    @SaxonKate @virginmedia @bt_uk Good luck with leaving bt they are awful. Worst company ever. Plusnet are the best I’ve found. I’m on their unlimited fibre extra broadband at £26.99 a month and they are great.I also got cashback by going through topcashback.

    @Plusnet anyone thinking of dealing with this company I would suggest you think otherwise. 25days and counting without a broadband or phone line connection. I've been passed from pillow to post and lied too on multiple occasions. Worst Internet provider I've ever dealt with.

    @AlbusAndEye @Sleeper81225528 I was on plusnet before but moved due to poor connection at the time. They can't apparently provide in my area, though bt and zen both shoe max 1 master I've had better before

    Dear @Plusnet the internet has gone down again in Barrow-in-Furness. Any idea when we will get it back? Nobody is talking to us up here.

    @Plusnet there's been an outage in Furness area since Tuesday, no broadband. How would I go about getting compensation for a service that I can't access?
