    @Plusnet Hi I have received a request to return my broadband router. I am no longer a customer. I have followed the instructions to print a return label. Though I don't have a printer. I would love to return the router to be recycled. Please advise.

    @MarkDavisonUK @EE @Plusnet BTO say everything is good at their end. But then again EE said that too. I’d hate to leave EE to find the same issue (which would suggest BTO)

    @Plusnet Are there any issues in ST7 with service? My router light is orange & when I try & connect on my phone I get a msg that hub 2 manager now requires a connection

    @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Plusnet seem to be reasonable when it comes to renewal. Never worth leaving them and decent price

    @plusnet Broadband now down for 18 hours. Web pages return "Sorry about this. Looks like something's stopped working." What's going on?
