    @PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

    @PostOffice I could email but I don't have any internet I'm just sitting in a friends house using their internet but I already rang this morning and nobody knows anything so I just think I made a mistake and I'm just gonna go else where for a more reliable service company

    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Well tried the web site wouldn’t go through so I filled in a piece of paper. Not only has some toe rag took my money but I spent hours trying to complain that I won’t get back. Shocking service and web site.

    @PostOffice Thank you Courtney. I am now told by the branch I have to be there before 5pm! This could be a problem for me. Does it really take 30minutes. I don't think so.

    Sent a parcel 1st Class, signed for, on the 18th. No delivery has been attempted yet and it’s the 23rd! I now have to wait until after the 30th for @PostOffice to do anything. I paid extra for first class!! What brilliant service...not!

    @PostOffice we have been PO broadband and phone customers for 12 years.we elected to go paperless and pay our bill using the phone(but)it never works,tells us we owe nothing!we attempted to sort it by talking to you but..still the same..Help
