After five calls (three of which the call was cut) the adviser refuses to repeat their name and eventually tells me "complain online" HOW???

On hold for almost an hour tonight and no reply. I do not want online help I want to speak to a human who can explain why this happens.

I only need a basic service no landline. Both are same price. Any advice on which is best meaning few connection problems and good customer service?

We live in a rural part of Britain with only option plusnet or talktalk using the same sluggish speed/lines. Starlink set arrived the next day, took 10 minutes to set up / much faster and no contract. For RURAL parts it’s best
