@SaxonKate @virginmedia @bt_uk Good luck with leaving bt they are awful. Worst company ever. Plusnet are the best I’ve found. I’m on their unlimited fibre extra broadband at £26.99 a month and they are great.I also got cashback by going through topcashback.

@KarakDesi **** sorry didn't see this reply! I was with plusnet and they completely messed up a home move and had never without Internet for a month and then started being ***** about the mandatory compensation. Shocking. Been with them 2 years with no issues before this.

@Plusnet I recommended a family member to plus net broadband, filled out my username etc at the point of signing them up… I don’t appear to be getting any benefit of the recommendation… their service is up and running etc…

I kid you not, we are still waiting for @Plusnet and @OpenreachHelp to sort their **** out. Case worker on annual leave and here we are as another day passes and no internet. Expecting a call but nothing will happen..
