    @SaxonKate @virginmedia @bt_uk Good luck with leaving bt they are awful. Worst company ever. Plusnet are the best I’ve found. I’m on their unlimited fibre extra broadband at £26.99 a month and they are great.I also got cashback by going through topcashback.

    @Plusnet our wifi has been horrific tonight despite BT engineer telling us that if we keep hub on all the time we will have no more problems!!TV picture keeps going black because of connection.Awful #plusnet #wifirage #btopenreach

    @Plusnet Hi there I requested to terminate my contract with Plusnet. I gave you two weeks notice but you are still sending me reminders to pay the monthly bill. Can this be sorted out please as I don't want it to affect my credit score?
