@SaxonKate @virginmedia @bt_uk Good luck with leaving bt they are awful. Worst company ever. Plusnet are the best I’ve found. I’m on their unlimited fibre extra broadband at £26.99 a month and they are great.I also got cashback by going through topcashback.

@savanQadir @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk I'm currently with Plusnet which is owned by BT. I'm paying for 36 mbps but I'm lucky to get 9 sometimes it's less than 1 but the speed goes up & down like a yoyo. I also get disconnected frequently but only for a few seconds. I wonder if it would help if I bought another router

Has my @Twitter account been suspended...? Or is it just that @PlusNet service has deteriorated even further...?

Honestly losing the will trying to get hold of ANYONE at @Plusnet Just impossible!! Seriously regretting switching to them. What a way to treat new customers. Honestly don't bother.

@Plusnet Yes. First of all I want to leave a review for Joana. She was very helpful. Secondly, I received an open question about cancelling bt sport but I never had it and not planning to add it. Please can you review?

Plusnet used to be so good, now they're just another BT derivative, void of humanity, greedy for every penny, take away your service at the blink of an eye & bill you for their mistakes. Plusnet are warning me about not paying for a service i haven't had for 2 months. BT effect!

  • DTJackson David T Jackson #European #ProgressiveAllianceNow (@DTJackson) reported

@PlusNet service has never been worse than it is today. Why do I pay good money for such a grossly unreliable service? #PlusNet please get your act together or lose mire customers.

Why is @PlusNet service so dreadfully poor this morning in LA1 1SQ ????

  • jermyn55 Paul Jermyn (@jermyn55) reported

@Ofcom you say that “mobile users on any network” can forward messages to 7726 but not if, like me, they are with @Plusnet, a bit misleading.

@Plusnet are there any known issues in the Lincolnshire area? My internet has gone down!
