@SaxonKate @virginmedia @bt_uk Good luck with leaving bt they are awful. Worst company ever. Plusnet are the best I’ve found. I’m on their unlimited fibre extra broadband at £26.99 a month and they are great.I also got cashback by going through topcashback.

@Plusnet any idea on if/when you plan to offer 5g and WiFi calling? I've just got a shiny new 5g phone and want to be able to use 5g. I've been a loyal customer for many years but might have to switch to another provider if there is no roadmap for 5g and WiFi calling?

The thrill of having a phone installed at home was immense, and the thrill of my business paying for its own ADSL line to go in - it never worked, we were too early an adopter of what was later to become @Plusnet (later a client) - was equally fabulous.

Our broadband contract is up for renewal & I'm just pondering whether we should stick with EE (which has given mostly reliable service for years) or move to Plusnet's much cheaper contract. Any thoughts?
