    @NOW Hi I've just got your broadband and the WiFi range is shocking. As soon as I leave the room the router is in it drops - never had this issue with PlusNet... what can be done to avoid canceling?

    @Plusnet : According to your webpage, I’m well out of contract but I’m unable to strike a new deal. Considering that I have issues with the quality of connection, what is #plusnet going to offer me?.

    All the deals I picked here include 5G, so even though you’re saving money, you’re not missing out on anything. Also pay as you go, so no contracts or credit checks. Not been able to find anything similar for EE network - Plusnet mobile is closest price rise but is 4G only

    I know Twitter is for whinging & moaning & shouting at people, but I’m going to break the rules and say nice stuff about @Plusnet. Our internets went down in the storm. Plusnet’s advisors called back when they said they would and listened to what the problem was. It’s now fixed.
