@bt_uk no broadband since Wednesday. Spent 2 hours trying to talk to someone only to be told there’s nothing that can be done till the 12th. Within 2 months you’ve achieved worse internet service and customer service than PlusNet over 10 years 👏🏻

  • ogWiked Wiked (@ogWiked) reported

Okay next option; Plusnet. Good or bad ? Is it reliable and are the speed any good?

  • braintumourlady Hev 💙TheNHS (@braintumourlady) reported

@Plusnet just to let you know we've had no internet connection here at TR18 2DY since about 5pm. Our router is working as it's connected but there's no service available. Have contacted your team via mobile.

  • esorm Matthew Rose (@esorm) reported from Honley, England

@Plusnet you’ve archived some important emails but kindly advised I can have them restored. Your online messaging and telephony service seems impenetrable to request the restore - can you help?

  • TimliSonofGloin Tim Forshaw (@TimliSonofGloin) reported

@Plusnet Our internet has been down all morning and the Diagnostics bot claims that it will be down until the end of the weekend due to a local incident. Is an agent able to be any more specific in DMs? And is it really going to take that long, or is that just a default estimate?

  • SamanthaRive Samantha Cox (@SamanthaRive) reported

@Plusnet I've tried on several occasions to sort lost phone issues out. I've just spoken to you & been told 3 times I should have tried harder even though you couldn't even manage to keep the line open just now. Tried to complain and email bounces back FURIOUS

@Plusnet I have HAD it with you now! Got this bot telling me I can't get an advisor to chat to as opening is between 8am to 7.30pm but in an earlier text, it's 8am-8pm for Saturdays! I'm utterly disappointed with your service and have been putting up with it for long enough!

@DANIELJAMESREC Great idea. Unfortunately my provider @Plusnet doesn't support short text numbers.

@Plusnet Hi, I'm a new customer. I have a problem in that my Openreach ONT is installed in my garage so when I plug my Plusnet router in to the ONT, the wi-fi signal is poor as it won't go through the garage walls very well. It is an integrated garage. What are my options?
