    Not sure what's being going on with @Plusnet in the SO30 area of Southampton the past few days. It's like being back in the late 1990's. Pretty much unusable...which is a problem when you work from home

    @Plusnet poor show! Having to call 4 times over last two days to get account cancelled properly and refund sorted after we thought cancellation was done in July only for you to be taking money for the last 4 months due to not doing job properly!! 40 mins on and off hold! 😡

    @Plusnet Hi Emily, I’m afraid it still isn’t working. The full message says “Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients. Server error’550 recipient rejected- relay denied” Does that help? Thanks, Adrian

    A week of utter garbage internet yet again from @Plusnet which I doubt is going to get better anytime soon. Barely usable on some sites and a waste of time entirely on others.

    @Plusnet good morning I can't seem to access email today, IMAP doesnt connect and WebMail gives a message saying "we'll be right back" but service status shows everything working. Any idea what's happening?
