One simple phone call would have this done in 5 mins yet you go back and forward. I’m assured my policy is fully covered!!

Jimmy (@Jimbobwalton12) reportedHow is it possible to claim "no commission" yet charge exchange rate for currency with 10% mark up on actual bank rates. It looks like a scam at worst and at least dishonest and could catch many people out. Especially those more vulnerable. @MartinSLewis @PostOffice
