    Remember when @Plusnet @PlusnetOfficial used to claim they had the best customer support? lol broadband been down for 3 hours, been on hold for 2 hours, no acknowledgement of issues

    @Plusnet My elderly parents are reliant on your broadband but the internet drops out randomly all the time, pretty much daily. Now the service is completely down and customer service won't take any calls. The service and support is disgraceful
