thestoryofalovedlife (@ofalovedlife) reported@plusnet are the worst company we have ever dealt with. Our connection got cut off without us cancelling it and we have been charged over £200 cancellation fee. Why should we pay when we didn't want to cancel in the first place... Z

David Campbell (@djc22) reported@ThreeUKSupport how much longer do I have to put up with a rubbish network while your engineers work on a mast?My house runs on Wi-Fi. It now can’t! 6 years with plusnet without missing a beat, 3 months with you and everything falls apart. I can’t even get a signal in every room!

David Evans (@evanshelpus) reported@Plusnet very disappointing in service received today. You’ve had someone attend my 78 year old mother leaving her with no internet by performing a reset on a router and back to factory with no devices unable to connect after leaving and then not answering calls to return.

shaun (@costaaircon1) reported2 they clearly don’t care and i hope they would be as lenient. With you’re money as they are mine. It’s actually not about the money it’s about how they treat people . Please stay away from #plusnet clearly no morals Yorkshire, really what lying not last time I checked!

Mark Hodgson (@dmarkhodgson) reportedRT @MSE_Deals: Right now you can get 12GB of data, unlimited calls and texts for just £4.50 a month from Plusnet 👇 Shame they don't support short code texts, often used for security verification or customer feedback. Left them for that reason alone. Price isn't everything.

dk (@david62u3) reported@Plusnet so signed up to a guarantee min of 17.3mbps, had issues with speed so now plusnet changed my contract to 11mbps! That's wrong surely.

Sheila Freeman (@Skellyfree) reportedSeeing as @JohnLewisRetail and @Plusnet think 3 months down the line, illegally deducting money from an ex-customer on pension credit is fine, I have sorted it myself, from helping mum to claim the fees back from her bank. Try and challenge, we'll see you in court. Charlatans!
