@plusnethelp I don't have an issue with @Plusnet We're really looking forward to our new plusnet service from tomorrow! It's HomeTelecomUK who are failing to provide an adequate service and who've failed to refund the overcharged bill.

@Plusnet I cannot till next month to get rid of crappy plusnet. So many speed issues since taking out this contract 18mths ago. Will never ever use again and definitely won't be recommending.

@Mortgage_Stu @Plusnet Burst noise interference (something electrical and big switching on or off) or, if your internet goes off and stays off, some other kind of time dependent interference (e.g. time operated outdoor light that's broken.)

Had no broadband for 10 days, Had 5 estimated dates of completion missed, lost probably about £100 from not being able to stream on twitch, was promised multiple updates which never happened and guess what @Plusnet have offered me as compensation. £10. Will be cancelling in jan.

@OfficeSupport It's not happening with everyone - we've noticed it's a problem with participants using BT internet and PlusNet Microsoft exchange servers. I'm not the domain admin on either.

Always nice when you get good service, Mark on the @Plusnet helpline this morning was friendly and helpful in fixing our 'net connection. All sorted so we're very happy.

@Mortgage_Stu @Plusnet @plusnethelp That sounds a likely culprit. It might be worth trying, yes. It depends what exactly is happening. These issues can be hard to solve. Remember the news story about guy with an old fashioned TV who knocked the whole neighborhood off the internet whenever he turned his TV on?

@plusnethelp The time on my Plusnet One Hub hasn't updated. You can't change it from settings, and the forum indicates it's a long standing issue. Do you need to send me a hub that is fit for purpose or do I need to look at alternatives? What are you doing to fix this issue?
