    @SaxonKate @virginmedia @bt_uk Good luck with leaving bt they are awful. Worst company ever. Plusnet are the best I’ve found. I’m on their unlimited fibre extra broadband at £26.99 a month and they are great.I also got cashback by going through topcashback.

    @Plusnet The only issue is background noise on phone line. My text merely said that my fibre speed is normal after switching wifi connection whereas I initially suggested speed was down by around 30%

    @Plusnet Username 20135321. Mobile no. 07542 062377. My SIM card appears to have developed a fault. I am only allowed Emergency Calls. I have tried the SIM card in several mobiles without success. Can the card be replaced please.

    I am astonished. #Plusnet raising prices for existing customer 9.3% more than new customers. Then messaging me with proven lies. Shocking!

    @Plusnet is there an outage in Rotherham today? Our fibre broadband has been off for at least 1hr 30 min. I assume the weather is a factor, however we have been having intermittent issues for a week now (router flashing orange).
