    Trying to cancel my account with #plusnet Internet I was told 20 min wait and got cut off at 14 mins, nightmare #plusnetuk any ideas

    @Plusnet brilliant, coming up to the end of my contract and all of a sudden your internet has gone proper ****, surely you should be making it better so I renew

    @MarkDavisonUK @EE @Plusnet BTO say everything is good at their end. But then again EE said that too. I’d hate to leave EE to find the same issue (which would suggest BTO)

    @Plusnet Hi I have received a request to return my broadband router. I am no longer a customer. I have followed the instructions to print a return label. Though I don't have a printer. I would love to return the router to be recycled. Please advise.

    Plusnet asking for my home phone number as security after they have already withdrawn home phone service. Are they ***************? Now realise they are owned by BT. That explains it.

    My broadband service is up soon and was possibly looking at leaving my current provider. Now @bt_uk, @EE and @Plusnet have now added a setup fees they can do one
