  Cancelled my Vodafone broadband. They are vile. Customer help is a foreign call centre! I have choice of 2 providers Plusnet or EE. I only need a basic service no landline. Both are same price. Any advice on which is best meaning few connection problems and good customer service?

  @marigoldfinds A friend has just gone over to Zen & is happy with them. They are also Which? recommended & rated high on customer satisfaction, speed, reliability. No mid term contract price rises. Plusnet also recommended.

  @LeeJarvis10 If you only need broadband then I'd say Plusnet. Cheap as chips and have acclaimed service. I changed from BT to Plusnet in March, cost for identical service dropped from £78 to 29!

  @Plusnet hello! Last week I phoned to say I wanted to stay with your service - now I have a load of texts from you telling me my installation and router are set to happen/arrive - but I’m already installed and have a router…this is surreal

  @Plusnet Your 900mbps is a joke. Wish I had never left @zeninternet . I was on 57mbps service with them and it was faster than your new service we have opted in too. How can this be? To be fobbed of with you should use a cable to connect is very poor.

  @Matt_Q_OnX No, not all broadband suppliers support landlines numbers: PlusNet doesn't, for example.

  @gary_mutimer @EE Total con. What's the use of being hassled by Plusnet to move to fibre broadband and getting a copper speed. Rank customer service. After five calls (three of which the call was cut) the adviser refuses to repeat their name and eventually tells me "complain online" HOW???

  @MaxWolfeUK @Starlink Plusnet had few years ago, they kept putting the price up, ridiculous. At least I know with starlink I just done pay next month if I wish to cancel.
