    @Plusnet Please help. I’ve recently left BT mobile to come to plusnet and have no service whatsoever! My number should have been transferred in the move but I understand there is a problem with “port”. I don’t have my old number and there is no service on the new number.!!

    @Maribellmouse @Plusnet I just don’t understand why they wouldn’t have made people aware of the ongoing issues, before accepting new contracts?! Oh the irony….a communications provider, who can’t communicate!!

    @bt_uk @BBCXRay It's more difficult to believe that it was an intentional mistake given the poor treatment to date, being the same company & that I can literally purchase BT sport with a simple click from my Plusnet dashboard 🤔

    @Plusnet So the engineer came. Sorted out wiring and I've still hit the dame problem. Please can you sort that's 5 or maybe 6 days I've had a stuttering wifi- never had this problem before the storm. Don't really want to be paying for something I can't watch

    @Plusnet Hi yesterday an engineer from Open reach was meant to come to my house to connect my overdue broadband. They never came.I got in touch via phone and was told that you will chase the supplier and get in touch shortly. But nothing happened. No engineer no message from you

    @Plusnet I used to be able to chat online ??/ Why has my bill risen to £40 a Month ? I can go with another Company for less .£22.99 a moonth laughable .Furious customer 71 years old by the way and on a basic pension.
