@Plusnet @Samboss_ Why are you sending down updates to routers which resets all the parameters? This just happened to me out of the blue. Luckily I'm tech-savvy enough to log in to the router dashboard but 99% of other people wouldn't know!!!

@Plusnet Really disappointed with your service. We notified you of my Dad dying and you have responded by stopping the broadband. No further correspondence received about how to progress the situation. Although, I suppose, you may have tried to contact him. 🙁

Hi, @MartinSLewis my sister switched to @Plusnet on promise of reward. Clicked thru from your site. Plusnet refusing to honour and your team washes hands of it via email. Feels like poor behaviour from both yourselves and Plusnet. How can people click through with confidence?

@Plusnet I’ve done this. I don’t have a telephone handset to plug in so couldn’t test that. I’m currently using my phone data as I cannot get online at the moment due to this issue.

@CatObbard @Plusnet Yeah it's completely down. On our router its Amber and got a red b on it. There blaming open reach. They shouldn't of guaranteed us fix times and I'm not holding my breathe for it to be sorted any time soon. Soon as our contract is up we're going elsewhere
