@SaxonKate @virginmedia @bt_uk Good luck with leaving bt they are awful. Worst company ever. Plusnet are the best I’ve found. I’m on their unlimited fibre extra broadband at £26.99 a month and they are great.I also got cashback by going through topcashback.

@Plusnet has to be the worst broadband provider I have ever been with, and I was with @TalkTalk. Only get a WiFi signal in the same room as the router. I must say the are not doing me proud.

@OlympusAchilles Sorry to hear that this is the case. As mentioned by my colleague, if you send us your account username over on a direct message we can have a look into the connection problem. Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds 🌞

@search_n_annoy @kendallrowanx Openreach is the one that owns/looks after the infrastructure BT is a provider on there network much like sky, talk talk, plusnet etc. BT has zero monopoly over anyone anymore.

@Plusnet Morning scum bags, instead of writing stupid messages why don't you help people. Like call the customers back when you say you would. Taken anymore money from dead people's account to increase you P&L?

@plusnet I'm trying to diagnose problems with my Dad's setup and I've been through the broadband troubleshooter, but the email link to the Wizard to put in speed tests goes to Help Assistant which is no longer in use: what should I do?

@Plusnet I've dutifully replied to an email about dates for fixing my fault - with no result. I am now minimally connected, but it's so slow as to be virtually useless. I hope I can claim substantial refunds for the many lost days in the past two years and more. Attention would be good.

After 9 years, I’m finally free of the bondage of Sky. I’ve now moved to Plusnet and I hope their service is better but tbh I don’t think anything can beat the abysmal, treacherous Sky ‘super fast fibre’ broadband with consistent 16mb download speeds (and even thats generous).

@Plusnet hi, my broadband is always slower than my estimated download range and is often dropping connection. Given I am working from home this is a problem - please can you help?

@Plusnet It’s just not good enough - I use this line for business and for you to do something so stupid (that can’t be resolved), I find it hard to believe. How do companies like yourself become so successful when all you do is cause your customers stress and inconvenience?
