@plusnethelp Do PlusNet revel in being rude, and refusing to answer anything but the most trivial questions? When they break something, why do they hide behind "Does the internet connect?" - if so we've done our job?

@Plusnet absolutely awful company and customer service! Waited since 12th December to be connected, only to be told 8th jan. Email advised us we are connected ... only to have more issues- today told 2 more weeks? Goodbye @Plusnet hello @skytv 👋

@Gwyndavies1 @Plusnet Aw cheers for that... We've just had the same info off them and we now waiting along with your goodself and a good few other people in Prestatyn for BT to sort their lines out. Our phone is OK though its just broadband that's down.

@Markgsparrow @BenedictMPWhite Well we did that. Trouble is when companies splinter they tend to reform into larger entities or failing that they create other companies to maintain that illusion of choice. As an example that lovely little local Yorkshire outfit Plusnet is just BT with a flat cap on.
