Anbu B (@Anbu_Batumalai) reported@PostOffice spoke to the CS agent, cancelled the insurance as i am selling my car. was informed it cost £36 to cancel. I should hv left the insurance live untill end of term which 9th May. I spent my time to call and incur £36 and your cover is only for 350 days instead of 365 days.

We as consumer expect application must in service all the time. I dont know why this is happening when we need to do transactions. #PostOffice

You can’t always stagger lunches just to suit others. And I’ve already addressed the poor customer service, the job is predominantly thankless at the best of times. No apology needed!

One can get pp in 2 weeks after applying at USPS and pay expedite fee... unless your office is making this happen without any fee. Just wondering.
