@PostOffice Hi Stephen, yes it was the Earlstown branch, it was my colleague that went and the girl who was taking the post was also very rude. It clearly states on Royal Mail website and other couriers that IOSS is not compulsory and any VAT/duty is taken in the country before delivery

@PostOffice my elderly vulnerable parents left without phone line or internet connection now for 8days and counting! No up date, no apology, and lies that it will be fixed in 24hrs by @PostOffice on the 10th August -Your loyal customer for over 15years!

@ShellEnergyHome My elderly vulnerable parents have been without a land line or internet for 8 days and counting! No updates, no apology no one @PostOffice or contact centre can’t help! absolutely disappointing to treat a loyal customer in of over 15year!

@IndiaPostOffice @shv_indian Sir I have a savings passbook in postoffice.but unfortunately I lost my post office atm card .but I tried to call customer care at 7.30pm.but no one responded. I again search the customer service number on goggle and found that working time was 9am to 6pm.
