@PostOffice 2/2 him sorted in the end. The branch couldn't do it because they didn't have the kit. Your service level measurement needs to be world class to understand the impact of your inventory or equipment failures. If it already is then this was a mgt inaction failure pure &simple

Appalling customer service in the @PostOffice in Alwnick this afternoon Rude, no name tag, not responding to questions and eye rolling at our questions about parcels. Man sat on the counter with no tag or uniform Politeness cuts both ways I'll just use @dhlexpressuk next time

@PostOffice It’s not an inconvenience for me. Your missing the point. You need to recruit and look after these colleagues of yours better. They are so overworked it’s awful to see. You need a minimum of two on at all times. How can they even use the toilet? It’s not right in 2022
