@PostOffice Dont have a current passport, nearest post office in Spalding having issues for the past couple of days and nowhere in Peterborough does driving licence renewals... wish more locations were available or the system at least worked.

@PostOffice @PostOffice this issue needs to be resolved finally because it’s been a while now Regards

  • themacraecase themacraecase (@themacraecase) reported

@GinoProg @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp See your point but no customs charge was demanded because it was never delivered! Or if it was attempted, no card was left. And it was decided that flying it all the way back to the UK and to me was better then attempting to deliver it in CR.

@PostOffice A month later and still no update. No wonder so many people are disappointed by the service they get from the Post Office when a simple offer of help is not followed up on. I decided to bypass you altogether and update my passport. It was quicker than waiting for your response!

@PostOffice the number for your travel service doesn’t appear to be working correct…try and speak to a representative and it hangs up +44 344 335 0109

  • helen_geekmum Helen (@helen_geekmum) reported

Hi @PostOffice How can I find out whether your St Aldates branch is able to do photo driving licence renewals currently? There doesn't seem to be a way to contact the branch directly and I don't want to have a wasted journey again. Help!

  • stormcloud25 Ant Wilding 🇺🇦 (@stormcloud25) reported

@PostOffice 'Technical issues' aside, her attitude stank. And what is technical about not having the forms available. Surely, if you are having 'technical issues' with computers you should have more forms available! @DVLAgovuk are you aware of these issues and why can't I just apply online?

  • themacraecase themacraecase (@themacraecase) reported

Hi @PostOffice Just had a parcel returned 'Unclaimed' which I posted to an address in Czech Rep on 13/12/21. 'Unclaimed' implies it sat in a depot but recipient never received a 'while you were out' card. How do I claim my £11.50 postage back, please?

@PostOffice is your post office travel app down i can't log in .

  • GinoProg Gino (@GinoProg) reported

@themacraecase @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I have issues with recipients refusing to accept mail because a customs charge is placed on the item. I'm told this is due to RM being a UK service. (My issue is that N Ireland is still part of the EU Single Market and so no charges should be applied).
