So for me to answer a request from PN about changing my service (not at my request), I have to incur potentially significant costs as I am overseas with just my mobile phone for next 30 days and will miss deadline. Can someone in support just call me via WhatsApp? Thanks

Prof Neil Martin (@ThatNeilMartin) reportedHey @Plusnet, you bandits. You fail to inform me clearly that I'm out of contract, then whack my bill up by 100% while then offering me one that is 50% less. Why not offer the latter in the first place? Vile shower @Ofcom @WhichUK. Oh, and your emails are dead do-not-reply ones.
