    @Plusnet Thank you for organising the refund. It wasn't made clear that we would be left without a service for a few weeks. I even spoke about the new router arriving before moving in and was told its often there waiting.

    @Plusnet Was £12.49 when I joined. Its £22.89 now. My wages haven't gone up that much :( ...and the service has got sooo much worse.

    @NortholtPaul However, we'd be able to take over the existing line within the property and activate our services so you wouldn't have to pay this charge and you'd be able to carry on. You can discuss this further with our Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632. - Curtis, Plusnet Sheffield

    @bt_uk I have taken the BT Sport app with Plusnet. I got the page saying you have setup my BTID, and an activation email. I click on activate now but it says allow at least 5 minutes before doing so and also ‘there is a technical issue’. I don’t have the ID and I can’t activate.
