@SaxonKate @virginmedia @bt_uk Good luck with leaving bt they are awful. Worst company ever. Plusnet are the best I’ve found. I’m on their unlimited fibre extra broadband at £26.99 a month and they are great.I also got cashback by going through topcashback.

@Plusnet It also appears that people are monitoring posts to you and trying to then impersonate your support staff - see replied to my original post

@warmoaran3s Well customers weren’t migrated over, Plusnet was just killed and EE conveniently offered cheap deals at the start. I almost certainly think it’s a loss. Plusnet are a great player in the market, bringing affordability to a rather unaffordable network. It was simple, no fuss

@Plusnet I took out a new contract (via Compare The Market) - and the service is now active. No sign of an email regarding the £100 gift guide yet?

@weardend @Plusnet Same here, I'm on my second hub (I bet they refurbish the crap ones and send them out to some other unsuspecting soul)? #poorservice

@mattfrei I’ve recently changed to Plusnet from Virgin due to them not being available after a house move. They are absolutely woeful. I never had any issues with Virgin. Speeds advertised were achieved. The same cannot be said for Plusnet.

@Jillinchillin @Plusnet Plusnet support is nothing but incompetent, I've never dealt with such a badly run company in all my life, and even after I left this joke of company I'm still getting hassle, if I was you I'd go with a more competent iso provider.
