AMES (@coolkitten29) reported from Grantown on Spey, Scotland@SaxonKate @virginmedia @bt_uk Good luck with leaving bt they are awful. Worst company ever. Plusnet are the best I’ve found. I’m on their unlimited fibre extra broadband at £26.99 a month and they are great.I also got cashback by going through topcashback.

A B Chaplin's Boot (@ABChaplinsBoot) reported@Plusnet I am leaving you on 28/01. You've just billed me for 29/01 onwards and will take via direct debit. I can't get through and you have no online chat. Can someone please help me to confirm you acknowledge my cancellation and will not take funds. Thank you.
-
Gina (@BlondeTalksSkin) reported@Plusnet making it way too difficult to cancel broadband. No option to do it online so forced to call with mad wait times to get through. Even tried their 'Additional support form' online and it just took my back to my account. Great support for vulnerable customers that 👍🏼

Mark Crowther (@MarkTWIC) reported@Owramgirl @bt_uk I'm considering Vodaphone if price is the main concern, Plusnet is also on that list. Zen if I decide to pay more for a company that seems more customer focused. All are cheaper than the best offer from BT.

Michael Corbett (@kobb) reported@Plusnet Hi, you didn't read my message. Your phone service has 20 min + wait time. How can I send you a query in a message? Thanks for your time. 😐

Steve 'beyond the bounds of respectability' (@Stever_wales) reported@Plusnet i am unable to reach you on your number 03301239123 from abroad. all other UK numbers I have called tonight have been fine, so I know its not network issue my side. every one of your social media channels I try to engage with, tells me to call the number. you need to improve your AI BOT responses, or at least get the customers complaint read.

Damilola 🌺 Arewa (@damstar_) reported@Plusnet I’m sick of you guys. You can’t help over the phone or nothing what’s this???
-
Sakana San (@san_san141627) reported@Plusnet is there any way I can just text or email you as I am too distressed to phone you. Things have happened and I need to cancel my contract
-
stewarty (@stewarty1972) reported@tii_bag Ffs your lucky my home Broadband can’t even run 1 ******* device appropriately from @plusnet leaving in November and never coming back
-
Verified Jedi (@LoZeno) reportedI swear, having to deal with @WeAreOpenreach and @Plusnet bouncing me back and forth just to have my fibre order, WHICH I PLACED IN FEBRUARY, fulfilled before MAY, is a layer of customer service hell I did not need. Openreach is organised with the sole purpose of making it..
-
Carl Fandidango (@ComTekMan) reported@CommsOmbudsman 3 BT Group companies (Plusnet, EE, Openreach) pass the buck—no one takes responsibility. Simple Google Maps check could have prevented the whole mess. Customer paying £63/mo out-of-contract for unreliable service, distress & risk to health (needs line for health).
