  @SaxonKate @virginmedia @bt_uk Good luck with leaving bt they are awful. Worst company ever. Plusnet are the best I’ve found. I’m on their unlimited fibre extra broadband at £26.99 a month and they are great.I also got cashback by going through topcashback.

  @ThreeUK I have been with Three for 20 years, currently have a unlimited Data plan. I was going to change from crap Plusnet to a 4g Internet as we have very fast 4g. I started to apply and the bloody questions you ask. I am retired. Stuff you I will stay where I am.

  @Plusnet trying to cancel to travel abroad will have no fixed address, I waited for 15 mins on the phone then got cut off, I dont think #plusnet want me to leave. Is there an easier way to cancel thanks.

  @Plusnet please can you help-we have been in contact with you numerous times without a resolution over an issue with our switch to you from Virgin media-Virgin are saying we owe them hundreds of pounds which we don’t as we had switched to you.

  Why is internet down again in TS17 5LS. Supposed to be superfast @Plusnet but having nothing but problems with outages! Be helpful if they let customers know the problems are rather than wait till we contact them and they say all is fine! #noconnection #nocustomerservice

  @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.   @Plusnet I’ve spoken to the team and they told me to change the channels on the router but the problem is you don’t actually supply hardware with the capability to do the speed over Wi-Fi. So unless I buy an adapter to my phones and tablets the speed is POINTLESS 😱😱

  @MartinSLewis Broadband with Plusnet for 2 years, this year's quote £15 per month higher than vodaphone.. asked what was going on, told our customer service is better, vodaphone £25pm vs £40 AND vodaphone additionally offered £150 tesco voucher.. Absolute no brainer ! Thx MSL
