@PostOffice disgusted with your Longsight Road branch in Bury. Waited outside in a que, in accordance to Covid protocols for 25 mins to collect a parcel. Staff member then proceeded lock the door in my face because I quote ‘we close at 5.30 pal’. Shocking customer service!

Staff at @WHSmith @PostOffice on George St in Altrincham are absolute bullies. They should not serve customers without supervision. I'm still in shock after they tried to kick me out. They're never polite, but after today's experience I am traumatised.

@PostOffice hi I have deposited money into my drop and go account but I am unable to use this service. Is there a way to withdraw the money? Thanks

@IronWorks1990 @PostOffice The clue is in the name of the product! Signed for.... so you will get proof of delivery when it arrives. If you wanted fully tracked you would have had to use the Royal Mail Special Delivery service. The RM website will also confirm it's on it way in the network smdll)l
