Just had the worst customer service with @PostOffice Bolton on Oxford street. Lady who served us was rude and started shouting at us....absolutely appalling and i was told there was no complaints process....@PostOffice id like to formally log a complaint, where can i do that

@PostOffice Thanks fot replying Carl....was hoping it was a general issue. She called your team earlier (its not the first time she's used it) but didn't get much help to be honest. She's going to try and find somewhere with WiFi and log into her app and try the card again tomorrow

@PostOffice I have sent a registered recorded delivery from U.K. to Australia. I was told the package can be tracked in Australia , the package has not arrived , this is very poor as they had documents for my lawyer! Please track this for me

@PostOffice is there a reason why my mum's travel card isn't working in France today? Its all activated and topped up but she can't use it. Also doesn't have access to WiFi or good enough signal to use her app and check. Any help you can give is appreciated
