@SaxonKate @virginmedia @bt_uk Good luck with leaving bt they are awful. Worst company ever. Plusnet are the best I’ve found. I’m on their unlimited fibre extra broadband at £26.99 a month and they are great.I also got cashback by going through topcashback.

@Plusnet Question 249155549 I’m not returning it. Please charge me for it if you want. You never told me to return it when you sent me it. It is too old to refurbish and not a very expensive item. I feel insulted by this requirement you are burdening me with. Just charge me for it if you want. I have paid you a lot and you are trying to waste my time. Nicholas

Yesterday I got a cashback from my latest @Plusnet internet subs. It came as a plastic Mastercard which I didn't want. I spent it all on a meal last night to dispose of the card. Can I cancel it? Yes BUT ....

@Plusnet been over a week since I messaged about needing a contact to speak to about getting fibre installed in my building for all residents and no one gets in touch. So poor. Thought you would be all over wanting to install that for 2-3 apartment blocks.

@Plusnet We have 3 xBoxs, all working fine until about a week ago, they all report they can't get online, allowing other apps show them as being online. Something about double NAT in one settings- help!

@Plusnet I’ve just spoken to an advisor on the phone to discuss if I’d be able to have a quicker internet service with yourselves than what I have currently. Whoever I spoke to was very abrupt with me and not very helpful. Certainly hasn’t helped me consider your service.

@Plusnet hi there. We have a problem with intermittent cutout of internet. Last time it was because of the wire to the outside box. What's the best way to work with you to troubleshoot? Thanks.

@Plusnet Can you please cancel my broadband account. You'd think this would be a simple few clicks on your website, but then this is UK 2025 isn't it. Do not give me a number to call.
