Abu al-Hinnā Yakub (@RobinWi56161978) reported@TackJompson @JamieGBarry I just cancelled. **** dancing with these pricks. Nearly same speed with Plusnet and their call centre is in the UK. Cheaper as well. Never going back to Virgin. They’re so bad I’m moving my O2 contracts when they expire as well.

GM Mark Howitt (@MarkHowitt) reported@Plusnet @Plusnet poor again making me lose connection another call needed for comp @Ofcom
-
David McGinlay (@Quigmeister) reported@Plusnet The new service is at least 10x faster and cheaper than what you can offer. It’s due to start after my contract with you expires, so I don’t appreciate the continued pressure to stay with an inferior more expensive service

GromitFoxZero (@gromitfoxzero) reported@whisperwoIf @virginmedia I mean they didn’t let customers cancel and yet they got fined yesterday by our regulator here in the UK for £28m. I can’t relate because I use Plusnet which practically never goes out or ***** up a lot

Burt just Burt ™ (@bloodyeek) reported@Plusnet Thank you, @Plusnet but I have spent an awful long time this week on the phone to your advisors and I’m not going to lose the last bit of sunshine today explaining everything again when you’ve got all my details but you can’t get anybody till Monday to sort it this is over a week

Rob Shelley (@ITVRobShelley) reported@Plusnet I'm sorry it took so long - waiting for a call to be answered. I was starting to have 2nd thoughts about whether fate was telling me to sack you off. But as I say - the 2 colleagues of yours who helped me were lovely and got stuff done By the way, your hold music is awful
-
Chasersgaming (@denchaser) reported@Plusnet hurry up and fix the bloody internet, mobile data is gonna cost me a fortune on a phone contract you made me get for disabling home phone lines. 😡
-
Edward Grefenstette (@egrefen) reported@Plusnet I tried replying to the open ticket and it says inbox full. Tried calling and over 10 minutes wait. Sorry but this is too bad a start so I'll just cancel my plan.

Rockposer Dot Com (@rockposer) reported@Plusnet I rang (for the 3rd time) I am still none the wiser to what the actuall problem is. @WeAreOpenreach are not to be seen, local people are all being told different things by their ISP's. No broadband for over a week is unacceptable @southkesteven
