@CmannCmann @PostOffice The problem we, as Subposties have, is that we are not allowed to refuse service or access to ANYONE wishing to use the services we are providing, We are feeling deflated by exactly what you are highlighting as a problem in our branches, it is a constant battle. We can only ask.

Another day another shitshow from @PostOffice - 2 days ago the woman charged me double for postage because she was being difficult, I get an apology & today I go to branch and they’ve nipped off home half an hour early. WTF? Does nobody manage them?

@PostOffice I think the postmaster at Streetly Post Office on Blackwood Road needs to go on customer service training, there is no need to be rude nor shout at the customers, even if they are in the wrong.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp My letter never left the post office branch according to the tracking. I won;t be using that branch again. And thanks, I did contact the Royal Mail, hence the stamps.

@PostOffice what a poor service for SRD grants. Post office is not a right and competitive agency to implement this project. I have been in 3 post office yesterday n all they don't have money, today I'm at the 3rd one and the quoe is not moving @OfficialSASSA please assist our pe
