@SaxonKate @virginmedia @bt_uk Good luck with leaving bt they are awful. Worst company ever. Plusnet are the best I’ve found. I’m on their unlimited fibre extra broadband at £26.99 a month and they are great.I also got cashback by going through topcashback.

@WeAreOpenreach we haven’t had WiFi in westcliff for the past 10 days now, are you able to advise when this will be resolved as plusnet informed me it’s an issue your side? It’s really not ideal considering most of the population are working from home!!

@Plusnet I purchased WIFI with plusnet as they advertised a £75 reward card - after chasing for two months they've decided it might be due to my browser cookies interrupting the sign up process - but I have no reward card linked to my account. What a load of crap.

@Plusnet My mobile is on your network, is there a reason why I cannot forward spam messages to the national 7726 number from my number? Advice please.

Awful service @Plusnet. Connection probs since opening acc. £65 fee for engineer if it turns out it's our fault but can't say what that fault would b beyond loose wires & blocking the modem. Don't think they can or will provide the service we're paying for and tied in till Feb.

@Plusnet I just had an email saying a payment of £5.39will come out of my account in May. I had problems for 6 months getting connected and was told I wouldn't be charged for 3 months for the hassle. What does this payment relate to? Zoe Reilly LA5 8HT
