It's a slow, ironic 👏 to @Barclays Bank for stopping customers from withdrawing cash from the @PostOffice. Oh, you're not closing branches you say. Yeah, here in Kirkbymoorside you closed your branch, as did @NatWest_Help And @HSBC_UK. We have 1 ATM now that's 24x7 and the PO.

@PostOffice Thank you Stephen, the problem is, that the staff member entered a sort code for Santander (who I have never banked with). Do you suggest I contact Santander, NatWest or the issuer of the cheque (HMRC)?

@PostOffice The wait was about 20 mins. The lady on the counter was being as efficient as she could and was really polite but Hanley post office has been operating on one staff member for over 2 years and usually the service is diabolical

@Pun_Tweets @iAsura_ @narendramodi Go to any digital service centre they will do it in minutes . Even many shops those sell sim cards provide that service. Will charge 50-100 rs. They need to have that biometric machine. Postoffice guys hardly ever come as usual.

@Councillorsuzie @PostOffice To be fair when a public service goes up against private it rarely wins .
