You probably would have a lot less people contacting you.
