@ruthcumming @PostOffice I notice the new management are also obstructing the footway with multiple signs that were never there before. They won't get my business in future due to this. If @BhamCityCouncil weren't so apathetic, signage obstructing the footway wouldn't be allowed.

@dintya15 but Our COMMON Service Centers are located near the Post Office BOs in many villages. Many postoffice BOs have a BAR CODE scanner but do not work. For that you need to update the portable device they have. Only then will they be able to easily extend this service to the public.

@PostOffice The paper one. The issue is that the Passport Office is saying that the information the Post Office provided us was incorrect. So we've paid for a service that was faulty. What do we do? Can we go to DM so I can explain more?

@centralsimon @PostOffice @WHSmith Nah another one but yeah seems thats the new WHS modus operandi. Even Royal Mail have cottoned onto how poor WHS is by offering cheaper online prices and free collection!!

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice Yes, can you help @PostOffice and let me know why I'm questioned every time I send a large letter? When what I send is clearly a large letter. But now if 'its snags in any way' through the template, it's a small parcel. When it clearly isn't! Conning the public again.
