TL:DR? In short, 'professional' people working for an IT company lied & abetted in the withholding of evidence, together with legal representatives for their org, their customers legal team, & with very little doubt with the knowledge of their customer the @PostOffice for 20yrs

@pauldbowen @PostOffice any comment? My missus had the same issue. #illegal

@PostOffice @DotCott00128461 This is the Post Office's responsibility. All staff should be trained to never discriminate, they need to be explicitly aware they will be held directly responsible under the Equities Act 2010.

  • Gabster_78 Gaby van Uitert (@Gabster_78) reported

@tradeinnsl This is what I mean. The postoffice says it has been delivered. But it is not. Tradeinn wants me to file a complaint with the postoffice, but the postoffice says I cannot file one, because I didnot send the package. They refer me back to tradeinn. This is going in circles.

  • Hot_Sauce_58 Trevor Sidley (@Hot_Sauce_58) reported

@BernieSpofforth Keep it going Bernie. This is the same @PostOffice that denied there was any issue with their computer system. Blinkered doesn't even cover it.

@chrish9070 @scullyp @PostOffice Absolutely agree, wish I could support small business’ but money is a bit tight at the minute

  • DaveAmbo Dave Ambo (@DaveAmbo) reported

@PostieMcPost @DarbsLucy @PostOffice No. He can not ask and he can not refuse service and move on. both actions are discriminatory and break the law.

@WayneScholes @PostOffice Absolute pencil necks. Poor lady.

@BernieSpofforth @PostOfficeNews I’ve suffered the same abuse in a post office. The ridiculous response from the @PostOffice was I should wear a lanyard. But they’re wrong and it’s not law. It’s on the government website. Staff are rude and abusive.

@PostOffice I am disgusted that you allow such terrible customer service at your branch in chesterfield staveley, they gave my girlfriends post which was a Christmas present to any random stranger and took a signature when they couldn’t confirm who it was… avoid them if you can
