@CyprusPictures @PostOffice Mine does, she can use her phone, but hasn't a clue when it comes to banking apps. She wouldn't know how to update or fix anything. She goes to the bank for money to spend. Only once has she used a card when she forgot her purse and shop staff explained "contactless" to her!

@Karlfl @ComputerWeekly I don't deny that those poor victims do fully deserve compensation but its not Govt money. PostOffice and HMRC play their games knowing the taxpayers pay their wages and for when it all goes wrong.

@PostOffice Yes they do. But not the service upon which the opening times are shown. That screenshot is on a page for locations SPECIFIC to the service I needed, and nowhere on that page does it say the service is available only for a tiny proportion of the times shown for that service.

@PostOffice Maybe the Post Office can help Stefan by not selling franchises of local branches to companies who then run them into the ground and rip the heart out of what should be the heart of a local community. Our post office is appalling since taken over.

@PostOffice Why is it that you’re refusing to close an account and transfer the funds held with you to another financial company? Form confirmed as correctly completed yet still won’t close or release funds?? Neighbour has a problem too

@PostOffice You would be better taking any money you intended to save and finding literally any other investment vehicle and avoid saving at a bank. As inflation goes up the value of your saved money goes down. You need money to grow. Not simple be stores.
