@PostOffice for customer retention you might want to make it simple to renew Travel insurance. After clicking the link on your email reminder I've been fighting with your password reset process. I've now given up and I'm off to buy it elsewhere!

@PostOffice Can't get through to anyone on your 24 hour medical emergency line for my travel insurance. Used up all my phone credit trying to do so. 24 hour support? Good joke. How do I get talking to someone about this? Need to know how I go about seeing a specialist.

@kirstieclegg @PostOffice Who is Sean? Im not sympathetic, you've firstly complained to the wrong company, and complained about not receiving a service you didnt pay for. You stuck a few extra stamps on something and hoped for the best even though it was 'potentially life saving'

Let's hope the inquest into the PostOffice Horizon scandal rapidly lead to full reparation and accountability. The fact no one questioned the numbers of incidents is highly suspicious.

@PostOffice Unable to login to Nectar account online. Raised this over 2 months ago and was advised passed to technical team. Sw Nectar last week who said would escalate again, a week later still not sorted. Nectar, your customer service is dire. #disappointed
