I’m on their unlimited fibre extra broadband at £26.99 a month and they are great.I also got cashback by going through topcashback.

GillyBikes (@BikesGilly) reported@Plusnet Your Internet does not work. Its crap. Keeps dropping after 5 mins. When you have kids self isolating that need Internet for school work and it does not work because stupidly dad moved broadband over to you. Never had this issue with the last provider🤬🤬🤬

After a technical hiccup - partly down to Openreach - which left me without broadband for two weeks, Plusnet have refunded a whole month's charges .....without being asked. What a contrast to my previous account with appalling Virgin. @Plusnet
