@SaxonKate @virginmedia @bt_uk Good luck with leaving bt they are awful. Worst company ever. Plusnet are the best I’ve found. I’m on their unlimited fibre extra broadband at £26.99 a month and they are great.I also got cashback by going through topcashback.

When your broadband supplier cuts off your supply without notice, 14 days prior to the date it’s supposed to be, when you have paid for the service and then tell you they’re are unable to reconnect the service until 4th November. Nice one @Plusnet best customer service #yeahright

@dsue1441_re Just one small point which you probably know. I used to have a Plusnet email address. This was a mistake to use it since when I binned them I had to go around changing all my accounts so I've never used the BT email address I can have. The free add ons with BT are good value IMO

@dsue1441_re Plusnet. It's been great, we got it when there was an offer. Customer service is UK based & been spot on when needed. I got it for my 88 year old mum too as her hearing isn't too brill & she finds it hard to hear any advice & instructions if overseas call centres.

@BryonyTilsley @hansmollman EE recently tried to get me to stay by rubbishing who I was switching to, saying that they're a virtual network and the backbone physical network was rubbish and had poor coverage and capacity. I was switching to Plusnet, who's piggybacks on the physical network of...EE.
