    @peterspeake Pleased to hear that, Pete. We had been customers of Plusnet for around a decade at our old place and found their service to be very reliable however it all fell majorly apart 3 weeks after our house move🤯

    worst internet connection problems with Shell (in case others are experiencing the same thing), never had that with Plusnet but renewal deal was really bad so had to go with the next cheapest thing ie Shell, router takes 4ever to warm up, switching again

    @InnerVisioner @MaddyPUNC19 @PUNC14 It's actually the other way around, sorry to be pedantic - EE are now part of BT. However, PlusNet are also owned by BT and have good customer satisfaction ratings as well.

    @TalkTalk I’ve never been on talk talk. Am with plusnet at the minute, but there connection speed is terrible.

    @Plusnet I have just received my renewal price from you for my broadband. The price is £0.99p more per month than the prices for the same product on your website. Could you please tell me why an existing customer has to pay more than a new one please?
