    @Plusnet I am a customer of yours. Is there any way to send you a message? Your phone wait time is 20mins at the moment. We will be moving house in 3 or 4 months but we want to upgrade our service now.

    @Plusnet my broadband is due for renewal I dont usually look at "exclusive" deals for me but tonight I have and it is cheaper to be a new customer and get a ยฃ160.00 gift card.. And to think I have 3 more family accounts with you aswel.. So much for loyalty.. Time to switch ๐Ÿ˜’

    @R4CK4TT4CK @bt_uk You do know Plusnet are BT? I was with them until they moved all their business customers over to BT. The Plusnet customers service team (not that I had much cause to contact them) were awesome.

    @CommsOmbudsman 3 BT Group companies (Plusnet, EE, Openreach) pass the buckโ€”no one takes responsibility. Simple Google Maps check could have prevented the whole mess. Customer paying ยฃ63/mo out-of-contract for unreliable service, distress & risk to health (needs line for health).

    @Plusnet Anyway you guys can give praise / positive comment to a specific customer service representative, the man I just spoke to on the phone was very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and understanding and just a perfect example of what customers want!
