@SaxonKate @virginmedia @bt_uk Good luck with leaving bt they are awful. Worst company ever. Plusnet are the best I’ve found. I’m on their unlimited fibre extra broadband at £26.99 a month and they are great.I also got cashback by going through topcashback.

@PaulbernalUK @Plusnet I actually found Plusnet not too bad compared with Vodafone. I sold my shares in them after my experience. They hopeless and don't care that they are. They could be the government.

@Plusnet really disappointed in your service. My daughter joined you last week, firstly you cancelled her direct debit in error and now three days later she still has no 4G. We’ve tried calling every day but just cannot get anyone to pick up the phone.

@Plusnet any help with new Wi-Fi would be appreciated. Was told 5 days ago there was a fault with router. New router has turned up and exactly the same thing is happening! Paying for a service I can’t even use!
