so now @PostOffice have cut the landline leaving an 84 year old cancer patient on palitive care no way for anyone to contact her, nurses or family. @OpenreachHelp still claims they have nothing to do with it, go with @Virgin n they decide to delay installation, 3month issue now!!

The @USPS once again failed to deliver a First Class package that took 2 days to go from NYC to Orlando but 4 days after arrival, still hasn’t been delivered. #postoffice #fail

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp there is an issue on your page when paying for post redirection where it states that payment failed. Have tried on three different cards now.

@PostOffice can anyone tell me why, when I'm paying for postal services at my local Post Office, the Postmaster doesn't give me an actual receipt but a cash withdrawal slip? When challenged he cancelles it and issues an actual receipt instead. His staff never do this. Feels dodgy

@PostOffice closing a post office for refurbishment is good news. But what happened to indicating details of the nearest alternative branch?? I walked a considerable detour only to find that one closed! Some of us need a service before we start our own working days!

Hello @PostOffice ! Can you confirm your renew driving licence fee? You say that DVLA Online charge £17 but it's only £14. So your service is actually £7 if it's £21.50

@LilywhiteSimon @PostOffice @WHSmith Its a very interesting query, as the Parcel Force Website says:- Items excluded from compensation for damage Computer monitors – including laptop screens, all-in-one desktops and iMacs Post Office are trying to tell me that laptops are excluded from Loss. Not According to PF
